    @Peter217945 I think that nowadays we’re all attuned to picking up an accent from the Phillipines. Telstra, Optus, iiNet all use them. And the worst part is, they don’t understand sarcasm. Buggar!!

    @Telstra Can you please tell me how a 16 months is a reasonable time frame to not get back to a customer about a complaint. I'm am so sick of the bloody run around.

    @Telstra 16 months and still not a bloody word about my complaint of changing my plan back to unlimited after scaling back. If I change my plan u don't change it back oh just an error 4 separate times.

    @magpies1952 @MareeEdwards4 Wasn’t it $5 a month last year as a Telstra customer? That was the substitute for taking away the afl live pass and now the greedy clowns have charged an extra 200% without warning

    @Telstra @MGliksmanMDPhD I have to admit the numbers of Scam calls have reduced significantly, these days I don't even answer my Landline phone. If they hang up when my answering machine kicks in SPAM, if not SPAM, they will call back or leave a message. I not spam & they don't leave a message, Stiff.

    @Telstra Anyone else having issues with making mobile calls? I can't call, doesn't even connect. Text and data seem fine.

    The fact that the only service provider in town is Telstra makes me sick because they are the absolute worst company
