@Telstra Also one other thing, your voice management system when I call telstra is the worst and I think I aged 5 years in the 60min attempt to speak to a real human. why are you testing your customer’s humanities? please just answer the phone being a telecommunications company..the irony

@tom_cavanagh @SheepOverboard @AndrewCatsaras Ha Ha. Seriously, I've been with Telstra for decades: "service" has seriously deteriorated. A nightmare. The pandemic is an excuse to close dept's, reduce staffing, move "services" offshore: online substitutions are simply unworkable.
