My God, hundreds of phone calls, attempts to talk to virtual assistants, complaints to consumer advocates, calls to Indian call centres, and social media team, and five weeks on, @Telstra continues to cancel my orders, send the wrong modem, not connect NBN, REPEATEDLY.

The human I spoke to in the cred section suggested I screenshot the conversation to send to him because it was bad information. Thinking 🙄I don't want to start a war, But maybe I do.🤬 They are cheating weaker people

@byronkaye By law Telstra still have to maintain a network of phone booths - there's still quite a few of them around, although generally they seem to be used as Telstra Air hotspots more often than phone kiosks.
