    @Telstra Get stuffed Telstra. How dare you message people encouraging direct debit at the same time you encourage no paper billing. We should just trust you? Late payment fees? Go **** yourself. You have no legal basis to charge, they are excessive based on cost of recovery.

    @Telstra O will remove pictures etc and return the iPhone 11 to Telstra. It is NOT right not to get a tax invoice before the payment is taken! I will NOT be a party to this crap!

    @stopthecrapnow I pay Telstra by BPAY. Always on time. Gold Tier customer but might just as well be a wet ***** when it comes to getting value for money. I tolerated it until I discovered plan change requested of Telstra will force a direct debit clause. Why if they cant deliver a fair service?

    @D_Keating So, basically, don't have a mobile service at all? I don't see how that's workable (it'll only be a matter of time til Telstra and Vodafone get done).

    @recneps51 @Optus I found the Telecommunications Ombudsman very effective when I had problems with Telstra which they just didn't fix. One call to the TO and problem fixed in a day. Give them a try.

    @choppol24 i regret moving to @VodafoneAU from Telstra. Never have i ever come across such bad service. Frequent complete network loss. Even now me and my wife have no network

    @PeterTOWNSV1LLE Shocking that this happened in the first place. You would think it would be a priority to invest in cyber security, obviously it is not important and profit is. I’m with Telstra but I feel for all those who are an Optus customer.

    @Telstra Hi Glenn, I’ve had Telstra & NBN at this problem since 2014. I’m angrier at the moment because of the plan crap that Telstra imposes & its efforts to be paid automatically despite continually failing to earn its keep. $350 a month. My name is my Twitter name. Feel free to check.
