    @jriewolod @Telstra I know it’s slow, but I second the comments to take it to an ombudsman. I am sorry for your mum, but sadly not surprised - I have nothing but billing issues with Telstra. They always want us to pay first and then they’ll sort it out.

    @Telstra - colleague and I currently in Tokyo on business and both only getting 3G. Whether it’s you or Docomo at fault, this needs to be sorted, or at the very least, we shouldn’t be charged at normal rates for substandard service!the helpline wasn’t helpful.

    @Telstra @theroadknight Thanks, but Telstra has refused to upgrade to provide the 2.0 to 20mbps it advertises as download speeds in this area. The matter is with the TIO and a false advertising complaint has been made with the ACCC.

    @Telstra oh it's just the service is so bad in Scone that i essentially can't access my bank after abour 2pm every day. most other websites load slower/poorly between 4-9pm, connected to wifi or off phone data. theres never any faults/work/outages reported your end, it's Always like this
