So annoyed with @Telstra . Apparently they have cut off the #ADSL service in our area for some unknown reason and without notice. I work from home. Wasted hours trying to work out what the issue is. No #NBN either. 🤬🤬🤬🤬

Today I went for a swim with phone in pocket. I came back, my phone didn't. Called @Telstra for a new SIM. Automated voice asked my problem then indicated they were too busy to speak and "for my convenience" would send instructions via SMS. What did we do to deserve this company

@ServicesGovAU That’s my point, it takes time to hang up and call back and stay on hold. When @Telstra call and they send a code to your mobile, you give the code to the call operator and your ID is confirmed, simple, it works, quick and effective. Why can’t you introduce something like that?

Good Friday and no internet at all @Telstra extent of their help via off shore chat - turn off and on, have u changed anything and then they cut you off. About time @accc and @acmadotgov did something about the ongoing horrendous service to all Australians.

@ianbfarquhar I wasn’t part of the negotiations of course but heard that Telstra engineers found it hard to accept a rival source of expertise, took a ‘you’ll take what we give you’ attitude. I knew then that they’d have trouble with retail customer service, became an ABT person.

I hate @kayosports. As a @Telstra customer i'm meant to get it free but when i went to add it, it says you can't you've already had a free month. Like WTF? I just want the AFL Live pass back. Its messed up #AFL
