@Telstra In fact, about 7 different people replied... in addition to the 5 or 6 contact centre agents I've spoken with. Basically, no single person has taken ownership at any point and said "I'm going to own this and fix this" - @andy_penn you busy?

@Optus No that didn't work. I wouldn't have contacted you if the most obvious process worked. 4get it. This service is as good as Telstra which means it's ****. I left Telstra bcos they were s..t. & the rest of u r now just as bad as Telstra.
