    @Telstra Thank you I will try again tomorrow as I have other commitments in place for today. I do still need to be conversing with a Telstra representative that has local knowledge and understands that this is a tower technical issue and Telstra acknowledged black spot reception issue.

    Not the end of the world by any means, but I'm remembering that the main reason I went with Boost was because I wanted (1) the Telstra network coverage and (2) Wi-Fi calling / VOIP / VOLTE. Which I wanted because coverage at the Mountain Fortress was hilariously bad.

    @telstra I got a txt from credit card scammers recently including this NSW number 0280062132. For fun I rang & got thru to a call centre in India. Please explain - if my call was diverted to the scammers by YOUR network - why you’re unable to block known numbers like this.

    @Telstra could you please provide a link to the doc that states Telstra does not guarantee service or connection to networks from indoors. 2 technicians have told me this in 3 days as the resolution to service issues. Customer Care online don't reply. I want to see it in writing

    @Telstra Hey Team Telstra, Any chance I can get some action on a missing pit cover next to my house. Technician had lied about making it safe for children, cant fix it for up to 2 weeks and your phone team said just complain and didn't care about the safety of passing children??

    @DanielOCnr the main issue unfortunately is Wi-Fi calling - very few providers actually offer the protocol :( So far as I can tell: Telstra, Optus, Boost.
