    @Telstra so after two and a half weeks the telstra prepaid i am trying to change ownership of is still in my name. I've been told trust us but I'm not sure i can. The gold level chat told me to fix it at my end and gave my the domestic violence no to call. Horrible service

    @Telstra It doesn't say there is an issue but with multiple businesses unable to use eftpos and hours without service to text, call or access the internet suggests something different. FIX IT TELSTRA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    @grow_dem_melons @Paul_Brown1 @Telstra I may have been the only one to make a complaint as everyone else finds it too hard and the phone drops out (hung up on) before anyone useful can be talked to.
