@Telstra Thanks but it's a general problem. Not just my phone, other regional residents & travellers too. A variety of locations. Got what used to be enough bars, but phone not downloading or uploading. Presumably related to 3G, 4G change.

@jpsambo2 @Telstra They didn’t understand is not just service at my house it’s bad service everywhere you go in the country!! Phone calls even drop out or don’t ring in the towns. We pay top money for a service we don’t get 😡

@FionaLakeAus @Telstra Quite simply, network improvement isn’t keeping up with demand. Infrastructure improvement virtually stopped during COVID, whilst demand exponentially increased schooling/working from home. Pre COVID our data thirst doubled every 16mths.

@Telstra Hi Michelle, it’s intermittent that it drops on to 3G and the moment I open the Telstra app to run speed test and report it starts to work again, and you can’t really help in that case right?

@auChristianV @Telstra My Telstra was out for almost 10 days two years ago. Switched to Aussie Broadband and never had a problem. @Aussie_BB communicates efficiently and promptly.
