  @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

  @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

  How are we suppose to run a business when our telstra reception no longer provides us with an adequate service? @Telstra I don’t know what works you’ve done to our Mt Isa/ Mary Kathleen tower recently but please fix it! It’s vital for our agribusiness and travellers.

  @Telstra You guys Know the problem yet refuse to fix it or pass the buck to NBN who passes the buck back to you. We have had multiple techs from telstra and the say the same thing. To many in the Junction box & my house shouldn't even be connected as its 2 far away. We need a mini node.😡

  When the Apple store was like "You purchased this from Telstra :)?" I'm like... "yeeeaaaaahhhhh, well, like, one of those haha.." USED on eBay bish! It's not like it's against the rules. But yes I take advantage of the apple customer service with USED Apple products. BITE ME
