Wow I haven't had a @Telstra product in 20 years because of their poor customer service. Glad to see it hasn't changed!!! Complete disdain for their customers. I've been sent 3 Sims over 5 weeks and still don't have a working service.

@Telstra Follow up, thats hilarious considering its the SAME problem i had months ago and thats the expanding battery on my mobile modem. Im contacting the TO today i have been lied to for the last time for 3 months ive been promised a replacement and now i cant even use it
