@toninicho I am now, seriously, thinking of changing my carrier after years of being with Optus Problem is Telstra cost me a first full money last time I was with them and I dropped Vodaphone over their poor customer service.

@mig_loren @bencmorrison I have my iPhone and iPad on Telstra SIM with shared data.255gb shared. It's come down over the years but the convenience of an esim when travelling is pretty cool. Still expensive if you just use the Apple provider interface.

@Telstra may I just say how frustrating it is to accomplish simple tasks via your silly chat system in the app, a simple messagebank change should not take 2 months of waiting days for a reply, then when I reply being kicked back to the bot! Fix it or answer calls! #TelstrFail

@Telstra I have cancelled my service on 1st May however still get a bill for the month of May. Tried to contract call canter there is no one pick up at 8.30am. Online messaging team is unable to give a right response.

Hay @Telstra do Like causing pain and emotional stress to people because the way your complaint team is dealing with my issue seems they don’t understand I’m epileptic and have other health issues & they say they can’t pick up the phone and talk to me at all,how is that possible.
