    @Telstra signed up for a new Samsung phone messages cannot be answer or written. Technical support although supposed to open at 8 am still saying not open. Now on lock down can't get to Telstra shop need help.

    @Telstra I have been advised by a text message there is an outage but I don't trust any text messages from Telstra. What is telstra doing to stop criminals infiltrating the network? Why do you allegedly need until 19 July to fix my internet?
