    @Telstra makes it so difficuilt to talk to anyone over 45 minutes to speak to tech support .. whole of Point Cook free to air through Vetlocity down since last night their my Telstra app says no problem.. their website buries its phone number should be illegal . its disgusting

    @Telstra sorry if I could get enough signal in Cranbourne east to report a fault I would. Intermittent mobile data, phones running on 3G... Australia’s best phone network... far from it at the moment

    @Telstra1 hr 25 mins later someones finally answers ..... Telstra says yes this problem is "TRENDING" at the moment.... weve despatched level 2 technicians escalated to deal with it..almost a day later.....well my frustration with Telstra is also trending!!

    All of the major nbn providers have had issues with this process and we haven’t always notified customers of their speeds or their options when we should have. Speaking for Telstra, we have never deliberately tried to mislead a customer about their nbn speeds.
