Dear @Telstra, isolating at home waiting for a Covid test is hard enough without home internet being down for the last 1.5 days too! Several calls yday & have an incident number, but still unresolved. Please can someone get in touch to sort soon? Thanks!

@Telstra currently on a speed limited 'backup' 4g service for nbn that is down and has no eta for repair. It is so speed limited as to be useless. Can you answer me why I pay a premium for this when I'm using my @Optus mobile for internet?

@Telstra @RhapsodyPlays Can't really beat lag when you don't provide the service you promise lol, no wifi for the last week and TWICE Telstra have said they'll send someone to fix it? No one shows. I love sitting at home all day waiting for nothing, that'll beat the lag, feels illegal honestly

Telstra service in Greenwood WA very poor. They gave me discounts but haven't fixed the problem. Online testing shows nothing and the chat facilty doesn't work. Went to Telstra shop but they are only a reseller. No help there. Used to be Fine. Anyone else having issues? #telstra

@Telstra 8.05am email on a Saturday morning is not enough notice for a 7 hour NBN upgrade outage on Monday starting at 8am! My son is WFH providing an essential service with the NRS. Unless his boss checks emails on the weekend how’s he supposed to let them know he can’t work?

@Telstra Hi my wifi down and when I ran a test I received a message that a consultant will need to talk me through what to do "message us" the message us button won't work. What number should I call please
