    @sdomsta @Optus The irony was in my setup I couldn’t even login to the Telstra app - was stuck in some loop were I basically couldn’t do anything other than wait on the phone for hours.

    @joshh_dp In recent years I’ve gone Optus > Telstra > Voda and I can say that at least Optus tried to come up with compromises whereas Telstra basically told me to suck it up. I haven’t had to seek support from Voda yet.

    @Telstra #telstra DO SOMETHING. NO INTERNET AGAIN. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. STATING NO OUTAGES IN OUR AREA. NO UPDATES ON SOCIAL MEDIA. EVERYONE IN OUR AREA NO TELSTRA. NO ANSWERS. BUT OF COURSE THE ABILITY TO SEND US BILLS HASN'T BEEN COMPROMISED ONLY YOUR SERVICE

    @phazzles yep, Telstra don't care and won't fix it. If you're on an iPhone you can send all numbers not in your contacts to voicemail and that will catch most of them. (Any legitimate caller will leave a message and you can call them back)

    @leisa @sherifmansour @Telstra @Optus @teltra As a long time customer of both - it's hard to split the difference sometimes. Both treat new customers far better than existing ones.

    @renzylart @Telstra Apparently our area will be without Wi-Fi until the 8th. Not that #telstra told us. It's still stating that our area and my house has no issues. #telstra was always going to let Australia down though

    @royfrancisbrown @ssharwood @NBN_Australia @Telstra I thought they acquired it, then realised what a steaming pile of crap it was, and decided not to bother using it. Optus and Telstra cable largely shadowed each other anyway. No point having both for the majority of locations.

    @Telstra My internet is having connection issues. I have tried every method that Telstra 24x7 app has told me. I have tried to call Telstra but I keep on getting an automated response telling me to call a later time. Please help.

    @benjya85 I’m Optus wifi and Woolies mobile (Telstra network) ... issues connecting to Prime, Netflix and Twitter on wifi, but no problem on 4g. Indicates issue with @Optus service ... but as usual, no acknowledgement from them as yet.

    So @telstra my #smarthub appears to be a bit stupid because when the Wi-Fi goes off and allegedly switches to 4G we have no connection! Or is it a dumb operator 😂

    @NoAdaniOz @DavidHuggan1 @Telstra Most other essential services are able to navigate around this pandemic and support their customers #telstra clearly only worried about $$$ bc overseas workers are cheaper. They've got nothing, not 1 way of helping us. Pple are losing $$ bc they cannot work for home.

    @Telstra I have evidence that Telstra is falsifying records pertaining to down-load speeds. Speed tests, on your OWN website prove these speeds. Your Techs in India claim these speeds didn't occur. Your techs on the phone previously confirmed my stated down-load speeds of 0.1 & 0.2.

    @tofar1 @Telstra While the ability to not pay by cheque has been removed I’m remaining unhappy. ITS NOT WHAT CUSTOMERS WANT. I can’t send a credit card with staff or others to town to pay the bill, I have to stop work & drive to town. Unfair problem for rural people

    @tofar1 @Telstra Hmmmm it seems all the payment methods require Internet access, something that sometimes takes weeks to fix in rural areas, with the only way to report the fault.....the internet. The only way to enquire about a credit for not providing service? The internet!

    One of first things they do in war is disrupt all communication . Currently in North Parramatta region NSW , i have no phone signal, i can not call out or receive calls . What the situation TELSTRA ? Im prepping to examine 8 NSW Police officers in 2 days time WTF, fix it !
