    @chdyctt After complaints to the TIO, the best Telstra can offer is: "It is a known problematic area for reception" and "We do not intend upgrading the capacity". Yet, they still advertise speeds of 2 - 70mbps - and that's my complaint: false advertising.

    @Telstra They keep calling, I ask for reference and they hang up. 1. WHY have they got my number? 2. WHY/HOW do they know to call me within minutes of a real support call? Something at your end is seriously wrong.

    @SarenMum I've never been to a rugby game, so I might sound stupid, but are those Telstra and Doordash ads just superimposed on the field for TV? Doordash isn't visible when they show the replay. I thought someone painted them distorted so they appeared correct for the camera 😳

    @Telstra why am I getting calls reportedly from Telstra people asking me to download AnyDesk?? These calls are immediately after legitimate support calls by me to your support team. Leads me to think you are getting hacked, repeatedly and so is my private information.

    @Telstra Thank you. Not just generally. Specifically to the funnels as mentioned including collections suppliers. End to end. None of them have any solution now and all unmonitored email addresses. Hope something gets done. 👍

    @joininthechorus @Dura_Ace The thinner wires there look like aerial copper leadin for the Telstra POTS phone network - again, with NBN having replaced landline nobody is going to notice if that drops out, unless you're stuck on FTTN/FTTC.
