@mazt_t @turnbull1949 They use pretty sophisticated computerised robo calls I'm told. The computer dials numbers at random and so on. You can't block it because it has never called before and bypasses the do not call register. Try calling Telstra, they cannot advise any real method to stop it.

@chappieaus @Telstra Not in my part of the world. Optus is two bars of 5G while @Telstra is so bad you can’t even get a phone call to hold.

@Telstra No reference number. This is what the service checker tool showed when I selected a kiosk in Melbourne central(as it was the closest I could find as part of checking the process). The tool almost didn’t load considering how slow 4G was

I am so fed up that #Telstra & #Kayo cannot provide a paid service in a suburb of a cap city without buffering every 60 seconds. Where are we? 1995 ffs?!

@Telstra I have multiple tabs open because when you call 132000, say complaints and and say to no it being a fault, the IVR hangs up on you, and so to get customer service, you need to have 16 tabs open in hopes someone won’t palm you off (they all do, though).

Ok, I’ll buy the prepaid card to cover me for two weeks and port my number across to that. Oh sorry, we don’t sell the prepaid cards for our service in our @telstra shop. You have to go to a supermarket.

@Telstra From September 16 onwards I’m going to be extorted $30 a month for a Superfast Speed Add on I didn’t know I’d been receiving for free! What am I paying for a Premium Service for? This is dodgy! What do you think about this @acccgovau

@Telstra Still on the phone with your customer service. They’re looking up a seemingly never ending series of databases and software trying to find my account info. Wish you’d attach it to whatever database you use to bill me coz that never fails.
