@Telstra There has been a network outage for 2 days it is now “supposed” to be fixed but when I try to connect all I get is the modem log in which I can log into and when I close I do not connect to the WiFi

  • jadajade21 memyselfi (@jadajade21) reported

@Telstra Finally says my internet is connected but now can’t connect on any device without a modem login page coming up. Log into modem and when close it doesn’t connect to the WiFi

Ok, call from Telstra technical support team said my slow internet speed was due to malware. Normally I'd hang up but I had just been onto #Telstra re speed - down to 5MBPS earlier today. Told me to download AnyDesk . Search internet - scam. He said 'you are clever' & hung up!

So @Telstra have decided that despite raising a complaint about them charging me $95/month for an obsolete plan, they ignore my complaint and directions to drop to the lowest plan (whicj provides more data/features etc). Just billed me $95. Time for telecoms ombudsman.

  • Akelbo Andreas Klebo-Espe (@Akelbo) reported

Internet has been worse than usual the last few days. Check in with the Telstra app, which says we've been shaped due to a "billing issue". All bills are paid, so I contact Telstra to see what's up.

  • Kegmac Keryn McKinnon (@Kegmac) reported

@Telstra Hey Tori just needing help in regard to Issue originally sent from @PaulRaidersGuy message

  • NathanLee Nathan Lee (@NathanLee) reported

For instance I was sitting on a $95/month plan, with nowadays a small data volume, but with penalty prices for going higher. They say this is because I opted out of marketing - nice story, but they notified of a cap to the excess charges of $100/month. Worst case: $195. @telstra
