Telstra keep sending useless messages, then they advise that your data quota is about to expire, don’t send crap to customers if they need Telstra and have hours to spare they will attempt to get past the electronic messages that dominant Telstra and call!

Part two to Telstra, why do Telstra look to customers for sympathy in times of outages, yet nothing is ever fixed in a hurry and they never discount accounts even when services are down for days, it’s all a one way street customers are just expected to cop the poor serviceandcost

@Telstra 2 hrs wasted on help chat last night to try to resolve issue of no incoming SMS, & all i got was what I had googled myself! Followed up again today & was finally told it's a known widespread issue taking 24/48hrs + to fix! Why nothing on your known outages webpage!?

Telco expert needed. Go into regional centre phone is 5G 1 bar doesn’t work. Drive few miles out it is 4g with 3 or 4 bars works fine. iPhone 6 months old is it a settings issue or just Telstra being Telstra issue 🤔
