@Telstra When my neighbors also have issues it seems clear to me that the issue is not my connection but something with the Nirranda tower or associated equipment

@telstra I have had my NBN disconnected due to orders section not checking that I had already joined NBN for my business. 5 days and all I get is #sorry. No reconnection in sight. In huge debt due to @telstra negligence. Complaints team don’t care or call back. Please help

@Telstra has turned me into a ******* KAREN right now bc my internet is STILL going out EVERY DAY for the past WEEK !! i'm this close 🤏 to changing my isp, but it's fine honestly, just offer me credit instead of fixing your stupid service 👏

@johnsy123aus @davidbewart I had same problem with #Telstra bigpond after changing ISP provider. Even though Telstra's terms clearly state that #bigpond emails would continue to work free of charge for a further 12 months, they lied and your email just dies. #email

@ArielPlath "Telstra" called me to say they detected problems on my internet connection. Someone else was using it, she went to say. We are not with Telstra. She knew my name though.
