    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra_news @TelstraEnt @Telstra are usually pretty quick to contact you when you don’t pay for their service...but they’re pretty bloody slow when their service sucks and you make multiple requests for assistance. Cmon, it’s 2019 and a week w/out internet shouldn’t happen

    We waited all day for @Telstra to call (like they said they would.....). But there was no phone call. C’mon guys - please get your act together and provide me with the service that I’m paying for. Kthanx.

    Hey @Telstra it'd be awesome if you could send the tech promised a week ago to my kids after-school care pronto. Landline down and crap mobile reception means if there is an emergency they can't call for help. Grays Point Activity Centre #sendhelp #safety #CustomerService #FixIt

    @randlight @c_tolkien I have been badgered by robocalls for at least weeks threatening that "your service will be cut off in 24 hrs if you do not contact this number" Bollocks. When I phoned Telstra to complain as I knew that it wasn't true ( in my area )... 1/2...

    @knarfnamduh @deemadigan @Telstra And no service as well.....waited 47 days to connect to existing working installation, just moved recently waiting 14days, so far. Been paying for 100, getting 43 @ best, appears it's fttc @ best......good luck.....just love Telstra

    @Telstra Greg, thanks for your response however, It was reported to Telstra and all they wanted to know was who did it!! I don't have direct infornation on that one either. Still no-one has come out to fix it up.

    @MJFY @fictillius @Telstra @andy_penn Yup. They have network monitoring too. I tried doing one of the network reports for Green square station. Would have needed a day off work to do all the testing asked of me. It affects every person at green square and CBD.
