@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

@carolduncan @Telstra Interesting. A friend tried to get @telstra to fix her 89 yo mum’s landline. They took 16 days with my friend calling every day to beg them to get it done. Mum died on day 14 without being able to talk to her daughter.

Anybody with a Telstra account having problems with checking their email? Mum has been on hold for 2 hours. Technically two lots of 1 hour when the call got disconnected.

Hey @Telstra not a good look to disconnect me from the internet before the NBN was connected . Huge failure. Ive spent over 10 hours online with Telstra with no resolution. Find one.

@Telstra Why has my signal disappeared from inside my house in the past week. This has been happening everyday for the past week I lose it at 5:30 and can't get it inside the house. I am currently 500 m away, in a paddock in the ******* cold, and I finally get a signal. Fix it
