  @Telstra your customer service is very much to be desired. I normally would never do this but atm it is impossible to speak to someone on the phone or contact Telstra. I used yr new msg service & for 1 hr given the run around and my Q not answered. pandemic or not get it together

  @Telstra @NETDUMA Or just change providers. After almost a year of unplayable games, stuttering zoom calls, and sub par speeds with @Telstra I switched to Aussie Broadband. Enjoying 270 MBps downloads and NO lag issues. Zero regrets at tossing Telstra in the bin.

  fault number:INC12562538. Every time we just get the number, but we don't get any effective help. The request to send professional maintenance personnel keeps refusing and avoiding this topic. I don't know why @Telstra

  @KotakuAU Don’t fall for this Con. After struggling for almost a year with huge latency issues I switched providers and the problem went away. How about @Telstra fixes their current terrible internet services before trying to monetise a gaming fix. #monopoly

  Anyone else in inner north melbourne having @Telstra internet issues? Mine has been virtually nonexistent since Wednesday, and since my phone internet is so shocking I'm outside typing this. At least it's beautiful and sunny today!

  @telstra your service us beyond a joke. You send an *URGENT* text in a Saturday night saying to call a number because my internet us to be slowed because 'tge smart modem has switched to tge mobile network' & tge # disconnects because it's a Mon-Fri service. Ridiculous! #nbnfail

  @NeilEvansmail @Telstra We’re up the Gold Coast mate and the last month for our Telstra broadband connection has been ****! Constant drop outs but according to Telstra there’s nothing wrong!!

  @Telstra I also have a work phone with Telstra - there is no outage! My personal mobile isn’t ‘not working’ because of an outage - its either been hacked again (ie you have enabled someone else to port it again) or you have turned off my ability to bake and receive calls
