@joelfcbirch I recently switched from Telstra to Felix (uses the Vodafone network, has the same international roaming deals). Reception is only slightly worse, barely noticeable. Speeds are exactly the same.

@mrsdenneysmith @Telstra Feel your pain. I am charged each month without fail for a service I don’t have and have never used. I have to spend time through the fairly useless app getting some poor CSR to help me “cancel” it, only for it to happen again the following month, like clockwork.

Telstra's a GREAT business, however I am having BIG problems getting complaint ref # 52245375 solved / costing our business thousands of dollars a day. @Telstra @TelstraEnt are blocking our website. There were issues 3 wks ago with Google / all resolved, so please whitelist ASAP!

@joelfcbirch I’ve had the big 3 and I can only recommend Optus 💀 Telstra have the worst customer service and billing inconsistency and Vodafone have terrible cover 😩
