    @rubin_angela I had unexplained increase in bill/plan. Only way I could speak to real person was to pretend I wanted to buy something. No help. Went to local shop. Spoke to real person. Still no luck. Paid bill but @Telstra customer service absolutely sucks! Still have no idea about increase!

    @Telstra I think I am in backup mode. I have a slow, basic internet connection but no phone. No outages, no problems after check on speed etc. The NBN box has no signs of life. Tbh I’m worn down by the whole thing. I need to speak to a person.

    Fact: There is an inverse relationship between the size and age of a telco, and the level of customer service they provide. Cases in point: @Singtel and @Telstra

    @PCKJ3627 @rubin_angela I left Pennytel because they are forced to use second rate Telstra network and now with amaysim full Optus network.

    @Telstra... So you're a phone company which only offers chat for customer assistance? I have a security concern with my account and your automated service directs me to an app before disconnecting the call. Not a company I have much faith in anymore...

    @Telstra Nothing mentioned about the suburb of Lucas 3350. I'm now 8 Days into trying to get a hold on the chat consultants. The most recent one tell me there is an "outage" in my era, yet it's not listed anywhere on your site.
