    @Telstra nbn not connecting for 24 hours. Ring support. Says lines are busy and hangs up. Not great when you have kids that have to do homework online. Help please. We are paying for a service.

    @Telstra Despite escalating no follow up from Telstra. NBN coming today but Telstra tech told me NBN had DPU installed incorrectly which caused line to stop working and TELSTRA needed to send another tech to perform a service call. I hope NBN guy can fix and this isn’t more wasted time.

    Moved to a small country town in Central NSW. @NBN_Australia hasn't brought fibre to the development on the outskirts of the town. Neither @optus nor @telstra has provided fixed wireless. Satellite not working yet. Only option 4G broadband - drops away completely at night.

    @Telstra as a 30 year business customer all I want to do is see my accounts online and via the app just like I have always done and pay my bills but I can’t even pay my accounts because Telstra says I have none, it is impossible to actually EVER speak to anybody

    @Telstra I am now on day 10, unable to get a single person via the Message Us online to even respond, wait times are 17 hours, last person responded to me by simply saying it may be another 48hours before they are able to help, every single Telstra phone number auto disconnects
