@DocB__ Okay. Technology will be similar, but locsl speeds may differ. Telstra here is slow as. Optus flies. Depends where there towers are etc. Maybe see what your neighbours use?

@telstra my Telstra NBN in Orana Road Ocean Shores NSW 2483 has been so slow it is completely unusable. I understand this may be due to the extreme weather... just so you know it is basically like there is a complete outage! Dial up speeds!!

@Telstra Hey @Telstra, just checking in on the status of my original problem. I have a case number and a complaint reference number but haven't heard anything since. Just want acknowledgement that there is a misconfiguration that affects my account and that it will be looked at.

@Telstra The best I can do right now is explain what happens. I’ll occasionally have 4 bars of 4G, but the network won’t work. I cannot load anything. It’s not just me, everyone in the area experiences this.
