@Telstra Blame everything else except yourselves and then, oh I don't know, 3 hours of my life rattling in frustrating. Appalling service. Pretty good at taking the $100/month, and don't be a day late! Can't describe how angry and frustrated I am.

@EmCharlotteAnn @Telstra The biggest issue affecting rural communities, especially during fire. Majority of fire risk info is now online, which you can barely access. Power to tower compromised, then you lose comms, putting communities at a higher risk.

@Telstra Have tried this, our address doesn’t even come up as an available address. have been paying for and using nbn thru telstra for the past 2.5 yrs at this address so this is no help and Telstra said it should switch to 4g if there’s a fault - hasn’t happened. no solution fromTelstra

Thanks to their customer service I’m no longer a @telstra customer. But they have sent me an e-mail wanting to confirm my previously authorised account contact person. The trouble when you give your details to these big badly managed companies, they never delete your details.

@Telstra why has my cellular data stopped working around home since use introduced 5g to my area, i have two bars of service on my phone same as before yet unless i go down the road where i still get two bars i get no internet
