    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra Several times Matthew. Please look back through DMs via this account. Your colleagues keep sending links, though I have no access to those. Even sent copy of "resolution" from Sept last year.. rang September, still not sorted. Cut off instead.

    @Telstra It has never been above 6 in the decade I’ve been at this address. It began noticeably tapering off about 5 or so years ago and has been consistently under 2 for approximately the last 24-30months.

    @Optus Yeah I’ve asked for help over 20 Times from Optus - I can show you screen shots of the messages if you like ? I’ve talked to between 20-30 different people at Optus and nothing has been fixed. Some of your employees won’t even listen to me ! Telstra - you’ve got a new customer

    @Telstra Yes, @ALDIMobileAU is saying Telstra Wholesale is conducting "maintenance" in the area. They are not investigating this issue further because of this. However, Telstra Wholesale seems unaware of this outage and impact on customers including the inability to make emergency calls.

    @Telstra Hi, shame you guys couldn't help. Still no calls in or out, still no call from telstra to my alternate number... While I'm glad you could pass a message to your 'level 2 team', no actual movement.
