sticky (@stickdoggg) reported@Telstra the “common” issue here is that every single time the wind blows, it rains a little too hard, or the sun is a little too hot my net just turns off with no reason as to why. this has been happening for years and it’s been “fixed” several times.

Pictures Sharp (@sharppicture) reported@Telstra Hello @Telstra just wondering if you're going to respond to the perfectly reasonable question I asked 2 days ago? You're usually quick to respond so it seems odd. Perhaps if you're unwilling to answer questions on the subject you should stop promoting it via your mobile network?

David (@bbc6502) reported@Telstra @Telstra replied, thanks for being a loyal customer since 2012 but you can’t have a smart modem. I asked is there any way I can get a smart modem to avoid having no home phone and internet when the fibre goes out. They said no, sorry there is no way you can have one. 2/2
