@Telstra Yep and 6 months pretty much now, the issue is there's no communication. I get a ton of other info about roaming changes but that's it. I went to recharge and saw it's disconnected. Support said I need a new sim. But that's impossible being abroad.

@Telstra Only by SMS. I was told I’d be contacted by your tech team yet all have bad are suggestions via text. Some automated at that. The wifi works but varies in strength to the point of dropping out constantly

@Telstra @fluffylucy It's very frustrating to jump between reps based in Aus that actually seem to give a rat's about the issue + have some idea of how to fix it (including @Telstra's obligations under Aus consumer law) and call centres that blatantly promise the world but rarely deliver.

@BrittMezher We're still on ADSL. Luckily, ours is ok, unlike up the mountain where someone shot the Telstra pit about 20 years ago. Never been the same since.

@Telstra #Telstra I've been with you for more than a decade now. You recently disconnected my prepaid mobile number while I'm stuck outside Australia. (thanks COVID) Now I don't have access to any accounts because of 2FA. I've tried support, but apparently, it's too hard to fix.

@Peter_Fitz Constantly. Tax Office, Microsoft, Telstra scams galore. I usually say “What a coincidence! My husband works for your organisation. I’ll just put him on the phone and you can talk to him.” They can’t hang up quickly enough.
