    @GongGasGirl @amaysim Telechoice and Aldi with Telstra too. Better version, but issues with international roaming. For rural remote Telstra is the only option at times.

    @Telstra Your web messaging support is so awful. It takes hours to get even simple information, they don’t answer the questions you ask, and I get “transferred” to a new person who wants to go through everything again rather than reading the history. Onshore these jobs.

    @GongGasGirl @amaysim Vodafone - for no other reason than if you call them they answer. If you get in touch more than once via phone or web they have notes left on the system so you're not repeating yourself. Telstra have blocked any possible way to contact them. Their customer service is a decoration
