    @Telstra incredibly bad customer service again. We have asked you to cancel our NBN connection multiple times so we can use another provider 2 days ago. Yet it’s still not cancelled and my family has had not internet for 2 days. How hard can it be to cancel!!

    @Telstra I was only able to place my order through my profile bc of the site errors. upgrade and protect appeared on the main page but was not an option in the only way I could order. not happy!! 🤧 can we please have this added to our contracts before the phones are shipped

    @ScottRhodie @Telstra Look at other providers that use Telstra, try Boost, half the price same signal. Can I ask how you can consume 180g a month? No wi fi?

    @SwoopLuke Depends where you are I guess. Where I live Optus has the best reception and Telstra is on a par with Vodaphone. Where I work Telstra has a very strong signal.
