@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

@Telstra Hi we have complained so many times it is useless. Mobile internet capacity is exhausted on your network and no body increases bandwidth for the area.

Well done @Telstra . For a case that is pending for a week+, first store in Glen Waverley told me that they can't do anything about it and I must email the documents. Now, the backend team is saying that they can't do anything and I must go back to the store. Awesome service!!

@SoccerooNo9 Like the NBN tender, Telstra never put a bid in, optus won fair and square, Telstra complained and Conroy took the contact from Optus and gave it to Telstra. Not many in LNP like Bitchup so look at Labor or green influence
