Bloody Telstra lost my access to my Bigpond email. I've had this email address 25 years. I lodged a complaint with the TIO bit not hopeful. Do you know what you have to do to try and get back into websites you use. Cost me dearly in time money and frustration. Good-bye Telstra!

Bad news. Someone deliberately hacked into my Wi-Fi and this time, it was through the Telstra website. This hacker reset my internet connection. I'm using my mobile phone. I don't have any Emoji icons on this. 2021 has been a rotten year for me. I hope 2022 will be my luckiest.

Trying to help my folks with their Telstra mobile service and losing my marbles. It is truly bewildering how unimaginably awful a company like Telstra is. Almost total monopoly on our national telecommunications infrastructure, profit driven, and zero interest in quality.

Telstra business Australia. Where can I call to speak with someone and not spend hours being transferred around to the wrong departments. I have a phone and no number for my plan! Help!

@lLiamDavies @CFlensburg @JulieCollinsMP Copper is undoubtedly the reason that the NBN sucks, tradies being lax is irrelevant, full FTTP is what we needed and it's what we still need. Selling telstra was retarded, buying the copper back for the NBN was retarded, the LNP ruined the NBN and it needs to be made FTTP

@Telstra Thanks Jay - I’m an hours drive away and they’re in their 80s, can you help me? They said the cables too thin to see and it’s caught up in tree branches

@Telstra hi, think you've got some scammers out there letting people know, in quite convincing ways, re problems with their service.

@QuentinDempster @ChrisKSim75 To be clear copper cable was never universal and links were often used in remote location at expense to Telstra under community obligations. Same pay phone box’s. Scrapped by privatisation. Ditto black spot mobile coverage where taxpayer pork barrelling is required.
