@formallypedro I have just sent my complaint about the extraordinary aggressive treatment meted out by a Telstra customer 'service' representative when I had the temerity to ask Why? it would take 12 days to repair the outage. The officious, belligerent bully said, "and, don't ask Why again!"

@Telstra Apparently the outage is at Bronco Ridge, wherever that is. We will leave it for now since we have been given Thursday as a new deadline. We'll see how things go.

Hey @Telstra why do you have to be so blooming frustrating to deal with? Your app is cumbersome, the chat slow, and many of your agents dont seem to read/communicate very well.

@elonmusk any chance you can get @Telstra to urgently look into the @tesla premium connectivity in New Zealand. Paying for a premium service but currently getting KB’s makes it unusable.
