    @NBN_Australia I have taken this up with Telstra on 3 occasions. It's the old Foxtel cable. It apparently needs an upgrade. Not prepared to help

    @Telstra Except it’s NOT working. It’s redirecting to my voicemail, not the number I gave it. I tried turning it off again, then back on, no change. Still goes to my voicemail instead of the help desk number.

    Woo slight rain and wind kills my internet for a good 5 minutes woo. **** this weekend and the days leading up to Thursday (the earliest Telstra can send someone over to check/fix the problem).
