  • MarkPotten Mark Potten (@MarkPotten) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra terrible customer service just had to listen to excuse after excuse from staff at your store in rouse hill as to why my order for @Foxtel has not been processed. No customer follow up or explanation just dropped the ball and ran off.

  • prleeds Phillip Leeds (@prleeds) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra Hope it’s better than the original. My wife bought one that never worked properly. Very expensive rubbish.

  • swampymarc2801 swampy marc (@swampymarc2801) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@denissnowy @9_Moley @NRL @AndrewVossy @RaidersCanberra Good point. I have it by virtue of being a @Telstra customer but because of shitty 4G service good luck if you can watch a game live as it happens. Can take over 2 hours to watch sometimes.

  • EricFremouw Eric Fremouw (@EricFremouw) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@AttardMon Got NBN last week. Upgrade from ADSL. 10x faster. WFH definitely better. Not a hitch, happy costumer. Great service. @Telstra @NBN_Australia

  • swampymarc2801 swampy marc (@swampymarc2801) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@K_Blake9 I started having serious problems from about 3 weeks ago. I’ve asked @Telstra no real reason given. I’ve even resorted to tweeting them earlier today and still no response. Can’t keep telling us that it’s the best we’ve got. Because if it is we are one ****** up country.

  • gwynne007 Adam Gwynne (@gwynne007) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@ahails @Foxtel @Telstra Ring up and cancel, they’ll give you something free for a while.

  • Klyde77 Jason King (@Klyde77) reported from Picton, State of New South Wales

What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

  • _condo Andrew Condon (@_condo) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Great work @Telstra showing great leadership. Among a number of initiatives, agrees to extend any #sponsorship set to expire this year for a further 12 months to help provide their sport & arts partners certainty & valuable support needed to push through these unprecedented times

  • lesleyhitchens Lesley Hitchens (@lesleyhitchens) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

In this time of confusion & crisis, there is one constant, emails from @Telstra : “nbn™ service interruption during network updates”. How reassuring. 😒

  • MrJoeM10 Joseph Mattar (@MrJoeM10) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra, home internet is down. Working from home this isn't the best service right now!

  • RobertA888888 Robert Anderson (@RobertA888888) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

  • DebCansdell 💧 Deb Cansdell 🌱 (@DebCansdell) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Raf_Epstein I am with Victoria and NZ and the UK. And when I get a stupid text today from Telstra that advised me to stay home...if sick...NOT Stay Home regardless, another stupid wrong message from this idotic govt, I just want to cry!

  • pricey43 AJP (@pricey43) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Telstra why are you saying no outages but everything is down

  • swampymarc2801 swampy marc (@swampymarc2801) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Work from home they say! How can 1 do that with internet speeds of 5mbps download from purportedly Oz’s best network @Telstra it’s a friggin joke. I could walk from Strathfield to the city & back b4 a 50kb excel file opens. this country is not equipped for these situations.

  • giginator_ Gigi Penna (@giginator_) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

Or @telstra is perfectly demonstrating their customer service skills

  • Birkers Ian Birkby (@Birkers) reported from Sydney, State of New South Wales

@Mikenicholls88 @Telstra Far too business focused and obvious. I still fondly remember my “I want to give you more money” conversation with Telstra ... Now spend twice as much with A third party provider just so I don’t have to deal with Telstra. There’s a customer success story!

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • patchista Patricia (@patchista) reported

@Telstra numerous messages with no reply, an email saying there is nothing wrong with my internet when it’s not working, now waiting over 34 mins to speak to someone real. I’m staying on the line... I have all day!

  • its_me_rdp Remie (@its_me_rdp) reported

“Messaging is like texting a friend” @Telstra says. They’re right. It’s like texting that one friend that has seen your message and decides not to reply until he feels like it, which is usually when he needs to borrow some money, which you know he’ll never pay back #infuriating

  • AE_Vixens AE VIXENS™ (@AE_Vixens) reported

Sad news, the internet provider (Telstra) has screwed us over and we can not stream at all. Evening gaming is ****!! Providing what is ona contract to their customers means nothing. So until this is fixed no streams...sorry 😩

  • BrumbyinTahland JohnnyMac (@BrumbyinTahland) reported

@chrismurphys @Telstra TPG. Excellent service. And cheaper than Telstra.

  • ozlurker Di 🐱🐱😎🚗💻🏳️‍🌈 (@ozlurker) reported

@Telstra Mobile speed? I’m not in RT (I work there) today but it has been fluctuating for some time. It gets so bad you can’t even download a podcast! I come back here to the coast and it’s better but even just now only getting 81 down on 5G iPhone

  • joelstrickphoto Joel Strickland (@joelstrickphoto) reported

@Telstra this is getting beyond a joke, over two full days with no internet or @Foxtel why can't I get a straight answer on when my service will be restored?

  • MrTyddy Damien Tydd (@MrTyddy) reported

@FreedomCycliste @Telstra Never call Sue. Use LiveChat, it’s a messaging system on their site. It’s instant with transcripts. But never call. That’s an express journey to frustration and despair that @Telstra have no interest in addressing.

  • JaneenJericho1 Janeen Jericho (@JaneenJericho1) reported

@Telstra Back yesterday morning. Applied for 2 lots of bill credit. $20 for me and $10 for hubby. Not much for the headache the outage caused but I guess relative to our plan costs.

  • Hipcatprintery Lawrence Finn (@Hipcatprintery) reported

@Telstra Nothing. As I keep saying they keep sending me off to different departments. 1. I’ve been trying to close my hone internet and phone account all month. 2. I upgraded the prepaid mobile and it did not make the changes even tho it says it has. What actual help can you provide?

  • SusieShivani Susie Shivani 🌏🐨⏳ (@SusieShivani) reported

@LesStonehouse @australian Telstra. A thousand times, Telstra. Now a kafkaesque nightmare beyond all description. But still not as bad in its capacity for mayhem and damage as the @australian newspaper.
