@Elbarstardo @i_borborygmi So buy a phone outright and get a prepaid sim. The plans are for suckers and keep you locked in a debt cycle. Better to get a cheap or second hand (or free) phone and use prepaid. You can even use Telstra network, but get better deal from a reseller (aldi)

@Telstra Hi Ash, first of all when has Telstra NOT experienced spikes in service requests? Literally every phone all I’ve ever had with @Telstra has been during a ‘peak period’. Second, I wasn’t on hold. I explained the problem no less than 6 times but your team couldn’t understand me.🧵

@Telstra That's rubbish I asked a question, wait ages, then provide security info, wait some more, give up, come back later and follow up and then have to go through the security hoops again. I don't have all day to wait for customer "service".

@Telstra I have to block anywhere from 2-6 random numbers a day. Put a stop to this ****. Luckily @Apple let’s me silence unknown numbers know cos you wouldn’t fix it. But fix it!

@Telstra Is gold support really the best Telstra offers? I have been trying to get an IMEI block removed since the 30th and it's still blocked. Support says 24h yet the time passes and it's still blocked. It took 3 attempts to get it blocked, 25 to get it unblocked maybe. Help.
