    @Telstra It is very odd, but seems not unusual. NBN say no tech needed and self-install and boxes available for replacement for existing customers. Telstra give no reason why a tech is required. You seem genuinely interested for a resolution. Feel free to champion our cause. DM's open.

    @TelstraEnt Telatra customer for 15 years. I go into the store and ask if I can get any deals for my loyalty. They say no but I will be getting a fine for not returning my lease phone during the lockdown in which I couldn't leave my house. Thanks Telstra.

    @Telstra None of these business received or know of any reminders nor do they know of any compulsory cut off. The kicker is you tell them that they can’t have their old business number back. Really poor.

    @jtungyep @Telstra No doubt, but that's on Telstra not me. Not once has one of these customer service reps ever actually resolved an issue. Seriously they may as well just use bots. To have to repeat yourself over and over is infuriating.

    @telstra my unlimited fixed wireless nbn has been been braked - supposedly for excess usage. I am on an unlimited data plan and my account is paid up. Two emails today saying I’m over limit. Speed now appalling. Poor mobile reception here means I can’t access your app.

    @Telstra how incompetent can your staff be both in store and thru the message service in the app. Honestly this is why I absolutely hate dealing with them cause they don't read messages clearly and just rather give captured responses then provide actual answers!

    @Telstra @landry235 Hi Telstra is there an outage in Neutral Bay right now? It’s not in your page and it wasn’t the last time when it went down this past Tuesday (approx)? Failed fiber optic unit in the street because I spoke to the technician who magically appeared?

    Once again my @Telstra data has spiked over 2 days and service is throttled for next 12 days unless I use my own bonus top-up to rectify. 101GB of use over 2 days is INSANE and INCORRECT #Telstra - It’s time the fat lady started singing.
