@Telstra1 hr 25 mins later someones finally answers ..... Telstra says yes this problem is "TRENDING" at the moment.... weve despatched level 2 technicians escalated to deal with it..almost a day later.....well my frustration with Telstra is also trending!!

@Telstra I recall reading somewhere the reason for this **** positioning is due to the location existing conduits - the new pits are bigger than the new ones, so when installed centrally on the conduit they impinge on the footpath. But surely there is a better solution?
