@Martyfields @FatherBob Ha! Had approx seven hours on phone to Telstra on Friday, simply to cancel a landline where no-one even lives! Still has not been done, but they managed to disconnect the WRONG landline, which we can apparently never have again. Unbelievable. Good luck learning Chinese.

They have a management culture that punishes innovation and have wasted hundreds of millions on digitization which has failed. @Telstra I'm so tired of having these fights with your staff. if the girl, for one minute, stopped talking over me she would know what i was trying to say. i have a whole email chain talking about my issue and she wouldn't listen or let me talk to a supervisor. 12274684

@Telstra is a garbage company I have place a order for NBN twice and they never showed up leaving my high and dry. Now I comtai tech support and apparently I have used 200GB and that's why I can't use internetat all 10 min to load a Google page guys be very careful when dealing..

Hi @Telstra I wonder if you're aware that a spam calling site purporting to represent #Telstra about a spurious technical outage. How can we block or shutdown these sites, given they display as a private number?
