@KateEmerson88 I had this problem last year. We do not have NBN (not available in our area). We put up a rooftop aerial and it has made all the difference even during the most torrential rain. Use a local tradie, Telstra etc. are far too expensive.

@Telstra your online help to fix issues is utter fkn ****! Instead of outsourcing to countries where English is not spoken & the people there have little understanding of the English language how about you employ people that can speak English Your customer service is disgraceful

@Telstra Done that numerous times before, your service keeps dropping out and is unreliable for a high cost, very frustrating. But there’s nothing anyone can do just sit here and wait for it to eventually come back up.
