@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@paws101 @Telstra Or just use the model proposed by Labor 10 years ago. Fibre to the home. Would have been finished years ago and cost way less that the crap we have now

@brodenholland @Telstra @SpaceX I'd say the more they lose the happier they'll be. Less issues they have to try and hide. Telstra doesn't have a viable option for so many rural people. Starlink will help that and they will focus on the metro areas. Hopefully our phone coverage doesn't suffer as a result.

@BlacketPeter @ipaddockapps @Telstra They won't do anything anyway even if you do. If you lived in a city they would fix it but because we are country they don't care

@JoeyNicita It was a nightmare when I tried to do it a few weeks ago - and on top of that, supposedly you can get $10 off a month for the first year of you’re a Telstra customer which I went through but it didn’t work when I tried to watch a game, so I ended up paying full price 😑

@Telstra Thanks. Outage is gone but the speed test shows that the network is now much slower. Should I test again after 4 April?

@BernardKeane @Qantas Never been a fan of Qantas. Like Telstra, Commbank, they are usually overpriced and treat their customers like dirt, relying on their prior near-monopoly position to survive

@Telstra I'm not anti security check emails I'm anti security check clickbait. "Unusual sign in activity" is clickbait if there isn't a standard "hey there was a login in your account" If it's always scary and pointless then people will auto delete I don't need a inbox full of them.

@Telstra Great - that makes it so easy to work from home 🙄 absolutely ridiculous having it drop in and out constantly & on Fri trying to find out why nowhere online confirmed there was an issue. I’ve automatically had Telstra for years due to reliability-not anymore, time to look around.
