Hey @Optus @Telstra and @VodafoneGroup (or the Aus equivalent) - a easy way to distinguish real business numbers from fake ones would be to have a verified ✅ when the number comes through, this would stop spam and help the elderly from scams. Eg: Energex ✅ - here is your bill

@ScomoCchio I use Telstra, no issues with them. There is also a SIM card in the box that will connect to 4G if the NBN goes down- quite handy if you WFH

@AllergyWhispers @Telstra I have spent over three hours on the phone with Telstra prepaid this week and none have had a clue. Worst company out and my son is the proud owner of a $1300 brick. Oh can’t use it on home wifi either cos it doesn’t work either (that’s another 6 hours and a tech no show)
