  Just had a call from "Telstra Cyber Security" who assured me that even though I wasn't a customer they provided all the internet in Australia and I had problems where people were getting into my internet or some bullshit.

  Telco support in Australia has never been what I would term call great, but @Telstra’s My Telstra chat support option (which is now the ✨only✨ way you can get support, because why would you be able to call a telecom company?) is so abysmal it should literally be illegal.

  @BrittMezher @Telstra They are the worst. I’ve almost had breakdowns dealing with their merry-go-round customer (lack of) service. In the end I give up and end up where you’ve got to today.

  @Tesltra claims refund not processed me: genius that’s why I’m calling, to get it processed 20 more min of none sense before getting the refund in 5-6 days!! Total waste of time= 3hours Chance of me recommending Telstra= 0 none never!!!
