Dear @Telstra, you are getting ridiculous now. Sending a message to say " your prepaid service will expire on 31/01/23" .... recharge is actually current until 03/03/23 and today is 07/02/23 🙄🙄

@Telstra Sure Jimmy will do that shortly. Thanks Ps I switched to 4g and the speed is even terrible between 0 to 3mbps. Whilst my work phone is with @Optus and their 4g speed is between 20 to 30 mbps. Just tested at Strathfield. Perhaps Telstra can get some tips from Optus 🤔

@Telstra hi there, this is getting really frustrating that I have full bar of 5g connection but when on the training travelling from Blacktown to Townhall. The video quality is so poor. It’s like I am back in 1900s. You really need to do something about this!

@Telstra Hi Hannah … The Telstra Ref was from Abhi D253214 & TIO Re 2022/11/07423. The proposal put to me by Abhi is not acceptable to me as I don’t see why I should pay for a service that Telstra cannot supply. Also the booster at a cost of $912 unless Telstra install it free of cost.

@JonesHowdareyou Been through similar recently. My husband and I stumbled through Telstra’s never ending hoops, days spent on the chat line, reset the modem, then died, 2 months no internet, no Telstra box they said was faulty, no techies here, Good luck!

@Telstra WTF is wrong with your service? no outbound calls on my account yet you want to make ppl wait 45-60mins for a potential person to speak to? making it easy to change providers. Pathetic. Only bonus is whilst on hold, I wont cop spam calls

@Batman2242 We live in the country on a farm. Telstra mobile reception is awful to non existent ( but better than Optus, vodafone etc) and we have ADSL2 for the internet with NO chance of getting the NBN here. Hence the landline which I use daily and mobile...

@Telstra Thanks Jimmy but it’s upsetting and frustrating that I pay for your premium service and this is the service I get from so called Australia’s largest network provider. Can you send me a link please where I can raise a complaint formally? Hence I will also trial your method
