    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @jindivik @MarkThommo352 @Telstra Have done that. I recently upgraded to 5G. Thinking the main problem may be that I am in a ground floor unit surrounded by taller buildings so signals drop out or weaken.Surely there is a solution.

    @Iain78225333 We can see the @Telstra tower 2km away from the house and the internet was rubbish, Less than 1 Mbps. It was good 12 months ago but they’ve turned the tower down. I’ve canceled all Telstra mobile accounts and now only boost $20 pre pay. Save $400/month.

    @Telstra How about senior citizens that are not tech savvy, how do they contact @Telstra without the app, extremely poor service delivery for one our most neediest group

    @DrRowanBrookes @simongriffiths Telstra has been utterly terrible in Rye. Both home internet and mobile coverage.

    @Telstra Correct. It does. Talking to a few others who live nearby, they are all having similar issues. Sounds like the tower works have gone wrong.

    I find it both interesting and sad that my 4G mobile hotspot on Telstra provided a much better streaming experience last night (as in very minimal frame drops) than my NBN Fixed Wireless service. I dunno what’s going on but my NBN hates uploads it seems.

    @Telstra when will you finally fix your network at the @karrinyupcentre? Your coverage is atrocious throughout the centre, to the point where people need to leave the building to use your network.

    @Telstra I've tried both. I was out of my local area yesterday and it seemed to work fine. Only whilst around the house. Hasn't been an issue pre-dating the very recent tower work at Wadalba.

    @Telstra Hey. I've got no mobile data and 'Emergency Calls Only' for the last 2 days. Online shows no local issues. House internet is fine. Tuggerawong 2259
