  • David_Bonnici David Bonnici (@David_Bonnici) reported from Broome, State of Western Australia

Poor NBN tech who came to my place on Thursday had to go to a couple of locations to check connections and lost his $6000 meter. Wasn’t at my place but today while walking the dog I found it placed on a light bollard near one of the Telstra pits - he’s a very happy man today.

@subaz11 Connect your phone to the projector somehow maybe USB connection and stream through the afl app? I’m guessing you have to be a Telstra customer.

@Telstra ....and ….just another unsatisfying customer experience with @Telstra. How’s this in 2021! The Telstra 24x7 Help staff can’t phone you and the Telstra support that phone you don’t have the ability to email. Seriously!? #BeBetter

@Telstra Hi Greg thank u. Its 5351 In South Australia. Comedy of errors with telstra advising my partner a tech was coming yesterday instead of me & he’s travelling in a no service area. L/line operational now wifi slow but present & replacement modem ordered. 🤞🤞

  • Stormin10 Norm Ackland (@Stormin10) reported

Hate to say it @Telstra but your instore experience is terrible. No, i don't want to have to book ahead to buy something or get help, or wait over an hour, nor do i want to be channeled online. I want to walk into store and shop like i used to.

  • slowlifetassie David P (@slowlifetassie) reported

@Telstra nbn service in Cygnet is particularly rubbish tonight, been getting worse for weeks. Any chance of fixing it for good?

  • jimbroson Jim B (@jimbroson) reported

@Telstra Hi Jimmy, I'm happy to report an NBN Technician attended and were able to reinstall the cable and reinstate the service. The next important step so this doesn't happen again to others: I have useful, objective feedback for Telstra to help improve your process. Who can listen?

  • richard_obrien Richard O'Brien (@richard_obrien) reported

@chrismclay Boost prepaid on a 28 day auto recharge. It’s the Telstra network without the premium. 👌

  • mediahunter Craig Wilson (@mediahunter) reported from Newcastle, State of New South Wales

@Simonvw Just visited different Telstra store. Excellent customer service. Chalk and cheese. I learnt that one is a franchise the other is a company owned store. Explains everything.

  • bogoias Steven (@bogoias) reported

@amachin96 @Telstra Middle of tone bridge had full service all day
