Telstra Issues Reports Near Yallock, State of Victoria

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in Yallock and nearby locations:

  • ClareAliceMurph Clare Murphy (@ClareAliceMurph) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

After 45 minutes, the only option to fix an unusable @iPrimusAU connection is to switch to a Huawei modem 🚫 or pay a $181 early disconnection fee. Technician trying to tell me that it’s my building that’s the problem, yet my new @Telstra connection has been working just fine 🤔

  • dwilliamson931 David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

I had my mobile with Telstra but had reception issues at my house as it's an old tower the network uses. They wanted to install an antenna at my cost. I changed to Optus and no problems

  • JohnnyLydon jk (@JohnnyLydon) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@vogrady2132 @RobbiePHannan @Bukumbooee @NickRossTech @delpjm @Kynes3 @Lellane @ABCmediawatch @Commsday @StevejCbr @jonaholmes48 Oh it’s great out in North Balwyn. Numerous addresses in our str have Telstra connections but don’t appear on NBN list. I got address added after a query at NBN booth in Doncaster. Then it disappeared, got it back but NBN site says no service till next May - next door has NBN!

  • raaahbin R. Obocop (@raaahbin) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

holy **** have I not missed trying to talk to @Telstra. The voice-guided menu is absolutely atrocious.

  • lukasm Luke Meehan (@lukasm) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra They said two things: 1) they were the highest management I could speak to about my complaint. 2) I would get an email summary of what happened. I reckon number 1 is a lie and I know number 2 is a lie

  • dwilliamson931 David Williamson (@dwilliamson931) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

So Telstra had another internet outage. Perhaps it's time they employed more people instead of sacking over 2000 which the sharemarket applauded. As a shareholder in them I'd sooner see better customer service then higher dividends

  • paulieferrari Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra really poor customer experience when it's now two weeks when I lodged a now missing complaint on why I started receiving unsolicited SMS marketing. Five calls by me, none from Telstra and poor record keeping #customerfail

  • Leo__stevenson Leo Stevenson (@Leo__stevenson) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Yeah it’s switched over. The 4G is woeful though. And I don’t want to wait until Wednesday for a fix

  • I_SANATAN #Santu (@I_SANATAN) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

My mobile internet is braking down ..I tried calling the customer care but they keep on suggesting me basic trouble shooting tricks but it's not useful.. @Telstra

  • AGhostMachine 𝔾𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕥𝕀𝕟𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕖 (@AGhostMachine) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra No thanks. I have been through this process so many times before and it is way to painful. You have made so many Australian workers redundant, outsourced entire workforces and the quality of your product and service has suffered greatly. I'm out.

  • fbib Henry Sutanto (@fbib) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra when I was connected with cable, I can stream anything with no problem, since changed to NBN streaming live sport is horrible!

  • BenBeech22 Ben Beech (@BenBeech22) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@martinud @AndyMaherDFA @Telstra At my work I get my guys to do that. Trying to get automation through apps, tracking etc like Uber. Unfortunately things can change though / emergency jobs get thrown in, delays on site. So never always straight forward

  • AGhostMachine 𝔾𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕥𝕀𝕟𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕖 (@AGhostMachine) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I have already opened an account with another company. I just needed to vent my frustrations with what remains of this once great Australian company. You made 3.6 Billion last year How about settle for 3.5bil and keep your Australian workforce and quality of service. Shame

  • AndyMaherDFA Andy Maher (@AndyMaherDFA) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra Have spent hours already on the line to customer service staff. They’re follow up has been poor.

  • AndyMaherDFA Andy Maher (@AndyMaherDFA) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

In the pursuit of decency and fairness can I publicly thank Jeff from @Telstra for fixing our internet issues.

  • martincreely Martin Creely (@martincreely) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Ok @telstra. Thats it. If the issues with foxtel and hfc internet in the 3165 vic area arent permanently SORTED by 12.00 12/06/19 this is going to the TIO. Had enough of lost business hours !.

  • paulieferrari Paulie Ferrari (@paulieferrari) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra So being told by your colleagues tonight that there is in fact NO case manager assigned to this complaint. A simple callback to get an update is not boding well!

  • mike_caridi Michael Caridi (@mike_caridi) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra I really need to speak to someone in Australia that can help me with billing and account issues. It’s been 2 weeks and I still can’t get this fixed. Contact centre is telling me this is impossible. No onshore contract exists. Surely you can help.

  • AGhostMachine 𝔾𝕙𝕠𝕤𝕥𝕀𝕟𝕋𝕙𝕖𝕄𝕒𝕔𝕙𝕚𝕟𝕖 (@AGhostMachine) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra It is still under investigation, my 4g backup is absolutley useless and this has to be the 20th outage this year. I do not want to spend hours on the phone trying to get compensated for this. I'm done. Telstra disgusts me from a moral perspective as well as service. I'm out.

  • jfcwbrrr jf (@jfcwbrrr) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra 4G In TULLAMARINE is Very slow sometimes switching to 3G, Speedtest was at 21.2

Telstra Issues Reports

Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:

  • taniadalts Tania Dalton (@taniadalts) reported

@Sarah_Alice_X @Telstra Just awful Sarah. It’s so isolating and confusing for our older adults, especially when communication is inept and not everyone has internet or technology in the home. Telstra charged my Dad extra for data he hadn’t used. Poor form indeed

  • JPLloyd91 Julie Lloyd (@JPLloyd91) reported

@Redpilled9 @Telstra Switch to ALDI. Runs on Telstra platform. Works even when Telstra is down. Cheaper.

  • Lachlan_Mc Lachlan McIntosh (@Lachlan_Mc) reported

@nigelwadsworth i'm trying to get telstra to reissue a stale cheque. for money they literally stole out of an account years ago for a service that wasn't actually ordered. they are more hopeless than banks.

  • __SueS__ SueS (@__SueS__) reported

Large pharma co's got up inside all our governments and made their commercial contracts the things we must all dance around. Now the tedious end result is Mark Fuckfuck doing some paid sanctimony humour promo for Telstra. **** off all of you crumbled carcasses.

  • CeriCat Ceri Cat (@CeriCat) reported

@danwarne @BhootniKay @Telstra Exactly you're not getting a ~1mm wide chip implanted in a 14+ gauge needle. and unlike sci-fi nanometer implants are not a thing, smallest I am aware of is 0.9mm, and anything that small is not capable of the **** they claim because power is a requirement.

  • ScottyNoSkills NotTheGuyYou’reLookingFor (@ScottyNoSkills) reported

@vokjart @senojretep1 @Telstra You think if you put “DR” in your name that people will take you seriously? This is how gullible stupid people are and what they think “research” is they listen to some guy with “dr” in his name thinking they’re a professional.

  • RobboCampo Robert Camp (@RobboCampo) reported

@Telstra So you are saying I didn’t get the 5g chip. Thsts the only reason i got the vaccine. Damn you

  • Gregeve98 Greg (@Gregeve98) reported

@Telstra yeah it has been working since Thursday late, either they had complaints or they fixed the issue well ahead of time,

  • DanaTChaya Dana (@DanaTChaya) reported

@Telstra Are you telling me.... I got the vaccine and my arm isn't gonna glow, be magnetic, or help me with online uni with faster internet? Goddammit it

  • Gunner641 Keith wilson (@Gunner641) reported

@Telstra While I'm all for the Aussie way of making light of something its a bit of a kick in the guts for the people I know that have been hospitalized needing pacemakers or or dying from a clot in the brain. Pretty poor from Telstra.🙄
