@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra try phoning your 132200 general line. The on-hold music is interrupted every 30 seconds with same message to use the app instead. Even North Korean brainwashing isn't this bad. Callers must be going bonkers! A shocking case of being deaf to the customer experience.

@Telstra unbelievable. Absolute disgraceful service. After being on the phone for 1 hour 18 minutes, my issue was not resolved. During this time I asked 7 times to be put through to a supervisor within your so called “Gold Member support”service centre and was refused!! Dreadful.
