@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

Is @Telstra the i#absolute worst phone company in the world? Finally got them to close account in deceased persons - family - name and then sent that deceased person a refund. Now sending bills to dead person demanding payment. Trying to get someone on the phone - you can’t

The customer service agents (yes there're two involved) were not helpful at all, refusing to create a Telstra ID on my behalf citing “limited access”, which is simply not true, as someone who I know got the same issue but solved it after calling Telstra suggested me do the same.
