    @Telstra It’s not my equipment (power off/on done) - leds indicate that it is at the exchange. Link=green(so talking physically back to the exchange), ONLINE= white (exchange has an issue), PHONE=nothing (no connectivity upstream of exchange)

    @NBN_Australia Yeah, no changes at home. Problem is the network has been deteriorating for some time now! Probably @Telstra oversubscribed. Just rubbish now. So ripped off.

    @woopdedoo652 @Telstra can you get someone who isn’t a robot to help the Unicorn out. Unicorn had a hailstorm destroy her fixed wireless. I don’t think doing a modem reboot is going to fix it ey.

    @ellymelly No. Back in 1997 John Howard made sure our telecoms network was to remain behind the rest of the world for the next decade at least. If he'd agreed to run FTTN with Telstra every Australian household today would have internet services on par with Singapore at the same price.

    Same with Telstra. Anyone who has hearing issues finds it very frustrating when you are speaking with someone from overseas with a strong accent.

    @OneNewsAu This is not new news, they have been trialing sms over starlink using Optus and Telstra OWNED spectrum for several years and its at least live fir SMS on Telstra. As soon as Starship is cleared for normal operations they can launch the larger v3 satellites which will support this function fully. The spectrum spacex purchased is not compatible with current phones regardless, and would require manufacturers to adopt that band for use so its not close to being usable nor launched.

    @VoteLewko @Starlink It's about time for Optus and Telstra to go down the drain. Some of the worst and scammiest Australian companies. They charge you an arm and a leg for something that never works.

    Telstra r no issue when it comes to recharging which is identical to th Microsoft Product Key. Punch it in PC=dun. NO=Smartashole=Microsoft laugh at customers blockng. They do not have to know any1s card numbers, it has zilch to do with them its=Privacy Invasion. Eusk ur not rich

    I'd believe that, especially back in the day when I was with Telstra, any time you rang support, it was always an Indian voice at the other end. Probably still is. They seem to gravitate to a lot of tele communication jobs over there.

    @SocialTubby @DaveTaylorNews As an aging Pro. Pretty much all of my clients in Longreach, Karratha or the Alice book me via Starlink. When I used to service the married Labor blokes in Marrickville, my Telstra mobile would be forever dropping out. Starlink is on an exponential trajectory.
