    To all my @freodockers followers, you may have to keep me in the loop on @freodockersAFLW this Saturday. I don’t have my Fox Footy access yet. Seems like every year I miss the first few weeks because @Telstra sucks.

    @Telstra 2/2 The NBN tech didn’t turn up on either of the 2 seperate scheduled times.We then use the T24x7 app for 3 hours to end up being told by Telstra tech on the other end he can’t find the service at all & is disconnected 2 mths prior which is incorrect as it was working till 18/12

    Now another operator has terminated the call…. He hadn’t even had a chance to see if they could help… Not a good day on the @Telstra front…

    @Telstra Probably yes because nothing's changed. 3 months in now and still I can't get this problem sorted out. Your people are useless and they never follow up.

    How is it that your internet is consistently dog **** @Telstra... Idk if I've ever seen a positive comment on your terrible connection. Sat at 0.2 all day and every other day never consistent connection... Fix your ****.

    @Telstra do you think it's a good customer experience to overcharge me then send me a cheque as a credit? Surely in 2022 you could just credit my account rather than requiring me to walk into the bank!?

    @Telstra Thanks, but why should I spend any more time going through this? I pay for a service which is consistently not provided. I have also spent hours on phones and messaging systems trying to resolve it. That's all wasted time. Meanwhile, once again this evening, I have to hotspot.
