@creativecatjk The people in rural areas were previously served by a national public postal service provided as a public utility that services everyone. LPOs exist to undermine that service, so it can be further broken up & monetised. Like Telstra, or Qantas, or the NBN, or the vaccine rollout

@Telstra Your company has committed a data breach by connecting my email address to a relatives account and is putting the onus on me to open a new email to fix the problem. Totally unacceptable.

@Telstra @DanicaDeGiorgio And on top of that I can't make a report of the issue due to issues in the telstra app. Have restarted the app multiple times..... How else do we report the issue so it can be fixed asap?

@Telstra don't send EDMs with offers if the offers aren't activated. I received a Binge offer and have been with your chat support twice, with the last one making me wait over 1.5 hours just to tell me "my shift finishes in 15 mins" without providing a resolution. Great service!

@FinancialReview @FreeviewAU Freeview is not working properly menu wont go away, still just loads and loads I have had to switch over to Telstra Box just to watch tv. Thanks for that
