    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra Representatvies advise me literally everytime that "adjustments will be made after the outage is fixed" that never happens and then I'm in another outage and the garbage and excuses and blaming the customer starts.

    @farms_sanderson @Telstra Don't expect ne changes mate. Having ongoing issues with a congested tower in jerdy slow data speed & calls dropping. Followed complaints process & through local member. Both times admitted tower is congested & no planned upgrades & should buy celfi 2 get 4g tower further away

    @Telstra So this year the outages beginand now we consistantly have access to a phone line less than we have NO access. Yet notificatons about bills due for full price when you haven't offered full service nor reviewed pricing for rural services that are down more than up. Its pathetic.

    @thebrickcleaner @Telstra Telstra is the poorest communication company I've ever dealt with. Give them the flick Brett and go with Aussie Broadband. Great service, reliable and far cheaper than that Telstra mob.

    @Telstra How is it that a modern company doesn’t open a call centre at 8am. And no my mother does not want to chat via “text” using the online service centre. Also perhaps you can do something about the terribly overpriced internet she is paying.

    @Telstra time and time again, your service is appalling! I confirmed my relocation appointment 3 times on Friday. You have apparently moved my appointment from today without notifying me.I rearranged my day to be present. @Telstra you are a communications company. Communicate!!🤯
