@Telstra, you infuriate me. I was refused contact with any human through your phone system/website/app so I figured this is a good place to add this feedback. If youd like to discuss this, please call me and I will hang up on you just like your phone system does to its customers.

@NBN_Australia Do ISPs/RSPs have sufficient access to NBN outage information, as your website shows an unplanned outage affecting NBN connections for past few hours; yet, @Telstra website still shows no current outage in area. There seems to be an overall lack of communication.

@Telstra Been just a day.. or 2, need to wait for the week on dropouts issue. Also, none from billing for in contact with me, as I lost work hrs for whole of last week due to abysmal internet speed and dropouts.

@Telstra - the NBN keeps dropping out, and I can't get any work done. I reported this two days ago, and still no one has contacted me. Now trying to get through to phone support but have been on hold for over 30 min. Hope you're not billing me for this mobile call!
