  @iiNet Getting transferred yet again. What happened to you? Know TPG are the overlords, but paid extra for customer service which is non existent now! You were ready to disconnect another customer from a wrong address; seriously bad! Hey @Telstra long term customer here, wanna help out?

  @novalyff Melbourne has *decent* but not yet 100% 5G coverage on Telstra. Unsure for Optus. However iPhone 11 doesn’t support it. iPhone 12 & a bunch of Android devices do.

  @Telstra I checked the outage tracker and there are none in my area. I have a vce student, two other high school students and two adults who are working from home. I have raised cases with the support service but I am also hampered by our 4G back up service that doesn’t work.

  Hey @Telstra. Got an email saying my NBN plan is going up $5 a month and my speed is being halved. Not feeling like a valued customer. Gotta wonder what your marketing guys are thinking, especially when I can get much better value elsewhere.

  by people in the neighborhood intercepting my connection to the Mobile network with some device. The neighbors thru the wall make a lot of noise when i boot my computer and have called out 'we got him'. Messaged Telstra who didn't know which end of the telephone to talk in
