    @Telstra having just spent 1hr 9mins on hold finally someone answered. I had difficulty understanding her unfortunately but after a total of just over 2hrs on the phone a technician is apparently coming out to c what is wrong with NBN. Horrible service!

    Telstra just charged my mum who has schizophrenia $900 for an account she never activated, the bill was sent to the wrong address (their fault) and the authority they put on their account was incorrect (their typo). Gouge a pensioner on a disability, nice one #Telstra #ableism
