@Telstra Hi Jay - I’ve tried that three or four times now. And no one has been able to help me.

@Telstra Pre-ordered Fold 3 on August 12th. Logged into account today and it shows as cancelled. Rang Telstra phone support, they said use online chat. Online chat said they can't help, I need to go into the store. NSW Stores are closed. I've already been charged for the phone.

Anyone recommend a better #NBN service than @telstra? They seem to think its ok to raise the price of an unchanged service quality every year, failing to provide adequate explanation for the further ripping off of customers.

@JM_Field5 @SallyLawry @Telstra Some teachers I know out there delivery work in person at risk to them and the students, unfortunately at my inner Sydney school we too have this issue, not nearly as bad as Dubbo but still bad.

@Yasminabanse6 @_nad_official I got my account back because they sent me an email telling me there was unusual login from a device not registered with my name and if it was not me then I would have to change my password immediately so that was lucky, I have the Telstra app too and I could log back in

@Telstra That's called deflecting. It's not appreciated. The multiple outage issues occurred yesterday. The point of this conversation is why wasn't I, as a customer, informed of this 'scheduled maintenance' prior? You said it 'had to happen' but it was reported as 'scheduled' #auspol
