    Oh Telstra... sign up for a new internet service, all squeaky clean! Only after placing the order do they tell you the hardware is out of stock and delivery is delayed.

    @SHamiltonian @thmcmahon @ryanbedwards Yeah - I'm with Belong. It's a Telstra subsidiary, but is way cheaper. It's on the Telstra network - I got waaaaaay better coverage when I switched Optus -> Belong.

    @ryanbedwards Not sure about contracts, but Woolworths pre-paid gives you a lot of data on the Telstra network for around 15 a month + plus 10% off one shop per month. With the shopping discount included they actually pay me to use their SIM card.

    @tsween25 @DoctorKarl 4g is all good out in the sticks, dependent on provider. Harder in the City due to amount of users on the network at the same time and data access overloads...according to Telstra's terms & conditions apparently. Either way, NBN is a government failure.

    @BillyFosterPics @Telstra @Aussie_BB After Superloop dragged their feet for 3 weeks on my fibre upgrade request I contacted Aussie and within 2hrs they had booked me in with NBN and my NTD will be installed on Thursday pending no issues arising. #worththemoneytobuylocal

    @Telstra ordered a phone back in March. Said it was delivered on 15 March but @australiapost or @startrack gave it to someone who wasn't the addressee nor authorised. Have contacted customer service multiple times but no answer. Going to the ombudsman now

    @thmcmahon @ryanbedwards Aldimobile prepaid (and purchasing a handset outright) is the ideal balance of reception and cost (they resell the Telstra network).

    @lozza929406 Very odd. I’ve had zero issues with my chromecast either and never saw them causes issues when I was at Telstra. Intermittent connection generally comes from the modem in my experience. Did you say you got the CC replaced?

    @Telstra getting lots of service denial after I've been out of service area, mobile phone is not reconnecting to network. Tried 2 handsets same result🤷any idea what's happening?
