    @Telstra There is no support on your small business section. I can't message anyone. The Telstra app is not working - after I sign it, it doesn't open the web page. I am trying to resolve a Sensis/White Pages issue that is coming in via my business account.

    If you rely on Zoom (who doesn't?) do not install @Telstra 's Game Optimiser. It stops Zoom from working and is almost impossible to remove from your modem (3 days, and counting, of Telstra's Gold Member Support ). 4 ppl hot spotting Zoom in lockdown is a challenge I didn't need.

    While I'm here bashing companies - hey @Telstra, I've been in discussion with your "Message Telstra" team for three days now about upgrading my Foxtel box, they keep saying they'll help me... but no-one actually has. What gives???

    Hard to overstate how poor Telstra’s customer support is, funnelled through an app that is sometimes not even answered. Waiting 6 months for a new modem & now there is an issue with our bill and I am not sure I have the emotional patience let alone the ability to deal. #telstra
