A quick update on my @telstra internet saga... I lodged a formal complaint and now the best they can do is to check if I can get ADSL or, if I'm lucky, ADSL2+. And both of course will be charged at @NBN_Australia premium price. #telstraFAIL

Have been trying to get a straight answer about a local 4G outage from @telstra since yesterday. Called and was hung up on by the computer who told me to go online. Astounding lack of service (in every sense).

- try to contact Telstra bc I've had no contact yet about my acc problem. - get routed through their automated bs - 'to make it easy, follow the link I've texted you' Problem. My phone has been unlinked from my acc. No text and I can't use the online system bc they broke my acc.
