@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Hopeless dropouts again tonight. The usual pattern. Techs admit it’s partly DNS problems and partly crappy infrastructure. I guess 4G and 5G will eventually replace this useless bundle of wires as customers just give up.

@GCWebDesigner @Telstra They did the same to me. Price went up, existing credits removed, extra data that I just don’t need - and they told me it was all for the benefit of the customer.

@ttweeettweeet @Telstra 11 million calls are made from phone boxes each year. A significant amount of those are to 000, people seeking support or trying to escape from domestic violence. It’s expected to cost $5m in lost revenue. This is not a “marketing tactic”. It could be someone’s essential service.

What’s happening with the service @Telstra? I was just talking to my workmates, we’re all with Telstra but we’ve had a bad connection since yesterday. No service, slow data. This is just sad, especially when I had to look for signal just to message my boss. 😢
