    Dilation drops in Eye pictures took And @Telstra decides to call me several times during the whole process. A Filipino-accent and something about following up a complaint. I did a reverse-lookup and saw a number of complaints against calls to and from that number. FFS

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra getting no response, still having issues, day 4, can't call as it dead ends me back to using the chat app which isn't working. Horrible horrible experience that's significantly impacting my ability to work 🤬

    @muddagen @Telstra @andy_penn Sure is. My Apple Watch 6 cellular isn’t compatible with the Telstra network. Been told that by three different Telstra employees. Yet they still advertise it works on the Telstra & Apple websites.

    @kemal_atlay @Telstra Bad bot is bad. Does FaceTime or Facebook Messenger etc work - so you know the speaker / microphone works? (Sorry if you’ve already done this) Then you can go back to yelling at the bot. Good luck!

    @NBN_Australia @Telstra 3rd round of identical trouble shooting steps with 3 different support agents, zero progress getting the dropouts on my service resolved, day 4 and counting. Been on online chat with Telstra for 6hrs now. 😡🔫

    @Telstra NBN Internet is down barely functioning wont load anything not even Gmail. Phone support unavailable due to high vol of calls.

    @erietta @Telstra The company says one thing while hiring excellent people to do the opposite. I know I’m a grumpy complainer who’s vocal about not-picking but it’s not on that raising one issue creates several more in its wake. Repeatedly. And if there were real competition it wouldn’t happen.

    @Telstra I am having huge issues getting #NBN ordered through you. Twice I’ve gone through your chat function & they’ve taken 2 hrs to take the order, then confirmed it, then I hear nothing for weeks, then I enquire, then they tell me there is no order. Twice. Fix this pls 😠

    @telstra why is it OK to set a connection appointment time of “between 8am and 5pm” to get a new connection. Expect people to wait all day then not turn up. #stoodup THREE times. Not one but THREE. And now saying no more appointments until Nov 17. Cancel contract if U have NFTG

    @Telstra Now trying to cancel the @NBN_Australia order with @Telstra after 3 failed attempts to actually get #NBN - I sent a chat message today which is the only channel available and it took 4 hrs for Telstra to respond with the first text. WTF?? It is the worst experience.

    @Telstra I closed the TIO complaint bc the issue was resolved. TIO reference 2020/09/11852. Shoddy @nbn fixed by a tech coming out to answer the question of indifferent service. Found and repaired the issue in the pit outside. No more problems!

    @Telstra Is in reference to older family member who left your store in tears after zero support. I will try and get case details. Shame we have to do this out here in the open.

    @Telstra the new Telstra message system to speak to support such! Bring back the old system where the person was on there back n forth the whole time until your problem was solved. Now you have to wait 30+mins for a reply. It sux.
