Ordered a major xmas gift on **11 Oct** with @Telstra. Still dont have it. Have been lied to re delivery date every week for a month now. Help operators are useless. No answer to basic qs. Thought I’d use some reward pts since they were just sitting there. Never again.

On Thursday I changed my mobile plan with @Telstra, woke up this morning and they have cut off my internet and are unable to reconnect for 3 days!!! No one can help over the phone and are telling me I have to pay a reconnection fee. @Telstra why are you so ****!!!!

@christianharrup And maybe Telstra should employ landscape architects if not already? I am guessing, that for the engineer, they’d see the phone hooked up quickly and working for the public as a high level of service to the council.

@geoffrey_payne @vision_iii Margins of the providers have been eaten up by wholesale costs. It’s worse now than it was when Telstra owned the fixed line network. Telcos avoiding the NBN makes the NBN business worse and more of a loss for taxpayers

@MikeCarlton01 Yep utter Bullshit Mr Fletcher. When Turnbull announced the fibre to the node approach, every Professional IT person in the country cringed. We knew that the old Telstra network was way past its use by date and would create nothing but trouble trying to handle NBN transmission👎🏽

@christianharrup @cityofsydney @CloverMoore I’m all for good planning and well-designed phone boxes too, but don’t think blame rests on Telstra here. Those phone boxes, ugly or not, are an essential service to those w/out phones. Telstra are not designers. Good design management would consider that.

@Telstra GAH! I don’t want to install the Telstra Ap. Currently I can’t recharge without installing the Telstra Ap & the service is so slow, I doubt it would download. I opted to wait to speak to someone but the phone rang out as nobody answered it. No other provider offers coverage here.

@Telstra my NBN went down an hour or so ago in Lane Cove Sydney. Did the whole reboot and trouble shooting and not back. It says it's not down on Telstra but lots others having trouble. I love Telstra, please fix.

@telstra Phoned about broken Net. It says big wait, quicker with MyTelstra. MyTelstra then has me hanging in a chat for 50 mins then disconnects, sends a text with number to ring. Ring the number. It tells me it's quicker on the MyTelstra app... aaarrrgh!

@anthony_eden @Telstra Okay, let me save you guys on hold some time. There is a known outage affecting customers country–wide. They are working on it, but have no information on the cause or the time to resolution. If you have businesses to keep online, time to dust off your 4G backups.
