@Telstra so here we are again. I asked you to give me the option to get a daily breakdown of my data usage for my internet service and, just like my previous requests, you have done sweet FA. One more chance and then I will cancel my service.

@Telstra Another example "Telstra Assistant: To switch your Pre-Paid number to a Post-Paid service, head to our online store select the plan or device you're after and follow the prompts." from the messenger. Nope incorrect information.

@Telstra That is THIS outage. The problem is the frequency and duration of outages in Bonnet Bay over the past 18 months or so. It is like Groundhog Day.

@CoastlineSA @AmandaRishworth I used to handle my Mum's govt issues, and Telstra etc. Feel your pain. There are much better ways to run these depts. I am sure the inbuilt difficulties are based on the concept that a certain percentage of people will give up on claiming their full eligibilities.

@Telstra The issue is that the whole suburb is affected We need a Telstra Case Manager to a) advocate with NBN b) liaise with ALL affected customers c) stop dealing with us individually with NO consistent information or advice

@Telstra if I wanted to go into store to change service from prepaid to post paid I would have. Why is it so difficult to do yourself online?

@electricfuture5 What would Telstra sell if this happens? For too long Telstra has been saying they got the best coverage. If this happens, every corner in the world could be covered, albeit probably not at the best speeds but you could atleast make phone calls in an emergency.
