@Telstra @7NewsMelbourne It’s almost impossible to call a local Telstra store, and you get anybody in the call centre line most times they either don’t understand your problem or put you back to somebody that knows less, now the costs are going up but the service hasn’t improved that’s it!

  • TBruinsmaFilms TyroneBruinsmaFilms (Commissions Open) (@TBruinsmaFilms) reported

@Telstra We still get them, never fall for them and just make them rage

  • Bushpatriot Kenneth Briggs (@Bushpatriot) reported

@7NewsMelbourne @Telstra Telstra needs to get its customer service up to an acceptable standard before even thinking about putting costs up!

  • alansattler74 Alan 🇦🇺 (@alansattler74) reported

@Agrista_au @Telstra @VMorganSchmidt Had to wait 20 minutes last night for a movie too finish buffering so we could watch it Through Telstra 3G/4g service

@Telstra I’ve made it very clear in my initial post what the issues are. #Telstra

  • sweetaxident victoriacarter (@sweetaxident) reported

@Telstra @Praveen79447438 Retaliation from the staff is happening and is unacceptable. Yet another incident yesterday. When will this be stopped? Centre management complaint being lodged about poor behaviours by the manager. This is very upsetting indeed.

  • OptusNewsRoom Optus News (@OptusNewsRoom) reported

This isn't having a third carrier - it's having a third brand, just like the Belong or Aldi. TPG is completely dependent on Telstra, and is handing over all it's value (spectrum and shutting down its towers).

  • hutcho66 James Hutcheon (@hutcho66) reported

@adventure_ali_ @KrauthBen @smh_ch Tbf even Telstra is somewhat similar to the top tier US providers in cost. Yes, unlimited data is more common in the US but you can get 80GB for AUD$65 from Telstra which most people would never use even close to. Compare that to a starting price of US$70 for a Verizon plan.

@Telstra is there any plans to allow us to link old pstn numbers into our Telstra mobile service so when someone calls our home phone it rings on our mobile. Most of the calls are spam but you never know

  • ClaireHickey22 Claire22 (@ClaireHickey22) reported

@Telstra I was just asking a question. If it can’t I’m in a lot of trouble with contacts
