    @_markagregory @Telstra Serious question Mark - how many of those other RSPs offer 4g/5g as a backup service if the NBN goes down? However, I am sure most of Telstra's higher charges are just because they can.

    @Telstra It's blue. The modem is in back up mode and extremely slow. I had to use my Vodafone mobile data just to get on the troubleshooting

    @sydney_ev @techAU @Telstra The phone booths are completely irrelevant here. They don't add anything, & the infrastructure for the charger never formed part of the telecommunication booth. It's a novelty.

    @AGLEnergy nbn outage again in Sunbury VIC. I've had several since joining you, none with Telstra in the 3years before that. If you're going to sell the product- get it right. 30min on hold to tech support, got hung up on. Still not working!!!!

    @Telstra Mobiles appear to be now back to 4G and mobile Wifi ok. No connection to internet via NBN service or home phone.

    Hey @Telstra thx for wasting my time- I lead an emergency service in the #RiverMurrayfloods & need to replace a Telstra phone. V ordinary at my nearest store & told 90 minute wait - not good enough - I’ve never had to wait that long for anybody, let alone just to replace a phone
