    @Idealaw @jasonandrade @Telstra 👋 I work for a wholly-owned subsidiary, if that's close enough? If you wanted to DM some info I can see what I can do. As I understand there's still huge COVID impacts on customer service centres, which is probably what you are running into.

    @Telstra The messaging/chat team is not a team I would ever say offers a service. In four hours agents advised of a shift change and we had to start again this is now with the Telco Ombudsman as I exhausted all Telstra av3nues

    @Telstra No there are none. This has been the same rubbish service for the last 10 days....and the same for the first 2 weeks of December. Our internet in Australia is an international embarrassment

    @Telstra I have been trying to add a service to my account, porting my wife's number from another carrier. The verification tool is not accepting any more than 1 digit. I have left several messages via your chat tool and have never received a response.
