    @Telstra Thanks for replying Lauren. I may have now solved it [*looks sheepish]. I cannot believe how much quicker it is to have Telstra help you by tweeting to them though, than by using their help function on chat. You can disregard now though because I found the internet again!

    @RedFiddler I know it’s ****, but after years of similar issues we had to make an appointment to sit down in a Telstra shop & get it sorted out once & for all.

    @Telstra help. I have been asking through the app to pay out an ARO since May 30th. I ask for an update, have to explain the whole thing again… and it’s not being done. Is there a human in Australia I can speak to so this can actually happen?

    I have to ask @Telstra. Why did you're network go down in the Vic storm and all the other carriers stayed up? It's crap that when the electricity goes down the landline goes down. But having the mobile phones stop working as well was too much. It makes me consider switching.

    @JulianBurnside Agree! Something is going on. Ours has been **** for over a month or so. Dropping out all the time. I bet it has something to do with 5G. #telstra @Telstra @TelstraBcast

    @wildrift I am at Australia. I’ve not been able to get into a match with Telstra 4G mobile network since the latest update applied. Any idea? PS can enter the home screen but cannot get into a match after champion selection, always failed for connecting. Friend list is empty also.

    @RedFiddler Completely typical of Telstra & completely frustrating. As someone suggested above, wonder if it might help to visit a Telstra shop today if all else fails?

    @Telstra Actually we just tried the advice and removed the watch and tried to add it again and got the message that the server is down?
