OK, I'd like to say cudos to @Moto @Moto_Support .. My Razr 4G was repaired within 24hrs, and I must say.. with your new update it is like a new phone. seriously.. maximising the use of the external screen is unbelievable. @Telstra however, I have never had a worse experience

@Telstra Oh so , so many things. I have many customers and any one of them that uses Telstra for anything means they are pulling their hair out in total dispair. Your problems are way too big to list and you cannot be unawair of that surely.

@Telstra No Sean, I said tedious was the service not the support. @Telstra support is not effective. Is it unreasonable to expect a technician to be able to go to a premises to fault find and repair such a significant service failure? That’d be real support.
