  @Telstra @noMercy_19 @Telstra same thing happened to me and the missus trying to buy iPhone 13 outright at Marion shopping centre in adelaide. We waited for ages then got a rude lady and told no stock so we went to Jb-hifi and the girl there was lovely so bought and left happy.

  @JoanBloggs @rmar1222 @johnlittle Y'know Joan, I once lived in an inner suburb, and had problems with the phone lines. The Telstra tech checked the lines, and found that they had been laid in the late 1800's. I don't think they've been replacing yet, because a mate still lives there.

  So @Telstra are getting rid of #AFLLIVEPASS that came with a mobile service and data free replacing it with @kayosports at a discount (albeit limited) and metered data. Does that just seem like a middle finger to consumers to make some more coin?

  @Optus so just called and got to a operator who transfers me and the line gets cut. Good work for a communications company. This poor service is too common with Optus and I’m really looking at taking the family and business back to @VodafoneGroup or @Telstra.

  @joey8bitz @1WeakGuttedDog You’re so confidently wrong. No **** it’s Telstra, I’ve used both and I’m fully aware Telstra own boost. Boost is a budget provider and receives lower priority to the network, it isn’t rocket science. My second phone is on boost and performs worse than my wife’s Telstra phone.

Refused to escalate "Deprovisioning" of SIM cards unable to make calls to transmit data, demanding "samples" of calls to/from +1-408 by IBM and PARC from Military Classified numbers for over 10 years. Refused to comply with Data Sovereignty rules and to respect the classified nature of the "samples" they were requesting and I refused to provide till I am talking to a suitably qualified person or engineer calling from within Australia. Refused to comply with "Do not talk to computer scientists over insecure channels" rule. I then said "will not escalate till I provide samples", I explained "deprovisioned" is more than enough to escalate and samples to that end have been provided.
