It happens to me I was calling Telstra coz we constantly have no internet connections after waiting and waiting for 3 hours ( while trying to multi task) I was completely disconnected! So my 3 hours of trying to address 1 issue just get wasted. Eventually the matter was resolved

@freespace We got lucky, our area got fttp. No drama, no worries. Never any real issue. With Telstra. They even sent a new modem/router recently with backup 4G Sim included.

I miss the good old days when there was a storm, all the Telstra pits would fill up with water and take out all our customer's ADSL connections.

Ordered a major xmas gift on **11 Oct** with @Telstra. Still dont have it. Have been lied to re delivery date every week for a month now. Help operators are useless. No answer to basic qs. Thought I’d use some reward pts since they were just sitting there. Never again.
