@Telstra My issue reference number is 19705575. It really needs to be fixed. No phone connection for almost 24 hours. Over 5 hours with >8 “experts” trying unsuccessfully to fix. It’s not good enough.

@camybobany @Telstra I have the same issue with Telstra about Air app. Towers up the road and cannot connect no matter what I do. I live in Sydney cbd. Dealing with online help is exasperating. In lockdown it means cannot backup phone etc.

@Telstra I was helping a mate set up his new IPad and i think that with my own bad experiences recently and with his, moving away from @Telstra is the only solution. We cant afford the time to not get any customer support. When this problem is outlined to the staff they have no solution

Ahh more joys of @Telstra..... You need to change your password on your email because somebody has changed it. Their their solution is to send a link to your email account..that you cannot access because the password has been changed. 2 1/2 hours on the phone didnt assist.

@Paul__Barker As of today, Telstra announced nobody is to attend the workplace if unvaccinated and must work from home indefinitely. Also if they have any computer issues and need to wait days for repair, it comes out of their own annual leave or unpaid leave.
