@chrismurphys @Telstra I had the same problems for two years so as soon as 5G came in I grabbed a 5G phone and use the personal hotspot. Faster and more reliable than their ridiculous NBN.

@chrismurphys @Telstra I use Optus mobile broadband. A year with no problems. Faster download than nbn. Slower upload but who cares. Their webmail is not to be recommended though.

@chrismurphys @Telstra We have been with westnet (iiNet now) for 23 years! In that time the most we have ever been out is 3 days when my brothers stupid workmate dug up the cable that goes across the Nullarbor!
