No idea of reference no, but the phone numbers were 0424140235 and 0418 763992. It was a New Beith address in 2015

Their next door neighbour was hospitalised yesterday due to debilitating Covid symptoms (much younger than my folks).

They never admit fault, they make HEAPS of mistakes, and when they compensate you it's begrudgingly and too little too late, and only after you spend MANY hours speaking to 50 different people. DO NOT USE TELSTRA.

More importantly, I hope the CS LINE issue has been resolved. A default "heavy call load" message isn't a load issue - it's a lack of staffing issue! 2 hours wait is ridiculous.
