@Telstra But not every call I receive activates it? and none are answered. How do I disable without disabling text receiving also? The old system never an issue you could disable roaming packs now it's automatic.

Yet again Telstra has failed up. Majorly..Last month I organised direct payment. latest bill shows it didn’t go through Now after an hour trying to work out went went wrong I’m no further informed. The company are hopeless, their help sites useless

@Telstra @Telstra it is YOUR website that is faulty. Why do I have to drive into a store half an hour away? Fix your website and get someone to call me and sort it out. Im paying 1000's to you.Once this contracts over I will never use Telstra again.
