@BenHobley @WheatWatcher This is a @BelongAU simcard sitting in my iPad Ben. Uses the telstra network, although I’m not sure if it’s got access to all Telstra towers. $40 for 80gb with data rollover and can get a simcard from Woolies or coles from memory!

  • precisepath Simon Blackburn (@precisepath) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@datriddim @TheNickEmel But it this way…. Telstra would hire him on the spot if he came down under

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@bjw68 @BenDooley8 @Telstra Hey Ben, just wanna say that speed is the speed between your mobile device and the router (effectively your wifi speed), NOT the actual speed of your internet service. You need to be looking at either “router - internet”…or “phone to internet” for your connection speed.

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel Also, if you’re on telstra, might be worth flicking your modem down to 3G and giving that a shot. Might not be quite as bad 😊

  • ItsTommieWatts Tommie Watts (@ItsTommieWatts) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Telstra Your payment and account section of your app is an absolute embarrassment, considering you’re one of Australia’s most successful businesses. Fix your e-commerce. I can’t pay your bloody bills! Also my name isn’t “Tomas” I hate you. Thanks.

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

    @LiddellClaying @JamieNicolaou @Telstra Still doesn’t help when you’re not at home though 😔

@SwoopLuke Optus! Still use them for work phone. But Telstra gets full bars and full service everywhere, while Optus is like dial up without the annoying noise

  • TBond32 Trent (@TBond32) reported

@Telstra incredibly bad customer service again. We have asked you to cancel our NBN connection multiple times so we can use another provider 2 days ago. Yet it’s still not cancelled and my family has had not internet for 2 days. How hard can it be to cancel!!

  • murrayn Murray Nicholas (@murrayn) reported

Just wondering why @telstra Knox Store has an answering service which promises to “call you back today” when they don’t call back. I rang on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday and Thursday. It’s now Friday afternoon and I’ve heard zero.

  • JoelWes17298645 Westy (@JoelWes17298645) reported

@crikey_news LIVID! Roy & HG’s nickname for Gillon is right on the money! 1 Existing loss of Telstra to Fox BAD - forces Fox product subscription 2 New deal puts it on steroids 3 How does Murdoch’s online gambling empire vision factor in!!! Which I have NO doubt it’ll be in there somewhere.

  • DarkMatterzine DMZ: 😷 💉 💉 💉 💉 (@DarkMatterzine) reported

@GeorgeL737 @Telstra Yeah. The problem now is that I no longer have access to my bigpond email account - I wonder why? - or any of the docs that I’d need to prove I’m the person they owe money. They know it, they‘ve sent emails for 7 years tracking that they owe me $, but they won’t give it back.

  • iDGiam Daniel Gratton (@iDGiam) reported

@ShiannonC @Telstra I have no idea how telstra has any customers left. I can honestly say, I have never heard anyone say a positive thing about them in 2 decades.

  • Bammmbalammm Nathan Hayden (@Bammmbalammm) reported

@Telstra day two, your internet service is still broken. #useless

  • BlipTone Stewart James (@BlipTone) reported

@ShiannonC @Telstra Have a close look at Aldi mobile. They use the Telstra network so it has a lot of their features. $15 per month for a small amount of data with all phone calls. $25 per month for more data including phone calls. Plus extra bonuses if need be.
