    @Telstra Telstra can't even update there customers on social media. At 8am it's been 24 hours and not one post, tweet or anything by Telstra letting people know about the problem. In this day and age that is plainly bad customer service.

    @NBN_Australia Central Coast has lost internet and phone lines since 8am yesterday. When will this be fixed as @Telstra has said its not there problem it is nbn. So what the hell is going on????

    @NBN_Australia what is happening with the internet and home lines in the blue haven and San remo area of the Central Coast NSW. Its has been out since 8am yesterday. You or @Telstra have done nothing to notify your customers. What us the problem, when will it be fixed

    @Telstra And yet you stay quiet about the whole problem. If there's a car accident in my area I get notified by the fb & twitter group I'm in, BOM let's us know about bad weather coming, when the power is out ausgrid let's people know by social media, yet telstra nothing.....

    @jen_browning @Telstra This week there has been maintenance on the mobile network while the NBN has been at its worst. I have missed 2 meetings because of drop outs where on home net I can’t hear speakers move to mobile and get SOS only. Countless hours of the wheel of death while items are loading.
