@NBN_Australia Adequate is an interesting description for that network. Telstra sold it to Opticomm, and they’ve decided it needs significant upgrades before they’ll sign any new customers up. Not what I’d describe as adequate. Just a bad situation I guess.

Have to rant about @Telstra Spoke to Brian - Philippines to cancel my 92YO Mum's Telstra phone account - She's in QLD I'm in VIC obviously can't get to QLD atm - he told me I wasn't following Telstra protocols! Really !! So rude, talked over me - just dreadful. #telstrasucks

If anyone remembers my debacle with @Telstra recently trying to get an eSim activated.. I spent days on hold/in chats etc and noone seemed to be able to find the eSim that was delivered, and it never worked.. Until today the ipad magically connected to the internet. So bizarre.
