@noplaceforsheep @Hirst2Hirst Last time I went to a Telstra shop - many years ago - I was really annoyed about something or other and ranted on. Mid-rant I thought, **** I'm with Optus, announced "I've had enough of this" and walked out. Didn't admit I'd been having a go at the wrong company.

@Telstra you 24/7 msg is a joke. I have internet usage on an account where noone is home to use it. I get dumped back into the queue as it's obviously an issue in the too hard basket. I got a response go about your day. Its after midnight here, Its telstra Australia right

@jarstalking @Telstra My brother and I went to a job that was charging 9-10k for and we thought it should be about 2, turns out there was nothing wrong at all. Rang them up and the **** they were spinning was actually funny in a bad way. Picking on an old lady, Lucky her son got us to have a look.

Well neither @Telstra or @NBN_Australia have managed to resolve my issue between them ... 30 days & counting ... shame on you both ... I have an online University exam worth 40% of my mark to do this weekend ... back to Telecommunications Industry Ombudsman
