hey @telstra, could you update your mobile bill you send to people to include the total data used - this way we can migrate down to smaller plans where we arent going close to the data on the current plan. Included but no total - to avoid exactly that?

@stilgherrian @BoomerDea Resellers like Boost can't offer it because the wholesalers like Telstra refuse to support it for them. So all consumers will probably lose out, forced back onto legacy telcos. I also wonder whether telcos in most non 1st world countries will now move to eSims, I doubt it.

@Telstra I haven't even tried that yet I will tackle that after work tonight. Telstra as a whole is a struggle - can't change plans, app is broken and privacy issues(currently with TIO). All this stuff used to work now it is one giant clusterf.

@Telstra Aaah well, shows I use 1GB on average a month, I'll roll over to Wollies $20 dollar a month plan and save $38 dollars a month anyway - thanks for your help Winona!

@Telstra hey **** suckers your internet is ****** in the wide Bay region Queensland Australia, try fixing it, people pay you alot of money for that service *****
