    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @9NewsAUS This is getting out of hand, OPTUS TELSTRA WOOLWORTHS etc. we spend a lot of money in those establishments and we do expect our privacy. I think they should lower their prices until they've pulled their finger out and manage to resolve this major problem.

    @telstra turns off wireless NBN to a whole town for 4 days during floods to complete ‘planned upgrades’… many people in postcode 3328 have no other internet access and poor phone coverage. Woeful.

    @LoveNotGreed @engagedpractx @iiNet I changed from Telstra at the beginning of the pandemic. I had a very expensive plan, and the service was hopeless. I’ve got so much data now.

    @twilio invoice from a government agency as a second proof of identity. So I took a moment to tidy up some other unused phone numbers and left. No I have my own SMS gateway and it seem that @Telstra SIM activation portal is not working.. I assume it will be transient but...
