Nearly 3 hours on the phone to a barely literate Telstra rep in India to resolve a problem of their making. Disconnected accidentally 4 times. Lucky they’re not in charge of anything important like a global telecommunications network… #godhelpus #its2021

@adambspencer The Telstra method of automatically ending the call at 59m:59s, regardless of whether you are speaking to someone or not, then spending 20min re-explaining the issue many times to get back to the person you were speaking to, & then rinse & repeat is a very specific level of hell

@Telstra The reception problems in Carlton North are now pretty dire. About 9/10 times I try to make return "network busy" error. Similarly, most incoming calls don't get through so I'm constantly getting voicemail notifications - which of course I also can't call.

@tudorgrrrl @Telstra I’m getting about 5 of these a day now as well. Anyway to block these at your end Telstra? They aren’t calling, so I don’t think blocking unknown callers will help, it’s just SMS spam.

Silence at #Telstra surprise surprise(NOT). Data download problems the same, #Telstra care factor abt the same at 0.6. Now into 5 months of complaints and they are still unprepared to solve their inability to deliver a service they charge$ for.

@Telstra Just received an email from ! Telstra Enquiries re updating mobile settings for 4G. No issue with validity (harmless enough) but no logo no sign off. Just "Hi this is *** from Telstra Regional Australia Team..." Not very professional IMO
