    Woke up on Friday morning to discover no phone or internet service. It finally came back just before 5pm today (Sunday). What an absolute joke from Telstra. 😡

    @brushbox @Telstra my advice is to go to the TIO - they had every opportunity to fix it. Especially as the NBN rollout is complete. :ducks:

    @andy_penn A long time Telstra customer who is losing my mind trying to get a phone that was damaged on arrival replaced. Shuffled from one customer support person to another - promises of fixing issue but then nothing happens. Can you get someone to help?
