    What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @Telstra I can give you a heap of unsatisfied Telstra customers who have tried to get issues solved and your customer support has no idea what to do. Then your customers gave to look for others to help.

    🚨 Telstra, TPG telecom clash with Musk’s SpaceX over Starlink spectrum guarantee Australian telecom giants Telstra and TPG Telecom are urging the government to hold competitive auctions for satellite-mobile frequencies instead of granting SpaceX guaranteed priority access for Starlink’s Direct-to-Cell service. They warn that such guarantees risk market concentration and could lead to higher consumer prices. SpaceX has cautioned that without assured spectrum through a direct network licence it may withhold full deployment of the service in Australia. • Telstra and TPG stress the need for multiple satellite providers and diverse commercial models to promote genuine competition. • The outcome will influence connectivity expansion across remote and regional Australia where traditional networks fall short.

    @boomerangmadi @metrotrains Cellular DAS for Telstra, Optus and Vodafone to provide cellular on all 3, it also hosts the train signalling GSM-R 1800 network too.

    We pay like a $150 a month for the premium of Telstra mobile and it doesn’t even work immediately when out NBN drops. What are we even paying extra for? Fix your trash Telstra 😡😡 @Telstra

    It is OK @kayo It casts well from the phone. I suspect using 5G. So it is possibly a @Telstra server problem.

    @BassonBrain @Jessdistrict11 @SpaceX I live 10km from the ocean, between two major cities. No phone signal in many many locations on our major highways. Cannot send a text while talking on the phone. I have two Telstra numbers, highest cost plan. Without Starlink mini mounted in everyone of our commercial cars, no comms. Australia has no world class highway connecting cities. Has no coastal phone network or fast internet. It’s 2026 and I though I would be in a flying car, reality is I cannot make a call and text simultaneously.

    @AugusteReign @belinduhpyne @Ryandally08 Opportunity lost. This is a major problem with privatisation Federal Government owned and operated COR etc Oz was a mixed economy once which gave Oz a high standard of living L/NP wants taxpayers to pay for nuclear. Where are Oz true entrepreneurs? CBA, Telstra, CSL etc etc gone
