@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Seriously... it does not matter when you fix it - all the tickets are sold out. All of them. Your best @telstra customers will not get tickets, you need to just suck it up and apologise for that, specifically.

@AlboMP What about the $76 billion lost, stolen, and wasted? Telstra quoted $6.4 billion to build it. Nearly 5% of Australia's GDP was stolen. FIX that to pay for your other feel-good stuff.

@AndrewPatrick_ Ticketmaster was fine. Their website had no issues. The issue lies with Telstra. You had to log into your Telstra plus account to access the Telstra presale. Click link from your city & that would send your on discreet link to Ticketmaster. The actual problem lies with Telstra…
