The power in this town went at 7pm yesterday evening, and only came back on now....when the power goes so does the phone signal because Telstra don’t have a generator in a town this small! 😂

@Telstra @jriewolod Doesn't sound strange at all. @Telstra were charging me for a mobile that was returned to them for over a year. They do this hoping it slips thru. Outrageous they've ripped off a vulnerable old lady. Telstra is as bad as the overseas scammers. Grubs.

@jriewolod @Telstra Telstra done the same to me years ago … only paid a small amount back … I left them… but be reassured if it was the other way round they would want every cent… and I was a loyal customer always paid on time… but that doesn’t count…

@DuffmanGay @Telstra @jriewolod Currently in dispute with Telstra over a soft disconnection to our copper landline after we had nbn put on and Telstra agreed to let us keep Copper network. TIO has a 9 week wait. Telstra closed our case without resolving it.

@jriewolod @Tracey358 @Telstra My parents business got a 2 year credit. No refund for being charged by Telstra for forwarding calls to non existent numbers. Doesn't help you get a refund if the service is now cut though.

@jriewolod @Telstra Disgraceful telecommunications here .... commander charged me for services I haven’t had since 2015 and moved to Telstra where they charged me for phones they never connected! Ended up with LOCAL Telebiz and they are fantastic.

@DuffmanGay @Telstra @jriewolod By just having a TIO case open helps. The TIO case will only kick in after 21 days, if Telstra do not come up with an adequate solution, I.E refund all $6,500. This is where Telstra must try do the right thing before the TIO comes in. It's how I got refunds for **** internet.

@jriewolod @Telstra Make a TIO complaint regarding the issue. Each level it goes up it costs @telstra more money. This should have been refunded in full that's crazy x
