@Telstra @fluffylucy Note this is nothing to do with race or even Aus jobs. You'll see from my post history I despise bigots. It's about attitude and a clearly broken handover process when staff hand over across geographies. I've had plenty of wonderful experiences with other chat/call centres.

@BrittMezher We're still on ADSL. Luckily, ours is ok, unlike up the mountain where someone shot the Telstra pit about 20 years ago. Never been the same since.

@Telstra @fluffylucy It's very frustrating to jump between reps based in Aus that actually seem to give a rat's about the issue + have some idea of how to fix it (including @Telstra's obligations under Aus consumer law) and call centres that blatantly promise the world but rarely deliver.

@JohnSafran Live in outer Melbourne. Telstra signal nearly always unavailable. I had to pay cash for a cab cos they couldn’t get a signal. Luckily I had some. 😎

@BrittMezher @Treeny16 Wow I can’t believe they offered a technician. I tried to get one out here for two months, no chance whatsoever so I changed provider and they arranged everything and now my NBN is functioning well. Telstra sucks.

@LuluDavison @Peter_Fitz @whitty_andrea We get the Telstra i/net one maybe 2 or 3 times a week. I just had a visa scam a few minutes ago, but we are careful because my wifes' card actually was skimmed within the last 12 months, so it is a judgment call. If it is real, they don't hang up when challenged I guess.

@Telstra Thanks Stacey, much obliged. Great to see Telstra on the job! We get the Telstra threat to cut off our internet scam almost Daily, depending on the week. The Email Scams of our $60k Ford 4x4 wins and $200-$600 vouchers from every co known to man have slowed down mercifully.
