    @JulieWilliams81 @slsandpet @TraceyLeeHolmes Oz has a race problem & we get outraged when yet another org. proves it. AFL, Police, Telstra, Prisons.. list is long. Every organisation in Australia is only ever a day away from its CEO having to say sorry & only exhaustion of ATSI people to make complaints keeps numbers low.

    Ordered #StarLink and had it 4 days later and is performing very well. The NBN satellite service was rudimentary at best and Telstra 4G poor to ok.

    Walk into a @Telstra store (Chatswood) and ask if I need to make an appointment to get a new phone and upgrade my plan. Answer: “we’re closing in 1h30m please come back another day”. That’s service from our premium brand.

    @earthma23 Yes, I regret his silence too. I'm at the coal face of his silence and the LNP's poor decisions. I live 90 mins out of Melbourne. Our single mobile tower is congested, has been for over 2 years. Despite letters to Telstra and the Telecommunication Ombudsman, no resolution.

    @Telstra Typical ... avoid me and say the solution has been provided They way I paid last month is no longer available / working. THAT is the way I want. I clicked on a hot link and could go directly to pay my bill. No app, just give you money Now I cannot do that. 1/
