    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Hello! I'm experiencing severely depressed down/up speed on Bigpond NBN today. Last night, fine. I know my expected stats via running Telstra' Speed Test website. Not seeing any known outages in my service area - but 'downdetector' website certainly is.

    You have 3 set top boxes in the house. Are a customer of @Foxtel for over 20 years you upgrade from iQ2 to iQ4 because you have to. Yet the technician does not install the free to air HD channels. Couldn't give a rats that we get it through @telstra . Refuse to send a tech back.

    @Telstra @stickiekeys Also today in Lilydale - very slow internet. Seems to have come after mass number of scam call recently saying they're from Telstra. Not sure if there's a connection?

    Still no reply. Aussie Broadband is at least keeping its customers informed. There is a problem at the Lilydale Exchange - @telstra, are you going to inform your customers? When will it be fixed?

    @Telstra How about you look after your customers, I had a phone appointment booked last week, guess fkn what no one called. Telstra Twitter asked if they could help , I said yes. No fkn response. Worst customer service possible.
