@Telstra I’ve been trying to arrange an internet connection with you via live chat for more than 2 weeks and I am getting nowhere. I’ve just tried calling and your phone line keeps directing me back to live chat. Are you able to help me or do I need to take my business elsewhere?

@NBN_Australia According to that link, which I’ve checked multiple times this past week, there are no issues. Unfortunately @Telstra are next to impossible to contact now because I would very much like to report it and get it sorted. I guess my next step is changing providers?

@parisvelvet currently with telstra and pay $148 for my iphone 11 pro ($55 for the plan and $72 for the phone + added extras) i get 40gb of data which i never get close to using. Optus do really good deals though so if the coverage with them is good in your area i would recommend them first

@jessikadouglas That’s a very valid reason to!! I don’t think I’ve had too many issues with Optus and have only really been a couple of those Telstra only areas but it shouldn’t be a huge issue for me so will probably just stay with Optus

@BeauGiles @jonoabroad @peterwells Most android phones actually have 2 SIM card slots. I prefer than than ducking around with eSIMs and being locked in to either Telstra, Optus or Vodafone. None of the cheap MVNOs like Kogan, Catch, Coles etc support it :(
