    @Telstra Jo I’m finally getting a technician on Friday, the level of service and ability to concentrate on my matter has been appalling tonight. However my substantive question remains why is my @Telstra app reporting a strong Wi-Fi connection when I don’t have a connection?

    @Claire_Juranic You could change to Woolworths which uses the telstra network. I've never had an issue with them. I live regional too.

    When David Thodey was CEO @Telstra the customer was always the most important aspect of Telstra, however, under this new thing, CEO Brady customer service has gone downhill rapidly.
