@Telstra Hours never happend, then a promise again to call 24-48 later never happened also. We hadn’t received a order number only a reference number from the text chat. Tiffany had changed our plan keeping our nbn and cutting off our foxtel and giving us a free Telstra tv box

@Telstra i will, however i really can’t see how you will be of any help. i doubt you’ll make an exception for me, change a number in a database and magically - my bandwidth won’t be limited anymore. i’ll collect evidence that this is a pattern that’s been ongoing for 3 months.

@dayne_eckermann Telstra did that to me and more, yonks back. Eventually they gave me a credit plus mailed a cheque which I had cashed. After ignoring many requests for adjustment I gave up, $3000 richer. An odd way of doing business that is. No longer a T customer.

@andy_penn @Telstra appalled at the service we have received due to fraud on our account. We were even charged to disconnect the number that fraud occurred on. Security is absolutely non existent on our account and continue to face issues 🙁

@DoctorKarl Well,we all wanted choices, and now we have them! We have a chap staying on our somewhat remote property at present, no signal. We only have Telstra as our option, and he's Optus. They won't share towers! Good joke, eh?!

@Telstra should have given me $84 credit on my next bill due to their mistake. This month the bill came with $300 #overcharge instead! To fix it, they are asking me to pay the bill, and I will get the credits on the next one. Is it a joke #Telstra #TelstraNBN?

@smh @EstherHjHan I don’t understand why anyone would stay with telstra for nbn. Cheaper better service with any number of providers.
