    @Telstra I can give you a heap of unsatisfied Telstra customers who have tried to get issues solved and your customer support has no idea what to do. Then your customers gave to look for others to help.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    @titchashen Yeah, once upon a time a change like this was tested in a dedicated test & evaluation lab that represented the network, including redundancy, but it looks like now Telstra, but hopefully not other critical service providers, don’t bother. Guess they don’t have test staff anymore

    @CompSciFutures Holy kow I can’t believe Telstra and COA VICPOL still have not reconnected my M2M Medical emergency assistance sims. I’m supposed to be working on Tier 1 NOC for this cyber crisis. @FSF even prepaid me in stickers!!! F off McKinsey. See my GitHub: APMonitor. It’s big in NYC as a B NOC, because: walking down the street and throwing a date point over the fence. 🤘🤘🤘

    @ReutersTech Are @Telstra suggesting that all 3 network time servers were/are hosted in the same physical chassis? Seems fundamentally flawed? Also, do they not continually scan for vulnerabilities and end of service? @sarahinthesen8 something sounds fishy.
