@telstra So, how long until we can expect our services to be fixed? I live out of a town, and heavily rely on my phone and internet services. Every now and then, I get a slither of a connection. I usually never have this issue, but suddenly I have virtually nothing.

@Telstra Thanks, but I've been trying for 4 weeks now! I've put a complaint in with the Ombudsman, but I don't have any hope - the case managers are *unbelievable*, literally don't read/understand anything I say. (It's not just the SMS, they keep asking me for more money! I am lost)

@madebygoogle No worries. Let me know if you find a solution. Glad I got it for free from Telstra Rewards. I’ll be purchasing a 2nd Gen in the meantime and hope that it will not happen again. As I mentioned. I do like the Nest Hub quite a bit.

@Telstra That doesn't solve the issue that my devices are on separate plans so they're unable to share data. Recontracting on the old system. Just perpetuates the problem indefinitely, as Telstra refused to solve the problem.

Dear "Companies who ship expensive items" (spec: @Telstra here), requiring a signature is *LESS SECURE* than allowing something to be delivered to an @auspost Parcel Locker, when people can't be home and a random person in the complex can sign for it... Fix your process.

@bigyahu @vkhosla So many wanted to leave Telstra! Funnily enough when Orange took over Hutch, the place became idiot startup central burning cash like it was confetti (have experienced that twice). They made fun of the Hutch founder for counting tp rolls. He had to come back and right the ship.

@Telstra I'm in the app, chatting to your customer support team now. Just the normal Foxtel + Telstra muck-around, nothing you can solve in Twitter I doubt!

@Telstra But giving people the only option of starting a new phone number and paying the cancellation cost, because Telstra IT systems are a shambles.. Is quite frankly a joke. As a customer, I shouldn't care where my account is. I should get the same experience no matter what system.
