    Today I spent 3 hours waiting on hold with @Telstra until their office closed. I was trying to get mums phone back on, she has a neurological condition and forgot to pay the bill. Her fall alarm is connected, she has priority assistance. Here’s the **** show I encountered.

    @Telstra As I still haven’t received any form of communication from the complaint team. Can someone confirm if the 24 month was available at the time of my contract and if so why was I told only 36. I don’t think the TBE was followed

    @Telstra Can’t find it on my Telstra app so I’m guessing it’s completed but the slow buffering is continuing its really slow and frustrating do I need to get the newer Telstra tv unit ?? I expected faster service with the NBN

    @Telstra how do you contact Telstra for consumer mobile queries and orders when your IVR cuts off my call everyday? This is shocking customer service. Why is there no option to request a call back like Apple does for example?

    @noneuclideangrl but they don't want to actually provide customer support (we had to deal with telstra message chat, with a person but still **** for 3 hours, saying the same stuff multiple times before they eventually organised a technician)

    Seems like @Telstra have so badly gutted their customer service that they can’t function even for their most vulnerable customers. She’s been a loyal customer for literally her whole life.

    @Telstra So...turns out @Telstra wont provide me with info on who came to my house and tried to walk in on their behalf as I am not a customer. Thank goodness all that happened was a fright for me. Poor, careless service. #BewareTelstra
