    The power in this town went at 7pm yesterday evening, and only came back on now....when the power goes so does the phone signal because Telstra don’t have a generator in a town this small! 😂

    @Telstra It is fine at night, but every day during the day it is terrible. Today is worse than most days though, and I cannot use it. It isn't my set up, or the position of the modern...it's your network and how you manage it.

    @Telstra I’m in India right now and yes I have Roaming on. Telstra has been unable provide me my roaming day pass, I was told it would work by now however it is not working.

    @Telstra Problem isn’t at my end - it’s at yours. We can log on, select phones and plans to purchase and add it all to the cart. When you click to go to check out nothing happens . Has been like this since 6pm last night.

    i tried to contact the telstra customer service to work through my ridiculously slow data speeds but i couldn't maintain the connection for long enough lmaooooooo

    @Telstra Thank you for the response. My frustration is not with your staff members. It's the specific processes that I'm taking issue with. It's not the time taken, that's a strawman. I'm frustrated with circling back and wasting time unnecessarily.

    @alasen Telstra know they have you by the *******! I have a far less annoying problem with e-toll - my father set up the account but didn't know how to spell his name or mine, and we can't fix it because neither of us have ID that matches that spelling. So we don't pay our etolls.
