    @DodoAustralia No but I was off-line for 5hrs. No reason offered by support just call back in 15min, 1hr or 2hrs. Not great service. I never had an issue with Telstra. I've only been with dodo 1 week and thinking of leaving. I couldn't work because of the outage. Where's the compensation

    @trishakmac Giving myself the week off…and fortunately @Telstra is now following through with my complaint lodged about the very poor service we had setting up on line.

    I haven't even moved a full five kilometers from my house and now I have one bar of 4g signal and can only receive one internet provider. What in heck? Let's hope Telstra are fans of nerd therapy then.

    @suzannelolsenau @xskinn My friend has had a big problem with iinet and some reviews have cited similar probs. I am keeping right away from them. someone said Belong is good, owned by telstra but I am leaning towards superloop or exetel, they use the telstra network from what I have read.
