@Telstra Thanks Tanasha. A service tech is coming from Bendigo tomorrow so I think it’s under control. The online chat service is seriously broken however & I would recommend @telstra customers avoid it like, well, the Plague. I’m settled down now & don’t wish to raise BP by sharing.

@RoadknightThe @Telstra Have you removed , cleaned the connections and then connected it back again the cable between modem and wall? Fixed a connection issue I was having years ago, then turn it off and on again just for fun

@telstra been a few weeks of a tower down and still no outage reported. Hundreds of people affected. Last weekend people couldn’t pay for their sausages while voting as your eftpos machines don’t work. Can we get an ETA?
