Dear @Telstra. I've been on hold for over 30 minutes to change a customer's email password. The automated method, sending a link to the account WE DONT HAVE access to is ridiculous, so is the wait time.

@Telstra Hi there, unfortunately my new address isn't being recognised by your system so I am having trouble getting it right to order my home internet! Have you got a number I can call tomorrow or even this evening?

@Aussie_BB Is there yet another outage in Wonthaggi? Again, no coverage. Again, nothing on your website or twitter. I know your tech staff use Telstra mobiles because their coverage is better, but I'd like to stick with Aussie Broadband rather than be bullied back to Telstra.

@Telstra @andy_penn this is on top of you disconnecting me on 1 January instead of 17 January then taking four days to fix it. #worldsworstcompany

@Telstra he's still without a phone and had no way of connecting or contacting other people, which for this person, is a critical issue. What are you going to do to rectify? First world co'y? How?

Hey @Telstra … that issue includes TelstraTV working on my mobile devices connected to the network that your TV box suddenly can’t find (and no, the modem location or devices have not changed locations)

I don't need a personal mobile phone whilst travelling, but I desperately need to keep my number for log in verifications and Govt Services etc. @Telstra advised me I needed to pay $30 per month just to keep my number active. This seems ludicrous if I'm not using the service.

I’ve been chatting to @Telstra’s “help” team in the app for 7.5 hours and counting. What a useless system.
