@Telstra my internet has been down for a week now our modem has a blue light on it and with further research it has said we are some sort of slowed backup mode. We called telstra support and they said it would be fixed Thursday 7.00pm idk if it is delayed or something need help!!

@Telstra Nope want to keep it public now our whole community are getting no answers.. we are all escalating this through media it’s unacceptable and your support team are no help. We have gone to federal ministers media and andy penn.. your boss by the way until someone listens

It’s been a headache and a half dealing with Telstra these past couple of months. I can’t get anyone to resolve my enquiry - a bill they issued but can’t explain wtf it’s for? It’s soo frustrating that the only form of communication is online

@Telstra No. The trouble started as soon as I hooked up the new router & nbn box & I rang a number as instructed in the direction booklet. Offered a techno for next week 17 Mar. Texted not coming until 26. Rang 3 support numbers & told 3 difference things. Gave up.
