    @GladysB That is a terrible press release. It sounds like Optus is just whinging about Telstra getting an advantage in the market. If Optus really cared about regional Australia, you "throw money" at it, Gladys!

    @andrewbogut I lived in Thailand for 16 years, originally I moved there to get away from Telstra and their hopeless service… back in Australia now and can honestly say Australia is a **** hole prison for tax slaves.. nothing to offer a human.

    @Telstra Thanks Elms, I already know what they will say, they want full payment before service can be restored. Just though everyone should know what a terrible policy this is, although I’ve been a customer for eight years, I’ll be switching

    @vEternity_ @Telstra I recently swapped back to Telstra from another ISP who I was having issues with. I pay for 1000/50, steam maxes out at like 20Mb/s when i should be getting 100+, Getting packet loss etc. So frustrating

    @Telstra I'm done discussing it. I have spent SIX HOURS on the phone on TEN separate phone calls and as you can see, i literally just had to start the whole process again. What's to discuss? You are well aware of the issues, the notes would be EXTENSIVE.

    @dmejiacanales @mathewjmackie Ha! I remember Telstra free hour, knowing and dreading that mum would call 6 PM EVERY Sunday, relieved to know she would hang up after 20 minutes because she needed to call my 2 brothers!

    @Telstra Hi Matthew… patience long gone with a long list of Telstra issues … but appreciate as an individual it isn’t your fault…. And no doubt you are embarrassed to work for an organisation with such a poor record and delivers such poor performance …but understand we all have to eat

    @Telstra I'm hoping I can finally access 5G using my Pixel 6 pro tomorrow night at Marvel Stadium as not once has it come up on my phone in the 6 games I've been to. Works in my area but I've been unable to use it at Marvel Stadium & the MCG. Is it the network or @madebygoogle?
