    @Optus @SarahBaird89 I'm with Optus not only because I'm from the UK and Optus Sport is sensational value for money with streaming EVERY premier league game, but because they're far far better than Telstra from customer service!

    @LifesGood0067 @Telstra I had a similar but different problem. Was told my place was nbn capable but when I went to telstra to get it I was told I had to get satellite. .... not from them and has a max of 24 mb sec.

    @ClaraCosmia Only thing getting me out of bed atm is the fact I finish working at "******* telstra" on the 30th of this month. Never work for telstra, its possibly the worst place to work.

    @Telstra Why are simple faults taking days to fix? Why does it take hours, which quickly turn into days just to get through to someone on the phone? Why is there a Telstra message saying long delays are due to COVID, when the same number of operators are working from home?

    @domknight I recall when digital took over from analogue. Telstra have me a digital phone because I was a high end User. The system was so rubbish that Client's couldn't contact me & Vica versa for a good 3 months. I lost business but then got 6 months free service age a "Gold" number.

    Hmm @telstra always had mediocre customer service but its gone even further backwards. Call for support get sent to text message service that clears you messages after closing it.

    @Telstra I raised the reconnect on the 11th of november, and recieved the $900 bill on the 15th. Customer service response has been, too bad, pay up.
