    Looks like @Telstra are being dodgy again. According to them, they're not a retailer and therefore the @acccgovau rules don't apply to them. Been fobbed off to the manufacturer of my faulty phone with nothing but a "we can't help."

    @Telstra Are the NBN and Mobile Broadband speed issues in Portarlington, Vic? I can't get over 3mbps and our NBN modem is on mobile broadband instead of on the NBN

    @Telstra Says no outages. Still doesn’t work. Troubleshooting takes you to messages. They don’t fix anything. I’ve been trying to resolve it with them for days.

    @NBN_Australia 12:08 pm and home internet service has dropped out again. The NBN Social Media team may care but nobody in tech support at Telstra nor NBN care one zot! They just pass the buck and hope I'll go away. Every call costs an hour and nothing changes.

    @Telstra is a zero service organisation. Never make the mistake of entering into a business relationship with them. Fobbing me off with SMSed links does not make my day easier or shorter. Since they won't deal with me, they can deal with the ombudsman. #ThisIsNotService
