@Telstra That drives me crazy people listen there music on there phone instead of their headphones. I got a fantastic pair of AirPods pro from you guys last week thank you. Long time customer.

you know it's time to look for a new job when your boss asks you to call telstra to ask if there's any way at all they would postpone the outage to later one because we just started a sale (mind you so far this year, we have not yet NOT been on sale)

  • kanefitz06 Kane Fitz (@kanefitz06) reported

@FionaRoseT @VodafoneAU Telstra better coverage and online help. Optus better in store and on the phone.

You asked, .@Telstra - I have to work from home and in the middle of an essential meeting my NBN has cut out twice.

@FionaRoseT @JarrodKent @VodafoneAU If you deliver regionally I would go for Telstra to be safer. Costs a little more but I think by far the best network. i'd struggle without it too even locally where I am in regional Vic. Telstra drops out far less than others on the 3-4 hour drive between

@DTsirekas @Telstra @Optus How about you ring David and sort instead of telling him to call South East Asia and “say complaint”

@bangtanmum Today at 10am. I got them thru being a Telstra customer

@Telstra When I have 6 hours (I have a one year old so that’s never) I’ll think about following the link. 6 hours was how long I wasted on the last communication through your messaging system. That’s as still quicker than the 10 hours wasted last time I spoke to you guys on the phone

  • andykelk Andy Kelk (@andykelk) reported

@lukesunborns I got that email too but no more details on how to access if you're not a Telstra customer.
