I signed up to @Telstra ADSL. A month later—no modem had arrived. I hassled them again, got someone who got the thing done. Got my modem 29 March. 31 March I got a bill for $80. Not bad, 2 days service, $80!

  • fairls Fairls (@fairls) reported

Well, that was a game! (Now that I can get reception because the one thing they fail to fix every year is the @telstra reception during games at Kardinia Park 😫) Our Catters were good! #WeAreGeelong

@blu3potion @Telstra After over two hours of messaging they still would not talk to me. Telstra you need to have a good look at yourselves and treat your addiction to not wanting to speak to your customers.

  • Cyntech Cyntech (@Cyntech) reported

@Telstra what's the go with Llanarth mobile service (2795). Moved here 2 months ago, hardly any service, definitely no 4/5G. Making phone calls for work is almost impossible.

  • MattAdamson75 Matt Adamson (@MattAdamson75) reported

@Telstra your customer service has just inspired us to look elsewhere

  • blu3potion SunshineCoastChris (@blu3potion) reported

@mickaloi @Telstra They have the worst customer service, "reply via DM" how unprofessional is that for a company, they stopped talking to a heap of us because we ask them to explain the price rises ,

Did you know that if you have a problem with the #mytelstraapp you can call @Telstra and they will advise you to use the #mytelstrapp to resolve your issues quicker? Repeatedly. And that people using the #mytelstrapp get priority. Lucky things.

  • PolAnimalAus Parakeelia millions! 💉💉 (@PolAnimalAus) reported

@Telstra I have been told the $65 is a real bill or something like that. To me it was $80 for two days service!

  • Cyntech Cyntech (@Cyntech) reported

@Telstra No, I haven't. FYI, it's not just me either. Family use Woolies mobile (Telstra network I believe) and it's the same deal.

  • PolAnimalAus Parakeelia millions! 💉💉 (@PolAnimalAus) reported

Today @Telstra cut my service. So I had the service 29/3–24/4—three weeks for which @Telstra billed me $145 (a $15 discount appeared ???) I would have paid the $80 in 2 days time, and each month after that. @Telstra you ****** up and overbilled me!
