@Mark33450381 It's madness, Telstra & NBN blame each other and then say it's scheduled maintenance and they can see an issue, yet I get 30 plus dropouts each day across all devices.. Impossible to work or do anything else, very frustrating

Today I am annoyed by Telstra. I went in to ask questions about international roaming, u know cause I leave aus in 4 sleeps… the MANAGER at Telstra store Kawana shopping world said they couldn’t help. Wouldn’t help me understand options, how it works, who to talk to.

@Telstra Sooner than what? Midnight? The outage started on 9th Dec and the proposed date for repair was (up to) 20th Dec. It is now the 20th December. Still not working at 13.45.

@IndigenousX Oh boy! I worked for Telstra managing customer service for years, and assuming they haven't changed their process/systems, I'm certain she has NO idea. She's working in Cebu, in the Phillipines, on a system that just shows all mentions of Telstra on social media.
