@Telstra has the worst support customer support in the industry. The fragmented English associated with the Telstra 24/7 Chatline but the struggle to receive actual support for the service that they struggle to provide. I have been 5 months without working ethernet.

@Telstra hi there. Your outrage site says some issues with business services in Sarina, QLD. The network has been dropping in and out all day and has just about ground to a halt. Is there a repair time on this? Making our work very difficult to do.
