she can't cancel it. I can see it clearly on my latest bill where Optus is charging me $5 a month. On the other hand, I want to keep my postpaid mobile service with @Optus but Optus has asked me to move with Telstra saying that they are unable to provide good coverage in my area.

@Telstra It’s disgraceful, absolutely disgraceful. Why would you shut call centers on a Saturday when most working people have time to sort out these issues? 3 and a half hours I’ve been online messaging for something that is a 2 min fix.

@Optus I bought a 4G modem for use at a location that has coverage from your 4G network, only to find that it's artificially limited to 3G speeds. This is totally unacceptable. I want a refund so I can spend the money on a Telstra modem instead.
