    @telstra Great support over twitter. Absolutely nothing resolved or achieved. Why even offer if you don’t intend to follow through. I get where scammers get the idea and fuel to clean up unsuspecting victims especially in the communications industry.

    @rubin_angela I tried contacting someone at Telstra with a simple query. You can’t talk to anyone. There’s a convoluted process for getting help. First person couldn’t help. I was promised someone would get back to me in 48 hrs, no one did. /2
