    Poor NBN tech who came to my place on Thursday had to go to a couple of locations to check connections and lost his $6000 meter. Wasn’t at my place but today while walking the dog I found it placed on a light bollard near one of the Telstra pits - he’s a very happy man today.

    @subaz11 Connect your phone to the projector somehow maybe USB connection and stream through the afl app? I’m guessing you have to be a Telstra customer.

    Yesterday @telstra organised for a technician to come out for a NBN fault that we never said existed. Then the technician called us and said they won't be coming out because there is no fault. All we want is to upgrade our NBN plan, #Telstra are playing games.

    @Telstra No, fibre is still disconnected, relying on 4G backup with very poor signal. My point is that none of the Telstra customers affected by this outage have had any communication from Telstra. We’ve all had to call.

    @Judith54Nunn I've got a similar issue in Melbourne. NBN they said, it'll be great. Nooooooo @Telstra It's SO DAMN SLOW!

    @Judith54Nunn Have the same problem nor We are told there is a problem so we are now on backup. Nbn said to contact telstra to get a tech around??

    @stopthecrapnow @Judith54Nunn When you get an Australia case manager, which happens after Telco is contacted , the service is very good. They are up against it with the crappy copper cable and distance from the node. Telstra employees are very good . One bloke told me his payroll was done in India.

    @Judith54Nunn It is Telstra We’re SOR too, had so many issues so switched to TPG, never had an issue since. Telstra are shite with internet

    @Telstra Hi Luci It's more that I keep getting notifications to top up my account, as I am running down the bonus data, when I still have 60gb to use up, in about 30 days It's distracting and a bit misleading actually. I am not sure if my plan rolls over my unused data or not.
