@acccgovau @acmadotgov I'm 45 mins north of Brisbane CBD, and telstra coverage around here is close to useless if your inside a standard brick home. (I've had other carriers and they are just as bad, or worse)

  • adriankwong_ Adrian Kwong (@adriankwong_) reported

@Telstra 1st. I hanged up, because I had trouble hearing the person, keep cutting out. Then disconnected by just pressing a digit and holding on, not receiving the codes. No. I had to go a Telstra shop. To get the service that I needed. For my mum to get a better a deal. #poorservice

  • RobInAUS Rob Menaul (@RobInAUS) reported

@Telstra Hi Angela - Yes, which is why I said "30,000 current and former staff accounts" were breached. This is 3x the number of Optus customer accounts leaked last week. While this leak was due to a 3rd-party program, it's still concerning.

  • rhyscnz Rhys (@rhyscnz) reported

@abcnews This is very poor journalism by @abcnews ... Telstra itself was not hacked, but a third party which was offering a rewards program for staff had the data breach in 2017.

  • LynnWoo70107106 Lynn Wood (@LynnWoo70107106) reported

Optus was hacked a couple of weeks ago. Now Telstra has been hacked! 😱 wtf is going on!

  • ockiesteyn Ockie Steyn (@ockiesteyn) reported

@EFTM If you think that Optus is handling the data breach badly, try and get your international roaming working!! My wife has been overseas for 2 weeks now, and hers is still not working, after being in contact with Optus for hours on the phone! We are both migrating to Telstra!

  • meholt not your real Dad (@meholt) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Brodhe A slightly different issue though. This was names and email of employees from 6 years ago. LinkedIn will tell you more about the people who work for Telstra. our emails aren’t exactly hard to figure out, they’re just our names and the domain.

  • RochyKate Kate Roberts (@RochyKate) reported

@Telstra It's labelled signal on mine and is green. Phone is green, Online purple and link has no light.

  • ADInsertusernam Anthony Dodd (@ADInsertusernam) reported

@Telstra @newscomauHQ @PatsKarvelas Well here's another key fact - I'm pissed that you'd dismiss this employee data breach as minor. Wtf is your plan? Just keep saying it's not THAT bad?

  • markje4 Mark Evans (@markje4) reported

@lainieaquietoz @cheryl_kernot Switched mobile plan from Optus to Telstra several years ago. Have been advised my DL was exposed in recent data breach. WTF do they still have my details in their system?
