@Telstra Pre-ordered Fold 3 on August 12th. Logged into account today and it shows as cancelled. Rang Telstra phone support, they said use online chat. Online chat said they can't help, I need to go into the store. NSW Stores are closed. I've already been charged for the phone.

CRAIG KELLY'S office in Canberra does not like receiving phone calls, it is always on answering machine! Is it lawful for a telco, OPTUS or TELSTRA or VODAFONE to allow SPAM texts in its carriage service once they have been identified as unsolicited SPAM? continued below..

@Yasminabanse6 @_nad_official I got my account back because they sent me an email telling me there was unusual login from a device not registered with my name and if it was not me then I would have to change my password immediately so that was lucky, I have the Telstra app too and I could log back in
