    @Telstra Yesterday I couldn’t even load the Speedtest page where I was staying. It is a pretty popular town. Does anyone review the stats on the towers and make a call to upgrade them? A lot of new permeant residents here for a seachange who have said the reception here is just crap.

    @Telstra No. I am cooking for the shearing team and have not been able to string enough time online in one block without dropping out to talk to the bot. The grandkids will be here next week so will probably change servers then. Awful service.

    @Telstra We will need the cost of our tech compensated and if according to Telstra records the service was disconnected prior then we need a refund for the bills paid almost $100 per month.. does anybody at Teltra know what is going on ?

    @Telstra Thanks, but why should I spend any more time going through this? I pay for a service which is consistently not provided. I have also spent hours on phones and messaging systems trying to resolve it. That's all wasted time. Meanwhile, once again this evening, I have to hotspot.
