@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Feels like the only way I can get real support is through social media...? The people on the phone are extremely rude and unhelpful, my internet has been dropping 19-30% packets since Tuesday night, making certain sites unusable. Nothing wrong on my end.

@Telstra I visited Miranda shopping centre on Sunday. Couldn't believe data was so poor that the ServiceNSW app wouldn't work save for 1 store by entry. Notified today as casual contact from that 1 store. This feels negligent to not have fixed this so far into Covid @ServiceNSW

@Telstra Waited over 3 weeks for internet connection to our home, to only find out that the Telstra agents that we had dealt with did not notify us of our failed credit check due to the account name having a pre-existing connection (that we had already notified telstra to cancel) 1/?

@Telstra After all of those mistakes, we’re told we could get $20 off our Telstra bill for 6 months for all the hassle we were put through, only then for them to call back and say sorry that offer had already expired. Mind you we didn’t ask for this but how do you mess up that bad lol
