Bwhahaha... #Telstra support chat is hilarious. Asked me all my id information including drivers licence, then said "thanks... Just a moment". 14min of moments later with still no response to multiple "hellos" from me, it just kicked me. Feeling very supported ATM.... LOL

Ah #Telstra... What an absolutely "amazing" place. Backup 4g wasn't working consistently, apparently 5g network speeds "can't be guaranteed" so after buying the Nighthawk M2 (4g), told it would work with the sim card from the backup ******, of course I find out it does not 😡😠🤬

One of the big delays in Telstra going to DOCSIS3 was apparently because they had old kit (theirs and customers) still on the network.

@Telstra This was the first thing I checked. No mention hours ago of an outage, no mention now. We’ve rebooted our modem/router 3 times to no avail. I’m now using my limited mobile data to do anything.

@Telstra After 6 calls, and promises after each of them a case manager would contact me within 48 hours, over the course of 3 months; I have now been on hold for a further 2 hours trying to get your billing mistake resolved. The worse customer service in Australia!
