    @bigyahu @Telstra Same problem. I have a $10 credit sitting on a @Telstra account for 2 years. I figure the time it would take to get it just isn’t worth it. And yes I get that my attitude may mean that they win, but i figure I won the fight when I closed the account

    @Telstra AGM sees them complaining about the NBN however their biggest problem should be customer retention. I always have a problem when contacting Telstra, tried to get an esim as a replacement for my physical sim, and I’m asked for a driving lience I don’t have. #esim #NBN

    @Telstra someone just rang me from an overseas call centre to say my internet and landline was to be disconnected within 24 hours. When I couldn’t understand what I had to do to ensure ongoing wireless coverage - which I have paid for - she hung up. Customer service - zero!

    When I’m on the phone to Telstra, near tears, I imagine the young woman I’m struggling to converse with travelling home on a crowded bus after a long day at the call centre. The image helps me keep my shit together.

    How frigging stupid is this, I actually work from home full time and now can’t due to the poor service by @NBN_Australia and @Telstra So good lucky anyone thinking of working from home due to the virus and using NBN - 8 days so far and no resolution and no ETA on a fix

    @Telstra Hi Cas. I never got one at the time as the rep said he would finish the paperwork later and email it. Luckily he texted yesterday afternoon after I sent the Tweet & confirmed appointment & I got the order number & confirmation email last night. Thanks RG

    @Telstra There gave been no disruptions reported. Your staff have said the problem is at the Telstra end. We've been told there's a block on the phone that has supposedly removed four times. There's still no phone and no internet.

    @GaryNunn1 Aldi mobile uses the Telstra network without the Telstra price... but not sure if it supports things like multi devices or Apple Watch - I put my husband on $35 Optus plan (plus $15 to link iPad and the watch was free for the first year) with 30gb

    Just spent nearly 2 hours today and 6 1/4 hours yesterday online to @Telstra. Yes, I did turn it off, then on again. Only Morrison, Taylor and the rest of the LNP rabble fill me with equal amounts of rage. And no, my phone is still not working.

    @Telstra I would say it has to do with cost of decomissioning vs ROI on cheap marketing ploy. Telstra has one if the most predatory business cultures in Australia, this is not being done to help people.

    @Telstra See case#22595878 inc16522776 You were to call, you never did. You send me texts that are wrong. I call back on number texted The girl knows nothing abt it can’t help but tries (Listen to call) It’s the usual Telstra merry/go-round. If you were efficient you’d need 1/2 the staff!

    @Telstra I just want these issues fixed, but nobody can do that. Customer Service Customer Support From @telstra they are oxymorons. The benefit in having everything in writing, is that you cant say that i'm wrong because it is all there for you to read.
