@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@benjialpha Yep. I think (generally) flogging stuff like Telstra and Commbank is worthwhile (although the former should have been retail arm only, not the network). Privatisation isn’t necessarily bad, it’s more how it’s done. Power has never been done well.

It's no wonder they call @Telstra #Hellstra, 4 calls, 3 hangups, and a total of 45 minutes with no resolution. And bene on hold now for another 35 minutes after being transferred to the billings dept!
