@petewnr @Telstra I felt bad when I first walked away from @Telstra but have not regretted it for one moment. I briefly became a customer with them again for a 4G modem and it was so painful I cut my losses. Never again.

@ChloeDrew8 @Telstra @woolworths I really just do not get it Chloe. I know the issue of 5G is contentious, and post-flood, some residents are mentally distressed but that is NO excuse! We’re back to ‘cash only’ at Woolies, no ATMs, etc., all while trying to get lives back on track. It’s infuriating!

@Leannex15 @WEAPS1 @cleary_mitch That's not the point Leanne, apparently it "looks bad", and this doesn't sit well with the people who truly run the game.........McDonalds, Toyota, Telstra, insert bank, insert car tyres, insert take away chicken, insert.........

I have been asked via private message to contact phone support. Your support team REFUSED to help me, REFUSED to escalate it, and when I said I consider this a security issue THEY HUNG UP ON ME. They just keep repeating that I must contact Telstra.

  • RotatesAU Rotates (@RotatesAU) reported

@BhraxFN They are the worst company I’d rather sit on the phone to ******* Telstra ******* support for 12 hours

  • IamKarnak Karnak 🏴 (@IamKarnak) reported

@SamKSS @AdamBandt After whinging about the lack of telecommunications during the flood, Telstra erected an emergency mobile unit, but because it's a 5G tower....Mullumbimby residents set it alight on the weekend and burned it down. Seriously, Lismore...you're on your own from here.
