    @CPSUnion You only need to remember what happened when Telstra was privatised. They screwed the government over the NBN. Had the business still been owned by the people they could have built us a 21st Century broadband network for far less than we are paying for a poor imitation.

    @millionsofmyles @Telstra Their complaints service was turned into an app, and now that app puts you in a queue with a store. I’m not sure @telstra do technology very well.
