    Your customer service is beyond a joke @Telstra. Almost 6 hours later no updates have been provided to me regarding an order placed. All I have received is "apologies for the delay, I can see you need assistance and I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and delay"

    @Telstra For anyone playing along at home, @Telstra wasn't able to help because they want more access to my information after creating a #dataprivacy issue. Their #DigitalTransformation is so potent they also can't use phones anymore.

    @Telstra Why is it so damn hard to get in contact with you. The messaging app is absolutely useless. I need customer service and have wasted a good hour or so already. Nobody answers the phone in a telecommunications company and their app doesn’t work. I need to cancel one of my services

    @Telstra I switched to Telstra this week. I’ve been with my previous supplier for 24 years. My experience has been utterly awful so far, including the inability to add my smart watch or get decent support for the issue. Is cooling off period an option?

    @Telstra There is no service in the basement level for my Telstra card. However, the vodafone card has service and can make phone call. Could you improve the service quality in Macquarie Park Village in Macquarie Park, NSW.
