    @surlestombes A lot of people will empathise with you. My local cafe is without a landline & wi-fi for two weeks for the second time this year. Problems shifting from Telstra to another service.

    Finally got a number for @Telstra tech support and all it does is confirm your issue, sends you an SMS with a link to the app and promptly hangs up. A phone company with no phone support #gofigure

    @Telstra Called help a d that too 25 mins just to get by the first guy who wouldn’t confirm me with anything but my account number. Painful. Now waiting to be transferred to someone on the NBN connections team. Is this what service has become with Telstra?

    If you thought Telstra couldn't be any more dismissive of its customers, check out this response: "Our phone options are limited at this time. Can you tell me what happened when you chatted with them?" No the auto-support was useless, I need a phone number!
