In Australia, Microsoft + Telstra partnered to make this happen. The solution, referred to as Telstra Calling for Office 365, is can be as simple as choosing a quantity of Calling Plans and having those appear in your M365 Tenant. They can help with Phone System licensing, too.

@Telstra Hi there. We signed up for Series S all access when it was first released. We were under the impression that it came with 24 months access to ultimate, however the subscription has seemingly run out. How do I resolve this issue?

@Telstra The 2.4GHz wifi on my Smart Modem isn't working, a common problem according to Crowd Support. After spending hours with support on chat and phone, they're now sending an NBN tech out? What a waste of everyone's time!

@AdamFowler_IT Yeah at my last Org, that's how it ended up and it turned out to not be as bad as I expected. I'll be doing a comms review here next year and hopefully can find a suitable non-Telstra, org-wide Teams based solution.

Gah! OH can't remember his Telstra Bigpond 'email' password (he never uses it - he gets me to email for him from my account, he's a luddite). So he clicked on forgot password... they'll 'email' a link to reset it. THAT'S WHAT HE CAN'T ACCESS, HIS EMAIL ACCOUNT!!!! 1/2

@AlertsXbox TBH, PS5 is my priority. so many ps4 game discs and still not able to secure one. The Microsoft store is robust than others. It may be out of stock, but at least it is not crashing. Now I think I might want to cancel my Telstra all access order so someone else can wait less

never has there been and never will there be a more useless co than @Telstra. technical specialists who cant assist with a tech Q about a telstra router, trf'd to wrong depts, inability to answer basic acct q's. THE ABSOLUTE WORST and thats quite the achievement. closing the acct
