@Telstra I feel like I have to contact Andy Penn again to try and get some sort of action! This is ridiculous! No internet since 12:53 on Dec 26 and I can not get any real help!

@Telstra I’ve done that now! This is beyond a joke. The service we get here in the country is deplorable. I am 3 minutes from Seymour and I am in a black spot I’m sure this would not happen in Melbourne

@sandylanceley @p4ndr_ If Telstra had invested in infrastructure instead of just letting their inherited copper system rot, we wouldn't have needed the NBN as the network would have been already upgraded to fibre.

@Telstra @telstra great customer service I finally get to talk to someone and can’t be helped because your system had changed me from being authorised and when I ask for a supervisor the person in the call Center wherever that is hangs up on me! What great service

@discoball2000 I’m with Woolworths (they use Telstra). Works fine and I get 10% off a shop each month, so costs me nothing. Coverage is an issue being in Tassie and family in rural eastern seaboard, and it’s performed as well/badly as any

Telstra is Fkn useless... I'm over their half arsesed service... I have no option though.. Telstra is a disgrace.
