@Telstra our internet isn't working. An hour on the phone yesterday, requires as t w ch which we book for Monday. Today you call & leave a message saying our ticket closed, we call b a ck & told the tech is cancelled. We have no internet - do you call this a fixed service?!

@illbef Yes, I've done that ad nauseum. All techs I speak to at Telstra now agree it is a traffic/capacity problem. They just won't or can't fix it.

Heyo @Telstra - appreciate the "Unusual Login" email after I logged into the My Telstra portal for the first time in quite a while, but I noticed something odd: the portal has my name spelt correctly, but the Unusual Login email did not. Why is this and can it be corrected?

@tom69712000 @Optus It's been a bit long to sort out but it looks like I've identified an issue Optus wasn't aware of. I'm rural so options are limited and telstra are hopeless. We've got a new optus tower within eyesight so hoping to get it sorted today.

@Telstra Considering every time I called (re: internet being down & other issues) call centre staffers just kept trying to sell us iPhones (resulting in changing to a competitor for other services except partner's mobile) think we'll give that a miss. What a shame.

@RoadknightThe Never EVER try to deal with Telstra. Go straight to the Ombudsman. So much easier. Quicker and costs Telstra heaps!!!
