    @Telstra Still no response at all. It has now been 11 days. Your efforts to reach out to the "case manager" obviously did nothing. Poorest customer service I've ever received in 42 years of life. You want me to contact the ombudsman don't you? This treatment is absolutely unacceptable

    Hey @Telstra - your 4G coverage at Balgowlah Stockland Shopping Centre is almost non-existent. It’s virtually impossible to check-in via NSW Gov App or get the Medicare Vaccine Cert via their app. Huge fail.

    @Telstra Ref is 19997291. The plan change was requested on 1 Nov and its still not done. Telstra changed my plan erroneously and now can't revert back. Very poor service.
