    @jaynelshannon @tchbastard I’ve dealt with Telstra for over 50 years, and haven’t had any problems with them either , pleased to see they’ve brought v their call centres back to Australia. I know overseas employees have to earn a wage too, but I found it hard to understand what some of them were saying !

    @AlsPatch I was trying to use the net on the iPhone at 2:30am and it was snails pace. This fkn dark idiot like me … except he was in Mumbai was trying to tell me it was congestion. Tried them 3 times no more. I’m ex telstra tech always end up back with Telstra, OPTUS IS ****….

    @JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus I’m with Woolworths, they use Telstra network so no change in coverage and they let you bank data you didn’t use for the month.

    2 hours talking to @Telstra reps to activate a pre paid service. Have to go out now. How can their processes still be this bad? I just want to move everything to another provider!

    @TelstraAU Why do you make it damn near impossible for someone living in NZ to organise a Telstra account for their apartment in Australia?

    @JeffSundstrom @GladysB @Optus There's really only 2 networks, Telstra & Optus. All the others are hang off those 2. If you live in a regional area, Telstra would be the only choice. Optus is crap outside the cities.
