i took my device to Telstra to address the issue, mysteriously, “we cannot help you.” i suspect it comes with the territory. [speaking out against Israel attracts attention]. But as the world is finding out, they are a cluster of shady *****. Simply turn the Light on. 💡🕳💡

@Telstra Confirmed- after a 2 hour chat with Telstra, they will refuse to provide any settings to get the NBN voice/SIP service on a non-Telstra modem Not just that they won't guide you through the setup- they will refuse to give the settings. Guess I'll recommend my customers go to iiNet

@margaretthrosby @Telstra I feel your pain. After 2 days no workable service after changing to nbn same call centre asked if I was still having problems. Yes then they said they were talking to me so all was ok

@Telstra @boostmobile I need someone to look into a possible outage in Donvale 3111. Your site reports no outage but my parents can't receive or make calls and it's creating great anxiety. Really feeling like a second class citizen on boost to get someone to listen here 1/2
