  @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

  @tassierevival Sick of dealing with #Telstra full stop.The customer service people honestly think they can help but in the end all is lost to Telstra's complete disregard for their customers & Telstra staff. I'm polite but I can only imagine the angry people (rightly so) they would deal with.

  We've had no workable #Telstra mobile or internet service since Feb. Worse that before that our Telstra service was brilliant. Now our little post office has closed for a week due to Covid so no snail mail, parcels or banking services either. This is 21st century #rural living!

  @Telstra - Your customer rewards points programme is awful. Saw Jabra Elite 75t on your site for 5k points + $205. I can buy them online at Harvey Norman for $138. Most of the items you list can be purchased much lower. I think you need a rethink.
