    @deniseshrivell Got cut over 2 years ago. Not sure what the connection is but it was done by Telstra. They made an appointment, guy turned up on time, had all the kit and was out after 45 minutes with everything working perfectly. No issues since and running at 45download.

    @deniseshrivell ..Telstra is hopeful i won't lose tv, net, and landline before they install in March (original was Feb). So i'm forced onto Telstra NBN - slower and more expensive than my HFC cable (100mbps down to 50). Moving to Aussie Broadband ASAP (faster cheaper). Telstra & Telstra NBN suck

    @Telstra the link carries forward some long twitter quote in the URL - if I delete that, it takes me to the login page. I can log in... this is not the problem. Once I am logged in, I cannot go to the Telstra store, or rewards store....

    @deniseshrivell We have cable tv & internet with Telstra in suburban Sydney. They posted a new modem & NBN adapter, self-install, without us asking. Old modem was having speed issues anyway. Installed easily, on medium plan, works perfectly. Must be because it’s cable, I think.

    @Telstra Your customer service sucks! Phone number doesn’t work, says technical difficulty. Agents don’t respond on virtual chat just drop off line after 30 mins wait. Terrible customer experience
