@Telstra support is absolutely unbelievably rubbish. I have on numerous occasions over the past 12 months been given completely incorrect information, reassurances that an action has been taken when it hasn't, dozens of excuses about "issues with the system", ... (1/5)

@Telstra Evie- my husband has been through all the trouble shooting steps with someone on the phone - 2.5 hours so far. And they are saying now that it is an outage in our area and we won’t have internet until Feb. 😡😡🤬😡🤬

Interesting how the @Telstra outages webpage shows a confirmed (warning: tautology incoming) "NBN Network" issue for my address, with service to be restored by tomorrow evening 😠 but the @NBN_Australia outages page says no outage detected. 🤔

@davidbewart Much of the copper they bought from Telstra, poorly maintained in order to save money. FTTN was a bad choice further hamstrung by Telstra’s aging copper.

@telstra is it usual service for a long standing customer without NBN for 6 days to have two technician appointment no-shows, no call back and support chats who don't respond for hours on end????

I'm moving out this week and have been in contact with @Telstra through a moving utilities service and also on my own via the online chat function. Yet I have not received confirmation of my order or any indication of when I will receive my service. Not happy. #WorkingFromHome
