    @Telstra It's a new service being set up, so that everything is via telstra, because of the nbn, so when the second technician came out, they said it would be connected by Jan 5th. He assumed it would be to coincide with the next bill, but nothing

    @Telstra what’s happened to toe service? I got told at the Northcote store at lunchtime they were too busy to see anyone, I sat on the 24/7 app for 1.5hrs waiting a response, last time I dared call I got the “COVID call centre closed” message. How does the average punter get help

    @Telstra Thanks Tom - appreciate you are but a cog in the wheel. We rang at 8.30am and were on hold for three hours. It appears our service has been ported to our new provider however. Would you be able to check if this has cancelled our account with you?

    @sadiesjogren @SuperNetball I think (not a Telstra customer so happy to be corrected) that the free Live Passes are only for Telstra Customers, so have always been limited to Australia. Might have been able to be used with roaming? Not sure, I’ve always paid for my subscription to the app.

    @Telstra I’m a mobile customer of 15 years and have been threatened with disconnection today. I have been patiently waiting a decision from Telstra on a contested fee for six weeks - I have called, emailed and live chatted and have got not a decision or reply back from Telstra.

    So disappointed (not surprised) with the lack of support from @Telstra today. They insist on sending a @NBN_Australia tech to my office who turns the internet off on me before leaving. They now refuse to answer me (for hours) on their SMS service. My business is harmed by this.

    @AlboMP I’ve just posted for the 2nd time a plea to the Federal LNP and Telstra for my cousins in fire ravaged Mallacoota. They can’t work from home as the internet is so slow/ dropping out. If this continues, when the fires come back, as they will, lives will be lost.

    @Telstra I spoke to customer services again last night for many hours. I strongly encourage somebody at Telstra to review the chat history. The service level is so exceptionally poor, Telstra management really should know about it.

    @Telstra That service in particular isnt connected with the NBN We have 2 separate land line numbers on the premises and one is connected to our modem but the other is still on its own. The number to call in the text is to get connected to the NBN so i dont know who to contact?

    @Telstra I have been trying to add a service to my account, porting my wife's number from another carrier. The verification tool is not accepting any more than 1 digit. I have left several messages via your chat tool and have never received a response.

    @Raypalch_Arts No worries mate, I have the same problem where my internet cuts out and doesn't come back on, I blame telstra for refusing to fix the damaged wires underground from the rain
