    @RebekahsRight @Telstra Oh don’t start me on Telstra . There is just no company more frustrating. I don’t even have an account anymore after more than 12 months. Have never been able to sort it over that time after numerous attempts. Owe me $35 and send me a credit invoice every month 🥴🤪🙄

    Ah, Telstra. On a customer site since 9, and so far they’ve achieved nothing. I’ve changed a vlan on a switch port for them, and the rest of the time, I’ve just been playing with myself. The cost in labor, extra hardware and licensing, etc is more than replacing the phone system

    @Telstra Thank you, it is now fine. My feedback would be, if your service is down or restricted, Telstra seems to still assumes you can use the internet to respond, test, or fix the service. Catch 22 - you have no phone/internet service to fix your phone/internet service.

    @Telstra order #395226. The lights are on but no one is home there or what ? That’s the problem of course when call centres are located in the Phillipines & India - isn’t it ?

    @AlfredPoor Tis really very frustrating @AlfredPoor. 90 minute "on hold" phone calls to @Telstra to try and resolve the issue. Still no joy. For older adults in regional Australia, phone connectivity is an absolute essential.

    @Telstra - Please don’t call yourself a number one NW service provider. Porting request has been lying for 3 days and does not have a process to perform porting. On top of it, customer care agents cannot be reached nor messaging works. highly regret for choosing you over #Optus

    @Telstra making it impossible to close your account. Tried 3 times now and each time they say the account is closed, yet I am still getting billed. I don’t use your service anymore and have moved house! Can’t speak to anyone and have to use the slow and useless messaging service
