    i spent 5 mins texting my friend who works in IT and he figured out the problem was that telstra couldn’t in 3 and a half hours .

    @Telstra @Optus My companies gave up on Telstra years ago. Lousy service, lousy customer service. Its just a carrier for other service providers.

    So it looks like support via chat with @Telstra seems to cut the connection to a service person after 60 mins. Which means just when I get to finally getting things sorted, I get a new person that can’t see the history. 3 times over 2 days. That is worse than sitting on hold.

    @Telstra Big @Telstra push to get customers to use new #mytelstraap ("click away from getting on with your day") What they don't tell you is all communication is via text, often with 30- 60 min, or even *much* more, between each response. Last problem took me 17days and 250 texts

    Does anyone else have continuing problems with Telstra or is it just me. I pre ordered a Samsung S4 device to get the special offer of a FREE Samsung Tablet. Yep you guessed it Telstra says I don't qualify yet I did everything right. Geez I hate Telstra.

    @Telstra I sincerely hope that @telstra is going to offer more live customer service. Right now, it takes on average 5- 12 hours of my time on the phone to resolve an issue. Sometime more. If I did that to my customers, I would go bankrupt.
