@Telstra And the app tech support said to wait until another billing cycle because I'm capped BUT first 4-6 months of the year, even when capped, I could game competitively.

@Telstra They are understanding what my issue is as I said it was a hotspot issue but yeah :P So, the last 4-6 months my hot-spot has been constantly cutting out making gaming impossible. I've had to stick with mobile games but the last week has been even worse 1/2

@maximumcuddles @AmyRemeikis He was using Telstra 4G with high excess usage charges of $1,000/month. It’s quite believable if he was using it as a substitute for a fixed line service even a few years ago.

It's the time of day where I check to see if my internet is stable enough to stream. It isn't. @Telstra fix your crummy Velocity service. Everywhere by preference, but in Point Cook specifically if that's beyond you

@Telstra No, it’s all good Viktor. It’s just a shambles that I took action on myself. I’m only complaining here because I just hope someone pays attention to the obvious tension / problem that exists between Franchisees or stores and central customer service. Ty for your offer.

Telstra going downhill at a fast rate,one day to go on billing period they slow down the data speeds, yet they send unsolicited crap regularly and when their system breaks down or is out for maintenance no compensation to the consumer a crap organisation in the extreme!
