Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • _devalias Glenn 'devalias' Grant | Open to opportunities (@_devalias) reported

@Telstra Yup, a DM that's going just about as nowhere as every previous attempt to get anywhere useful with your support team over the last year.. so maybe airing @Telstra 's lack of useful support publicly will add some seriousness to the issue..

  • bigbaddanno Daniel L (@bigbaddanno) reported

@Telstra thanks for apologising for not having internet for the last 12 hours but how about a refund like a normal service company would have to provide when failing to provide the service that is paid for.

  • MichaelYPmnm Michael Richards (@MichaelYPmnm) reported

@Telstra We have had no internet service in Stansbury SA since the 25th of March. No information from Telstra when our service will resume. No offer from Testra of offsetting our additional mobile data use. Do you think this is acceptable?

  • MsTTayler tjt (@MsTTayler) reported

@Telstra You can reinstate my phone number. Sam Sokkar from your team has the details. And you can have a word to Sara & Selina at your Rhodes NSW store about the concept of customer service...

  • fadikazmuz FK (@fadikazmuz) reported

@Telstra Isn't it ironic that @Telstra you have zero initiative to fix a problem? Would it be hard to search for the customer's number in your system and call them? A 2-class system; the abused and the beneficiary of benefits (paid for by the abused).

  • Camelli79450301 Camellia (@Camelli79450301) reported

@kerivvy @DanielAndrewsMP Yes, I have complained to Telstra, the Telecommunications Ombudsman, the State member and the Federal member. No resolution. Hopefully, with the Games, it will highlight how terrible mobile services are in the regions. I am less than 90 minutes from Melbourne CBD.

  • SoSmileOrDie Emma Cooper (@SoSmileOrDie) reported

Now on hold again with @Telstra. Hopefully I can actually get through this time. And don’t think I don’t know this hold music is this terrible to try to force me to the app. Which doesn’t provide an option for my issue.

  • Goldy1970 (((hippocrates shrugged))) (@Goldy1970) reported

@Camelli79450301 @Caz33309984 @DanielAndrewsMP That is because Telstra is just a retailer now and only NBN can fix the network. It’s 100% federal…and yes, the internet annoys me too.

  • VALIANTBABE340 Jen 🇦🇺🏍🏎🏉🏈🏀 (@VALIANTBABE340) reported

@Telstra No, because I was told by the salesperson at the store to login to my telstra to pay my bill because it's "fast and convenient". I clear cache and cookies twice a week to avoid such problems.

  • AHMEDISMAILJEE5 AHMED ISMAILJEE (@AHMEDISMAILJEE5) reported

@RnpGupta78 I lost my landline, not sure to Telstra or NBN. They don't care, they have no regard for Invalid Seniors Pensioners. Last year Voidafone unlawfully disconnected my mobile phone. I am still waiting to Complain to TIO because they have too many, please help.
