Ok, I’ll buy the prepaid card to cover me for two weeks and port my number across to that. Oh sorry, we don’t sell the prepaid cards for our service in our @telstra shop. You have to go to a supermarket.

@Telstra I placed pre-order for Iphone 14 pro week ago. I've contacted support using the telstra-app very confused, told me phone is in stock but it take 3-5 days to be delivered. Order status is waiting for stock. I feel like I've pre-ordered an unavailable phone, upsetting.

@telstra... WTF *****.. you guys promised 100 Mbps download speed and 20 Mbps upload speed.. but I'm only getting 92.33 Mbps download and 18.89 Mbps upload speed!!

@litjenny @MsahWu @marcuskelson Much as I dislike the premium Telstra charges, using the roaming package in the UK was very reliable and worth it. Worked the minute the plane was on the tarmac. Relying on WiFi opens up a world of security and reliability problems.

@MelPalling @Telstra Scammers use soft voip numbers. All Telstra can do is block them once reported or block the number range once reported. All scammers have to do is then purchase a new voip number range. It’s pretty basic tech knowledge kiddo. Pipe down or you’ll look dumb.

@Telstra After 2 days of your activation systems failing - across all clients, I instead went with @amaysim which worked immediately, with an app that works, and actually helpful support. #notapaidendorsement

@halprinconsult Only Telstra and Vodafone supported it, and I’ve never been with them. It turns out Optus has had it for a year or two, but I didn’t know!

@BrittA2211 I use Aldi Mobile :) It is cheap enough and piggybacks off Telstra I believe so I've never really had a coverage issue
