Poor NBN tech who came to my place on Thursday had to go to a couple of locations to check connections and lost his $6000 meter. Wasn’t at my place but today while walking the dog I found it placed on a light bollard near one of the Telstra pits - he’s a very happy man today.

I wish the criminal classes would stop pilfering the copper cable in Adelaide - my internet speed with Telstra is as slow as SSussssssan Ley person understanding she lost the election. Telstra should pay the crooks to NOT pilfer the copper and leave it in the ground, much cheaper

Heather (@DrHLShearer) reported
@Telstra I changed my plan (to another Telstra plan) and your company cut off my service, and they won't reinstate it and say they have to send me a new sim IN THE POST, which is complete nonsense as I already have one. I have no phone service now

@deborahthorne90 Hi Deborah. I'm sorry for the late reply. We haven't had any issues of our own however it's possible that one AUS ISP - Telstra might be having issues connecting to our hosting provider (AWS). Do you work with Laura? We have an email conversation going already.
