@Telstra very disappointed in Shepparton market place store’s worker Jessica, she never submitted any forms we submitted through her and are now threatening getting out internet and phone cut off....I’m chronically ill and studying online. Won’t be going back.

@PaulBongiorno Rather than having a vendetta against theABC, Minister Fletcher should be investigating Telstra and their failure to provide an acceptable standard of service to their paying customer & their failure to provide any access to their staff to address the service delivery problems .

@rubin_angela Every single one of you...Move to @vodafone I've been with them for 2 decades and ZERO problems. Also they are the ONLY real International carrier we have. Have avoided Telstra like the plague. Best decision ever.
