    @meatmatoy Telstra is one of the two major ISPs we have here in Australia (the other being optus). Both of them are pretty ****. I'm with a smaller ISP and things seem to be fine now though.

    @Telstra Startrack told me Telstra had to do it. Told me the business solutions team sorts these requests and gave me a reference. Went back to Telstra support and was told by the agent they are the Telstra Expert and refused to even entertain the idea someone else could do it...

    TIL: the @telstra pre-pay for mobile hotspots deactivates your acct after a few months of idle. Then the firewalled service permitted after that, which should let cust sign in & recharge (pay) depends upon web assets that are FIREWALLED, so breaks. So customers can't pay!
