    @autcareandshare This is why I say Telstra is a toxic environment for anyone who is Neurodiverse. I speak from 7 yrs of experience, they believe ND ppl should mask, they do believe meltdowns are a choice & are bad behaviour.

    @raejmorgan @Telstra I had this where i was in a catch 22 for months. It was because of some small business users with ABN were on a "legacy" account, the new system was moving them to a new normal account but having a note on account of abn...but it made a catch 22 glitch in matrix with no help

    @Telstra With all due respect Jay the only thing that is odd is the fact that Telstras customer service hasn't improved one bit in my long absence. I don't need a hand I need a modem. The one that's been 'ordered' 5 times would be super 👌

    @PeterWMurphy1 Telecom wasn't an achievement. It set the nation up for private ownership of Telstra, an unmitigated disaster that was unwound by NBN. Advance Australia Fair was also a bad call.

    @Telstra went to Telstra Ellenbrook store today. You are absolutely useless, appalling customer service. Walked in, waited half an hour, told they were closing and as I didn't have an appointment I wouldn't be served and had to leave. As bas as ever. Well done.

    @Telstra It is convenient for Telstra when the customer has to buy a new phone but considering 4G does not interfere with 5G the 4G coverage is supposed to be permanent. Any equipment should be able to be 4G but some equipment only requires 4G for coverage and data stability.

    @Telstra It seems to be back now, but I'm frustrated as I've been with telstra for over 10 years as youve been the most reliable service. But when my friend standing next to me on vodaphone has reception and I dont... one starts to ask questions....

    @Telstra It's a bit late now Ash. We had to wait until she actually died before you guys took us seriously. It was totally unprofessional. All the other utilities were so sympathetic and waived the outstanding bills. You lot harassed my mother for $19.80 and threatened a bad credit rating

    @Telstra get home without being able to resolve the problem. Can we work on chat being able to resolve any customer enquiries? They want ID verified, I login with my account, enter the OTC received by text or email, both if you want, provide details for verification, what is that
