    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    So @Telstra leaves a lot to be desired. After my phone broke, apparently I didn’t pass the test to receive the ‘upgrade and protect’ I had been paying. After waiting 12 days for a response, 7 days over the promise, they cut my access to the network. On my birthday with no warning

    @TPG_Telecom Had issues with decline in service for 3 months. Have communicated & emailed speed test over that period. We then upgraded to your most expensive plan… which then averaged 10MBPs. We have now switched to @Telstra averaging 275MBPs.

    @Telstra query; why have all the long term customer loyalty credits gone off my bill? Was getting $30 per month, suddenly gone with no warning. With you also putting internet price up, that’s $420 per year out of my pocket. What’s the go?

    @Telstra very disappointed. No internet 6 days. I get there are problems in the line but each interaction you say its fixed when it’s not then next one starts from scratch going over old ground. No estimated fix time. Blaming nbn. Take responsibility & look at past conversations

    Phone line dropped out (again) this time in the middle of a telehealth appointment. Can't get calls or make them, including to arrange surgery for my son. Text messages are hit & miss, mostly miss. So glad there isn't an emergency. @Telstra why??

    @Telstra Typical… you didn’t read the tweet did you! Unless you are a magician and can fix Telstra there is nothing to be gained by engaging in further “conversation” about this issue - just stop spruiking bullshit promises about delivery speeds
