@Telstra I’ve been trying to get a very basic problem resolved for 2 weeks. I’ve tried all the options you have and still can’t get it done. How do I talk to a normal person that can help me?

@Telstra No they don’t. Every one of our business accounts has had the same bill number for the last 10 years. It confuses both us and our accounting system! Then we get hassled by your terrible robot accounts follow up just because we’ve got confused!

@agronomy_sharon Telstra tech said it wouldn’t, went to ask about a 11 at electronics store down the road, tech there showed me iOS release notes listing 3G as supported bandwidth, went back to Telstra with that info, tech said doesn’t matter still doesn’t work (which turned out to be 1/2

Visible via Telstra's outage tracker, the issue covers almost the entirety of the Wellington Shire, and extends offshore. The telco says the issue is caused by 'planned maintenance', but it is yet to confirm when the issue will be resolved. #gippsnews

@amygillettfdn @Telstra @RideArenberg Helmets aren't in the top 10 of things that keep cyclists safe to start with This could make drivers rely on the tech and pay even less attention. AGF has already contributed to some of the world's worst anti cycling laws, please stay out of this space

@Telstra @madigoldsmith Not what she was tweeting about, @Telstra - I’m counting down the days on my contracts too, then toodle pip, I’m off to get a FAR better deal - also, been trying to reduce my internet for MONTHS after child left home and there’s no one to help. But that’s typical. 😡

@bambul It’s gotta be a help but with chairs and Telstra pay phone billboards blocking pedestrian flow you have to wonder.

@benatstewartag Had Telstra tech call to talk through our issues at home (try to set up our yagi and smart home antenna) he said Samsung so much better in rural areas for a lot of reasons

@ShepsonMcgee @Scottludlam Which was supposedly taken out of context. But then he doubled down on it in the YouTube video. The phone line thing is like holding Telstra responsible for having a customer service line. That line helps people with centrelink. Nothing more. It's disgusting FJ used that.
