@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

thanks @Telstra ya mobile broadband plans are just terrible for upload speeds and I just wish you at least advertised it so I could have avoided being locked into this 12 month contract now that is purely useless

@Telstra Yeh I did thank you Renee. The link is useless sorry. Responses take far too long and then I get different people responding. One minute I was talking to tech service then the next billing. It’s confusing and achieves nothing.

@AFLcomau I am a Telstra customer and we in the past 3-4 years have free access to watch live @AFL games on our app on phone. Now we have to sign up to KAYO for a subscription which ain't happening so we cant watch live footy !!! #thisiscrap #iwouldlikearesponse #nothappy

@Telstra I can't get my account verified because your systems can't handle my email address. Instead of talking to a human, your automated phone calls try to email me a chat link... which doesn't work because you can't handle my email address. How do I speak to a human?
