@Telstra I've been thru this dance b4 Ollie. Tesltra says talk to NBN. NBN says talk to you. Meanwhile service comes back online. You're both "good, problem solved". Until the next change in weather & then it happens all over again 🙄

@GongGasGirl @amaysim I got a 500 dollar voucher to sign up to Telstra for 60 a month for only 12 months. Out of pocket cost, 220 for 80GB a month, heavily discounted PS5. However the service isn't ideal if you need help. Luckily it's all fine now

@Telstra Thanks, Cas. But to be fair, the person picked up my messages, didn't read the history, asked me to give them my DOB and Acc# again, and wanted to go through the whole issue again! Sorry, that's not good enough - if you handover a ticket, read the history. Pretty simple.

@Telstra Bad. Last time you sent out a tech they told me it was dc adapter interference. It's not. It gets ridiculously bad when it rains and ive scoured the house with my AM radio on to nothing and unplugged any suspects.

@GongGasGirl @amaysim I use Belong. Still uses Telstra network which is more reliable and widespread than the others. Have had Vodafone in the recent past and reception was pretty terrible. Data gifting is excellent idea and I gift mine to B1 regularly.

@GongGasGirl @amaysim Telechoice and Aldi with Telstra too. Better version, but issues with international roaming. For rural remote Telstra is the only option at times.
