@jazzrozz Mate NBN has been really good for parents and me. Significant upgrade from telstra as we've never needed to call up customer support for anything. Outages have been v. brief and mate's usually sent a text out to give a quick and accurate estimate of how long.

Hey @Telstra i am trying to add data to my shared plan. In store, they said 'use the app'. I used the app and the website and got errors. Now im on your chat support (time out twice) and they are trying to upsell me on a phone plan (unnecessary + not what ive requested). help!

Nearly 3hrs dealing with telstra for an order. Customer service becoming a joke these days. Noticing that a bit in general. Are people becoming ruder or is it just me.

@Telstra ok. for the record, every time i login then click support I alwasy have to login again? is that normal? stil chatting to support online (time out three times). almost 2hrs now...still sure they have no clue what im trying to do. Answering q's about being listed in white pages?!

Not for the first time this week @telstra and @iinet fail once again. I swear their service drops like a ******’s ******
