@AaronDodd @AlboMP @Qantas The government should take it back along with "Telstra", which when it was privatised was the highest profit making company in Australia at that time....why the hell would you sell it in the first place? Trouble is we've never had the right ppl steering the ship, for Australia.

@rachael_rose78 @SharnelleVella Telstra is half the problem. Sure

  • wheels002 Kerrie B (@wheels002) reported

@OnlyD_S_W @PSyvret I’ve always trusted Telstra, then a few months ago I had a problem which is still not sorted. They’re hopeless and refuse to sort the problem out.

  • OfficialWOOF Official WOOF (@OfficialWOOF) reported

@JayPeeterman @Optus You're not going to get it from Telstra/Optus, they're not focused on the customer and their customer service experience is an automated sham of an effort. Customer Service matters and it became clear its not a high enough priority for them.

  • elronxenu The Iron Xenu 👾💉💉💉🦠 (@elronxenu) reported

@PSyvret Telstra has always been awful but I take your point. Add the Commonwealth Employment Service, TAFE. All gutted so private companies can make a profit.

  • sharpy009tv Sharpy (@sharpy009tv) reported

@Aussie_BB @NBN_Australia @Telstra I honestly dont get it. Got an NTD, still cant get my address registered. "For $99 we can do it today." Why would I pay for something thats supposed to be a free service? Why front money for no guarantee? Don't understand why its so difficult

  • Boardroom_Melb The Boardroom (@Boardroom_Melb) reported

Our phone lines are down - please email or contact us via Twitter. The transition to an NBN phone system as Telstra is removing copper lines is the issue. We are sorry for any inconvenience and are working on resolving this as soon as possible.

@JamesPinnell @Telstra Pedantically: Literally the first line of the linked page is "If you believe that you have experienced misuse or abuse online, and have technical details to show that it originated from a Telstra service..."
