  @Telstra Four frustrating weeks of call centres, troubleshooting, refusing to elevate us to managers, cancelling technicians. Four weeks of no home internet, losing money and being given the run around. It’s not hard. Is @Telstra the worst company in Aust for customer service? Still not fixed.

  @DHughesy @aaronsmith Saying "governments waste money" is easy, but the real problem is every government since has refused to raise revenue to match spending. Howard-Costello rode a mining boom and sold Telstra; they didn't solve the structural problems.

  Unfortunately I wasn't able to stream tonight. My Telstra internet connection upload speed was terrible. It was very good for the past several months my mobile broadband connection was. Nearly 30mb per sec upload speed. But now it's down to the crawl 12mb. Not happy with my ISP.

  @Telstra So if I take your perspective, I have now dropped you a note, advising if the issue, so it is now resolved. You will pay us $35m, give us a new admit you are wrong and give us anything we want, as the case is now resolved, as I have left you a note. WHAT A BLOODY DISGRACE!

  CBA makes $620 PROFIT PER CUSTOMER Westpac makes $532 per customer NAB makes $835! (Milking small businesses pays off) By comparison Telstra makes $104 profit per customer & super retail group (Rebel, Supercheap Auto etc) makes $20 per customer No wonder banks love oligarchy

  @andronauts @KarmicVictim if only Melbournes was reliable 💔 i remember getting stranded in the city bc of some telstra outage and was forced to book $200 hotel to not die from cold urticaria djajdjsjdj, sydney PT is nice and the Melbourne trams tho

  @blu_boys @Optus If you bank with commonwealth they have a deal with more. It uses the Telstra network, usually 25% off with an already well priced plan.

  My @NBN has been down since 9am & they won't come to fix issue till Monday - 4 days (2nd time in 2 wks)! My Telstra hotspotting is weak. Time to hook up with @starlink Issue here is local installer charges an arm/leg etc to install sys on roof etc. I may have to suck it up.
