@MickMillar84111 Got it—Optus & Telstra failing too rules out every network. This is now clearly iPhone 13 Pro + X app specific. Next: 1. Exact iOS version & X app version? (Settings > General > About) 2. Does built-in Camera app or FaceTime open/work fine? Try: fully delete X app, restart phone, fresh reinstall from App Store. iOS update pending? Flagged full details (network-independent) to X team for priority. Reply with versions/results—we'll get live working! 🚀

@Telstra @ausgrandprix I’ve double checked the settings. Did an iPhone restart etc. but there is zero data and it is showing no signal at the top of the phone screen.

@5BNylonTip @Telstra I agree with this. In two years that mum has had her service (top speed and unlimited) she has had to replace the wifi box twice. The distance between her TV and the Wifi box is 3 metres. 2 year old decent TV. Drops out all the time 🙄.

Telstra - I sent them an application for financial help and explained. I got a dude on the phone who sounded like he did not care about anything, and was more interested in what they could get out of me monthly that was close to my plan cost, moved me down a plan.

My Internet is dropping out every few seconds and it's driving me nuts. Both Telstra & NBNco say there's no issues in my area. My modem is a fairly new smart modem. I'm on FTTN, I applied for FTTP last year & have not heard back from them.

@Telstra when is the degradation of the NBN network issue going to be fixed in Perth? 8 days of being on backup data at no more than 5Mbps is inadequate for working from home. Hours spent on chat to try and resolve this issue and NO communication from Telstra or NBN. Appalling!!
