@Telstra Don’t know if the issue has been solved or not yet because last time we got to this stage and the forms were not submitted at all by the market place shop

@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@Telstra Fixed service. Wifi reconnects and then disconnects. Goes on for days and I couldn't handle this with all my online work due this month.

I’ve also raised a complaint with TIO. Having a child with a severe disability and epilepsy and not having a working phone service is not great. No one at Telstra or @BoostAus wants to take any ownership whatsoever.

@Optus Dont know what my username is? But my fiancee who just moved to optus from telstra, myself & our supposed 5g Mobile broadband just chooses to work when it wants to. Same problems as the start of the month in april. Tower issue at ST Lukes school still it seems.

@Telstra Yes, several times, usually when the speed is low. They help with the slow speed, but not the inconsistency

Getting @telstra to help with anything I’d like going to the dentist. Painful and once they are done you’ll have no teeth. They refuse to assist to get problems solved and push endlessly to self serve with their processes are broken.
