Take, for instance Telstra - our largest IT provider. It ran its call servers

  @THE_BLOCKSTAR @Telstra Hi Jason, my mum had exactly the same problem. It took 5 weeks of troubleshooting the modem until someone actually listened and tested the line itself. Sent a technician and found the fault 200m down the road. Hopefully you can get someone to help. I understand the frustration.

  @Telstra 8 hours of dealing with bots & ppl who don’t read previous messages only to be told, bad luck, send it in to be looked at & you now lose your prepaid 16gb of data

  Had a pretty awful night but glad to know that two days ago, my phone contract ended, which means I can be able to change my Telstra plan to something cheaper and better. Seriously, who pays $79/month for 20GB? Maybe back in 2019 but still.

  @LasseSr74098032 @raywilton4 Yeh My mobile with Boost(telstra) but rates are cheap pay only $30month they just increased my package from 3g to 5g at no extra charge for me! I was with Optus but signal kept blocking out where I live drove me mad!changed to this no problems for years!

  @Telstra heres to the disgraceful F grade on line service. Over 2 hours on your message app for a simple plan change.... even then it was not completed. Off shore is one thing no skills in what you is another story. Pathetic
