@Telstra plus it highlighted the inability to put a home account & a biz account on the same My Telstra More hours wasted there, too You tell everybody this is the most efficient means of getting issues sorted but we know its just a deflection from your ****** phone service

@tassierevival Sick of dealing with #Telstra full stop.The customer service people honestly think they can help but in the end all is lost to Telstra's complete disregard for their customers & Telstra staff. I'm polite but I can only imagine the angry people (rightly so) they would deal with.

@cath_oco Still not what Telstra promises .. but at least it's a bit faster and more 'useable'. You're now running on 3G .. so it demonstrates just what a useless service 4G is .. and probably 5G.
