    @Telstra What is not good is being asked to wait 40 minutes to speak with a customer service person at a major Telco Co. Do you see anything wrong here? Ever since Penn got hold of the CEO role the joint has gone backwards, Thodey always placed the customer first!

    @NBN_Australia Jacky this is not true. My RSP Telstra are saying they are waiting on NBN. Can you please put me in touch with someone that can help rather than just telling me to speak to my RSP as this is what I have been doing for weeks!

    @Telstra I honestly can't begin to explain my disappointment, I have been to your store in Broome wa, friday/Saturday & Tuesday..still can't get help..and they say they're waiting for approval...seriously for 3 working days??!. And you still claim to be #1 provider?! #telstra

    @Telstra ok so tech support came back after 20mins and said that he had someone from billing to talk to me then for the 3rd time, it hung up. I remember the first billing guy's name who palmed me off the first time btw.
