    @50mbtelstra2088 It is the most useless service in Australia. For two weeks I am having a problem with my internet NBN. I called thee time to Telstra at 137587 and 132200 They said my NBN has been fixed BUT It did not fix it! Rubbish service!! The useless service is Telstra NBN!!

    @Telstra The @telstra sales team are on one line still trying to 'sell' the elderly customer new services, a 'connection' etc when their duty is to restore the services they misappropriated and the techinical team are hoping the old lady will 'go away'...

    Received a call from someone claiming to be @NBN_Australia wanting to connect my device to their server to resolve a problem I didn’t know I had. Trying to get through to @Telstra to confirm the call is legitimate but of course there is no human to speak to.

    @Telstra .@andy_penn please read the DM to Ollie which demonstrates the Monty Pythonesque incompetent customer service you have going on at Telstra. Time to stop wasting money on consultants and investing in customer service personnel & systems that work.

    Just the casual 20% service fee from @Ticketek_AU on a child’s (1-5yo) ticket for the @MCG for #aflpiessuns tomorrow. @kayosports is $5/month via Telstra. No wonder people elect to stay at home...

    @ServicesGovAU I was able to report using mobile internet. However, this does seem to be a technical issue with Telstra and Pentanet. Has anything else been reported?
