@DeanBarron7 @LennaLeprena @Telstra Certainly a poor example on my part. I was trying to demonstrate we all have had the experience of hitting the wrong button and it causing a problem for us. Good luck to you. If you’d like, keep us posted.

  • luca_hawkins Luca Hawkins (@luca_hawkins) reported

@Telstra I have checked my address and there were no issues. My internet speed has now gone back to its normal, criminally slow, 6mpbs down and 0.2mbps up that drops out every 30 minutes.

  • kurisubrooks Kurisu (@kurisubrooks) reported

I got so mad at Telstra being down (for the 80 millionth time this year so far) that I really stormed down to the mall and opened an account with Optus lmao

  • DeanBarron7 💧Dean Barron (@DeanBarron7) reported

@duncanmacmartin @dazza50 @Telstra They all have to use Telstra's network. "In a bad system, good people can't be good."

  • vineyardman Robert Weinberg (@vineyardman) reported

@DeanBarron7 @LennaLeprena @Telstra Deep breaths, please. Your understandably agitated state is preventing your capable brain from finding a solution. Years ago, I hit the wrong thing and ended up booking a flight to Los Angeles when I thought I was clicking for more details. Luckily we wanted to go there.

Also praying to telstra to make my net not ****

  • yagirlpartyb Ya Girl Party B (@yagirlpartyb) reported

Hey @Telstra I’ve been chatting to 4 different consultants of 7 hours and have been asked to re verify myself several times and not had a solution. This is messed up dudes. Poor customer service like wtf

  • yagirlpartyb Ya Girl Party B (@yagirlpartyb) reported

Hey @Telstra is it normal for your consultants to close your chats and say they are resolved multiple times over a 7 hour period to avoid fixing my problem/complaint or am I getting special treatment?

  • jennylmackinnon J Mac (@jennylmackinnon) reported

Certainly will not be paying for extra month. No process for cancelling inside their account management portal, My Telstra. Have logged in so many times last couple of weeks trying to cancel the service on our mobile modem. It's not My Telstra, it's Their Telstra.

  • Littlest_Hobbo Mr Ree (@Littlest_Hobbo) reported

I jokingly had a bet with my work colleagues how long it would take to change my internet service with @Telstra 32 hours later I’m still going. Still being out back to the infernal text service from the phone lines.
