@Telstra My mobile service (silent no) has taken over 40 messages/texts/calls from not connected numbers from all over Aus in month U have put these on silent as u see theyre happening but it's stopping me getting genuine Calls. What can fix this plz. annoying. Have blocked all.

@Telstra No the smart modem apparently is meant to go to 4G when service is down, but stays on 0.15mbps! Best we have had is 25mbps. Nothing close to what we paid for which is Superfast

Getting @telstra to help with anything I’d like going to the dentist. Painful and once they are done you’ll have no teeth. They refuse to assist to get problems solved and push endlessly to self serve with their processes are broken.

@Telstra No it was actually ordering an additional NBN service at another address, to the same account; even confirming that the existing service won’t be disconnected and having the sales rep repeat this request back to me, well it happened
