@Telstra My husband wasn't given any damned choice in the matter. The bill turned up with a direct debit arranged. Nice way to treat the elderly. As for messages - just had three months of hell with that. If we cancel the direct debit will we still have the same plan?

@Telstra Thank you. Telstra the dictators now. We've never ever made a late payment. In fifty years. You're still a government organisation and I'll be complaining to the relevant minister and the Telecommunications Ombudsman. Already have a letter in progress re 3 months debacle.
