  • nicksplitter n 1 c k (@nicksplitter) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@paigecardona Telstra more expensive and customer service leave something to be desired. But, in my experience, the best product around by a long way.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@BroHilderchump @Telstra We’ve been trying to fix our home internet for the last 6 days. They are useless. They’re a telecommunications company and they can’t even figure o it out account number, address or payments. 🔥@Telstra🔥

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra Have you looked into a range booster? I know they exist and can be legally used. Might be costly, but cheaper than dealing with second tier support.

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra I switched to Telstra after being with Optus for years thinking I’d be right with “best 4G network”. I had calls drop out in CBD, no reception at the back of my house in Heathmont. Telstra support were hopeless. After two weeks I moved Vodafone and have never looked back 1/2

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Let’s just say for a telecommunications company @telstra has a customer service response that leaves you expecting where the communication bit comes in.

  • martincedes Martin - #BLM 🖤 (@martincedes) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Thanks @telstra for your ****** service throughout the years but it’s time to say goodbye. After four 40min phone calls trying to solve the worst NBN speed (and let’s just add you weren’t even able to figure out what account we were talking about) 1/2

  • GardeningGaffer McGinness (@GardeningGaffer) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@_thomasparkes @Telstra Indian scam calls. Buy call guardian $72 for 2 handsets. Then they have to say their name before call goes through, call centres never say their name.

  • Alex_I_88 Alex (@Alex_I_88) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Anyone know how to cancel @Telstra NBN? Considering they never reply on live chat and they’re impossible to get through to on the phone🙃

  • cpjones44 Chris Jones (@cpjones44) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@darrenbennett76 @Telstra I have a Apple Watch Series 4 and pay $5/mth to activate it on the network. It works flawlessly. I also like the $5 per day roaming for when I used to travel. I don’t understand how people persist with Telstra. You must have an extreme level of patience 2/2

  • _rachel_kelly Rachel Kelly (@_rachel_kelly) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

@Telstra as always an enlightening experience trying to get a hold of someone. Call and get cut off and sent an SMS. Absolutely hilarious. Can someone send me the link to cancel my Telstra service.
