@asz_tee I was with #Medibank, #Optus (years ago too) and worked at Telstra 20 years ago. Your #Telstra employee codes (charlie/delta) are unique to the employee and never change. They're looking for anomalies with licence no's, employee no's, phone no's etc.

@Telstra No home Service for my elderly mum for the past 2 days - numerous phone calls - “ oh sorry previous consultant didn’t leave any notes “ Tried chat line “ WOW “ is all I can say - just keep taking our money Telstra !! Service is shocking !! Back on Shore no improvement.

@Telstra OK Sheree. We have just been told that they have no technicians available & our service will be out for another week which will make3 weeks. Get fed up with it being extended by a week each time we get to deadline. Also, they say they can't locate interim service 4 us.

I have asked the reseller to fix it many times It does seem to slowly be starting to behave like a normal phone service I tried a telstra reseller for a month but it was problematic too and sometimes refused to put calls through

@davidbewart Driving across Nullarbor. Have a Woolies sim with Telstra as the carrier. Always been ok before. But found out unless you buy direct from them they don’t let you call or access the internet in remote places anymore. So can’t make calls or book ahead or get help. Bastards.
