@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

Hey @telstra thanks* for making me run around all day trying to get my 5 day old phone replaced & still not solving the issue. The disconnect between your stores & central customer service is quite something. I really felt for the staff who had to deal with the nonsense I had.

@Telstra My Telstra 4G mobile network coverage in Allawah, NSW 2218 is so bad that I have frequent call cut off in the middle of my calls. Could you please advise why is that and fix the issue? Thanks

@Telstra I'm on holidays relying on mobile data so the troubleshooter link is no good. Ther service is an issue this year however previous years have been great. Thought there might have been a tower issue. Not to worry. Thanks for you assistance.

@Telstra I’ve been given my incident number twice. Does this mean someone is actually going to fix the problem or will my 5G be up & running in January when someone comes back ?
