And further update, Telstra they thought it wasn't their cable after all and told me to ring the NBN instead. I did, they came out within 30 mins and fixed it as it was an emergency. Could've told me that 18 hrs earlier when I first reported it to Telstra.

@rup31 @Telstra Apple seem to want to help but of course their app works everywhere else but on Telstra TV. Their tier 3 escalation is to engineers. Telstra’s tier 3 means going to a Telstra shop. 😐

I’m on my 4th attempt to resolve a Telstra NBN issue that they brought to my attention. I’m 50 mins into the latest attempt and I am now at the “are the cables plugged in?” stage. #FFS
