    @Haydos4221 @timeisticking21 @Telstra Think about that for 1 second. A data breach doesnโ€™t support a digital ID, it gives the largest reason for why there shouldnโ€™t be a digital ID.

    @timrosen35 Iโ€™m getting much better reception in general compared to before already with Telstra and am happy with the switch. For me it wasnโ€™t even anything to do with the data leak, obviously not ideal but their customer service and technical support is atrocious too!

    @Telstra I just tried to pay using the link you sent. I had already done that, before I contacted you. I told you I have tried to pay on line on my Telstra page. Mobile phone plans MUST have a catch up facility. DD's fail as they will continually, because they are made before payday.

    @Telstra 30+ years with you and you cannot manage to transfer a loyalty discount to an upgraded phone, or offer any incentive to stay... what an absolute disgrace! No longer about anything other than the bottom line! One Bill gone, service shot... what a joke!๐Ÿ˜ก

    @timrosen35 Telstra setup took me 15 mins in store and fixed all the issues I was having with Optus - so far so good but time will tell!
