@Telstra Guys, I'm at my wits end here. All I want to do is upgrade my mobile broadband data plan from small to medium and it seems nobody can help me through the app or in store to upgrade it before my next month bill cycle 4th Dec. This is ridiculous!

@Telstra I recall reading somewhere the reason for this **** positioning is due to the location existing conduits - the new pits are bigger than the new ones, so when installed centrally on the conduit they impinge on the footpath. But surely there is a better solution?

@Telstra @schlip I had a similar issue but it seemed to sort itself out once the console was online for a few hours

@dekrazee1 It was a Telstra tech (with Internode, but ADSL was Telstra wholesale) come to fix the ADSL that convinced me to drop copper and to NBN, even though we can only get microwave link here. One week later, and it still feels weird to be copperless for the first time in my life.

Anyone had any luck getting #nbn product or service from @Telstra ? Been waiting more than five weeks for nbn connection, had technician scheduled between 8-12 today, waited... nothing. Can’t call because a machine answers and hangs up #help #noservice

Only had my new phone connected a week ago - 5 SCAM TELEPHONE CALLS ALREADY ....HOW HAVE SCAMMERS GOT MY NUMBER ALREADY = ANSWER - BECAUSE TELSTRA GIVE THEM YOUR NUMBER !! ACCC and FTC should be addressing this issue @Telstra #Telstra @AFSA_gov_au @acccgovau

@Telstra @schlip I presume Telstra just sends MS whatever email address you signed up with to link to Xbox, sonic those emails don't match that could be an issue

@Telstra How about getting some staff working @ home during Covid. Been disconnected 3x from your 132200 lines without speaking with any1 & Ur chat messager service is useless as the person I'm "chatting" with & I use the term loosely is chatting with 10 others
