    Goulburn is so packed with travellers that the Vodafone network is barely working. Telstra is holding up.

    @Telstra if they serviced existing customers 1/10th as well as they advertised for new customers they would be streets ahead. Proud to have an Australian Carrier but ashamed of their service. Disgraceful

    Never been so angry at a company.. @Telstra On hold for over 4 hours across 2 days and get hung up on every single time before speaking to someone. No internet and being threatened to have my 4G backup slowed if I don’t rectify it even though it’s not my fault 😡

    @Telstra your system and people are so frustrating. I’ve been trying to get a replacement on a faulty product for months and everyone I contact goes “It’s not my problem, try here” resulting in me going back and forth.

    @JessicaCGlenn @Telstra I had the worst experience with Telstra recently for my small biz (worst is saying a lot). Had to use a messaging app (where each message response could take up to an hour and they had no record of the previous day).

    Dear @Telstra rang twice today and waited ages to get through and then you just hung up on my 86 year old Mum who is simply trying to get her landline operational. Very poor form to say the least. MUM was driven 125 kms + to be able to make those calls safely. #auspoI

    Now three hours into waiting for a response to chat, with no way of knowing if the multiple internet outages are the delay or it's just congestion. Congratulations, @Telstra. You've finally built a worse system than your old phone support line.
