    I use aldi mobile for my data and I constantly have problems with it dropping out in certain areas, and often in areas where the coverage should be perfectly fine, don't they use the Telstra towers?

    Well, @Telstra and @NBN_Australia still with outrageously poor service. 5+ weeks for a simple NBN service move for our business. Hotspot and 4G only for weeks in a low signal area.

    @Terrytoo69 Sol Trujilio was a really terrible CEO & Ziggy was not much chop either.Frank Blount was a very good CEO,he outlines meeting the top 30 or so Telstra Execs for a weekend meeting.They all brought their PAs & FB promptly stated he did not invite the PAs & directed all leave now!

    @Telstra You could help my Twitter friend. That would be good. He’s very upset with Telstra’s customer service, and it has assured me I’ve done the right thing by avoiding everything Telstra after all these years

    @SR_Duncan @Telstra Having the same problem. Want to know why Telstra is so slow on 4G despite good signal strength and was looking at my app. Nothing working and cannot sign in.

    @k8jones11 @Telstra Thanks for the recommendation, Kate. Will see how quickly this issue takes to resolve, and if I’m dissatisfied, I’ll consider moving to another provider. If it’s on the same network & cheaper, why not? We need to save where we can these days with everything going up.

    @evelynblake0 Hi Evelyn, no it’s not working at all. It’s a brick. I’m calling Telstra when the fella gets home to get it sorted. I’ll be reqeusting a manager straight away. I’m not risking another employee who doesn’t know what they’re doing handling this.
