    Both companies saying completely different things to me. Telstra says go into the store as they can't do anything. I go in and the good guys say porting order is stuck. Needless to say I will be cancelling my order and never buying anything from @Telstra or @TheGoodGuysAU 7/7

    @Telstra @andy_penn Thanks, I have a lovely case manager now trying to wade through the mess that's been created by departments not communicating properly, an utter disaster for a PA customer of 30yrs+ & left stranded with no service, complete s**t show of incompetence.

    The worst customer service experience ever with @TheGoodGuysAU Preston store. We were given a deal on a fridge if I ported from Optus to @Telstra. Porting hasn't gone through and partial payment for the fridge already made but we have no update on when we will get it 1/7

    There's something wrong in this Country when a major telephone operator like @telstra cannot run a service where your landline has no service at least twice a day & when you lose phone service with a power outage. Moving to VOIP was a huge mistake. We need an #NBN RC! #auspol

    @pfbt @meagrebones I had a nice surprise yesterday from Telstra. I queried the latest bill for my iPad - $15 pm instead of $35 and an upgrade to 5g. My only complaint was - why did Telstra not explain the change on the bill.

    @CocoaFox023 @PRGuy17 Ok, so he knows he used an Android phone... So that's 60% 9f the population. Now he knows he's using the Telstra network... Is that now 50% of the population ?

    I'm about halfway through migrating my 300+ customers away from @Telstra , the corruptness of this company and its never-ending attempts to scam their customers is astonishing.

    @Telstra Dear Jay, lost Internet again,had to reset modem, finally came back up. Checked app, no records of any faults ever being logged. 4g backup did not work on modem, makes for fun when working from home. Don't have time to discuss this now, just need someone to fix the bloody thing.
