    @telstra - just got a new sim card. Started the process to activate. 10 hours later, phone still not working. Waiting for a response through your webpage, and I was told someone will be with me "shortly". Still waiting. How long do I need to wait?

    @Telstra I appreciate the offer but my repeated experience of dealing with @Telstra online is poor, I'll never do this again. At least shaking my fist at @andy_penn makes me feel good, even if it doesn't achieve anything ✊

    @Telstra I fail to see the humour in a now 28 hour old NBN outage that has meant I have spent the best part of 2.5 hours in the Telstra app chatting with 3 separate customer service reps asking the exact same questions and still no further along with answers

    @Telstra I try never to use the @Telstra app, can't stand the damn thing. I can never log in to it, i give it my correct credentials and then it hangs. Waste of time, doesn't work for me. Don't want to DM you, the easiest thing I can do is go the shop
