    @aamuzukashii @Telstra The staff told me if i cable my 5g wifi device & my mac together, it gets even faster internet, also put the device near window can help too

    @Telstra Yes! A man with no idea about technology who has been a Telstra/telecom customer his entire life, with a medical emergency button and priority assist was simply cut off because he asked foxtel for a tv subscription. Now disconnected for months on all services. How can you/foxtel?

    @Telstra We’ve lost thousands of dollars worth of bookings because of a minor error that took a couple of minutes to fix but days and days for us to follow up on.
