@Telstra Did not expect anything special but a basic service would be good. Was happy to buy and did buy pre paid Telstra’s broadband data and that has failed to work. Telstra supplied extra mobile data but that is of no use without good mobile service.

@ScottRhodie @Telstra I'm still on the old system, post pay using Bpay for NBN and mobiles. Our area is getting the free FTTN to FTTP upgrade in a week, so I'll be changing to another RSP for that, as I refuse to be forced into their new **** direct debit system.

@Telstra Slow, repeatedly having to sign back in, keep getting error messages when I try navigating links inside the website with “please try again” or words to that effect.

@PhilGould15 @Telstra @NBN_Australia I’m with Optus and have the same problem. Numerous phone calls have been fruitless, frustrating.

Our street is small and 4/4 customers have no internet. Perhaps there are more. We can find out. Can you do your job and get us back on the internet? I know the Telstra customer next door has no problem. Hello Telstra we’re looking at you favourably.

@PhilGould15 @Telstra @NBN_Australia Number of reasons potentially: 1. Possibly NBN connection box issue (they have a known fault) particularly after lightning storms. Needs replacing; 2. Infrastructure problem. If it's an NBN issue and not Telstra, call Telstra early mate, because the NBN fix takes weeks.

@Telstra Since early Feb, internet and phone coverage have been below poor. Constant drop outs. In the middle of a major town I can't live stream

Still furious that @Telstra if you try to upgrade are changing their current system where you got a bill after a month and then paid it to, what is basically, a pre-paid direct debit system. They are moving everyone to a software as a service subscription.
