  TIL @Telstra call centres do nothing but take numbers for the last 45 minutes of the day. It’s now over a month I’ve been trying to cancel an old service 😢 It used to be that call centres would drain on their own time rather than ours, which is a #customerservice anti-pattern.

  @Telstra Yes it has been consistently a problem for nearly 2 weeks. I can’t finish a single call without one of us losing communication or a drop out. We have a critically I’ll family member and we can’t even send text messages reliably.

  @Telstra Telstra services are back now. For 5 to 10mins my NBN didn't work, mobile service changed from 5G to 3G and back to 5G. I am guessing its not just me affected.
