    @telstra there are scam calls claiming to be Telstra technicians claiming that there is unauthorised access to home internet and request that customer allow access to network to block unauthorised users.

    @telstra I have had my NBN disconnected due to orders section not checking that I had already joined NBN for my business. 5 days and all I get is #sorry. No reconnection in sight. In huge debt due to @telstra negligence. Complaints team don’t care or call back. Please help

    Australia - it is time we asked more of our telcos. I have never been scammed but recieve dozens of calls a week. These could be stopped by the carriers if they got off their arses about it. #stopscamcalls @telstra @vodafoneau @optus Let's work together to stop the scammers
