@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.

@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.

@Telstra There’s clearly a massive problem with Telstra reception in Hervey Bay in certain areas, otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining & others are experiencing the same issues?!

@debbishdotcom @LindaAHardy @Telstra I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous Deborah, I actually looked at my phone outside pier one this morning & had 4bars. My area has been the pits, seems to be working for the moment, but 6weeks is crazy

@DrBlackVelvet He probably has Kayo, if you're a Telstra customer, I heard you can get a free deal for $5 a month not sure if deal was 6 months or a year.

@Telstra I moved house so it's a transfer of connection 3 1/2 weeks later I have had 1 day of ADSL a dozen phone calls to tech support, been told I would be contacted by level 2 tech as many times and never have been contacted.

@Telstra I have been through this with ten different techs on the phone I have has a field tech at my house. I am sick of explaining the same **** over and over. Thanks for no help, at least you are consistent at that.

I think I will have to get a proper router to become the main router at home. While robust, the new router from Telstra is really stripped down from capabilities.
