    Yesterday @telstra organised for a technician to come out for a NBN fault that we never said existed. Then the technician called us and said they won't be coming out because there is no fault. All we want is to upgrade our NBN plan, #Telstra are playing games.

    @Judith54Nunn It is Telstra We’re SOR too, had so many issues so switched to TPG, never had an issue since. Telstra are shite with internet

    After losing Zoom recording yesterday, had SMS purporting to be from Telstra, 'Hi Wendy, we think we can help you improve your Wi-Fi connection. Your modem may be too far away from your devices. For more info...' I didn't click link but can't figure out if genuine or scam

    So many people in this shopping centre, probably because it's such a wet Saturday outside. But the Telstra network is struggling. You'd think they would've fixed this years ago.

    @LloydsBank your telephone system won’t work with the Australian Telstra service. When will this be fixed? It’s really frustrating that I can’t reset my banking details!!!!Also there’s no contact E-mail address - would rather make complaint by E-mail

    @Telstra No, fibre is still disconnected, relying on 4G backup with very poor signal. My point is that none of the Telstra customers affected by this outage have had any communication from Telstra. We’ve all had to call.

    @Telstra Karla@Telstra Aitkenvale sorted it. The staff there are great. 1 phone call while on the tarmac & by the time I landed the order is in progress. Gold Support Chat thing was fast but useless for Velocity & the phone support was worse. I get you gotta save money but man it’s crap.

    @Judith54Nunn @MythicUn1corn Modems can also fail. Failed modems have been 99% of all my internet issues since the NBN but then again, I'm not with Telstra...
