@Telstra so I live in Mount Barker, South Aus and the internet currently is so bad it won’t even load a speed test. We’ve tried turning the router off for a bit but still nothing. Is this an isolated thing or is there an outage across the board? #telstra #telstrainternet

@Telstra I’d prefer not to DM. Just let me know what department to contact because I have been messed around for months now. If it’s easier I can just cancel all of my Telstra services and move on. Let me know your preference.

@chozari @BriarBush We left Telstra@our 1st KP address & had to come back at this address bc Optus doesn’t service our street.. services all the other streets around it but not this one … their service doesn’t suck anymore but it took 2-3mo to get the service up to speed! And lots of whinges here!

@Umes5 @MartinCuddihy @Telstra This is very good advice. I had a serious issue with Telstra and my elderly father a few years ago. Contacted Federal member. Telstra trouble shooter sorted it quick smart.

@ProfPCDoherty When the power is down (which is often), our town, pop 240, has a complete comms loss caused by a back up battery that needs changing at the base station. Telstra has been advised many times and simply could not be bothered, so we do without. Rural health is another issue.

@daveray99 @Telstra I never had to call Vodafone while travelling outside AU. Roaming just worked n my phone just transfers over to the local network seamlessly even before my plane lands or b4 my cruise ship docks. That’s for $5/day which is most of the time cheaper than buying a local sim card
