@Telstra Well first of all I apparently don’t exist in Telstra’s records even though I have a CAC number for both accounts. The Telstra app is unusable and calling customer service is always an hour or two of fun.

@triff81 @Telstra frustrating part is there is a solution, it even saves them $ instead of coming out every time it rains, but there is no interest in slightly thinking outside the box so we just bounce of the walls, crazy.

Someone tried to fix the issue in October by cancelling the cancelled account but it hasn’t done anything. I have case numbers and customer account numbers and I just want someone at Telstra to fix this issue I’ve been struggling with for over a year with.

@Telstra Telstra has to be one of the most useless companies. Business customer support is appalling. All support staff are offshore and have no idea what they are doing. Customer service by these foreign owned companies is non existent. I wonder if Black Rock and Vanguard own shares..🤔
