    @telstra that is going on with your customer service? 3th time on the phone to you today - this last call now over an hour and still going. Put on hold every 2mins for a long period. Chatting to the telstra reps who are seemingly clueless. Now saying the system has crashed!

    @Telstra This is not much help as this has been going on for weeks so I suggest you contact the nbn and get this sorted thank you. Such failures around communication when dealing with the elderly some like my parents have no idea about this.

    @Telstra There was no investigation.They refuse to remove the fr**d tagging on my account for something Telstra itself has done. My account should be safe - and it's not and that is a huge issue. It is a huge issue for all Telstra customers as this could happen to anyone.

    @Carmilla5 @Redpilled9 My husband showed this to a @Telstra employee and they denied him entry because he didn’t want to use the QR. Requested a paper version to sign in with and they said no. Apparently they make their own rules.

    @Telstra No, i am running on 4G... NBN tech cam and put new modem and connectors, still same problem. Then another NBN tech came in the afternoon for neighbor and discovered the 4 houses connected to 1 pit have the same issue..Still not fixed though, waiting for Tap in pit to be replaced

    @Telstra You guys have cut my service twice and refuse to apologise or accept any responsibility. Despite me paying my bills. The telco ombudsman are gutless and don’t stick up for customers.

    Bloody Telstra. Trying to cancel phone, keeps hanging up when I say cancellation, so I'm now going with bill enquiry lol
