    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @andy_penn do you realise how difficult it is to speak to someone about whole of business solutions (mobile, O365, Cloud, remote connectivity)? filled in contact me forms, called enterprise support, DM’d Telstra on Twitter. what do I have to do to get a conversation going here?

    @Telstra Good work! Next, is there anything you can do about the scam phone calls? I REGULARLY get calls from “Telstra” either offering me a 50% discount or wanting to “help” with my internet security. I worry that people less savvy than me could easily get taken in.

    @TelstraEnt Whatever @Telstra did out here with your stupid "upgrades" it's affected our once excellent 4G service rendering it unworkable at best & mostly useless - even simple phone calls now impossible without constant drop-outs.Your poor customer service staff must be in a world of pain.

    @Telstra When was this filter turned on? I have been getting these messages constantly for at least 2 months now and I never got them before
