    @Telstra worst sales experience. I am using the online sales team to get a quote for a mobile and nbn bundle and the operator does not understand what NBN50mbs means and just keeps telling me to click a link. Optus is so much better and cheaper. Do not recommend

    At @telstra shop listening to grumpy bloke being rude to extremely polite young rep. I hear it all the time and I hate it. Be better or no-one will wipe your arse in that nursing home. @abcperth

    @Telstra what's the go with Llanarth mobile service (2795). Moved here 2 months ago, hardly any service, definitely no 4/5G. Making phone calls for work is almost impossible.

    I signed up to @Telstra ADSL. A month later—no modem had arrived. I hassled them again, got someone who got the thing done. Got my modem 29 March. 31 March I got a bill for $80. Not bad, 2 days service, $80!

    @NickRossTech @Qantas Normally way more than an hour, and with dozens of companies mostly @Telstra ... the most I've spent on one issue Telstra made was around 100 hours.

    Net probs here, so contacted Telstra (not allowed to phone anymore, have to message them in the totally crap app). Was told to switch all machines off web except 1. Then was told by dumbo "yr other machines aren't registering on modem, so problem is at yr end." Eventually ...
