    @WatsonsTroops1 @Telstra Yeah seems they aren't doing that anymore! First person I spoke to just said too bad, can't give you any offers. Second one says they can give me a small discount but still nowhere near the value a new customer would get.

    @HansOrph @mistermouse666 That's the fear factor I'm talking about - Telstra use it as well, despite being a very poor experience. And you can never tell how good the coverage is until you need it...
