Still no internet. Grump. But an iiNet service person is coming tomorrow. Yay. During the night, Telstra phones came on after a week. Starting to get back to a sort of normal as the flood waters recede.

@Telstra 3. Changes made to Telstra's support so that customers do not have to resort to posting on social media to get an outcome. 4. More and/or better training and resources for the customer support reps in the My Telstra app.

@Telstra I just spent another 59 mins on with your tech support. Very frustrating. When I asked to speak to the sales team (as tech is saying what I bought is impossible) he said they were refusing to take my call - 20 years a Telstra customer "Gold Plus" - I've DM you my mobile again

@abcnews best of luck using Telstra their service is shocking. Was getting 6MBPS from their ADSL broadband internet for years whilst being charged for Adsl2 hopeless!!

@Telstra Why do you keep breaking promises? My wife has been trying to get our NBN fixed since last week. She's in tears! Your technicians don't show up for the appointments they book. You sold me the service with a 4G backup connection, but you don't allow me to use it. Why?!

@Telstra The appointment did. However I was told last Tuesday someone would contact me regarding my complaint within 24-48 hours which did not happen.
