  @Telstra Its okay ive already lodged it with them this morning. Christmas is over here anyways, its 10pm.. Not worth further ruining christmas trying to talk to telstra support, its not known for being.... useful. Thanks though, just thought id get some sort of update.

  @Telstra I have been speaking to your ppl and yes, troubleshooting for the whole day. No it’s not fixed. Fault has been lodged. Don’t appreciate being told it’s the season of forgiveness when I’m asking for a service I pay for to be fixed. Weird, and deflects responsibility to me

  I worked for @Telstra for almost a decade. Customer service wasn’t perfect, but I worked with people genuinely trying to get it right. It’s embarrassing to see how far they’ve regressed since then.

  @Telstra it’s now 4 days without service still no one can tell me what the problem is it when it will be fixed - going around in circles without an adequate response - extremely poor service

  @Telstra We are also in Fixed Wireless and I can’t even check for a new plan on your website. Absolutely ridiculous maybe I should contact the CEO again and see if he can help! 🤬

  @Steve_Marshall9 Also Telstra would shut down down his phone company if they knew they were entrusting their customers details and dealings with a convicted drug dealer who got caught selling thousands of ecstasy pills turned police rat/snitch to get out of jail. He is SATANIC !
