  @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

  @Telstra I can give you a heap of unsatisfied Telstra customers who have tried to get issues solved and your customer support has no idea what to do. Then your customers gave to look for others to help.

  What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

  Why is @Telstra so bad?! How do we allow this company to continue like this? The app has been broken for weeks. I can’t get help bc their tech doesn’t even work properly to verify who I am. Now I can’t make calls or text. Furious.

  @JohnOSullivan36 @MichaelWestBiz @MichaelPascoe01 I was hacked this week by a Telstra scam. Thankfully my Bank locked my Acs but I have used the entire week changing drivers licence, Medicare ,etc. 2 x200 k trips to Phone Dr for cleaning. I knew I should hang up but they had every base covered. It has knocked my confidence.

  @diana_murphy613 Thankfully in Australia we have competition. I can get internet service from Telstra, TPG, Optus, Aussie Broadband and others.

  @LisaLemon09 I worked for Telstra for a long time and in my experience nearly every major issue was caused by updates being tested in a lab with 10 services and then getting rolled out to 20,000 plus subscribers. It was nearly always inadequate testing.

  @blu_boys @Optus Go Aldi...roll over data, plans from $23, Telstra network, and currently double data on some plans for 6months if you start up before the end of September 2026.

  @MrRexPatrick Am amazed you have internet access, must be Starlink?? One of my gripes travelling out there is when there is a Telstra signal, but being on their network with another provider and it does not work.
