@MelanieTait Mine is 69 a month through Telstra. Kids are with amaysim and they are 20 or 30 per month with a **** tonne more data than I get and all calls and texts free.

  • SeedEquities 𝙼𝚞𝚜𝚝𝚊𝚛𝚍 𝚂𝚎𝚎𝚍 𝙴𝚚𝚞𝚒𝚝𝚒𝚎𝚜 (@SeedEquities) reported

@Telstra Is it just me, or does everyone else think it's a tweet by @ParlayPay and his doggy everytime this damn advert comes up?

  • D_Melissa2 🔥💧🐨🌱💓🌍 MelissaD (@D_Melissa2) reported

    3) If you’re like us and entry level Foxtel was previously added to your package as a free component check - you’re paying $25 a month now. We never watch it. It was tricky to solve because they logged us out of our Telstra/Foxtel ID and we couldn’t reset, all whilst being billed

  • Dan_Byrne Dan Byrne (@Dan_Byrne) reported

@Telstra Complaints team were contacted and fixed it. Your customer service ‘texting’ idea is absolutely ****! Rethink your business model!!! Glad to be rid of Telstra

  • TSM072011 Tom McGrath (@TSM072011) reported

@Telstra I still have many pending issues and no resolution. It is appalling that you would treat a long-term customer with such disdain. 0/10 effort.

  • julerin8 Julian Barlow (@julerin8) reported

@NBN_Australia I've wasted days on the phone to them trying to fix it. Last time the case manager told me it was fixed and he'd close the case after I told him it was not fixed. Did you know you can't actually call @Telstra on the phone any more? You. Can't. Call. The. Phone Company.

  • YogaGuy7 Yoga Guy ॐ (@YogaGuy7) reported

@Telstra has left me out to dry during this COVID. SIM now totally disconnected abroad and I'm totally paralized of fund access with no warning. "A network you can trust". #COVID #telstra #sim

  • TSM072011 Tom McGrath (@TSM072011) reported

@Telstra This will be the 15th time I have communicated the issues I am experiencing with someone at Telstra. I have spent over 20 hours and upwards of 10 phone calls (I have lost count at this stage) regarding ongoing account and service issues that I have experienced.

  • KassieLCheney KC (@KassieLCheney) reported

@TelstraEnt Telstra never stands still, otherwise I would catch you... How's the lazy approach to an already lazy financial services/ technology segment going with a full digital economy? Sure, I trust banks and Telstra with my hard earned money, said no one ever... *starts counting coins*

  • SilverDasher Graham Nix (@SilverDasher) reported

@MelanieTait Aldi, $25 includes 20 GB data, unused data rolls over. Telstra network. Own phone.
