Poor NBN tech who came to my place on Thursday had to go to a couple of locations to check connections and lost his $6000 meter. Wasn’t at my place but today while walking the dog I found it placed on a light bollard near one of the Telstra pits - he’s a very happy man today.

@subaz11 Connect your phone to the projector somehow maybe USB connection and stream through the afl app? I’m guessing you have to be a Telstra customer.

@scottjlawson @Otto_English @JamesWillby You're obviously not with Telstra then. I was paying $60, and it was still an awful service.

@Telstra I Signed up for a plan and my phone hadn't arrived in 2 weeks. There has been no contact as to why. Called the Qld number I was dealing with (I'm in W.A) and they had no clue how to fix it. They told me to call 13 22 00. Waited for 40 minutes and was hung up on.

Have been trying to get a problem fixed by Telstra for weeks now. You can’t talk to anyone, no chat and you can’t get a response to a message within a reasonable time. What are we paying for? I notice that there’s been no reduction in bills because of the reduction in service.

@Telstra Is Telstra concerned that if I’m speaking to a customer service representative that they’ll catch Covid over the phone ?? Can you explain to me why I can’t speak to anyone ?

Seriously @Telstra twice today you have replied to the online chat saying you will help and the delete the chat without resolving anything and I have start again - this getting far beyond a joke not to mention just plain insulting to your customers!

@andy_penn Sir, My 86 y.o mum has been without her phone for 24 hours. I have called, gone online, visited a Telstra shop and not one call or acknowledgment from Telstra. WTF is going on with your company that you cannot respond to your customers?

@Telstra 1/2 how a company, from a safety perspective, can get away with offering a disgraceful regional service and not be held to account by the powers that be is staggering. Being able to get service in this day and age should not be a bonus it should be a given.

@Telstra mobile coverage not working in Brunswick at the moment, and your outages website says it’s “planned maintenance” yet won’t be fixed until 10pm on Mon 14 Dec?? I actually need to call my doctor
