@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

@NeilMcMahon Depends on the problem. If it’s the SIM card go to Telstra for a replacement. If it’s something else go to Apple. When it’s happened to me both seem to prefer just replacing their faulty item.

Just a warning and heads up to consumers...telstra and racv have ad campaigns at the moment. You can see where their money is being spent and trust me, it's not being spent on customer service. #donttrustthem #packofliars

@CorinnaWho Don’t know about them .. can tell you I recently switched to @moosemobileau from Telstra and all has been just fine. They use Optus network so pretty good coverage and sensational value with mobile month to month plans.
