    Hey @Telstra your company is the worst internet company in Australia! I spoke to one of your people yesterday who proceeded to turn off my nbn for no reason at all then rang back to get it fixed and sorted and I get told I can’t get help until maybe Monday!! Hopeless!! I’m done!!

    An interesting dilemma. On the one hand Telstra tells me NBN has work happening in my area so hence that’s why I am getting 9 instead of 100mbs. But NBN advices no work happening!! One will never know!!

    @Telstra @TelcoOmbudsman The Board of @telstra and their senior executives must be amongst the most egregious parasites in Australia. The effing customer service is abysmal: insufficiently trained people in another country (no doubt on **** wages), some of them unintelligible on the phone.

    @Telstra can someone send me the number for Telstra nbn support please, my in laws are having issues with download and upload speed of 0.2Mbps and they need to call and talk to support to have it looked at.

    @Telstra I would like Telstra to fix the issue. Been down for 3 Days now and keep getting told the "Lockdown is preventing the issue being fixed" No one can tell me what the actual issue is. This is a Premium business service the SLA means nothing. How do I apply for compensation ?

    @Fasffy Depending on your usage (data and calls), you can get 365 day pre-paid plans that end up being like...$12 a month? On the Telstra network too, so it's pretty reliable. Woolies (of all places) has a deal like this. But again it's dependent on your usage.

    @PatsKarvelas Two things: 1) How do you know it’s the NBN and not your actual ISP problems? (curious) 2) Are you with Telstra? Have they not already sent a guy who can play the piano over?

    Does anyone know what "service is unavailable" means when trying to contact a landline telephone number. @Telstra can't help me. Perhaps @Optus or any other telco can?
