@Telstra Hi, I received a $15 penalty on my account, even though i have experienced outages and no power. I have tried calling many times but up to one hour delays. How can i resolve this problem?

@Telstra I went through all the trouble shooting instructions on Saturday. Today I can’t access anything on my smart tv and I have to use my iPhone on 4G mode at home as I can’t access anything in wifi mode
