@Telstra I spent a while talking on the chat support line. I don't know if they actually ready responses or have any technical capability... the only purpose it served was to eat up an hour. Since rejoining, I've not been able to log in to "My Telstra".

Well done @Telstra - you have broken pre-pay on an IPhone 6+. What used to take a few minutes is now an endless loop of useless words. Max version of iOS is 12 - your My Telstra app says upgrade to 13 (can’t) or use web - can’t create account for pre-pay 👏

1/2 Dear @Telstra I recently signed up with you after the Optus fiasco. I have been trying to pay your monthly bills but a glitch means I can’t connect my account number to my Telstra id. Online support for this, done through the Telstra app, needs my Telstra id & acc number
