Think very carefully about signing a Telstra mobile plan in OZ. They boast having the best network 5G etc. NOTHING but poor to no internet in a MAJOR suburb in Queensland, 5 times they have promised to get in touch after calls & report to Ombudsman - zero replies over 3 months.

So..I was on the PS5 and our net dropped(Telstra doing maintenance). PS5 turned off, and it wouldn't boot at all. To fix it, I had to go into safe mode, reset default settings and skip Wi-Fi connection. If I tried to do a connection it would reset again.

Telstra @Telstra MyTelstra app not working properly. Can't pay bill. Desktop site - can't pay bill General link to pay bill not working. Yet if I am late paying they charge a late fee. #nothappyTelstra

@Telstra I pay $90 for wifi & $100 for phone data! BUT today I couldn’t use either in Casey ACT!!! Your internet service is a disgrace!

@Telstra Yep, it's 1-2929090776723. Worth noting that I'm now having to hot spot to my phone as the internet is just useless. Given we have two people in the house needing to WFH and use zoom all day, this is a huge issue
