    IPrimus dodo Telstra and Optus worked together to fake a fault on my phone so a technician was called to fix it. Then they got Dun and Bradstreet to hassle me to collect a payment

    @Telstra I can’t use the app chat because my service doesn’t show up on my account. It’s been like this for over a week now, now my internet has stopped working, even though it should be on the 4g network until Telstra sort themselves out. This is getting beyond ridiculous.

    @Telstra there isn’t much to troubleshoot, it simply is the way telstra handles bandwidth. lots of internet being used at a certain hour? bandwidth gets limited. my issue is that i leave in a rural area, get telstra band 28 (700mhz), use netgear nighthawk m2. at best get RSRP -86

    @Telstra at 3am i can even get 50mbps/s. after 6pm … until 11pm minimum, speeds drop down to EVEN 0.65 mbps/s. it’s consistent, same behaviour occurring for the past 8 months. i wished telstra wouldn’t limit my bandwidth so drastically
