    @Telstra Thx Angie. I called Telstra. It's half fixed. I was told to call back tomorrow for the rest of the fix. One problem usually ends up with multiple calls to fix the next group of bugs that comes from that first problem, it can never be just one simple fix. 🙄 90yo can't understand.

    @Telstra Don’t know who “Lisa” is, I had a commitment and a case … resolution by Wednesday, it’s Friday and ….. nothing but excuses etc etc … it’s simple, honour your customer commitment 👌

    @LiamDel @auspost In so many ways you can tell AusPost and Telstra have the same roots. Poor, take it or leave it attitude to service, overpriced but know that often you don't have an alternative.

    Telstra said that they were told by an “ANONYMOUS” person that the phone line was not of use and to cancel it.

    @Telstra It would be nice if we could have our internet back !!! It’s been off/not working for over 12 ******* hours now. This is incredibly unacceptable. It’s 2021, this **** shouldn’t be happening. It’s also pathetic how no one at Telstra knows what the problem is.

    @Oscarthefarmer @consettfarming @gabriellechan The “booster” Telstra sells is just a 4G amplifier to improve the signal inside your building.

    They were told by a customer that their line had been disconnected today. When they called Telstra they said it was cancelled 5 days ago.

    @Oscarthefarmer @gabriellechan @Telstra I complained to Telstra early July. Poor internet connection. No action. Complaint closed. Filled in survey, 2 days later, was offered a booster from Telstra, not yet received. Now NO internet connection from tower. What’s going on Telstra?
