    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @caitlinecarey @Telstra You too - typical Telstra, honestly. A couple more people have tweeted about it, so when they don’t get their kickback in traffic, they’ll sort it out. The whole Telstra Plus server is down.

    @SpaceX Damn I paid full price but it was so worth it! We had absolute rubbish skymesh before limited now with Starlink it’s freaking amazing and better than my Telstra nbn in the city !

    Around Heidelberg and Eaglemont stations, data from the mobile signal disappears completely. I've never fully understood why, and have wondered if the hospitals are somehow to blame. Yes it's both the Telstra and Optus coverage.

    Apparently, it’s the day for bad customer service, this time with @Telstra, but hey, at least they solved the problem.
