@VirginWarrior69 @Hecktiq Telstra can suck my ****. It takes them literally forever to gain value and then they manage to somehow **** it all walk away within about 3 days

@AlboMP Those pictures are of a telstra copper pit. no NBN hardware there. old asbestos pit aswell, never been touched by the NBN. stupid inaccurate post by the supposed wannabe PM. regular aussies are smarter than this corrupt mob in the "government"

  • prleeds Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@AlboMP We are waiting for an NBN connection in the Blue Mountains. It will be fibre to the kerb. Our old copper wire connection to the house looks like what’s in that pit. The last time a Telstra service person looked at it, he said it was “stuffed”. But it’s what will connect us.

@mark16pg @abcnews Simple solution, govt should sell the ABC , they sold Telstra, Com Bank ... why not ABC , we could all benefit and suddenly they would have to be more responsible under private ownership or at least slightly less woke .. Problem is the govt to scared to do it

@imfallfromgrace @Telstra Starts with a lemon and lime drink, nachos and then I wear my lucky hat and start walking down the hallway to my room like I'm in a stadium to open the door to which I have a fog machine running so I enter the room like the champion that is me. #UpMyGame

@Telstra Frankly the worst example of customer service I’ve ever experienced. Your customer communication is dysfunctional. Been receiving txt from a series of different numbers. No response when I txt back. I’m not sure your customer service function understands basic contract law.

  • blimmey1 john s (@blimmey1) reported

@Telstra You will get NO support from Telstra.Go for another company! They use 3rd world overseas support agents that are useless.

  • DustyCynic DustyCynic (@DustyCynic) reported

@Telstra Yes. Three appointments made for engineer to turn, all no shows. Numerous attempts via txt and phone. Complaint raised, no response. Telstra has now threatened to void the contract. I simply don’t know what to do next other than raise the matter with the telecom Ombudsman.
