@Telstra @Optus @amaysimAU Yeah seems like your whole network is down across Melbourne at least just went to the shops they couldn’t use 5G 4G anything but Nbn seems okay sort of I mean for Nbn in the city yeah it’s out of the usual expected level of a yes. My mum always said.

@3bsBruce @SydGuy78 Process was simple as with @VodafoneAU - on the new iPhone just went to settings > mobile > add eSIM from nearby phone - took a few minutes😳😳 Surprised the others are having such a hard time. You’d think Telstra of all carriers given their size would have their **** together.

@Telstra Thanks, but if the Samsung store is unable to resolve this issue in their store I don't think Telstra can. I will continue my discussions with Samsung and hopefully get a refund on this S22 and go back to an iPhone.

@taipan168 And Telstra only faces minimum service guarantees in a very small component of the business where they continue to hold assets that used to be owned by the government. That's shrinking over time as the NBN buys out the copper.

@Foxtel changed to Murdoch’s Foxtel last week because it was supposed to be easier and cheaper than going through @Telstra , what a massive mistake, they never answer phones they’re the most inept bunch of corporate lackeys this side of @amazon

@TMFScottP @Telstra @NBN_Australia Agreed. My provider offered broadband back as of all the problems in the area. I'm sure others had the same offer. I'm also sure it will improve one day. However school work needs to be done.

Walk into Telstra shop to renew everything and new phones contracts and only taking appointments only l have loyal customer over 20 years can’t do it on week days so put pre order iPhones first before walk in customers

@Telstra I sent a request via the app but nothing so I took it straight to Samsung and it seems the video and multiple forum post is not enough for them to admit their s22 range has this issue. They want it sent for analysis and repair before considering a refund.

@Telstra Telstra has confirmed via phone that closest tower is offline. We have no internet in any form at all. Would like to know when it will be reinstated. Your website is not showing the outage.

@NBN_Australia I dont get how you can't just get someone to fix the node. It's clearly not functioning as it should. It's remarkable how unaccountable NBN is. Telstra apologised, refund money off my plan. You refer me to a website and ask me to pay to upgrade your network. Simply breathtaking.

No @Telstra internet, home is also wireless modem with sim, so we can't report issues or check outages! Tried ph no 9 times now, dropped off after half hour each time. If this gets posted will be a miracle as service blinks on and off. Lift your game, @telstra!!!
