    @Telstra Having had contact now with somebody new and very polite via DM and had the opportunity to explain to @Telstra for 7th time that they have not been able to deliver the alleged service, I can report that the situation has not improved, and the Telecom Ombudsman beckons

    @Telstra Parents been a customer for 40 years... but think we are all going to leave. TIO team are appalling... taken so long, won’t speak to us(just email) despite us asking for this. Haven’t addressed issue just rebated incorrect charges.

    @Telstra @XboxANZ So I have Xbox All Access. Thought the continued Game Pass Ult subscription was all set up but today I get an email from Microsoft saying it's about to expire on the 26th Dec. I do not want to be shut out of my GP subscription on Boxing Day. Help pls!

    Notice - Telstra outage📵 There is currently a Telstra outage that has caused a loss of telecommunication services in Ngukurr and Numbulwar. A team from Telstra are expected to be on site this afternoon to rectify the issue.

    @smh @SupratimA The #NBN is fundamentally flawed: when the black NBN box inside your home does not get power (e.g. because of an outage) or breaks down (equipment aging, lightning), your land line no longer works. That can cost your life if you need to ring 000. Old Telstra connection was safer

    @Telstra All I know is that the phone line is not connected to the pit. I have had a technician out and I am waiting on the body corporate to contact me as no one can tell me where the phone line goes after it leaves the wall socket. My main issue is when I switch over to FTTC soon.

    @Telstra Investor Relations have contacted me and asked for my phone number so that someone can call me to either fix the problem or explain why I've had to wait days for resolution of the problem.

    @Telstra There is no point, Telstra have made it clear that they will not turn my parents internet back on. Even though it was mistakenly removed from my parents service by a Telstra consultant. Because may parents had adsl internet and they are in an nbn ready area. But their address
