    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @trentbraidner Thanks, this seems to explain the problem I am getting on @Telstra also. Every 3-4 raids end up getting kicked due to > 250ms ping

    @Telstra Thanks. I spoke to someone via chat in Nov 2020 and asked to cancel my account. They said they would, but I was subsequently billed for the next 4 months. I have only received a refund of $10 via cheque. I followed up several times to no avail.

    @Telstra Well this is the 2nd time the tech is coming on site. He was here in 20th Aug. Xhecked everything and fixed it. Connection still continues to drop. Im ok with trouble shooting and fixing this. But I definitely am not interested in paying for 3+ months of shoddy internet.

    Why is it in all @Telstra TVCs, no one ever says please? Is not cool to show basic manners? They are playing the BNB one at moment where everyone is asking for wifi password. Not a please in sight. Another ad when a child is asking her mum for help, again no please. Why?

    New scam I haven't heard before so just alerting people: - automated call pretending to be from Australia's NBN. - targeting users who have Telstra phone and internet service - saying that the service has to be updated to NBN (unsure how they make money I didn't get that far).

    Getting nowhere, internet outage is still ongoing from the 23.08.21, i have a Telstra Smart Modem with 4g backup, this isn't working either and have ref numbers for both issues. This is my 29th & last year using any Telstra product or service. @Telstra
