@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

Hello @Telstra on 16/9/22 I cancelled my home broadband/landline but retained my mobile number with specific instructions NOT to cancel my bigpond email account which @Telstra then deleted within 2 hours of the action. I am still waiting for the email to be re-activated. W H Y?

@telstra... WTF *****.. you guys promised 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed.. but I'm only getting 90.61 Mbps download and 18.78 Mbps upload speed!! Absolute disgrace of a company!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!

I’m quite keen on porting away from Optus due to various reception issues I’ve been having. Was thinking of Telstra but their SIM only plans don’t allow eSIMs. Vodafone is also tempting. Haven’t used them for over a decade, so I wonder if they’ve improved.

@Telstra beyond frustrated. Need to transfer ownership of a phone # to my daughter. Just wasted 1hr trying to get a link to nec forms. Your app doesn’t help either. Stuck in a hellish loop like a rat on a treadmill.
