Man. I hate Telstra. Been telling them about a fault for SIX MONTHS and now a week before Christmas they act like they found the fault as if I had never told them and expect me to take days off work during my peak period to wait for an NBN technician. Zero consideration for me.

@Telstra @paul_jobber23 There are either small spots that randomly produce the expected speeds of 100+, or small moments in time. Apart from that, data on the mobile network is literally unusable. I suggest you guys look at the historical data for uplink traffic from 2 weeks ago and compare to today.

@Telstra @Telstra surprisingly outgoing emails seem to be going fine. I have tried accessing through various ways - outlook, webmail, Telstra mail etc but no luck. This has not been working for many days/weeks now. Why is a email server issue for such a small group so difficult to resolve

@Telstra Can’t figure out how to do it via the Telstra app. All I see is FAQ articles. Will be leaving the mall soon anyway so it won’t be my issue anymore. But wanted to let you know it’s not isolated.

Hello, @Telstra. On behalf of 90% of Port Macquarie, please sort your reception issues out. I'm in the CBD and have to send text messages three times just for them to go through. I also can't make phone calls without the line dropping out. Fix it.
