@bkubel That’s Telstra, did #StayHome March last year then #StaySafe most of the last year or so, and updated to #LetsVaxx around like June. So far as I know it’s on all phones they support

I never expect much from @telstra support, but the service is next level unhelpful. I just got told by a support member it’s my fault that Telstra has been billing me twice for internet every month for what looks nearly a year.

@RoryBurnside I’m with @Telstra with the home phone, they gave me a call guardian home phone, when set up, it forces spam calls to announce themselves, call centre workers never do, they just hang up. Haven’t had a single scam call in months

@telstra any comment on the fact that you've had an outage in your mobile number porting system since at least 8:30am 23/7, and ports in to or out of telstra/boost are failing? Customers are being advised problems are being esclated to "IT" and wait 24-48hrs before calling again.
