    @Mcali4 @Telstra I agree. In a pandemic, all care needs to be given to assure that elderly/vulnerable people can call for support and help. @Telstra made a good move last year in making public phones free - there’s an opportunity here to make sure homebound people have similar access.

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra I hope it gets sorted. My parents are ageing too and Covid times are worrying enough without communication problems in the mix. Their next door neighbour was hospitalised yesterday due to debilitating Covid symptoms (much younger than my folks).

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra After too many years of Telstra, I go out of my way to give Optus 10 stars whenever I can as the contrast from customer experience is stark. It has been several years since, and perhaps Telstra has lifted its game, although it sounds unlikely.

    @Telstra @TraceySpicer How many decades has this person been a Telstra customer I wonder, then one bill not paid on time, cut off their lifeline. Heartless, no loyalty to your long term customers that built the service.
