    @Telstra What is not good is being asked to wait 40 minutes to speak with a customer service person at a major Telco Co. Do you see anything wrong here? Ever since Penn got hold of the CEO role the joint has gone backwards, Thodey always placed the customer first!

    @NBN_Australia Jacky this is not true. My RSP Telstra are saying they are waiting on NBN. Can you please put me in touch with someone that can help rather than just telling me to speak to my RSP as this is what I have been doing for weeks!

    @Telstra you guys did it AGAIN, called tech support, told them my issue, got put through to billing, some dude said he'd sort it out and puts me on hold. 20 minutes later a guy from tech support answers. It went back to the beginning of the queue. Total time so far 55m, 0 results
