@Telstra I ditched Telstra years ago, so I have no problem. My comments are from locals who complain on social media every single day on drop outs and failures. It is a serious problem for you. Join the FB pages for those regions and get some reality of how bad the service is.

@NBN_Australia That's #Telstra! And they haven't given us anything. Jumped from #vodaphone to get better service. Disappointed with the response from T. Should have stayed with V. Frequently dropping connection. And I teach at uni.

@RiotSupport @Telstra My internet shut off and kicked me from the game, now I have to wait 30 minutes to queue again. Understand the afk offence stuff but every offence I've got is if my internet has kicked me off. Either riot fix your **** or Telstra fix your ******* internet.

My morning so far: 6 hours to connect with @Telstra to report an internet outage. My hair is now thinner after tearing it out. After finally talking to a human, have to wait another 24-48hrs for an expert. Should I switch to optus or are they just as bad?😭😭🤬😡😭

@Telstra is 1800130015 a genuine Telstra support number? Recieved a phone call and the person claim to be calling from @Testra & start asking for personal details. Told him not going to happen.
