@Telstra just watched a advert saying “you don’t think need best network until you do” well I am 10 min from Clare sa and only 3G what am I supposed to do ? New phone in September 5G be waste money upgrade and your service can you come out build a tower so reception better

Finally, there is the ongoing saga of us trying to get in touch with @Telstra who told us 11 hours ago in their online chat that they'd respond to us as soon as possible to resolve our issue and of course we can't get through to anyone on the phone...most unimpressed...
