    @JoelDTD They **** you if you need a phone but now you’ve got Belong who cover a fair bit of regional Australia (they use the Telstra towers). Roll over data and cheap plans ($15, $25, $40)

    So @Telstra are getting rid of #AFLLIVEPASS that came with a mobile service and data free replacing it with @kayosports at a discount (albeit limited) and metered data. Does that just seem like a middle finger to consumers to make some more coin?

    So the home internet isn’t working, and @Telstra doesn’t seem to have a service phone number, directs me to a chat in their app, where nobody answers. Imagine I would have to give a life lecture now....

    @Telstra Hi. There tended to be coverage where you state it is exists. The issue is that in the fringe areas it’s inadequate for web browsing or high reliability of calls. It’s a major tourism destination- you should be able to access booking apps etc wherever

    @aewright91 I would talk to Telstra and make sure you get an AU approved device as some can actually reduce/shut down signal from the towers. I had a modem (approved) that went rogue once and took 3 weeks to track it back to me. Meanwhile the district had no phone service or internet.

    @Telstra There is a damaged pit (manhole lid completely collapsed) on corner of Winston Ave and Albert St Clarence Gardens. Been like this for a number of weeks now. Have tried the 13 22 03 number of time and call drops after saying "report damage". Photos to follow.

    @Telstra I have wasted hours & hours on over 10 call, long waits to be even answered & then switched around&cut off waiting for transfers. Last Fri I had my concerns escalated for the 5th time&promised a call,never happened. Today complaint logged, promised a call back in 2 hours,nothing

    @Telstra Well I have been interacting with hopeless front line call centre staff since March 2021. Even the capable responders simply follow word for word a telstra script.They possess no capacity to help, refer up to a manager or transfer to someone who is competent and invested in issue

    @Stowie16 I know exactly how you feel. Had issues resetting up my auto recharge 4 days ago and sent direct message to Telstra here on Twitter. They replied instantly and my issue was solved in 5 minutes.I will use Twitter from now on

    @Telstra No, not yet. Been told a 4 day window to fix. Trouble is, this happens frequently in wet weather because of the very old copper in this district. Actually been out for a few weeks, I just couldn't face the phone call earlier.

    @MichaelJSky @carlaleeB @alisa_stephens Good luck with that. I'm still trying to work out if what Telstra did on Fri is the uplift.. hasn't been a lot of change to bandwidth (ours had an emergency increase last year anyway when school moved site).
