@Telstra Case Number 31325711 from billing. I was told in chat minutes after it was lodged that it had been closed. INC000099729712 from chat. Telstra case reference number is 31337815 from complaint form.

@andy_penn My 85yr old father continues to be without a working telephone. Several calls by family members to 132200 (some hours in duration) have failed to get the fault corrected. Please Sir...HELP. (Dad has also been paying for a 'telstra' phone for years that he hasn't got!

Beyond Fraser's road on left bank road is cut off.wa 4 WD only but Fraser's road residents got together for a load of blue metal and rebuilt road damage so cars can pass yesterday. Lack of info re roads and food is making it very difficult as result of Telstra. 1/2

@Telstra @elonmusk I’m sure starlink wouldn’t have this issue, still no data on mobile, no internet, glad this Optus sim is working. No data means no eftpos, which means cash only. Most atms out so people can’t buy food or supplies. But I’m sure Telstra’s response is still, we appreciate.

@CaraErin1 I was on Telstra for 20 years, I also switched to Aldi for the cheaper plans, and Aldi runs off the Telstra network anyway so you get coverage all through regional vic
