  @antoinette_news A while back I got a call from "Telstra" saying as I was a current customer, I was eligible for a brand new deal that I could claim.....they hung up after I said I wasn't with Telstra

  @Telstra They were of no help either. There is still no static IP applied to the account. Too late now as lockdown is over. The worst part is I started this process before the lockdown because I thought we might lockdown.

  @Telstra After my initial contact I churned my NBN even though I was only toying with the idea, and now I just want to take all my products elsewhere - if this is the new standard of Telstra customer support.

  @Telstra I tried to the usual number 13 22 00. No ref number. Then I tried online with the support and before it passes to someone else, the system detects there isn't any fault whatsoever and hangs out. So, I just want to get a phone number where I can get it sort it.
