    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    It is quite funny how bad @Telstra is. "For your security please tell me your date of birth". I don't blame the call center staff at all, they are following the really bad advice of Telstra management. You could verify yourself via an app or a message rather than a static ID

    @hilly_syd @Telstra It’s outrageous that Aust telephone service is now so BAD! For a business to be without a phone service for 5 weeks! And why is the Telstra App now completely useless? Complaints outsourced to India with comms seriously bad. And seriously?! Go to a Telstra shop to give authority?

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra I completely agree. The amount of brain damage I had to go through with them over false data usage charges they were applying to my account was ridiculous.

    @Telstra I’m a Telstra customer for mobile and dont have any problems - except how hard it is to swap from prepaid to postpaid but hey….thats not a big problem. Just get one of your fancy big wigs to sort out Robbie

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra Ive given up tweeting about poor service and now just leave them quietly and join someone else and give them a positive tweet or comment. **** companies have some poor social media jockey coping the brunt while the big ***** sip wine and talk about bullshit strategies

    @mcewenrobbie @Telstra Mate, I had a telstra bloke want to charge me $90 to look at an unused modem, and then connect HIS phone and say it worked. Turned out a password had been put on it that was not factory and it was brand new. I’ve never been so angry at someone so smug.

    @Vergops @Telstra It was very distressing for my mother who was without a telephone service for a number of weeks.
