@Telstra Plus raising a concern like that is heaps of time which I have lack of atm. I'm just back from Europe where the network works even in the metro, here in #Townsville it disconnects in the elevator or undercover carpark too.

@Telstra I get that the network and the usage is different in big cities and in the country but nowdays all business need a mobile, and unfortunately some people expect 24x7 availability. No network, no business, no $$$. 😑

Internet in Point Cook went down 1st Dec, supposed to be fixed on the 7th, then 15th then 20th and it's going to be a month on the 30th and no one can tell me what's up. Complain with TIO filled but still stuck with @Telstra here as they're t only provider

@Telstra No luck, just spent 45min on phone with telstra, couldn’t help. Says it’s a billing issue and need to call billing tomorrow. Will see how many people I end up calling. As my billing was setup by telstra with new phone and plans.

@Telstra When they call. Seems to be a common issue with telstra and the watch. Disappointing though as both were brought through telstra and I can’t use as intended.

@MikeCarlton01 I'm not having any problem with iinet through the old Transact lines in ACT - they bypass the Telstra infrastructure.

@Telstra @Telstra 1/2 No ref or case number Anto. There's an outage in parts or whole of the Saltwater Cost in Point Cook. I know that **** happens but Telstra never got in touch to let me know I would be without internet for a significant amount of time. Never got in touch to tell me why
