    @Optus I left Telstra 20 years ago, after a billing fiasco that took many months to resolve, and now I’m back. All I need is for them to keep my personal information secure, but I would love if they can show me that billing and support is better now.

    @peter_adderton The only thing about MVNOs is that none support sharing your main number with your Apple, Samsung or Pixel watch, you need to go with Telstra, Voda or Optus direct. Peter, can you please fix it? :-) It would be a world first!

    I am currently using Telstra for my mobile service in Australia. They are not up to standard. I will be switching suppliers. Poor customer service, doors are closed to there stores, when I call up for support, I can never get anyone to speak to.

    @richo_1973 @Socceroos Well after 2 weeks of no internet, Telstra finally got the issue sorted in our area. Then I rang Telstra to ensure they wouldn’t charge for mobile data. The tech guybsaid he’d check my modum. Said it needed a reset, did that, tgen stopped working!!! WTHeck? Now new one😡

    @Telstra I'm on a desk top computer. Changed browser and webmail still sucks. Not happy, but that seems to be usual for telstra customers.

    @Telstra The internet speeds in Melbourne right now are hot garbage, cant even game, even the speed test failed to load afew times, even my vpn barely helps!, this is not on my end and you all there at Telstra know it, fix this dumspter fire of a net.
