@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@johnsy123aus i have had a running 9 week battle with Telstra to get my phone "unlocked" from their service... and the shop as told me to use the phone service on 6 occasions so far, while the phone service have told me to goto, the shop that only takes pre-booking serviced, made days ahead

My #GoogleNestHub 1st Gen was bricked today. Was just listening to a podcast and then it all of a sudden just showed the “G” and never went back to being operational. Luckily, I got it through Telstra Rewards, so didn’t pay a dime. Will give the 2nd Gen a chance.

@Telstra Yeah did that. Complete & utter fail. Your troubleshooting tool suggested that I 'reset my modem' when I was using a phone connected to a tower that can't give me more than 2mbps. Then it tried to fob me off to chat support who would put me through more pain for a fail of a tower

@bigyahu @vkhosla So many wanted to leave Telstra! Funnily enough when Orange took over Hutch, the place became idiot startup central burning cash like it was confetti (have experienced that twice). They made fun of the Hutch founder for counting tp rolls. He had to come back and right the ship.

@Telstra does your support usually shut the phone in people's face when they ask to block a non-telstra device by IMEI? quoting ur website "if you’re using a non-Telstra device or isn’t included with your current plan, you’ll need to supply your IMEI number and proof of purchase"

@NickyWill100 @vkhosla I’d been a Telstra customer previously until they launched a startup directly competing with a startup I’d cofounded. They blew out our acquisition cost so much (because they didn’t really care) that they were killing us. So I couldn’t wait to leave them.
