@Telstra It could be just the mobile service issue atm. I've only just swapped over to this new modem because of the constant disconnects from the previous one. Hasn't been too much better. Any time frame for the 4g situation to be fixed?

@Telstra No it’s a brand new modem and only needed it for the first time when Telstra shut down our internet access for maintenance during lockdown whilst we were all trying to work from home and couldn’t leave the house.

@andy_penn Can somebody from the higher ups at Telstra get in contact with me so I can actually explain my issue with somebody that will actually listen rather just pass me around to 10 different people in different departments who don’t help at all.

Hey @Telstra, in one of your stores today I was told they could help me but it would be a 90 minute wait. We're trying to recover economically from a pandemic, you're an Australian company, why not hire more staff? You clearly have the business for it.
