    @Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

    @Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

    @Trixie_Boo These bulk SMS are being sent through the mobile service providers Telstra, Optus and Vodafone. They are being paid for this. Register your complaint with your provider asking for it to be blocked. Do this by going personally to their storefront. Mask up and march in.

    @Telstra You have restarted my modem, was upgraded to 250 in April and next upgrade is pending. Am in front of Modem now and getting 40Mbps. I can’t get any help, my case manager just shut down the case

    @Telstra hi, the signal and internet here (regional Qld) is really bad...it drops in and out, often just winding over and over..Please tell me, is this going to improve? Are you doing maintenance or something? It never has been a good signal here but the last 3 weeks dreadful!!

    @Telstra Yes and have called Telstra on numerous occasions. Get told there is no issue. We live in a rural area and its really common but Telstra just deny it. Over it really

    @Telstra No internet with no resolution soon, I must use phone data at a high cost to do uni work as an international student. Can I ask for a reduction in my next bill or a partial refund of data charges? Or can I change to another provider mid contract? Thank you.

    @Telstra Hoping the problem will be fixed by either new modem or NBN engineer but data use will be high in the mean time.

    @Telstra Just wondering if support is available in that respect before I use our spare money on data instead of bills. Getting internet fixed would be better of course than going down that route. No fast delivery available for customers we were told :(

    More trouble with @Telstra speeds at 5% the usual & has now booster has stopped working. Tech support a waste of time & I got berated by case manager for complaining to #TIO….sent letter to executive responsible for service who hasn’t bothered to respond. This is insane!
