@Telstra It has been 10 working days since I raised my complaint, and @Telstra have failed to resolve it or to communicate with me why. This is against their own complaints process. But they can’t do anything about it.

@burgess_ag Hi @Telstra bots, there’s a general 4G reception issue affecting nsw regional customers. After 5G is switched on, 4G coverage and bandwidth is significantly reduced. @Telstra bots ask for specific postcodes via PM, making it impossible to report this technical issue.

@D_LittleproudMP what are you doing about Telstra? The lack of customer service, the lack of actual phone and internet service for what we pay in the country makes this company a joke as our national carrier. What can you do to help us in Maranoa??
