@telstra that is going on with your customer service? 3th time on the phone to you today - this last call now over an hour and still going. Put on hold every 2mins for a long period. Chatting to the telstra reps who are seemingly clueless. Now saying the system has crashed!

@Telstra No, i am running on 4G... NBN tech cam and put new modem and connectors, still same problem. Then another NBN tech came in the afternoon for neighbor and discovered the 4 houses connected to 1 pit have the same issue..Still not fixed though, waiting for Tap in pit to be replaced

@wheelyweb @Telstra I think the point is that you should be doing something to stop us from getting these obvious scam texts and calls (especially in the volumes we get them) over your network @Telstra

@Telstra Have a look at the number of times @telstra have said the same thing, “that we’re here to help” when you don’t. Why do you think I’ve had to go to the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Why don’t you look at all of the emails sent, and fix the issues.

It'll be a bargain by then. I don't see what the problem is unless the $30k ceiling $CSL #investing #XJO #equities

@vinxfii Damn that’s like my old internet with Telstra. But since we got nbn it’s like 70 aud a month for 19 mbps about 2.4 mb upload. Maybe you could get a better plan with another company?
