@Telstra I accidentally hit the $150 pre-paid recharge and I'm having great difficulty finding a way to correct my error or talk to a human. I will go hungry if I can't correct this. I have an ABI so please don't offer a complicated solution, I'm already shaking with trauma..

@Telstra @NBN_Australia we are now on day I can't remember of the runaround over our NBN issue. It is groundhog day again and we are over it BIG TIME. If one of you doesn't get this sorted quickly it will end at the ombudsman. Sort it please.

@Telstra You have given us a new modem. Still same problem. Every day you tell us to switch stuff on and off same problem them you tell us to put in am ethernet cable and everyone we tell you we have no ethernet devices
