@Telstra It has been resolved. I have one more mobile to port over. Luckily that is initiated by the new mobile provider. I will wait until I have enough 'fight' in me to cancel the final NBN account. That is how terrible the experience is....just to cancel a month-to-month account.

@nick_spurway @Telstra I would never go on DD as they make lots of mistakes. Their mistakes will cause you to get credit rather than refunds.

@Telstra Yes, my team has spoken to our Telstra Account Manager which will go nowhere as usual. FYI just parked my car across the road from 480 Queen St and had to run up the road to get a network signal so I could pay for my street parking before I got booked. #absolutejoke

@privateur I sincerely hope that people will leave Telstra in droves. As a customer i will not be strong armed into direct debit arrangements by Telstra. I as many others want control of our money. I will not hand it over to a Telco. There is zero benefit for the consumer.

@Telstra following from tweet complaint - put simply - account number 0273405800 should have been transferred from A Stevens to M Roth. The new property owners (the Roth’s) were told this was done in December and again in Jan but we (A Stevens) keeps getting the bill
