@MakoHorse The fact is mate you shouldn't be walking into regional areas if your from Melbourne asking for services to be performed, FULL STOP. Bring your damn Telstra bill, we don't care, you aren't getting served. You've no right to put businesses at risk.

Back on the @telstra support nightmare. I have two accounts with several hundred dollars owed back to me. So far, 1 hour and 20 mins, 5 agents… and I’ve been passed on again.

And it is not doing to be ready until Sunday. Absolutely useless to me since I need the mobile broadband this weekend as only Telstra is avail. where we are going. Piss poor service from @Telstra. All I wanted was a QR Code so I could use an eSim on my tablet for the weekend.
