Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • CaptainCanola Justin Kudnig (@CaptainCanola) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra several times and then the insulting email from Telstra was received..thanks for your correspondence. My experience with Telstra in this region has been extremely disappointing and they have not fixed the issues despite using the cumbersome process to go through 👎👎👎

  • alexanderaviate Alexander Robinson (@alexanderaviate) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

    @Telstra @nickspinks Same issue here.

  • RubyTombstone Ruby Tombstone (@RubyTombstone) reported from Darwin, Northern Territory

@Telstra It is back up now, however Telstra has changed my Wifi Network name & password back to their defaults without telling me. I have all my devices back online EXCEPT the most important. My email accounts won’t reconnect.

  • RubyTombstone Ruby Tombstone (@RubyTombstone) reported from Darwin, Northern Territory

@Telstra And yes. I did look there. It said no outage.

  • LilianDowell Lilian Dowell (@LilianDowell) reported from Cootamundra, State of New South Wales

@telstra Just solved a problem in a few minutes that 2 Telstra shops and 3 phone calls couldn’t fix. Fantastic service - online chat. Thank you 👍

  • TrishKurralinga Patricia Rutherford (@TrishKurralinga) reported from Westfield, State of Western Australia

@MurraySmythe They will investigate if >4 nuisance calls from the same number. Problem the fraudsters use lots of different numbers, even no number coming up as 'call overseas" or 'private' blocking identity. #Telstra & #Govt should have laws about unsolicited calls. Proving is problem for us

  • jackfjack6 Stiletto Black Jack - Very Unpleasant to Trolls (@jackfjack6) reported from Moss Vale, State of New South Wales

@ShiannonC Squillions. Telstra, NBN and AFP have been aware for at least 4 months. No idea what they done to resolve this scam issue.

  • Trinkett Rina (@Trinkett) reported from Brisbane, State of Queensland

Been waiting for ages in a @Telstra store to cancel a service... bet they’d be quicker to assist if we were signing up like the other people walking in & being served instantly 🙄 #poorservice

  • CaptainCanola Justin Kudnig (@CaptainCanola) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Mobile signal is actually worse than internet and had to install expensive CEL-FI due to seceral contacts from me and a long email from Telstra saying everything was great...which is extremely inaccurate for Black Rock

  • CaptainCanola Justin Kudnig (@CaptainCanola) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Have done that twice in the past 12 months and no technician was ever sent to investigate properly..received a condescending email that as well as the cost of the Cel-Fi, I will have to move by early next year to gain better service and will likely now select another provider
