@7NewsPerth Please open the market to Singapore Airlines. Give these clowns a run for their money. Things will shape up with competition. Telstra was a good example of poor performance. They are now forced to step up and compete.

@Telstra letting us down again - warranty issue with a phone and no-one can even speak to us about it this week unless I want to waste working hours to sit around in a shopping centre. Not to get it fixed. To talk about maybe sending it away to get repaired or replaced.

@AaronAdamack @kenmoorealberta @AmieVarley Network duplication is good for redundancy. Australia has several Tier 1 providers - Telstra, Optus, Connect, Worldcomm. Having a single Tier 1 provider is putting all your eggs in a single basket.

@Telstra Too late. Another family member has taken on the problem & will be dealing with it from now on. I've spent many hours on the phone over the past few years & thought it had been resolved, as has my sister. She's gone to @Telstra in person numerous times to no avail. Appalling.

Looks like @Telstra billing system isn’t able to understand when you use your mobile service on overseas on non-successive days and instead simply charge you for every day between the first and last day you connected. Now I got to waste my time getting them to fix it.🤬
