    @Telstra We can't get a hold of you on the phone. The Chat 247 is nowhere to be found. You should be respecting your paying customers, but NO you don't. I'm trying to find out why my kids prepaids are not on my account. I'm also having issues with the Telstra app not showing me any info

    @Telstra @schlip I presume Telstra just sends MS whatever email address you signed up with to link to Xbox, sonic those emails don't match that could be an issue

    @Telstra Unhappy about March 2021 change of no Telstra Air via customer routers. That’s the whole idea of the concept, why it is useful. Please reconsider your unnecessary decision that will inconvenience many. #nothappyjan

    @Telstra Guys, I'm at my wits end here. All I want to do is upgrade my mobile broadband data plan from small to medium and it seems nobody can help me through the app or in store to upgrade it before my next month bill cycle 4th Dec. This is ridiculous!

    How do you get help from Telstra these days? You upgrade your product, they cut off your other services and they're not contactable. COVID is not an acceptable excuse anymore for no service. @Telstra

    @Telstra How about getting some staff working @ home during Covid. Been disconnected 3x from your 132200 lines without speaking with any1 & Ur chat messager service is useless as the person I'm "chatting" with & I use the term loosely is chatting with 10 others

    . @Telstra my wife's mobile has been away for 3 weeks for a repair. We haven't heard anything. Can't get our local Telstra store (which is over 50km away) to answer their phone. Pretty poor customer service all round #wifenothappy #telstra
