It’s incredibly hard to criticise a large org, like @Telstra , when they employ across a large cultural population while, as a customer, it’s valuable to be understood and for guidance from support to be understandable and have decent grammatical structure.

@Telstra @andy_penn No wonder customer service is so poor. There are apparently no managers in the call centre. I’d be asking tough questions of the executive in charge of call centres. Why no managers on deck? Who is running the place.

Rang @telstra support agent, says I’ll check your email account, does do, comes back and requests I try the account now. Still the same. Service agent says take ya phone to Telstra store. I explain not phone however computer. Well take it to a store or pay for service by phone

@Dan_Iel78 @PrisonBars2020 Moloney. I asked someone at the club re the PAFC app including W team and fixture and they said it’s not controlled by the club so they’re waiting on @Telstra to upgrade the app. I had to get the AFLW app in the end. The season starting early didn’t help team or infrastructure.

@LJPatton @Telstra @andy_penn My poor parents were “upsold” by Telstra a few weeks back. Upgrading their mobile phones plans to more expensive ones and moving them to 4G internet instead of NBN to reduce overall cost. Doesn’t match their needs. Despicable, unconscionable behaviour. Ombudsman next.

@Telstra Yeah. Show a semblance of customer service. When a person answers your question about service satisfaction with an angry face why are you not immediately responding with asking them why? Are you that stupid that you don’t know that insanely obvious next step? Is that czar 101?
