@Telstra Is weekend a full holiday for an essential services provider? No one wants to attend even to such an important issue? Whole world can imagine someone being without a mobile service that Telstra disconnected and not reconnected? Even when major crashes happen IT take few hours.

@chrismurphys @Telstra I don’t know what modem or router you’re using. However, the Telstra supplied equipment is very poor. So bad that they eventually gave me two months credit towards my plan. They have a fundamental customer service issue.

@Telstra No, they all work perfectly - including buying things with Paypal. I gave up and - after a few tries and fails to get back to the right page - paid by card. I did not want to do this. Seriously, Telstra's is the ONLY retail site I ever have problems with.

@Telstra @juulerju Just maybe you and the ACMA can tell us straight how they are able to utilise blocks of Aust. Mobile numbers. Somehow, they get into the Aust network and utilise unused numbers. I find it hard to believe this can happen and you can’t do a thing about it.

@hgo7627 @nikt50 @Telstra Their ISP should be sorting it. I'm with optus and they organised nbn technician within 24 hours. I know they said telstra was messing them around. I can't offer much help sorry.
