damn got a call saying my internet connection is being disconnected! because nbns available in my area, its almost liek I already have nbn!? Best part about it, it's a "telstra technician" but I've never been with telstra before... damn! these guys r smart

@LuluDavison @Peter_Fitz @whitty_andrea We get the Telstra i/net one maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I just had a visa scam a few minutes ago, but we are careful because my wifes' card actually was skimmed within the last 12 months, so it is a judgment call. If it is real, they don't hang up when challenged I guess.

@Telstra fix your ****. I have been waiting 2 weeks for an nbn connection date and all I keep getting told is that there's no appointment, wait 48hrs and use 4g backup mode till then. I've waited 48 hours, 336 hours to be exact. 4g backup mode ******* sucks

@JohnSafran Live in outer Melbourne. Telstra signal nearly always unavailable. I had to pay cash for a cab cos they couldn’t get a signal. Luckily I had some. 😎

@Telstra are becoming increasingly worse! Not only are all new plans having to be paid via Direct Debit, they also now charge customers a fee to pay accounts via Debit or Credit Cards. Customer choice has been removed completely and we are all backed into a corner!

After numerous exchanges with @telstra support, it seems pretty clear that it is actually impossible to simply change the credit card being used to auto-recharge my account, via either their app or via their website.

@Telstra Thanks Stacey, much obliged. Great to see Telstra on the job! We get the Telstra threat to cut off our internet scam almost Daily, depending on the week. The Email Scams of our $60k Ford 4x4 wins and $200-$600 vouchers from every co known to man have slowed down mercifully.
