Hey @Telstra Who is running the show there? Attempted numerous calls over months only to be disconnected by the robot and pushed to your messaging service whereby your consultants take days/weeks of back and forth texts and still no outcome?? #incredible #wth

Absolute gold customer service Telstra! *sarcasm font* A 17 year customer rings up to ask if they can get the same deal as a new customer which was offered the day after they signed up for a new NBN connection. Best they can do is a 6 month discount on the same plan. 1/

@ellymelly Under the cover of Covid lockdown Telstra has stealthily fired most of its staff. Ring them, you get no human voice and no customer service. This all happened within a couple of months.

If you have Telstra or anything but Optus internet, pay for Fox if you like other sports, then you don’t pay for Optus to watch it buffer. Optus World Cup disgraceful
