@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Peter_Fox59 Not just without a digital device, a non expensive up to date smartphone, or how dare they, a dumb phone. My Telstra T85 takes ten torturous minutes and three tries to work with the service NSW app. I use the pen and paper instead when I can.

@Telstra I SPECIFICALLY TOLD THEM TO SEND PAPER BILLS I HAVE PAID ALL UPTO DATE. DONT KNOW WHY @Telstra IS SO ******* STUPID AND CLUELESS AND WASTE PEOPLES TIME THEY DONT FOLLOW RULES AND CHANGE ANYTHING WHEN ITS GOOD FOR THEM.

@AngieHarpas @JeremyPoxon You do wonder what cereal packet qualification's some of these people in the Jobactive network have? One I had was an ex Telstra shop phone/ Tech seller... and completely useless /lazy!
