@NBN_Australia @a_mittyy I love these nonsense replies. My JOKE provider is Telstra. The box that is broken is NBN. Your lying Network Outage page says nothing is wrong, yet half of Hazelbrook is saying their NBN boxes are clicking and flashing red.

@NBN_Australia @Arwen1951 Comedy GOLD. Dozens of Hazelbrook people have NBN boxes clicking and flashing red, while NBN's idiot status page says nothing is wrong. My Telstra "provider" idiot page automatically contacts NBN and it says TWELVE days before your laughable 'service' can attend.

@Telstra Smart Modem due to be delivered on December 8th. In the meantime its smoke signals and semaphore. Why anyone would disconnect 1 service 11 days before connection of the new service is beyond belief.

@Telstra @TPG_Telecom ...were supposed to do, in a reasonable time frame. This mythical 'Covid Excuse' for 1000% piss-poor service, is just that, AN EXCUSE! Almost 3 months...THREE MONTHS... to do a basic number port from one provider to another!!! As you can see, I've lost my patience! 3/-

@Telstra on the weekend we placed an order to switch from ADSL to NBN. On Monday morning our Internet didn’t work, called and it was “fixed”. Yesterday morning our Internet didn’t work, called and it was “fixed”. Today it isn’t working again. Can you actually fix our problem?

@telstra I've had 3 cancelled NBN appointments and it's near impossible to talk to someone to figure out why these appointments keep getting cancelled. I'm not getting the internet service I'm paying for. Give me a reason to stay with Telstra.
