@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@brianjesposito @Telstra @andy_penn Hi Andrew, I’d love to share 5 weeks of incompetence from 8 Telstra Staff. This particular instance is me trying to lodge a complaint for 5 weeks with no luck because every single person has ignored the request. Almost as if no one would like to hear the critical feedback.

There’s more than enough for people to deal with in our current situation & I want to extend my thanks to @ChrisJTaylorCT, regional GM Telstra, on the rectification of a comms problem for our region. Broadband scheduled to take 9 days to fix has been done immediately.

@Telstra Oh ok, well I do have a landline that goes out for days and when it works it’s super scratchy. Not sure if the problem is with me or something downstream like the interchange. What would u advise me to do?

@AvidCommentator That’s frustrating. We had lots of issues with Optus and Telstra who blamed it all on the infrastructure but once we got Aussie Broadband it all went away. We also went from an inconsistent 90Mb download speed to a consistent 450Mb.
