    I thought service couldn’t get worse than Vodafone, but @Telstra has one-upped them with my pending NBN service. 3 weeks without home internet, no technician appt scheduled & no possible way of speaking to someone over the phone. Three days of ‘chat bot’ getting me nowhere!

    @Telstra we recently got an esim and yesterday it suddenly stopped working. Online assistance is hopefully and your store is open after hours. What assistance can you provide? Why can we call you? SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!

    @Telstra nearly impossible to set up direct debit with you guys. Telstra ID registration errors and call centres closed. Can’t be that hard
