Essentially Telstra pay themselves to fix their mistake, and I get nothing. Telstra think consumers are fools! Telstra don’t care & nor understand small business.

@Telstra No Jo - we did not. Just sitting in silence. This is the first response from someone from Telstra in 2 days. The booster was first requested back on 3 December. Fault raised on 12 December. We are now 19 December. That is not a “short while” by any definition. Pathetic service.

@Telstra the internet isn’t working it’s been like this for 24 hrs make it a priority to actually help people and fix stuff don’t let me wait on the phone for 2hrs for the customer service to be fair it sucks

It has been months since COVID impacted call centres. It's just a piss take now to use this as an excuse saying you're too busy or not even allow a direct call. Such trash service @Telstra

F YOU @Telstra - I am not happy YOU changed my bill preference without asking me. Bad enough you charge me a lot for poor quality services. Getting a paper bill was about the only benefit. Now required to visit the parasites at the shop - ALWAYS upselling/conning people.

@Telstra Sent them a message 2 days ago with fault ref number. Never heard back. DM with you guys last weekend and was told I would be contacted. No contact. I seriously want to wake up from this nightmare but it never seems to end.

@rubin_angela We had someone at @Telstra set up an u requested landline account for us recently. Prob is, the landline is still hanging from the power pole out the front. Main phone no did nothing, hubby ended up ringing a business number & put in a official complaint after it was sorted.
