@Telstra And all of this is using up precious limited internet data when I should be using my mobile data that I never get through because it's never on long enough or stable enough to utilise. Thats without mentioning how futile it is trying to make a plain phone call....

@Telstra Telstra mobile reception has been off hours everyday since Sat Oct 9th. Mt Wombat tower. Not even 1 bar of 3G I'm paying for data & a service that's rarely even ON! a blatant rort. been like this all year. Please escalate this #20813170 $$$ for you nothing for us 👎

@Telstra What difference does that make? I'd like a month where I don't have to make contact with Telstra because the service is off. No apologies, no compensation it'll be off again next week without warning no doubt. Telstras pitiful level of service impacts my mental & physical health.

@Telstra Pretty clear what the problem is. I don't want to be direct debited. And I'm currently not. But if I change my plan (which is completed) I'm being told I can only remain with Tesltra if I switch to direct debit. I've paid all my bills previously.
