    @agentsmart My only problem is there’s no reception in my estate. Telstra has best coverage and I still need wifi calling and my phone still doesn’t ring half the time 😒 The voda sim I had at one stage for a work phone didn’t work at all so had to use my personal phone for work.

    @Telstra Should I lodge a complaint for the internet isn’t working, for the internet that isn’t working? No one wants to speak to tech as it is infuriatingly slow and rarely gets anything solved. Just hoping something might actually work properly for once 🤯🤯🤯

    @Telstra why did u cut off the internet early from my elderly mother when she changed home phone plan. It clearly was noted it should be 11th July & was cut off 5th July. Now no internet to help Visiting grandkids in school holidays. It will take 24 hours to provision & restore.

    @xglossd I went with Optus for this reason. @Telstra are garbage. Even though Optus has slightly worse coverage I don’t care when I get more data and pay 2/3 the price each month. I’ll look again when it’s time to renew my contract later this year.
