@CoaltrainHunter Same mob that destroyed the value of Telstra shares held in everyone’s Industry Super funds by setting up a parallel service. Yep, that was smart.

@bigjsl Yep, I’m getting similar figures from mine. Pity their router is absolute garbage (which is actually a choice - they have disabled lots of capabilities), but you don’t need to use it. Still get 5 second outages occasionally, but vastly better than Telstra’s Bigpuddle.

@PaulFletcherMP You lot botched it. With the mixed technology "bolt on", you've added to the cost of the NBN. Also many folks are stuck with a "last mile of copper", that is badly degraded and in most cases reassembles a rat's nest due to poor maintainance under a mostly private Telstra.

@Bonobeau2 I can't stand telstra. Years of paying $40/month "service fee" I didn't even have a phone plugged into the line. In my unit block they had a monopoly on landline connections🤬 My internet provider has been TPG for almost 30 years & I'm a very satisfied customer👍

@Bonobeau2 Agree costs are excessive but in my case it worked out $20 cheaper as I was able to finally cancel my landline which was $40 per month. It made me so happy to give Telstra the🖕 My new #NBN connection was 10x faster than the ADSL. Bargain.

were upgraded from copper wires everybody had to be trained for how the new systems will operate. PMG has always afforded opportunities of employment, but has never stood for incompetence, and now Telstra show why Australian ingenuity is at the fore. Or, it must have slid so that
