@climbingcyclist @cyclingtips I did read the article. But Telstra could have spent whatever they spent on this (which will probably never happen and probably have no effect if it did ) on campaigning for (or even chipping in for) separation. Which would see a far greater benefit

@butcherbird @simonahac @Telstra That's a massive failure on the fixed line service. There's no excuse in 2021 for wired to be less reliable or slower than wireless by world standards.

  • butcherbird 💧 butcherbird #ProudSewerRat (@butcherbird) reported

@KitFromOz @simonahac @Telstra Never use an email address supplied by a ISP. you're locked in to their service.

  • didToWinaPrize Mookie 🐻 (@didToWinaPrize) reported

@Telstra I have had the bot cancel the service, that is not the issue, the issue is why was it a ADSL 2 and not NBN that was being paid for?

  • smccmickb Michael Burden (@smccmickb) reported

@Telstra Hi Anto, thanks for your help. Unfortunately the guys have been in contact with your business teams and all they got was an apology and told it would be 6 weeks to fix it. Not good enough unfortunately.

  • geoffrey_payne Geoff Payne (@geoffrey_payne) reported

@simonahac @lynlinking @Telstra I use Iinet Simon, no data limits for $69 month, I use a different service for the phone tho

  • jayeyekay Jared (@jayeyekay) reported

@Telstra A bit confused. So, my prepaid service is no longer included? When did this end?

  • simonhackett Simon Hackett (@simonhackett) reported

@Telstra FYI I have been contacted by what appears to be the escalations-of-escalations team in response to my tweet. They've been very civilised but as of yet its still not working.

  • JamesFrySYD James (@JamesFrySYD) reported

@Telstra Tori, have you ever tried to reach Telstra’s Tech Team? This is an excruciating exercise that often leads to no resolution - if you’d like more details, DM me on here and I’ll gladly provide. JF

@NickOsbaldiston @jodiem When we first moved here (Byron Bay, not like anywhere too OUT THERE), I was with Telstra and my partner was with Optus, people would have to call me (sitting in the same room) because they couldn't get through to him. If I can't get reception in my home, that's a problem!
