    @Telstra How long will the bigpond email server outage issue continue??? It has been well over a month, and so frustrating that the premier communications service provider is unable to fix the relatively minor issue yet!

  • FeowApex Feow/Cesèr (@FeowApex) reported

    @Telstra **** you *********** I pay $90 a month and can’t even connect to my own wifi

  • tappo66 bradT (@tappo66) reported

    @roobiefox Sorry, unsolicited advice, but recent/repeated problems with Telstra - make sure you write everything down, who you spoke to, where and when...and if you want anyone to do anything go down the social media route (like you have), they'll at least respond then...

  • adamdoherty31 adam doherty (@adamdoherty31) reported

    @Damian_Herft @Telstra I was on yesterday again for 2 more hour simply trying to add an international dialling pack through the app, it is appalling and then with the internet issue they did what I suggested 3 days ago and it was fixed, they switched it off but didn’t switch it back.

    @kakqin1x @astroszn7 @Telstra how it has the official business tick retard

  • CSH_Picone csh_picone (@CSH_Picone) reported

    @d_dmeow @DodoAustralia You coming to Aus? Where are you heading? Second least bad probably Optus or Vodafone.. The absolute worst is Telstra but if you're going anywhere remote they're often your only choice. It's much better than it used to be but we still have huge blackout areas here.

  • TheBriway Brian Hobbs (@TheBriway) reported

    @roobiefox I just use the my Telstra app. It stops me losing my **** and abusing them.

  • LesleyDewarAU Lesley Dewar - Blogging on Medium (@LesleyDewarAU) reported from Busselton, State of Western Australia

    /TV recognises my Samsung Galaxy tablet using Bluetooth (paired) but can't find the Telstra network. When I try to add the Telstra network, I don't know what security to choose. Thanks Over to you

  • arn3b Arne Hansen (@arn3b) reported

    @NBN_Australia We have Optus 4G because NBN (under Turnbull) decided our town wasn't worth anything more than fixed wireless. So why reward bad behaviour? I'd prefer to give my $ to Optus or Telstra... which says volumes! "Don't build and they won't come"

    Lol every **** I owe money to is sending emails & **** today and I’m like: “yep, I’m waiting to get paid too” and I suppose I *could* follow it up but it would be pretty rude to like, robocall someone at 4:38 on a Friday afternoon and hassle them for money, wouldn’t it @Telstra
