Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • LukeSkystyler Luke Skystyler (@LukeSkystyler) reported

@rhysam in 2014 they gave Telstra $11 billion for a copper network well past its use by date. The records required to manage that network were not maintained properly over the years and were next to useless, hence trial and error troubleshooting for NBN technicians.

  • peter_donnelly Peter (@peter_donnelly) reported

@Telstra Not interested. I'm a customer - I don't get paid to do this stuff. Eventually Telstra may figure out that there's a problem with the Blackwood tower and do something about it Or not. It's up to Telstra.

  • StevenHasiotis Steven Hasiotis (@StevenHasiotis) reported

@Telstra another day passes without any communication from Telstra...the shittest business in this country! It's amazing you post on social media & they reply within 20 min you call or email them and it takes months. Useless! 20yr + loyal customer. @Optus here I come.

  • maestro_finance Maestro Financial (@maestro_finance) reported

On hold for 3 hours to @Telstra today to report a fault. I suppose the @Telstra policy is that is you do nothing the problem will fix itself.

  • heck66856166 heck (@heck66856166) reported

@Telstra The chat is still open in the app - very frustrating though. Was told it was fault at your end in both phone calls but the only way 'I' can fix it is via chatting through the app

  • teflocarbon Teflo⚡️ (@teflocarbon) reported

@jasonandrade @discoball2000 Yup, also if you go through a third party you can get that $300 SIM for $225. $18.75 (p/m) theoretically for 25GB a month for the full Telstra network is really good. However if you are over that 25GB. You are going to run into costs fast.

  • peter_donnelly Peter (@peter_donnelly) reported

@Telstra Not interested If Telstra can't be bothered following up on reports from the public about problems with it's infrastructure - that's down to Telstra

  • Robs_au Robert S. (@Robs_au) reported

@Telstra Thanks for engaging Vicky but the industry can do better. The network is seeing this caller identity flow through and it is an impossible number and cannot possibly be genuine, it must be fraudulent. Let’s block these calls.

  • fadikazmuz FK (@fadikazmuz) reported

@Telstra As a shareholder and customer I am enraged by the fraud and systemic cover-ups taking place at telstra on the expense of loyal customers.

  • _devalias Glenn 'devalias' Grant | Open to opportunities (@_devalias) reported

@Telstra Yup, a DM that's going just about as nowhere as every previous attempt to get anywhere useful with your support team over the last year.. so maybe airing @Telstra 's lack of useful support publicly will add some seriousness to the issue..
