    Really @Telstra I pay for a service, I expect to get service. Got far better things to do than wait for a response from you for 2 hours. What’s going on? No and I won’t DM you to get a silly placatory reply of no use.

    @adamajacoby Telstra and the like are the same. It's also harder to cancel direct debt

    @Telstra good morning. Can you please help me. My mobile phone has not been able to send SMS messages since yesterday afternoon. I have re-started the phone but it makes no difference so I'm presuming it's not a phone fault as I can make phone calls no problem.

    @PatrolGaming11 @Telstra I know, that sucks, I used to work in a call center and I hated that, around here(MX) you need to tell the company you are cancelling and then they give you good deals(Not great, just good lol)

    1. The service level provided by Telstra and its subsidiaries is abhorrent. In a time of disaster and emergency, you rely on machines to work for you. This is an absolute disgrace. Telstra is apawling in its level of service to customers. @Telstra @andypenn

    update: doctor says i should probably rest for 2 days and insurance is literally the worst thing i've ever dealt with, makes telstra customer service feel like a dream
