@Telstra Phoned a month ago; so long on hold. Told has 2B within 28 days. Tried call back on App. Told to press 1 but that doesn’t work. Phoned last night, told too close to finish time. Booked call back today. No show. TBH customer service so bad planning to cancel all services.

@Telstra - Telstra are supposed to be in the communications business & THEY ARE WITHOUT DOUBT THE WORST AT COMMUNICATING. I have been waiting 7 days for our awful mobile service to be corrected & no one will phone me back

@garrows LOL I'm glad I want to be famous right now. Put all the cards on the table. Not only did they get historical data on me from Medibank, but current data at AHM! Not to mention historical customer data from Optus, and historical staff data from Telstra. Yippee.

@gundamaincattle @Telstra Thankyou for calling this out. We have had so much trouble for weeks contacting family in Eugowra as the internet is so patchy and the phone service is appalling. @Telstra this has been ongoing and is a huge threat to a rural population

Being a long-term customer at @Telstra is actually worse than being a new one. All that stuff they advertise, I can’t have it. Impossible to spend money with them. Stuck in their old Siebel system, nobody knows when it’s my turn to migrate. This is how they treat loyal customers.

@Telstra This morning. Got speed tests of 2 and 0. Have restarted the modem a few times and checked cables, but no help. iPad says no internet connection.
