    @YaThinkN Amen. It must be about time for us to sell ourselves Telstra again, or copper wire, or something. There must be some public good virtual monopoly we’ve built with our money we can now transfer into private ownership & see only a few benefit from profits while we suffer “service”

    @Telstra @andy_penn can someone please tell why I cannot get through to speak to a customer service officer regarding a bill enquiry. I have been trying for a number of days and all I get is a text message sent to me with a link that does not help me at all. Absolute joke.

    @Telstra @zoobomax @Telstra you need to get your act together with this, you are the ONLY streaming service in Australia that does not offer Disney+ and you've been saying that "you're working on it" since 2019. It's now March 2021. Seriously can you not see the THOUSANDS of complaints about this?

    @tonytardio @johnmwking @VicRoads Covid has been the excuse for bad service by ALL govt depts & large corps. Telstra is the worst , it is meant to be a telecommunications company so why can't they answer the phone?
