@ChloeDrew8 @Telstra @woolworths I really just do not get it Chloe. I know the issue of 5G is contentious, and post-flood, some residents are mentally distressed but that is NO excuse! We’re back to ‘cash only’ at Woolies, no ATMs, etc., all while trying to get lives back on track. It’s infuriating!

@Telstra what do we do if a mobile phone interruption of a week happens to coincide with a home internet outage expected 9 days? No access to emergency services app, no working from home. No details to help with planning.

@Telstra hey is there an outage of mobile phone service in Balmain? Today no phone calls can be made and no 4G network is usable. Your outage site said it would come back on 28th and then go for another planned maintenance for one week ti 3rd April? Is that serious?

@p4ndr_ @Telstra Hang on I think you can just ring them too and they'll take the complaint but I think you have to have lodged a complaint with Telstra first if I'm remembering correctly

@Telstra 3. Rang to fix it. Told that the credit will be applied at the next bill - so have to wait a whole month before I can request a refund through my bank because I have no idea how much the refund will be. Telstra has the money but my bank has to get the refund.
