@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

Dear @Telstra may a human please help fix an issue you promised was fixed in December 2020. I tried to call but got redirected to lodge the fault via a text msg. The landline / internet for our old house was transferred to the new owners but we have received the last two bills.

@Telstra I ordered a new mobile phone for an elderly friend on 20/1/21 still no tracking or order confirmation. Money has been taken from his account. Tried online chat and also called 132200 no help. What do I do now? This is pretty poor service

Hey @Optus after more than 20 years with you why do I have to jump through hoops to upgrade my phone. Put order in last Wed found out today when I contacted you it was withdrawn told to email photo ID, never originally asked. Sent, now email add. incorrect. Telstra looking good

@Telstra_news Yes cause your Indian call centre workers turned my service off after two days because it wasn't meant to be on for 13 days. Telstra good for stealing Aussies money. Take your company to India and ****** stay there.
