I’ve adopted a new approach with @Telstra. When they stuff up a request I will cancel or downgrade something. After 4 chat sessions I was still getting stuffed around with a plan change. I cancelled the service. That’s $100p/mth not going to @andy_penn. Not paying for bad service

@digtoolsonline It’s not my day! @GeelongCats app doesn’t respond, so deleted it and am now trying to download from App Store. Of course, it won’t download (and it’s not an internet issue - I’m putting the blame on @Telstra - they’ve never really got this app business).

We all wrote "no dams" inside a triangle on our ballot papers in 1983 to show support to save the Franklin wilderness. Howard returned none of the $$ from the mining boom to society. Sold everything so "mum & dad investors" could 'own' Telstra. All of Aus used to own it.

I hate my Telstra Shop, I feel lost & confused when I'm anywhere near it. Having to explain my problem to a teenager after waiting half an hour or more for them to do their fingernails only to be told to ring Telstra. Once it was friendly advice & a cup of coffee, now automatons.

@tomizaks Unlikely. But they will be able to help with creative ways to say "we're not going to help you". (I moved to Telstra last week. The rest of the family are awaiting Telstra SIMs now. Four customers lost not because of the event, because of Optus' ****** response to it)
