The power in this town went at 7pm yesterday evening, and only came back on now....when the power goes so does the phone signal because Telstra don’t have a generator in a town this small! 😂

1st world issue I know! Who is worse to obtain customer satisfaction from @Qantas @Telstra or your work safe agent - they make you feel guilty though you are the person damaged through no fault of your own!

@Telstra Are there any known issues with the Google Nest Hub via “your” NBN? My Nest Hub always gives me an error message the first time after I haven’t used it for a while, but it works flawlessly when connected to my iPhone hotspot. I’m in contact with @madebygoogle.

@Telstra @madebygoogle Google Assistant tells me “There was a glitch” or “Something went wrong”. It does not do that when connected via iPhone Hotspot. @madebygoogle think it might have to do with IPv6. However, I never changed anything, and it worked fine in the past. No probs w/ the other devices.

@Strongisgentle @originenergy Not at all hindered by the fact that hubby used to work for an NBN company. Telstra gave us a special phone number and “elite” contact at one stage, which is both good and bad: we had MONTHLY problems for a while there!

Hey @optus ! You just lost a customer. I wanted to sign up for a $2400 12.9 IPad Pro at your Bourke/Swanston store. Stefan tells me the 12.9 iPad is locked in demo mode. Your cheaper iPads are all working normally. He didn’t seem fussed. Do better. I’m off to @Telstra now.

@Telstra wtf are business services showing on the my Telstra app? Yes I manage Telstra services at work but I want to see and haven't given permission for Telstra to link my private account and my business. This is an invasion of privacy

Mmm so @Telstra is giving prepaid mobile customers 5G access once again and then on September 26 they will be taking it off us once again. That is a very poor customer experience @andy_penn not a happy customer/shareholder.

@Strongisgentle @originenergy I’ve had problems with Optus (didn’t disconnect a phone line when instructed then kept increasing the bill); Telstra (every 2 months minimum for a while they overcharged because the previous month they’d undercharged to rectify overcharging) etc.

@Supermoosie @zzzLLOYDYzzz @OzraeliAvi If he has the Twitter login timestamps together with the IP address used, then Telstra can find the device ID that was connected via that IP address at that timestamp. Yes, Telstra will need to be compelled to hand over this data. Go Avi, nearly there mate! :)
