    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra That really sucks! As sum1 on low income the only way i can afford is pay weekly instalments via BPay. Can also see it pricing other people out 2. Like my mum, who i care 4 decided to pay an extra $2.50 a week to pay another bill at AusPost coz she cant work out direct debit 1/2

    @SandyHorne61 What is the deal offered? My son tried it (Telstra 5g) with a poor result. Super fast at times and timing out at other times.

    @Telstra Yes it’s been 13hr and 12 minutes internet is totally down and mobile internet is also extremely slow takes ages to open a page or post something.

    Sorry if I can't interact with Tweets at times now. #Telstra signal up North Western Australia at this time of year, humid season, can be abysmal. From around 11am - 4pm can't even reach a site on Google. Keep getting message, " No Internet". 🙄🙄
