@Telstra gotta love this. Tried in store today to add a esim to my iPhone. I have five other services and the CS person told me I have to move to a new payment plan a cause that’s policy. When I said no I want my bill in the mail. They refused to complete the transaction. WTF?

@Telstra And this is why people get pissed off with Telstra. It was originally listed as a problem with a fix time then it said no problem on the site. If you would just put on the site there’s a problem and we’re fixing it people wouldn’t be as pissed

Is @Telstra the i#absolute worst phone company in the world? Finally got them to close account in deceased persons - family - name and then sent that deceased person a refund. Now sending bills to dead person demanding payment. Trying to get someone on the phone - you can’t
