    @russellmahoney @Telstra Best use the chat function. It’s less frustrating than a phone call but you’ll go from speaking to someone using broken English to someone texting you in broken English! [Note, it’s not their fault. They’re paid peanuts]. Thankfully @andy_penn is bringing call centres onshore.

    @Telstra Ironically a complaint lodged on the site you mentioned returns a “server not responding” message consistently.

    @Telstra Cost is something I can't do as well as renting, if NBN did a decent roll out instead of the ****** roll out they did there wouldn't be a problem. Dial up is more reliable then NBN

    @DarkViperAU @Telstra I am honestly surprised there are places that have worse internet... I mean, how much worse can you literally get? Australia has such bad internet.

    @Telstra Thanks so much for shutting down the Cudgegong road tower blacking out mobile customers without a word of warning
