    @Telstra That outages page is never helpful tbh. The signal just drops out, no internet for a few minutes and the starts again

    @Telstra no all you want to do is "look" like you are doing something, telstra have had a full 7 days to resolve this but havent, they treat customers with total contempt.

    @Telstra Your use of the word "date" is concerning. Hopefully it's fixed today. If they at least gave an update on what the actual issue is, it might be helpful.

    @Telstra Didn’t do anything, went through the motions, then after about 90 secs asked what issue I was experiencing and then nothing. Issue is it keeps dropping out at random times, it’s fine now but will drop out every now and then, not really worth the premium price I’m paying for it
