  • lousanti Lous (@lousanti) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra really. Pay a bill 2 days late and get slugged with a late fee that is 20% of the bill. That is really poor, greedy and nasty. So much for customer loyalty!

  • CTRL_ALT_DEL Sam (@CTRL_ALT_DEL) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I never expect much from @telstra support, but the service is next level unhelpful. I just got told by a support member it’s my fault that Telstra has been billing me twice for internet every month for what looks nearly a year.

  • Shuttlecock Brad Stephenson☕️ (@Shuttlecock) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@jono_hayward Literally 6 MONTHS of the worst customer support in my life. Even now I've just been told that this router can't activate because their system is trying to sign me up for Fetch for a THIRD TIME. I'm losing my mind. Would not recommend Optus to anyone. Wait for Telstra.

  • brandycooklyn Brandon Cook 🌈 (@brandycooklyn) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

The internet is apparently down all over Victoria on some level. Vodafone and Telstra are experiencing widespread outages. YouTube celebs are panicking wondering if they will ever be able to upload another sponsored Manscape 4.0 unboxing video.

  • pebotuwa anuruddha #GoEarly #GoFast #SaveLives (@pebotuwa) reported from Officedale, State of Victoria

@andy_penn on @abcnews #breakfast said about @Telstra Loneliness Survey & wish to suggest also conduct a survey on disruptions and stress caused by its poor and frequently breaking mobile coverage in many areas, let alone Black Spots I have 3 services with frequent call drops

  • vEternity_ Eternity (@vEternity_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Could you imagine paying for 100 down 40 up n getting 16 down 1.2 up with packet loss out the ***? See I don't have to anymore thanks to @Telstra ! What ******** is going on mate?

  • MitchRobinson_ Mitch Robinson (@MitchRobinson_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@bkubel That’s Telstra, did #StayHome March last year then #StaySafe most of the last year or so, and updated to #LetsVaxx around like June. So far as I know it’s on all phones they support

  • maggiepayne_ Maggie Payne (@maggiepayne_) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@MaccaHeraldSun And Telstra throwing the junior clubs $100k! Not bad.

@Gizmobud @RayRockyDog @Foxtel I just signed up for the trial. And yep, as a Telstra customer I can get a discount 👍

  • Marc1983x Marc Christie (@Marc1983x) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Hey @Telstra is there an issue with crossed lines or something on the 4g network?

  • DavidMo70005810 David Moore (@DavidMo70005810) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra You just put my nbn bill up. I can’t cancel within contract without a penalty but you can put prices up. When the contract expires you will lose a 20 year customer. Mobile and internet. So long. Never to return

  • taniadalts Tania Dalton (@taniadalts) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra disappointed that no one from your customer service, knows a Telstra tough 5 phone and how it’s settings work. My 79 year old Dad has been changed over his plan for the past two months and we’d just like this explained to us. He’s a 20+ Telstra customer, just poor form

  • kyleobyte KYLΞOBYTΞ (@kyleobyte) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Oi @Telstra - hubby’s trying to preorder, gets to login step and it tells him he’s not authorised on his own account…to upgrade his own mobile (both his services are still showing up in his account)

  • trevoryoung Trevor Young (@trevoryoung) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra 3101 - just noticed it half an hour ago when I went to pay for something … no one else in the house is having any issues though

  • tk_bulba TK (@tk_bulba) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@george__812 @LionelRitchie18 I'll never forget walking out of telstra dome at the time in my mid twenties. It was doggies essendon game. another doggies fan was like, "the essendon kid next to me is crying, I asked him how many premierships he'd seen." For those of us a bit older, it seemed like a lifetime

  • PaulLenkic Paul Lenkic (@PaulLenkic) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Intermittent @Telstra NBN and @Foxtel issues all of a sudden! The worst timing ever! 🤬

  • The_Enunciator Benedict (@The_Enunciator) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@RoryBurnside I’m with @Telstra with the home phone, they gave me a call guardian home phone, when set up, it forces spam calls to announce themselves, call centre workers never do, they just hang up. Haven’t had a single scam call in months

  • tigertufftanya Tanya (@tigertufftanya) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@andrewtiger9 @Telstra It is horrid. We had no Foxtel for over 24 hours because there was a fault with the Telstra cable it runs off.

  • nathan_bobik Nathan Bobik (@nathan_bobik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Home Dashboard says all connections good, all signals are strong etc etc- no errors from that end.

  • Sheeds_au Sheeds (@Sheeds_au) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Couldn't help misreading that @Telstra ad painted on the ground as "Australia is Why..T". Like when your eyes go the wrong way on a comic. Unfortunate visual oops. #NRLGF

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • DanAdamsliberty The tree of liberty (@DanAdamsliberty) reported

@LeeAdamWilshier @Kafwen1 @shravaka Even weirder, Telstra themselves (on their site) is not reporting the outage. So I guess they are covering it up, because third party outage sites, are reporting it. Not telstra themselves.

  • 80sbabeeAngel Meg 🕇 (@80sbabeeAngel) reported

Well I tried to call which is hard since mum & I don't have a mobile plus I'm not up there to help trouble shoot. Well then I asked if they could at least check if her area is down and then he went to, and hung up Oh my Lord. Mum needs to switch over to Telstra Optus sucks

  • BJDevlin Brendan Devlin (@BJDevlin) reported

On 6 sept I ordered a @Telstra phone. After 8 days I seek an update. No response. 3 days later, I follow up. Order cancelled internally, no contact, raise complaint. Today, I get contacted (after inquiring twice) & offered inferior product at the same price. Bye 👋

  • taraashli Tara Pokarier (@taraashli) reported

@Telstra I am so disappointed with your service. Your team has told me my item has been delivered, I contacted Australia Post & they haven’t even received the item yet to send out!

  • ItsmeKhedi Lokesh (@ItsmeKhedi) reported

Was so excited to get the phone on launch day… this order experience has been so stressful and frustrating. Literally no one is willing to help. I feel like a tennis ball between two companies @Telstra and Startrack.

  • cloudcitizen Graham Lauren (@cloudcitizen) reported

@Telstra @andy_penn @whirlpoolnetau After 10 years with #Telstra as a business customer, my experience is only of getting service from utter dimwits, using a broken system. No one can resolve customers' problems. Its service is pathetic. AVOID #Telstra, whatever you do.

  • IAmRobFoster Rob™ by Rob Foster (@IAmRobFoster) reported

@Telstra between the website debacle on pre-order night, the lack of information given in regards to deliveries, and the totally lackluster customer support, this whole iPhone situation is probably the worst product launch I've ever seen.

  • JackScottAU Jack Scott (@JackScottAU) reported

@parisba Good luck. I'm stuck on the "try and convince Telstra to give me a phone service" stage.

  • CGrandma55 CrankyGrandma55SewerRatAgedWelfareTrotBotCrood (@CGrandma55) reported

Mobile Phone providers really need to up their game on tower coverage. That includes the big 2 @Optus & @Telstra. Our suburb is a black hole and the Qld Check In QR app is failing to connect to the Internet. even in big shopping centres. This a public health and Safety Issue.

  • leftrefusenik Leftist Refusenik (@leftrefusenik) reported

@BanksyInc @smartatarc Yes strawman, Telstra issue = authoritarian government.
