@Telstra Ok - looks like after a whole weekend of chats and a ridiculous amount of troubleshooting with your call centre with my technician husband he is now talking about the ombudsman. Anyone local can help please? It’s 1 week without proper service.

  • RossFloate Ross Floate (@RossFloate) reported

@ryanbooker Nice. Seriously can’t work out why Telstra sucks at this so hard.

  • promitch Mitch (@promitch) reported

@Telstra about to miss out on getting an iPhone 13 for the missus because your stupid website won't let me sign into my mytelstra account to purchase the phone. This is ridiculous. I'm going to be looking for another provider now. It's unbelievable how unstable your website is...

@Telstra is the internet down in Hampton/Moorabbin/Cheltenham!!!??? No service for the last 1 hour!

  • pauld08 Paul Daniel (@pauld08) reported

@Telstra @em_pty_7 Same in 3195. Since about 9:00pm last night. Outage information showing no fault.

  • Fishman_Dan Daniel Cohen (@Fishman_Dan) reported

@jcjobau @Telstra The tactic by nearly every large IT/tech company of invoice first, refund when (if) brought up is a disgrace. "Now that you've caught us out we'll happily refund this amount ... in the next bill". Telstra are the worst, they won't refund, they will credit on the next bill.

  • AccountableYoda Todd Wilkinson (@AccountableYoda) reported

Thankyou @Aussie_BB. Just moved my 1000/50 HFC from @Telstra to you guys. Now I get >900 Mbps running Speedtest against Telstra's Speedtest Server whereas only getting 10-20 when on Telstra's network. After a week Telstra couldn't solve the problem.

  • NTGServices Duke & Duchess of Suckeggs (@NTGServices) reported

@tesswil94391742 @Twittter_Suks @samanthamaiden Great news Amanda Stoker's vile sign for her Senate Office (Not that she would help you) on the Telstra Building in Slacks Creek, next to the M1 has been removed. Thank Christ I don't have to see her vile dial everytime I drive past. The dog **** brown paint over looks beautiful.

  • ButtHead4000 ButtHead 💉💉 💉 (@ButtHead4000) reported

@Telstra @em_pty_7 Stop trying to pass the buck. There’s about 50 telstra users in a local Facebook group for that area ALL complaining of problems since last night. I know you love to blame the user, but you’re the ones with the issue.

  • Craig_Harvey Craig Harvey (@Craig_Harvey) reported

@RossFloate I changed mobile plan with Telstra, going down $10 a month. Their move was to send me a cheque for the entire month, and charge my credit card the new amount. It's just a massive ball of string
