@Telstra hi, my wife's NBN has been down for 2 days. She's rung several times only for her call to ring out. Pretty hard to run a business with no NBN.

@Telstra spoke to a technician. Apparently a problem with the line. #NBN involved ( God help us). Appointment now booked for (Drum roll....) 14th April Seriously? I suppose the NBN technical support can't be faster than the #NBN.

@GongGasGirl @amaysim TBH I’ve just stuck with Telstra because of Apple Watch and roaming (and our hospital is basically a Faraday cage that only has reception for Telstra network) Interested to hear other options, about to make the 5g leap..

@Telstra is available from 8am to 9pm Calls Telstra X2 gets hung up on twice by the robot. Paid my bill Wednesday Takes 24 to 48 hrs after bill payment to pick up speed. 4 days later still going slow. It honestly makes me want to change internet companies due to this BS.👎
