    @Telstra Hey Whens Andy going to get my phones fixed how bloody long do i have to wait its been 6 weeks, i know that pric doesn't care about little companies and is happy to sabotage them so if he wants trouble then he can have it

    @RutegerJones @smperris I wish Telstra did family plans. But I live in a regional town and T remains the one very reliable service around our house. Optus is improving though so probably due for a big retest to see how it is.

    @Telstra @NBN_Australia Due to technical difficulties, we cannot assign someone to fix your technical difficulties. Please return to go. Do not collect $200. Start the entire process again. Someone may or may not call you within 24hrs to tell you to start again.

    @Telstra please stop sending stupid SMS from numbers I can’t reply!!!! “Hi, we recently sent you a Telstra Smart Modem. We can see this has not been installed. Please do this as soon as possible so we are able to test your service. Thankyou.”
