    What is the point of Telstra support when all that happens is you get asked the same ******* questions and given the same stupid actions whenever someone calls to "help"? I shouldn't have to repeat myself FFS. I just want a solution.

    @Telstra Yo using beed to do any troubleshooting, I just need someone to tell me how I can see a daily breakdown of my internet service. Either via the website or the app.

    @MFWitches Commonwealth Bank. Electricity Telstra Bank is the worst in my view. Banks make money from "thin air", then do everything they can to rip us off. The law and conventions say corporations main job is to make profits for shareholders.

    @whereisdaz Could be, Im with Telstra, it seems worse in some areas than others but it's universally more unreliable than earlier in the year and its been that way for some weeks so leaning towards a phone issue

    @Telstra I sent a request via the app but nothing so I took it straight to Samsung and it seems the video and multiple forum post is not enough for them to admit their s22 range has this issue. They want it sent for analysis and repair before considering a refund.

    @Telstra knows how to make loyal customers feel unappreciated. Longstanding customer on premium plans. Sought upgrade to SmartModem 3. Only for new customers apparently. So best strategy is cancel account and then apply again. Get a discount too. Nuts.
