6. 80% of phone order was disclaimers about a landline, which I did not have, want or need. 7. Process to connect to @Telstra NBN was good. 8. It now drops out constantly. Corralled into raising service faults via live chat and SMS has resulted in 4 service tickets, no action.

Is @telstra being hacked? My net is out, when I connect to their support site I get an error page generated from deep inside their system. Not a well handled exception.

@PNikandrow @Telstra It’s doing that in my area too!! Telstra sent me a message saying that they are upgrading the mobile network! They had better improve it because I’ve had a f**king gutful of switching from 4g to 3G and back again because they keep on slowing down!!

@Telstra how can it be so difficult to order an e-sim and have it activated? A week to get it in the post... then activation fails and it gets hand balled from person to person. Terrible experience. 36 hours without service post “activation”. #customerservice

@SkyeMactier @Telstra Of course 🙄 like they make any extra money they can. I was told to fix my phone line (it just needed a plug attached) it would be 300 dollars. Got the internet on with internode and they did it for free

@pencilportrait3 @Telstra A couple of years ago when I was going through a period of Telstra nightmares they kept sending me paper bills that I didn’t want, in A3 size. Maybe he should just tell them he doesn’t want a paper bill, that should fix it

@NBN_Australia The connection has been dropping out at least 20 times per day or more. The NBN modem is dropping the connection. Telstra can't seem to troubleshoot the issue. This has been getting worse over the past few weeks. I pay for the fastest to be able to work from home, now I can't.
