@Telstra Your get help app says there is no service disruptions in my area. 36 people on my local community FB page having the same issues would beg to differ. Location is Newborough Vic 3825. Calls either failing or dropping out after connecting.

@Optus Yeah I’ve asked for help over 20 Times from Optus - I can show you screen shots of the messages if you like ? I’ve talked to between 20-30 different people at Optus and nothing has been fixed. Some of your employees won’t even listen to me ! Telstra - you’ve got a new customer

@Telstra Several times Matthew. Please look back through DMs via this account. Your colleagues keep sending links, though I have no access to those. Even sent copy of "resolution" from Sept last year.. rang September, still not sorted. Cut off instead.

@Telstra It has never been above 6 in the decade I’ve been at this address. It began noticeably tapering off about 5 or so years ago and has been consistently under 2 for approximately the last 24-30months.

@Telstra Well despite contacting Michael Ackland @telstra to try and get this resolved, we'll see what the Telco Ombudsman has to say. Having emailed all of the screenshots to them, should demonstrate @telstra's concept of "customer service" is.

@Telstra @RutegerJones Same issue with our iPhones iOS 15, didn’t happen on iOS 14. Contacted Apple Support asked me to tap Forget the SSID - failed. Reset Network Settings - failed. After that Privacy Warning became immediate on 5Ghz WiFi, 2.4Ghz didn’t have issues but now it does random disconnect’s
