@Rich_In_Syd It could be your building with the connection in the basement. Have found it better to get one Telstra shared data service and be totally mobile. My 4G 80GB service shared across devices is about $70 per month - when you work it out that's better than NBN + Mobile

Hey @Optus we recently change our wifi over to yous from Telstra and when we got the wifi modem and started it up the wifi speed is slow i cant even play games on it ive updated the wifi box i have also restarted it by the way the wifi box is a Huawei router

Modem has been on the backup 4G since NBN service maintenance since 25/2/21 at Pacific Pines #pacpines, check #telstraoutages shows no interruptions. Called #telstrafault on 26/2 and 1/3, ensured the service would be back on that night. Rubbish. @Telstra @NBN_Australia

Hi @Telstra for the last couple of months, mobile coverage has been poor(er than usual) out here on the urban fringe @ 4510. Previously, leaving a phone by a window would ensure coverage, but now it's always patchy. Has 3G tower equipment been replaced by 5G, which I can't use?
