@Telstra I am going to be forced to contact the ombudsman after today's debacle. I got the worst advice from one of your people telling me to get a new cable and plug it into the socket that has been shooting sparks out of it. That is beyond dangerous!

@Telstra Wow , still no refund or email . The quality of service from Telstra is so good I can’t believe it . All those promises of refunds and emails and keeping me updated ? Well I guess nobody’s perfect eh .WHERES MY REFUND ?????????

The wifi connection to my phone was so bad that I disconnected from the wifi and used the much better 4G Telstra service.

@Telstra @TimothyJ_23 I think if you look back over the thread Tim has acknowledged that point multiple times but is also seeing customers on other carriers using their data connections without issue.

NBN matters to me. Since early May we are running on mobile because the NBN REFUSE to fix the broken (copper) cables in our street. Their excuse? Too costly and our house is the only one affected. They are also answerable to no one. Telstra can't contact the NBN.

@Telstra 6 months to activate a data sim, I’ve been given such a run around I’m loosing my mind! For the love of god, any god pleeese just activate it, it’s now becoming a #mentalhealth issue

@Telstra Yes. Originally we were told we were the first NBN set up but apparently the local hospitals had already been wired and they didn't want to strip it all out again. Anyway others on NBN are craving Velocity because of poor service.
