The power in this town went at 7pm yesterday evening, and only came back on now....when the power goes so does the phone signal because Telstra don’t have a generator in a town this small! 😂

@Telstra OK, I’ll let Mum know, but I suspect this will spell the end of her very long time (30+ years) as a Telstra customer. The fact is that AutoPay (it’s direct debit, let’s call it what it is) simply does not work for people like pensioners who live fortnight to fortnight.

@Telstra WTFF TELSTRA?!? When I signed up my internet bill was only $79 a month. I Just got an email saying you will be increasing it to $95 a month!?? A $16 increase in less than 2 years for the same service!😡 I think I might change to another ISP.

@Telstra Big thumbs down Telstra, get on with providing decent internet and not giving customers health advice, it divisive and it’s not your job! #epicfail #telstrafail

Thank you @Telstra for not bothering to contact me in the four months since my direct debit stopped working to let me know that, in the middle of lockdown, you would disconnect my phone without warning or even a phone call. This is how you support Aussie business? Outrageous.

@Telstra I have an old F@st 5355 modem on my NBN plan that is having some issues with WiFi and isn't compatible with the new Wifi Smart Booster from Telstra - is there any options for an upgrade on my plan?
-
Russell Coker (@etbe) reported
@Telstra Even the quality of the hold music for your support service is poor. I don't expect good music, just clear audio quality so I'll immediately notice when the call resumes.

@Telstra How about you just focus on being a Telco service provider instead of some woke BS feigned interest in "public health".
