    @mverbloot @NBN_Australia @iiNet I don't think so. I've been delighted with the 50/20 service via copper. But something hit the aerial lead-in cable at 3:30 Monday morning 3 weeks ago. A neighbour on Telstra was restored within days but for some reason NBN can't supply a tech with a ladder ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

    @Telstra If it was a 4G outage then 3G would work. We have SOS only so cannot even make or receive phone calls. That’s pretty dire guys

    @Telstra hi. I have not long ago (20 minutes)installed a new prepaid sim in my iPad. I have activated it and received an email saying activation is complete, but still have no signal apart from wifi. Is it normal to still need to wait even though the email says complete? Thanks.

    @Telstra Unfortunately service still down. Telstra support for business is only available in business hours- your business hours are last century. I don’t have a business mobile for your ap but found it unhelpful in the past & your other

    @AntKaplan @mistermouse666 Zero service was the MVNO reselling Telstra The one with two bars is MVNO reselling Optus i.e. the Moose. So we are BACK baby! If it wasn't for the steel roof I'd have better reception, but this farmboy loves him a steel roof...
