@Telstra I have a full PDF document of all the calls and reference numbers which has been lodged with TIO. It covers from 1st December until today. However, this has been an ongoing issue for months and months. How should I send the info to you?

@Telstra Yes. No further update other than “it’s under investigation.” How does it take 4 days to bring someone out to fix the problem? Going into 5 days tomorrow. The TIO have been contacted and they’re dealing with it now anyways. reference number is #INC16797234

@Telstra While I have access to upstairs' service, it's just that sharing bandwidth - after moving from a NBN serviced home which I shared with nobody - can be frustrating at times. Plus there's the issue of the pit where it connects into the street filling with water each time it rains.

Sort this out as obviously your message service and email correspondence doesn't work. This has been an issue for me for over 2 months and have still got no resolution and still receiving bills BECAUSE TELSTRA MOVED MY MOBILE OFF MY MAIN ACCT AND CREATED A NEW ONE ILLEGALLY!!!!

@Telstra Telstra and internet good joke. **** drops out every few days for no reason. 250 a month. I will be changing providers shortly coz this is bullshit

@Telstra Still down and no ETA for when service will be back. There can’t be too many reasons for it to be down a whole workweek, the least you could do is provide a summary of the issue and the steps you are taking to resolve. There is no power failure. @Telstra what do I tell work?

@Telstra I’ve already signed up with @VodafoneAU but am trying to get my portable broadband device unlocked but am told that under 2 years, there’s a charge even if my device is fully paid out as it would be on closing down my account.

@telstra Just got another bill after being told by a complaint "specialist" that my name and all bogus charges had been removed. I'm extremely close to seeking legal advice and talking to the ombudsman as this 3 month+ Telstra mistake is affecting my health and credit rating.
