@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Hi Ollie, everyone I speak to at Telstra gives me conflicting advice or tells me to speak to someone else. Basically, I need to get a Telstra onenumber but no one can help me with that. There’s no barring on the account. There’s no way I can apply for it on the Telstra app.

@Telstra Hi Ollie. As in the thread above, it's been six weeks since my sister's phone was destroyed in a Telstra shop fire and yet her case manager (and their manager) are not contactable, so she just wants the issue resolved quickly and efficiently.
