@narayansmate I have never had my email hacked before. Telstra have put a block on it and given me another password. I suspect everything else stemmed from there. I've been getting a lot of weird emails lately but I've just deleted them.

@AngelBubbles34 @Telstra I had a similar experience Angelica so I expressed my disillusionment on both Twitter and Facebook. Telstra made contact and the issue was resolved much quicker, easier and less stressful.

2/2 from customer service reps online and at the call centre, along with bizarre roadblocks on the online and app services (designed to save time apparently) I am still unable to use the phone I’m now paying for. Simply not good enough and enough to send me elsewhere. #Telstra
