    For six months now I’ve been trying to have @telstra deal with appalling 5G mobile phone speeds. Had a friend do a speed test standing right beside me today - 140Mbps. Did my own test - 1.67Mbps. I’ve taken the phone to an Apple Store and they confirmed it’s a Telstra issue. 1/2

    @JulianBurnside My partner had an awful encounter at a Telstra shop yesterday. He queried when told they couldn’t see him for four hours. He just wanted to make a purchase which would have taken five minutes! His questioning this ended by him being asked to leave the store. He’s not happy.

    @Telstra @JulianBurnside Is Sheree a real name or is this one of the scammers who have infiltrated Telstra and will try to get remote access to your computer&deliberately slow down internet speed so people are forced to contact the scammers so they can hijacker email accounts. Dodgy.

    @Bilbulbabe @Telstra My, my, turning customers away! Sounds like Telstra doesn't want or need new business! Having to make an APPOINTMENT to buy something from a shop? I'd never set foot in a shop that did that to me!

    2/2 Numerous chats with @Telstra operatives. Finally Level 2 technical experts confirmed it’s a “backend” issue that needs fixing. Multiple emails to the CEO and Chief Customer Advocate have been ignored. Bring back @davidthodey or @andy_penn. They cared about customers.

    I wish @Telstra would fix their pre- paid activation portal. 3 sims tried and a phone call to their call centre, and no one knows why there is a glitch. IT form created with a 7 day wait. Fun.

    @Telstra you have the worst in-store service and your online chat agents must be from mars because they are just pathetic in customer service - BUT a your real onshore Australian agents in the call centre like Aaron and Prachi deserve a raise.
