    @Telstra I have better things to do, then speak to your incompetent staff. There has been no resolution and I cannot speak to anyone than a useless chat. This is causing me anxiety and stress.

    Never trust @Telstra!!! 4 phone calls later and they LIED about a 25AUD discount EVEN WHEN IT BECAUSE OF THEM THE NBN WAS SLOW AND THEY HAD TO CHANGE TO 4G ....NO DOCUMENTATION NOW THEY CALLING ME THE LIAR - AND ASKED THEM TO CHECK THEY REFUSED

    @Telstra Thankyou Emily, the fault lies in the unsatisfactory service we have experienced. Then there’s the frustration at communicating this to your service team. I was disappointed with how my complaint was handled more than anything else.

    @Telstra @dburner996 It's a total waste of time. They thought I was at a location 20 km from here. They sent me a map showing my location and I said "but that is not my location" and they said "yes it is" 🤔 if you argue with them they will hang up. Three times the same scenario has happened to me

    @Telstra is there a problem? In last month SIMM card in my iPad and Modem failed. Now my Apple Watch seems to have failed. I’ve not checked in eldest’s has as well.

    @Telstra Got an email today confirming the transfer from one company to another and the 2 companies in the email were both wrong. Can’t reply to the email because it’s “unattended” Seriously how does Telstra make any money when this is how you treat you new customers?

    @PerWadd @vinylsol Yes! Spirit in the sky! I remember Telecom/Telstra or whatever Telco at the time, had a phone line, 13something, where you could hear the top single at the time - I spent too much down time in phone box calling that number....2 songs feature - “Spirit in the sky” and “Signs”
