@Telstra Unless you a have a phone attached to the plan and you expect us to pay out in full on the next bill if you decide to cancel.... Not locked in, but still really are until that 12 or 24 month period is up as you can't continue to pay for it separately and go elsewhere.

@TerraceDamo @MrInbetween1 @LaborBob WHy are you unwilling to send me your Telstra mobile number? If you are worried about posting it on an open source for all to see, just PM Aaron on Facebook Messenger, that is a PM service! Don't play dumb and don't lie. Either do that or admit you have no intention of meeting up

@nicolejeffery @Telstra I get those a lot from the so called Telstra Technical Dept. They want me to arrange a technician to come and replace my modem. Needless to say, I just hang up

@andrewwhiteau @Telstra I had a similar problem a few years back. My dad and I shared an account and I moved to a different provider but they kept sending me the bills. Even after I escalated to the TIO they couldn’t resolve it.

  • Lili_Mush Lili Mush (@Lili_Mush) reported

@andrewwhiteau @Telstra I can't work out if they're equal to or worse than AusPost but my partner has had repeated issues like things being sent to an address he hasn't lived at in over 10 years

@Optus I’m so sick of your crap mobile broadband and paying money to a crap service provider. Everyday I have problems with this, my TV is constantly stopping and my phone has not been working all day. I’ve spent the whole day resetting the broadband box I’m moving to @telstra

  • DezPaul1 Not so Flash Gordon 🕉 (@DezPaul1) reported

@lachellabella @Telstra Weird. Never heard that happening, even with Telstra. It’s usually data that’s affected with interruptions.

  • TyKaHome TyKa Home Maintenance (@TyKaHome) reported

@Telstra So they finally fixed the problem this morning after 12 days. Thank god.

  • JamesyR1 Jamesy (@JamesyR1) reported

@Telstra inreresting that after three months of trying to get a resolution Telstra has dropped contact after promising a complaints officer, now they do not respond. The Telecommunications Ombudsman now has given @Telstra 21 days to engage so now 10 days with no followup. Shame
