@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@LNPvoterfail @MorpheusBeing @Telstra Been putting up with Telstra's crap since my initial 2 yr contract expired They just don't care Once I click on connect, it does BUT that's where it stops as modem gets timed out at Telstra remote server preventing posting/expanding links/browsing. Just go up/down existing tabs.

Hey, @Telstra simply gobsmacked by your arcane process for fixing faults. I’m two months in to trying to get a 5G fault fixed and still no progress and zero sign of Telstra actually appreciating, understanding and addressing the problem !

@Telstra Hello I’m in Košice, Slovakia Service is O2-SL. It is a 3G network. I can never get a signal on my mobile. Mobile data is on. Roaming is on. I have tried switching from 4G to 3G. I cannot use my data. I have a Day Pass but unable to use it, even for calls.

@Telstra just spoke to customer service again and my sim can not be activated for seven days so don't bother replying to this that something can be done! Seven days is outrageous! How bloody ridiculous.
