@Telstra NO. I am sick of waiting for this issue to be resolved with more tests and no action. I message as soon as a drop happens and they can't pinpoint the issue. Another 24 hour test to maybe catch a drop and then going through the whole troubleshoot garbage again isn't good enough.

@Telstra You'd think it would be, but it's ground hogs day everytime I speak to someone. I literally just need a new modem, but every time the person changes they want to go through everything again. I miss Australian support, or just techs who have any degree of initiative.

@Telstra customer service has become non-existent since the beginning of the pandemic. You simply cannot get past the automated phone trees (they must think they are so clever) and actually talk to a real person. In the market for a new phone company with real people.

@Telstra I have been trying to get a refund for a year and Telstra do not have a phone number I can contact you on if I’m outside Australia neither can you call a customer outside of Australia to sort the problem out ? I feel if I owed you money it would be a lot easier ???
