@Telstra pls help me I’ve tried twice with your online chats and spent over 2 hours trying to become a customer. I don’t have time for this, can someone help me quickly?

  • Kelzbellz_1 Kelly (@Kelzbellz_1) reported

@Telstra I just had a call from a private number saying they were Telstra are were going to disconnect my wifi and to press 1 to fix the issue. You might want to warn people.

  • sweetiethekat Sweetie (@sweetiethekat) reported

@Telstra Why are you forcing your costumer service people to use web chat? It's painfully slow. Also please train AND allow them to speak a little less like robots. This is not on them this is all on you. There are some really human humans trying to do their best for you :(

@elonmusk @teslaownersSV This system would be much appreciated in Australia especially rural. We get royally screwed for Internet here and pay ridiculous costs. My friend in W.A pays 99 bucks a month and all Telstra can give them is barely 1mb down and 400kbs up

  • NumnutsDevice Robin Smith (@NumnutsDevice) reported

@Rawalak_Farms @Telstra Totally agree. Surely an Aussie that has half a clue what they are doing taking 5mins to sort out a customer request would be better than a foreign call centre. Started at 1pm on live chat currently 8pm, no further Foward. #telstrastucks

  • melstorma Andrew Willis (@melstorma) reported

@Telstra 3 freaking dropouts in 1 day why am I paying for this crap service! What the hell is going on?

  • xflibble Jared Quinert (@xflibble) reported

Awesome @telstra help. Click the 'Get Help' tab, then the blue message icon. Have chatbot fail to help you, then chatbot says, "If you need help, send us a message through the My Telstra app. Do this by tapping the 'Get Help' tab then the blue message icon." Fail.

  • Rawalak_Farms Michael Hughes (@Rawalak_Farms) reported

@NumnutsDevice @Telstra It's that bad it becomes funny!! If you have to engage Telstra for anything, no matter how small or simple, it will be hours not minutes. No other company comes close for the poorest customer support....

  • Kris_andthemoon Bisexual Icon (@Kris_andthemoon) reported

@Telstra We can't because the screen is broken 🙄 I spent 40 minutes on hold yesterday and was told it was fine to return as is because it's a Samsung galaxy not an iPhone

  • BaconSupanova Sir Brendan (@BaconSupanova) reported

@_jessticulate I decided to stay with Telstra because I discovered Vodafone coverage is near non-existent in my work building and down in Jindabyne where I go to visit my sister a lot now.
