    I read in the Washington post the USA is considering changing their life line number to 988 I have been trying to get ours changed to 888 Telstra has no problems with it can any one recall the stupid one we have now,I have even tried nurses they can't.

    @JeanLeggett I don’t know of any that “just work” in both countries but I know both Vodafone AU and Telstra (Australia telecoms) have roaming support for NZ but that is like an addition $5-10 per day.

    @Telstra Tried that. Tried on phone & PC. Telstra chat advised to use another browser - it worked with Microsoft Edge so you might have a problem with Google Chrome.. Thanks!

    @slsandpet @BigVapingNunga Isnt it sad ...Telstra used to have Australians to speak to . Not pigeon English we understand ever third word ...I use Telstra Shop for all probs. Hate it now.... Poor thing . harassed via Pigeon English....

    @Telstra I understand that there can be interference from outside factors,but this has been constant for more than a week, not just in Sydney but also in Wollongong when I was down last weekend.

    Maybe if we don’t pay our bills, @Telstra might actually fix their network. Can’t use 4g because it’s trash and god forbid if you try and use the wifi. 🙄
