We have been through all this trouble and time to get our NBN sorted, and they have sent us a fibre to the curb (FTTC) device, not the hybrid fibre cable (HFC) device that is required. It is embarrassing now. Frustrating. This needs to be sorted. #telstra #NBN

I’ve been on hold to a @Telstra 4 1hr 20mins to let them know they disconnected the phone and only means of contact for an 83yr old in palliative care & living alone despite an unresolved complaint and ombudsman case. Outrageous.

@joshgnosis I agree with some of the other comments. I have NBN on two properties, and its terrible in both cases. Drops out, text messages from Telstra every month about ...network updates.. blah blah. Complete joke and no wonder Govt running behind the old line CIC
