  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

    @LiddellClaying @JamieNicolaou @Telstra Still doesn’t help when you’re not at home though 😔

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

  • ItsTommieWatts Tommie Watts (@ItsTommieWatts) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Your payment and account section of your app is an absolute embarrassment, considering you’re one of Australia’s most successful businesses. Fix your e-commerce. I can’t pay your bloody bills! Also my name isn’t “Tomas” I hate you. Thanks.

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@BenHobley @WheatWatcher This is a @BelongAU simcard sitting in my iPad Ben. Uses the telstra network, although I’m not sure if it’s got access to all Telstra towers. $40 for 80gb with data rollover and can get a simcard from Woolies or coles from memory!

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@bjw68 @BenDooley8 @Telstra Hey Ben, just wanna say that speed is the speed between your mobile device and the router (effectively your wifi speed), NOT the actual speed of your internet service. You need to be looking at either “router - internet”…or “phone to internet” for your connection speed.

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel Also, if you’re on telstra, might be worth flicking your modem down to 3G and giving that a shot. Might not be quite as bad 😊

We also had the discovery that she had been missold a previous @Telstra plan where she had been overpaying $15 a month for an internet service she didn't know she had and does not use - next stop @TelcoOmbudsman on this one. 3/6

  • pracconnect Aʟᴀɴ FiᴛᴢGᴇʀᴀʟᴅ - Practice Connections Advisory (@pracconnect) reported

@Telstra please stop calling me to tell me there is a problem with my NBN - call me when it is fixed. Also, when you call me, stop asking for my security details: you are calling me from a number on your screen & if I answer, you've reached the correct, intensely annoyed guy...

  • JamesyR1 Jamesy (@JamesyR1) reported

@AmberMountney @Telstra Contact the Telco Industry Ombudsman TIO on 1800062058 You will gwt nowhere with Telstra support or Social Media. The TIO will sort a resolution 👍

  • NickyWill100 Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported

@Telstra If you are going to help me resolve this, let me know. Otherwise I don't want to waste anymore time. Thanks

  • alftracey Alan Tracey (@alftracey) reported

@Telstra Foxtel on demand service has stopped and need a new set top box . Requested last Dec nothing has happened. Have been trying continuously to sort this out through the Telstra app help chat system for 3 days. Promises to help and no actual assistance. What can I do?

  • JustMitchJust Mitch Just (@JustMitchJust) reported

@Telstra I'm trying to transfer my eSIM to a new phone and hit an issue... I've been on the support chat for hours now, with around 45mins between each response (which usually is ignoring what I've said, and sent me a copy/paste response). What on earth is going on there?

  • tricia_echo Tricia Waters (@tricia_echo) reported

@EFTM @trevorlong Only wish that they would invest into the dead spots. 1 bar on 3G, loved the Edge network until they canned it. 1 bar on 4G, still on ADSL and surviving on a network that Telstra have put in the too hard basket. NBN - perhaps one day (date keeps moving).

  • camybobany 😷Camybobany. Distance, mask, wash your hands. 😷 (@camybobany) reported

The nightmare of dealing with @Telstra for no result, why are the so very bad. 😡

  • mohitg76 Mohit Gupta (@mohitg76) reported

@NBN_Australia Well I replied and still waiting in fact @Telstra does not even pick the phone to cancel an order.. I cannot take any other provider as they are blocking the allocation.. I am guessing this may be a legal issue🤔

  • NickyWill100 Nicky Williamson 🌏✈️🌏✈️🌏 (@NickyWill100) reported

@Telstra What specifically can you help me with?
