@BecWrong I have 3 Aldi TVs. The oldest one is 6 years old. All are fine and have never had a problem. I use a Telstra TV box and have access to Netflix, Britbox, YouTube and all the other apps.

  • Lxsid4 Lxsid (@Lxsid4) reported

    At least @Telstra isn’t as bad @dodo

  • SirBAntMQ Antoine 🐜 (@SirBAntMQ) reported

@OurNewHomecoach Nah. But Telstra was in not appreciating your polite decline. Telstra still treat your refusal to accept their offer (which they'll charge you a fortune after) as a "we take NO for an answer". #pfffffffft

  • NickBurrough Nick Burrough (@NickBurrough) reported

@Telstra This is why Aussie Broadband has call centres here and takes customer support seriously. You just asked if I wanted to pay for Platinum Support!!!!

  • bencikovart viv bnchck 🍊 (@bencikovart) reported

slept 4 hrs, got swindled by some guy on fb marketplace, and found out telstra never submitted my order for internet 2 weeks ago but at least there's good food in this world

  • DaddyJoshGaming DaddyJoshxXx Gaming (@DaddyJoshGaming) reported

@MicrosoftAU pathetic that you would rather me take you and Telstra both to qcat for blatant false advertising. The fact I signed up to $15 month to month plan as FAQ and terms and conditions say I can and I also called the call center prior to sign up but support say otherwise!

  • SkyDrivin Bluesky (@SkyDrivin) reported

@Telstra My bigger issue is that your “chat” system is populated by bots and is ineffective.

  • GeckoIce IceGecko (@GeckoIce) reported

@Gregory01Ryan @Telstra Amazing how this ****** can spam so much crap and not even attempt to reply to that hahahha. WTF is going on with the telstra twitter account anyway, how come that ****** isn't fired yet?

  • VeloceAma Amanda Angelini (@VeloceAma) reported

@Telstra I was provided the wrong service after over 30 mins on the phone. Sent a physical sim instead of esim. Then told I could not have that and no one would transfer me to someone who could help. Asked for a supervisor multiple times and was told it was not possible.

@JarniBlakkarly @consumer_action @FCAupdate Hell no ! Telstra have had their field day of appalling customer service subsidised by the traumatised overcharged customer - don't let them anywhere near the electricity market 😱
