Emailed Meg Bonighton the head of Customer Care for @Telstra today with regards to the 3 complaints I’ve had with Telstra over the past 12 months. Surprised to receive a response from her advising she will have her staff investigate my 12 months of Hellstra. #Telstra

@Telstra thanks Bek. i’m grateful for you reaching out. i’ve got years of reporting issues with my Telstra HFC with massive time spent and zero functional improvements. i’ve just switched to Aussie Broadband, and am already seeing a significant improvement.

I deleted my rage tweet re Telstra, because their service person on here actually did sort it straight out. But honestly, whatever business you run sort your bereavement closure services. Everyone dies, so this shouldn’t feel like the first time everyone has handled this.

@alisterrobbie I did the changeover 100% online, didn't have to speak to anyone and Telstra never contacted me to get their modem back.

@RoryBurnside I’m with @Telstra with the home phone, they gave me a call guardian home phone, when set up, it forces spam calls to announce themselves, call centre workers never do, they just hang up. Haven’t had a single scam call in months

@Telstra I need urgent assistance. You’ve already verified my identity. You won’t do anything that will actually help. All you will do is send a follow up email to a person who no longer works @telstra

@Telstra 3/3 - tried that, was told to call Control Group on 1800 096 566 - did that and was told I can't upgrade at all because of my plan I've been through 2 credit checks, verified ID twice, have repeatedly been called a 'new customer' despite having been with Telstra now for 1 year.
