    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    Telstra is now trying to force all customers to use their app to resolve issues by terminating their 24 hour call centre service. It was pretty crap but at least you got to talk to a human being. For business people, often the only time you can resolve your issue is afterhours.

    And the irony, now that I'm being forced to download the @Telstra app because clearly it's the only way I'm going to get my issue sorted out this side of Armageddon, is that I can't use it because it won't install.

    @Mick84773359 Because @Telstra executive management are utterly and completely inept and bereft of any understanding of the concept of customer service. It’s been a shambles ever since Sol and his merry men came over from the US and completely smashed it to bits.

    @Telstra Just got word from a neighbour, that it will be out until Wed 24th now. Not happy! Please fix ASAP!!!! That is over two weeks without the internet for the whole of our Fairwater Gardens estate. We have started a community group and we are NOT happy.

    @Telstra I’ve wasted my entire day with terrible support from your online chat support, left waiting for an hour after being told to wait 20minutes, then waiting 30 minutes when the next person responded with nothing, how can I get someone to actually talk to me?

    @Telstra pushing a config change via TR069 to CPE with no communication outside of eg overnight maint windows is unprofessional bordering on rude and given the days I just had with y’all very definitely unappreciated.
