    @_deeflorence It depends where you are - check the mobile coverage maps. We are very happy with Boost, which uses the entire Telstra network, but is a lot cheaper, and no contract.

    Had the issue 90mins ago. It's disconnected 4 times & now it's stayed connected & I've been on the chat for 20mins, unfortunately it was staff changeover & have been "on hold" for 15 mins. So have gone no further than giving personal details. how "convenient" for me @Telstra

    Hi @Telstra are you taking phone enquires yet re NBN service? I DON’T want to do it online I’m currently at a friend’s house who got thru to @Optus and after a 15 minute call she will have NBN connected next Wednesday 3/3rd

    @Telstra We have been speaking to Telstra since 10am this morning with no resolution. I have no landline, no eftpos, no music. I have a tech booked in tomorrow from 8-12 ref 173476718 but that doesn’t help my sales tonight and so not confident with Telstra that this will be fixed

    @TelstraEnt I hope any issues are handled in Australia as the Telstra overseas call centre is absolutely abismal You might as well talk to the wall!

    @Telstra This is the old one from last year (below) Issue was “resolved” mostly. Have not lodged new complaint as problem has only got worse last couple of weeks. It seems internet has just fired up again. Problem comes and goes. I suspect it’s infrastructure deterioration. 2020/09/09854
