@MarcScottEmery @happyjas When big corporates (like Telstra) outsourced their call centres to India, two things happened immediately. 1) The customer records databases were stolen, and 2) Scam call centres opened up, calling all the customers and attempting to scam them. The big corporates were never held accountable, but they directly caused the Indian scammer tsunami that hit Australia.

We pay like a $150 a month for the premium of Telstra mobile and it doesn’t even work immediately when out NBN drops. What are we even paying extra for? Fix your trash Telstra 😡😡 @Telstra

What else has been privatised for far greater cost and far lower service outcomes? The CES first and foremost, use of consultants instead of Public Service, Telstra, Australia Post, Aged Care, Hospitals, all of them where public service should be just that.

@TurboDungstorm @taipan168 Worst part is they still think Telstra is the most evil player in the game. (Although slightly less evil since they got rid of that pesky Yankee Sol Trujillo 🙄)

@Telstra No it’s not sorted. The mobile tower ran out of battery during a power outage last night. Power is restored but the mobile coverage is still down.
