@Telstra Thanks Febey. I (and my family and neighbours) have zero bars that say otherwise. I have called Telstra and they confirm the tower is down but can't say when it will be back. What else can you offer? I can barely work, kids can't study etc.

@nickschadegg @RachelBkr As in he is trying to report an change for the next update, Telstra services has not responded as he is no longer a Tesla customer as he no longer owns a Telsa and because they are in fact robot dogs

@JillJackz I did shop around and could not find any supplier not charging the same amount as Telstra is going to, for an equivalent service.

Hmmm amongst my bag of "tools" I'll also have a selfie stick. That's for when the crew go on the fursuit walk, I can put my phone on it and stream via Twitch. Oh yeah, about that, to help out .. I've dropped my previous provider and brought it back to Telstra... so yeah!

More service disasters from @andy_penn & Vicky Brady’s @Telstra: I was promised a call back today at 0830 to address a service issue. Still no call and no response on the “gold member” service channel. Does anyone has recommendations on decent ISPs?

@Telstra Okay, but cannot answer my question. I have only one simple question - when will mobile phone and internet service be resumed in my area? They cannot answer that.

@Telstra Hi Glenn, It’s not an issue - I just didn’t like getting the bills. I fixed it now anyway by just adding it to the spam filter so out of sight out of mind. Figured you guys would refund peeps automatically if you owed them and they didn’t have any current services. cheers!
