@Telstra what happens when I have been told I will get a call back 6 times and it doesn't happen or when I make a complaint but then they don't respond to my email for 5 days, then ignore my reply for another 5 days? Meanwhile 3 weeks unable to call or text. What next?

@Telstra Unfortunately that will not help, I have been on chat and they contacted the case manager and supervisor early this morning. Still no response. There is just no customer service.
