    @VodafoneAU Also, why are the free upgrades limited to 1 per customer with Vodafone (according to email fine print)? A friend on Telstra has his 3 NBN services upgraded for 6 months. 1 of mine misses out on an upgrade 🥲

    I note Andy Penn does a$2.8 billion deal with @Telstra infrastructure once owned by we the people. Money has always been the driver for Penn, once it was in this order Customer The Network coverage Service availability. Never been the case with Penn.

    @Telstra I did. Numerous times. It kept closing itself. Finally logged something. Didn't get the ref no. because chat closed itself again. Tried to get it through chat but they kept trying to troubleshoot. Called. Same result. 20 minutes on ph to get ref number. Awful support.

    @Telstra is there someone I can talk to when "gold support" is refusing to give me a reference number or file a complaint for me wanting money refunded that's currently in credit on my account? They tell to ask for a bpay refund but this is credit that's accumulated over years.
