@billshortenmp Lefties remind me of customer service operators from big corporates ie Telstra when they frustrate you the point of using a swear word. Then you become the bad person and they hang up. Back to the start.

  • CapitalLutra Lutra Capital (@CapitalLutra) reported

. @Telstra's biz strategy has been to almost eliminate the ability to call them at all so they (a) save on headcount; and (b) make it near impossible to cancel garbage services because the people in their dumb message app just ignore that request and try to go on selling. $TLS

  • mattyofthebell Matty (@mattyofthebell) reported

@Telstra "I paid so where is my service?" - the only accurate answer

  • snoogavision Pat #Snoogs #AGExp (@snoogavision) reported

@unclechunt @Telstra They're already the most expensive, most intrusive and least inclusive option out there. Everyone of their plans are a rip off being mobile or internet. Not to mention the customer service off shore. I'll never use them again...

  • CapitalLutra Lutra Capital (@CapitalLutra) reported

@galumay @Telstra As above seems that their strategy is to unconscionably make it even harder to cancel probably for precisely this reason.

  • DogStar_01 DogStar (@DogStar_01) reported

Great big massive GET ****** to #telstra, who increased my phone subscription costs by over 15% and now want me to pay for Rugby League through the 3rd world Kayo service instead of free live Pass

  • george_law George Law (@george_law) reported

@SarahHarris @Telstra @SarahHarris hear your pain. Best move I ever made was to drop Telstra and move to Woolworths. Uses same network but better deals and 10 percent off your monthly shop👍

  • Lee_Tennant Dame Holly says #gladysmustgo (@Lee_Tennant) reported

@BazzaRyder Look at Telstra site, they haven't told a single customer but it's there

  • MelbourneParody Share The Love - Fight Climate Change (@MelbourneParody) reported

@Telstra I find this ad very offensive. You are a bunch of wankers using this type of advertising. Go **** yourself

  • unclechunt UNCLE CHUNT ⏺ Join the Chunt Corps! (@unclechunt) reported

@Telstra @GarethDobricic The issue is forcing people automated direct debits from their accounts. That's unfair given how things are, and just in general isn't consumer friendly at all. If we can't have the flexibility we've always had for zero reason, I'm sure one of the competitors would live my money.
