@AndeeyC LEGIT like one day overdue on a bill and they ******* disconnect all of our services when we have a 1k bill every month and are a platinum member (legit have been with telstra for 15 years) like wtf

@Telstra How is it that a modern company doesn’t open a call centre at 8am. And no my mother does not want to chat via “text” using the online service centre. Also perhaps you can do something about the terribly overpriced internet she is paying.

Telstra fined $1.5m for not letting customers keep their phone numbers but it should have attracted $250K per Customer thats $1.05Billion seems a paltry fine of $1.5m just lets them get away with anything. Fines are there for a reason just slaped them on the fingers
