What disgraceful service @Telstra. Been in new house for more than 2 weeks. Only 4 days of NBN working. Told they would be here on Saturday between 8am and 12pm. Waited all day and then called Telstra to be told NBN will be back on Wednesday. Disgraceful.

@Telstra On yeah and it’s all going to cost me ALOT more money. I’m a carer for my daughter. She has her second brain tumour. So I don’t need this drama. I bought phones that stated they were in stock. It’s been almost 2 months. Not acceptable but too bad hey. I got screwed over big time.

@christianharrup @cityofsydney @CloverMoore I’m all for good planning and well-designed phone boxes too, but don’t think blame rests on Telstra here. Those phone boxes, ugly or not, are an essential service to those w/out phones. Telstra are not designers. Good design management would consider that.

@Telstra Can I report a broken phone tower without spending an hour troubleshooting? Westfield Carousel Foodcourt McDonalds. Broken 3 week ago and today on 2 phones. Wifi off. Force 5G On = works. Force 4G = broken. Switch back and forth and keeps working/breaking. 5 bars signal.

@Telstra I closed all my Telstra Accounts back in March. Despite several emails, I still get a bill each month telling me I am in credit by but I have been charged e.g $0.12 for an account that I have been assured is closed and telling me to pay the bill or else. WTF? Fix it!

@Telstra you ring your support line it’s close it sends you to your app and the app gives you an error. Not helpful when fixing my parents home phone message bank who are missing medical calls.

Not at home so I have to rely on streaming. Father in law's internet went down with 3 laps to go. This is why I hate streaming services. Top job @Telstra #RepcoSC

@Telstra Again no help! Just proving my point by telling me that as the staff member told me all iPhone 13s are on 12 or 24 months. But that doesn’t help me. I went in with a budget. This is just getting out of hand. I’m going to cancel everything this week and get refunded my two months

@jackbegbie @drkerrynphelps @Telstra Yes this is awful, no pride in their work or the cities in which they operate.
