@Telstra I have never had an overdue bill so why am I expected to be penalised for other people who don’t pay their bills. Do I get a benefit for being in credit. No. I am penalised for doing the right thing.

@Telstra I did recharge my telephone on here a moment ago but that doesn’t get my wifi dongle recharged. If I can get to it on the My Telstra it wld help.

@Telstra I don't use the app. If there's another way, let me know. Otherwise no dramas I'll see if it fixes itself / I'll factory reset to make sure it's not a software issue. Could of course just be planned obsolescence, since various other basic phone features are starting to play up :/
