@owgreally @MSMWatchdog2013 If you have shares then Telstra or whoever will have to pay dividends if franking credits are removed. The companies can't NOT pay their share holders. The whole industry from the New York Stock Exchange down would crash and mattress sales would increase.

@macsween_prue @Telstra Agreed Telstra is the worst and most hated company in Australia. Unfortunately if we travel (or used to) we are stuck with it. I truly hate that they do not employ Australians in their call centres.

@Telstra I was contacted by the “My Telstra App Support” via e-mail with some steps to try. The behaviour was the same for the first two tries (i.e. it didn’t work). Then I decided not to click “Done” on the upper right corner when verifying via app, and that seemed to have worked.

Privatising Telstra is a public bad for sure but the buildings they remain to operate in? Public good.

Now @Telstra are asking me to fill on online form or call to be able to help, when they’ve barred my internet. Talk about an oxymoron — Neither works due to the barring they’ve placed on my account. Been without Foxtel for 7mths all while being charged for it @3AWNeilMitchell

@MichaelACT123 @TonyHWindsor Not necessarily I would hardly call Telstra a beacon of hope in a privatised world having experienced their pathetic customer service of late. Ditto for the Electicity providers. Not forgetting in a country like Australia the people beyond the suburbs are a forgotten race.

Big companies no longer provide the service to customers that they promise to deliver. #Telstra #Foxtel #Qantas

@Telstra We don't all travel with multiple Internet sources sadly Cas. I can however see the tower from where I am sitting, though, sadly it doesn't help. Thanks for your time this evening. Very Early morning is best when few are using it. No timeouts then, been the same for the last 6mth

@Telstra It almost seems like there is a delay between the verification and the pass-on to Safari, and when you click “Done”, you seem to interrupt this pass-on.

I asked for a copy of the terms and conditions I’m being asked to agree to and am sent a web page. What king of terms can anyone legally offer when they aren’t given as a copy to the customer on agreement? Is this #legal, @Telstra
