@SP_10 @Foxtel @Telstra just as bad with their shitty reception when trying to stream league pass on your phone. 😡
-
Venkat Iyer (@vniyers) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra And it appears to have resolved now, but it would be nice to get an heads up like a text that we used to for an outage, even if there is an intermittent issue.

@Telstra seriously you’re an absolute joke of a companythis is the third night in a row my internet has been down and then on top of that you’ve got to pay to enable port forwarding

Tony Sheahan (@TonySheahan) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
I’m sure I speak on behalf of many Australian @Telstra customers when I say they’re customer service is an absolute disgrace. I don’t know what @andy_penn & his team are telling the off shore workers but it’s clearly a concern. Telstra’s rating should be that of 0 these days
-
JarrodWeir (@JarrodWeir) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
God dammit @Telstra. My cable internet has been down since Friday! Up until tonight, no outage has shown up on the outages site, although that’s NBN and says scheduled maintainance. On top of that, for some reason 4G is running at 2Mbps.
-

@Telstra your solution of having a 4G sim in your routers for when the internet down is completely redundant when it runs at 1mb/s
-
Maggi (@anothermedalmum) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Optus your customer service sucks... nearly getting as bad as @Telstra and that takes some beating....
-

David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
So Telstra had another internet outage. Perhaps it's time they employed more people instead of sacking over 2000 which the sharemarket applauded. As a shareholder in them I'd sooner see better customer service then higher dividends
-
Oliver (@OliverNunis) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra After 6 calls, and promises after each of them a case manager would contact me within 48 hours, over the course of 3 months; I have now been on hold for a further 2 hours trying to get your billing mistake resolved. The worse customer service in Australia!
-
elisaiurato (@elisaiurato) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra And provided it’s longer than usual or fails to resolve within a reasonable time frame. Anyway appreciate your support, thanks!
-
Luke Meehan (@lukasm) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra They said two things: 1) they were the highest management I could speak to about my complaint. 2) I would get an email summary of what happened. I reckon number 1 is a lie and I know number 2 is a lie
-
mektronik (@mektronik) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra Sure. And as the guy who was responsible for ingesting every cell tower ping in the Telstra network for CTO Big Data Location Insights, and what I had to do deal with for lags and bursts, let's ask Julian Butler. Tell him it's D808445 calling
-
Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
@Telstra really poor customer experience when it's now two weeks when I lodged a now missing complaint on why I started receiving unsolicited SMS marketing. Five calls by me, none from Telstra and poor record keeping #customerfail
-
Corné Kloppers (@corneliusJK) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
Ps. I’m using a Telstra service to send this tweet @Optus
-
David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria
I had my mobile with Telstra but had reception issues at my house as it's an old tower the network uses. They wanted to install an antenna at my cost. I changed to Optus and no problems

@Telstra I literally can’t. Dozens of people have tried to help. I was in an Apple Store today and neither Telstra nor Apple could get my order working.
-
OddRabbit (@OddRabbit6468) reported
@Telstra Hi Kaitlyn, Thanks for proactively seeking these requests out. I have tried installing Kali Linux virtual machine several times but the same problems is still occurring so I'm thinking it may be a network issue. I was able to update it a month ago though.
-
Becky (@becky_0123) reported
Telstra was never the issue.

Dealing with @Telstra so called Gold support is like trying to rip out your testicles with a spoon. It’s a very painful experience worth avoiding if you can
-
MissionMan (@TheMissionMan) reported
@Spart4n238 @Telstra They're useless and now even their complaint system doesn't work. I've had it with them.
-

@Telstra I tried DMing you. I got a generic canned message without even looking at the problem

@swxxii Yes. I've been with optus for 20 years now and it's been a much better experience than being with telstra. Vodafone is pretty terrible in WA. Not many people use it.
