    you know it's time to look for a new job when your boss asks you to call telstra to ask if there's any way at all they would postpone the outage to later one because we just started a sale (mind you so far this year, we have not yet NOT been on sale)

    @kayosports_help I've had the same conversation, with the same resolution (tough s***, pay more) with several people and bots from both Kayo and Telstra over 3 days. Don't need any more automated emails in my Spam folder.

    @NomadCram @HamiltonMusical Oh no!! Yes if you’re on the Hamilton mailing list, or if you’re a Telstra customer, there’s a pre-sale that started today. Otherwise tickets on sale from 19th July!

    @Telstra When I have 6 hours (I have a one year old so that’s never) I’ll think about following the link. 6 hours was how long I wasted on the last communication through your messaging system. That’s as still quicker than the 10 hours wasted last time I spoke to you guys on the phone

    @Telstra We have had the worst experience calling Telstra over these past 2 weeks. Everytime get a different story and a different number to call. Our aerial lead-in cable is physically discontinued, but no-one will send a technician. instead we're asked to check the lights on the nbn box
