@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@AmyRemeikis Oh baby Jebus. Most Telstra customer service is subcontractors, no continuity of case management. Staff know they could be laid off any time so they get lackadaisical. They certainly CBF messing with the head of the Monarchists.

@LanderPeterjohn @AmyRemeikis This is not an isolated incident. Last week @Telstra tried to coerce me into going to a direct debit payment when I have post paid the account for 20 years. This is the reason I refused. I do not trust Telstra to get it right & getting redress is a nightmare. Sisyphus!

@AmyRemeikis lol for thinking that any stuffup from telstra (or optus, or voda, or 'insert telco here') is ever personal. All their systems are designed by contractors, who finish their contracts and leave... never to return. So when they 'stuff up' there's no-one that knows how they work.

Task reconnect my modem (details provided) to my account so I can work after @Telstra changed it to a modem I don’t have. 4 different customer service people from @Telstra about to get my 5th and zero progression. Then again it is only 5 1/2 hours. My record is 9 1/2 hours

You have to love @telstra. It’s been 2 hours since I last heard from their “customer support” person despite repeated requests for an update. I can’t start a new one because of @Telstra system. It would be nice if I could get some help, but it is @Telstra after all

You have to love @Telstra customer support. Started troubleshooting 2 1/2 hours ago to find my account is now connected to a modem that @telstra knew was never delivered to me in October 2020. They were to get back to me an hour ago, but once again they do nothing.

@AmyRemeikis Sounds like all he experienced was a standard Telstra-Customer interaction.
