@AlexDevantier @MRowlandMP @Telstra Good ol #Telstra ! Charge the earth for “premium” service, but SFA in rural Victoria. Ultimately, we all pay for it while the bulk is siphoned off to more populated areas ! (IMO). Like for example FTTP Vs FTTN, while Telstra benefits either way for FTTN customers). #JustSaying

@Telstra Yes just in Michelago. We have had 2 Telstra service trucks at the phone exchange trying to fix the problem but when I ring Telstra about the problem, they deny its existence and say there is no outage. This is a lie.

@Telstra No, not at all. Interestingly comments on the web suggest Telstra got rid of remote access when NBN came in, but the company hasn’t bothered to tell anyone. Is that correct? All I get with 125102 or 1800135102 is “the number you have called is not available from this service”

does not help that telstra is doing work in the area at the moment but also webex is always a useless piece of **** that makes me want to rip my hair out every time usyd makes me use it
