@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

Wife on chat with @Telstra to buy a new iPhone for three hours. Person at other end set up a 24 month plan instead of 12. Cancelled but $90 refund not back for a few working days. Said he’d be back in 10mins to sort things out, waiting another 30mins. Appalling customer service

I know its scary to have to contact a disgruntled customer however its not all photo opps and jeans and sneakers in small business mate. @Telstra Mobile plans are horrible though Starlink is rolling out. $800 setup, $140 an month for 50~150Mbs. Unlimited. vs $120 a month 1~8Mbs 180GB.

@Telstra Nothing different than before but once I was able to use another phone issue was resolved momentarily then lapsed I then redialled and once connected to help line am finally re connected

Hi @Telstra my cable internet is all of a sudden suuuper slow. According to your website there isn't an outage in my area (Sydney). Any ideas? I have disconnected and reconnected my modem but no better
