    @Telstra @UbisoftANZ Very unhappy with Telstra. Trying to switch NBN to Telstra for weeks. Current service expires tomorrow. Will be left with NO means of COMMUNICATION whatsoever. Terrible mobile service and internet phone. No landline. Please get in touch ASAP!!!!

    @Telstra_news Telstra has just rejected a claim for compensation for a service that is unavailable for business clients, that is international roaming for overseas business people.. our claim must be relevant for us and thousands of customers
