    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @brettbestaus Hey Brett, unfortunately not 😪. Still waiting for Telstra to respond and will let you know if I have a solution. Quite frustrating, the chats and phone support say I can only go to a store (how?!) or order an eSIM (3-5 days)

    Sad times, phone ported, thousands of dollars stolen - according to Telstra Yeppoon this is all down to a #Telstra breach of security allowing a fraudster to move a number onto a pre pay sim and then accessing details from there. #Telstra we need confirmation account is secure

    @telstra totally useless. Can’t transfer my esim to another phone because it’s stuck provisioning. Now stuck with no service

    @Telstra It was never cancelled - simply stayed in the Telstra system as 'pending', and no one advanced it any further. 4 hours dealing with customer service for someone to realise that the order status was incorrect.

    I regret porting my number to Telstra they have literally the dumbest customer service
