    @Telstra Troubleshooting showed no issues on our end. We had the NBN technician here when the initial set up did not work, but he sorted all that out from the FTTC pit to the house. Only a few weeks back.

The microwave radio gear has been removed from the "link room" at Parkes (which still has the Telstra rack and some other network equipment). It was fun and who could forget the 1200/75 baud modem to text chat with the Tid controllers!

    @SarenMum I've never been to a rugby game, so I might sound stupid, but are those Telstra and Doordash ads just superimposed on the field for TV? Doordash isn't visible when they show the replay. I thought someone painted them distorted so they appeared correct for the camera 😳

    @Telstra This places an unacceptable burden on clients who are already dealing with the stress of being unable to work, unable to connect with social networks, unable to believe that the issue will be fixed. Internet is a basic utility. It should be fixed promptly without this nonsense.

    @RoadknightThe @davidmatheson27 I had major issues with Telstra some years ago, very similar to what you are having. They swore blind there was no maintenance being undertaken to degrade the connection. In fact, the ADSL copper was being removed completely - iinet advised me in the end.
