@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.

@debbishdotcom @LindaAHardy @Telstra I’ve never seen anything so ridiculous Deborah, I actually looked at my phone outside pier one this morning & had 4bars. My area has been the pits, seems to be working for the moment, but 6weeks is crazy

@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.

@Telstra There’s clearly a massive problem with Telstra reception in Hervey Bay in certain areas, otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining & others are experiencing the same issues?!

@Telstra I talked to Customer Service for 2 hours yesterday. We did speed tests and so did he. They confirmed it's a coverage issue. Download speeds of 0.1 mbps on both phone and router - in metropolitan Sydney, during peak times. Cut the BS. #Telstra sux. @Telstra sux.

@Telstra Im absolutely appalled in Telstra Policy Procedure & Complaints Systems. Initiated complaint 12-3 assigned Case Manager 13-4. Resolution put in place but not followed through. Call today from CM reneging on Resolution citing "Cannot access my Account." P 1/2

@Telstra How long after the tesltra mobile coverage map shows your area as '5G coming soon' does the 5G actually go live? I received a text a few days ago that the mobile network in my area might be down intermittently for the next week or so, and when I checked the coverage map it showed

@XboxANZ are you aware @Telstra are promoting Games Pass to customers then expiring their service after one month and continuing to charge? They are also doing nothing to help customers.

@Telstra The mobile 4G signal is out at Westfield Hurstville. Not even Telstra employees can get on. It’s okay outside the centre. This makes life difficult with Covid sign ins.

@Telstra @XboxANZ Appreciate it but I’ve been in contact with your support for 2 weeks just to get the same ‘someone will be with you by C.O.B’ then nothing. It’s also apparent on your support pages!
