Well, the Internet was restored by the lovely Telstra operator, who told me to turn it off and turn it back on again. Currently reconnecting after doing that for the first post-restoration outage.

It’s been another long day. Big slap in the face @Telstra who after 9 calls today, they still didn’t help us out re the $2000 fraudulent purchases made from our account. If someone had of bothered to help us out, we could’ve cancelled the pending transactions in time.

@Telstra Q) Our bank account gets hacked on the weekend. Amongst others, $2K is debited by Telstra by these scumbags, transactions are still pending, we try to cancel them with Telstra but your call centre do not help us at all. WTF? What a disgrace your company is!!! 😡

@Telstra We currently signed up with Telstra NBN. Now our phone hasn't been working for 3 days. Intetnet is dropping out on/off. Contacted tech support 132999 and got a link for text support. No one can help. Not even to set up a call forwarding.

@Telstra Not getting any email! Went through #TelstraApp diagnostic. Received a congratulations for fixing my problem. But it was not fixed. Called through #TelstraApp but not open on weekends. I did nothing to my account. Did not change passwords etc. just stopped working. Help!

Telstra App across iPhones are still experiencing loading issues even though it updated 5 days ago as I open it and it takes forever to update and it updates eventually but you need to use the app constantly for it to load properly or it will take a long time to open next time.
