@Telstra No, they just checked our service and said it was 'unstable'. They said they'd apply some sort of fix, although that might slow the service down. Said it might take 24 hours. Definitely hasn't improved yet!

@Telstra It's been over a week still very little if any at all of internet service in our area. Nbn is not putting out the service it is suppose too, grandkids need it for school . It's barely showing l bar on the signal. Again l ask Why. I myself have to go out in the paddock for signal

@Telstra Yep, it's 1-2929090776723. Worth noting that I'm now having to hot spot to my phone as the internet is just useless. Given we have two people in the house needing to WFH and use zoom all day, this is a huge issue

@Telstra HI Telstra, I ported to Boost mobile on the 13th of April 2021. After my old sim stopped working I put the Boost sim in. I cannot make calls or receive data since. Telstra support says it's their issue. I have had no service since. Please help me! I'm desperate.
