    I’ve never understood why Telstra started creating websites (for AFL and its clubs) - it’s not their core business and unsurprisingly they’ve never done it well, and that extends to its apps - I have two on my phone, neither work. 😔

Please do your best to shut down all the fraud call centers based in India who ring Australian numbers pretending to be CommBank, the NBN, Telstra etc. I get calls everyday. If my mum who has dementia picks up she gets distressed. My neighbor lost 5k

    @Telstra OMG. Service. Once again no internet. Then call tech support. No help but I can put you through to the platinum team and they will fix it for $60. Great little scam. It’s once again your issue why my internet died. Nothing to do with my end. Service or scam.

    @Telstra Nope, no reference numbers or anything. Was told my ticket would be left open so they monitor the issue and promised a call back in 24 hours which - as far as I can see - I have not had. My internet is also not working, again.

    @peterfraserbris @pfh007 We were working on deal with a large digital advertising co but JC de Co said they would pull a billion dollar contract with telstra if we did. They pulled it anyway but long after we were shutdown. Management is awful in that place

    @Telstra NBN is down in 3165. Both the cable conversion box says online. No dial tone in the phone. Just trying to have a relaxing night, but seems that's not going to be the case now. :/

    @Telstra A fault in the street. Requires the NBN team to come back and do works. Apparently that can’t be done till Jan 31st After 2 hours on the phone I managed to get an extra 25GB added to my mobile data. No further resolution possible though I’m told

    Hey @Telstra not at all happy that our internet is down due to NBN works (we’re not on the NBN) and you’re now refusing to come through with the previously offered compensatory data bc my billing address is my postal not residential address! I’m a 10yr customer & 3yr shareholder

    @JustJenKing @woolworths @Telstra It will take as long as it takes .. it's technology., People have to stop expecting everything to be done immediately for them. It's ridiculous. Telstra will have staff working 24x7, many probably impacted by the floods themselves to get the service restored.

    @Telstra Nimbin, Blue ****, Lilian Rock, Cawongla and more - no internet or home phone - and we're not flood-affected! 3G amazingly works. Dont you have an emergency mobile station you can deploy? Rather than brushing ppl off with vague replies, a transparent answer wd be welcomed!

Trying to revive a dying office culture is a fruitless exercice, lets not kid ourselves you dont need your staff back more than 1-2 times a week.

    Just spent 1.5hrs on 2 calls to Telstra. They said it’s NBNCo’s responsibility as it’s the infrastructure. I’ve lodged a damage report and will follow up tomorrow.

    So @Telstra SEQld flooded, northern NSW did too but no internet or phone in Northern NSW for 5 days..why so long? No explanation and driving to QLD to use my phone and internet is terrible! ETA pls
