@Telstra Thanks Tom, we do not have excellent coverage, the entire suburb has the problem. It’s been discussed in Fed Parliament. However I appreciate the response and suggestions and I’ll try the SIM card option and let you know how I go. Once again I’m not at home to send this.

@Telstra What happened to you @Telstra , you used to be the benchmark. I can't wait to disconnect every service I have with you. I've had issues with your service for years. Hoping you would get better. So disappointed. It's really sad to see what our national carrier has become.

Hey @Telstra thanks for the 0 star customer service. Been without internet for 3 weeks, messaged your useless app countless times and now I’ve been on hold 2 1/2 hours. If my internet isn’t restored by 5pm tomorrow, after 10 years a loyal customer, I’m switching service providers

@SwannyQLD On the councils level, it was with Waynes help ALP took leadership with Soorley then Quinn failing to ensure new housing developments in Brisbane houses could even get DSL. With Telstra using pair gain systems locking people out of ADSL. Internet was as simple as running a cable.
