@Telstra @plalor I’m in the same boat with my elderly 80 year old widow grandmother. She’s had her home phone disconnected overnight with no notice. Spent hours on the phone to Telstra with no help. Appalling service, my Dad is beside himself and so am I. Disgraceful @Telstra

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra Current disruptions? This has been an ongoing issue for years and all we get are excuses and redirections my coordinates are around -34.548328,146.377804 and all my neighbours with telstra experience these issues

  • DamienCWalker Farmering Dad (@DamienCWalker) reported

A message gets sent to thousands of users from a number that has never sent a message to any of those users before, containing a URL, and containing keywords like "delivery" "failed" "payment" "bank", and Telstra's like "Sure, why not"

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra Multiple people don't experience the same problems for years were not stupid, I'm not expecting you to have an answer but acting like you know everything about how coverage works isn't fair either

  • StingingPyjamas Mitchell (@StingingPyjamas) reported

@Telstra I also add its intentionally difficult to get though to someone who takes issues seriously and wants to help all they do is suggest I spend money to fix the issue myself

  • aFaeryHasNoName a_girl_has_no_name (@aFaeryHasNoName) reported

@Telstra @TelstraEnt Thank you for wasting 4 hrs of my life yesterday, while techs tried to fix our issue over the phone, unsuccessfully. A tech came out this morning & had it all sorted in an hr. For a telecommunications company, you guys are pretty **** at just that. 🤬🤯

  • plalor Peter Lalor (@plalor) reported

Ps. I think it is an @optus account but needs @Telstra service. Whatever it is it needs to be fixed. @FLMirabelli

Hey Mr @Telstra Customer support guy how are you going

  • acceler8er Michael Kouranos (@acceler8er) reported

@telstra Phone line stopped crackling overnight, but is now clicking every 3 seconds. How long do we have to put up with this nonsense from yourselves? You keep taking payment for something that is not working correctly. How is this OK? @3AWNeilMitchell @andy_penn

  • NotMoBTW NotMoBTW (@NotMoBTW) reported
