@Telstra Your payment and account section of your app is an absolute embarrassment, considering you’re one of Australia’s most successful businesses. Fix your e-commerce. I can’t pay your bloody bills! Also my name isn’t “Tomas” I hate you. Thanks.

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel Also, if you’re on telstra, might be worth flicking your modem down to 3G and giving that a shot. Might not be quite as bad 😊

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

    @LiddellClaying @JamieNicolaou @Telstra Still doesn’t help when you’re not at home though 😔

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@Killarneyag @nig_michael @Telstra @CasFarmerCD @Optus If you were lucky & had a real tuned antenna setup/low-loss cable, you might just be able to just connect... as long as no line of sight issues. If you were that bit closer south-west below the ranges you’d, almost be able to hook into the @Stirlings2Coast @Pivotel network 🤔

  • precisepath Simon Blackburn (@precisepath) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@datriddim @TheNickEmel But it this way…. Telstra would hire him on the spot if he came down under

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@BenHobley @WheatWatcher This is a @BelongAU simcard sitting in my iPad Ben. Uses the telstra network, although I’m not sure if it’s got access to all Telstra towers. $40 for 80gb with data rollover and can get a simcard from Woolies or coles from memory!

  • phil_honey Philip Honey (@phil_honey) reported from Albany, State of Western Australia

@bjw68 @BenDooley8 @Telstra Hey Ben, just wanna say that speed is the speed between your mobile device and the router (effectively your wifi speed), NOT the actual speed of your internet service. You need to be looking at either “router - internet”…or “phone to internet” for your connection speed.

@Yes_IamSancho Yeah, but I'm absolutely terrified about the newly broken up Telstra being effectively handed the NBN to destroy just because this government are cynical cretins

  • nonsibicunctis non sibi cunctis (@nonsibicunctis) reported

@lalycia @NetballScoop @SMHsport The Telstra app has always been a dud. Telstra has no sense of service since becoming privatised. It is now about the bottom line only. Netball Australia should seek an alternative online service that is less costly & able to be streamed to a computer or tv. #telstra #netball

  • Shamira_1925 Shamira (@Shamira_1925) reported

@Telstra No! No one is answering the phone. Why don’t you have local customer service where we can talk to actual people?

  • xxshrederxx21 XXSHREDERXX21 (@xxshrederxx21) reported

@Telstra Bruh ya internet do be Hella trash doe. Like how does your internet digress over time. Genuinely twas bad before but it just keeps getting worse.

  • AboutFair Citizens Against Murdoch Media (@AboutFair) reported

@DerekRobinson2 @chrismurphys @Telstra I’ve never had a good run with Telstra. It’s ok until you have a tech issue or a billing problem and then it’s hell trying to get things fixed.

  • Garlambirla Anthony Hall (@Garlambirla) reported

@Telstra any chance someone can respond to the two requests I’ve made in the last 24 hours for assistance disconnecting my mother’s service. She passed away on Monday.

  • Sensualtherapey Stevo (@Sensualtherapey) reported

Everyone that uses @Telstra, check your bill. I just discovered mine has gone up $5 per month for absolutely NO reason. This is disgusting. Way to kick people when they're down, Telstra.

  • Kim_Bcat 🌸KIM🌸 (@Kim_Bcat) reported

Dont you just love really incredibly **** Telstra cell service and wifi 🙄

  • Hipcatprintery Lawrence Finn (@Hipcatprintery) reported

@Telstra I tried to do that using my Telstra app and it just dumps me. iPhone 8. It’s a terrible system that no matter how many times you report something the next rep has to have it repeated to them. Telstra don’t return calls. Hang up on you constantly. I’m gonna use telecom ombudsman

  • mchorton66 Michael Horton (he/him) (@mchorton66) reported

@Telstra We are Telstra Velocity customer - not by choice I might add. Your 'My Telstra' app help desk have never been helpful with Velocity, instead insisting that I call a 1800 number after keeping you on chat for hours! 1/2
