    @Telstra I am having the worst experience with your team and it is causing me immense distress. You have taken close to a month now to connect wifi at my new house and no one will tell me what is happening or why it is taking so long. As 3 uni students living together we require wifi

    Find it so disgusting that @Telstra can increase the prices of the NBN premium plan but decrease the upload speed!! Seriously the price should be going down!!! πŸ‘ŽπŸ–•

    @Telstra such a pathetic way to deal with your broadband customers. Can’t even reach people. waiting time to talk to customer care is min 40 min everyday.

    @Telstra ref 173480686 INC13620272 - for 4 days I have been following up for updates to get my service restored. Consultants do not read threads or ref history. In the space of 10mins, again I have to supply dob! When will my service be restored? When can I expect an update?

    Hey @Telstra not impressed with your support via message (through your app). Lengthy delays in responding, having to repeat my issue and no solution. Do better.

    @paigecardona Telstra more expensive and customer service leave something to be desired. But, in my experience, the best product around by a long way.

    @Telstra too many customers to deal with. There are so many companies like you who take customers for granted and have gone down . Learn from history don’t make it so difficult for customers to reach you.

    Ongoing issue with @telstra internet. 3 separate calls to @telstra to get help. On phone for hours. No resolution. @telstra sends Nbn tech. Nbn says not their use. Gee thanks! Let’s revert to smoke signals instead!
