    Is anyone else in the regions having difficulty with NBN responding to connectivity problems? Telstra seem to be doing their best to resolve the issue, but the NBN have now canceled a third tech visit to my premises? Are NBN staff still on strike?

    @Telstra If you have access to conversations then you will see enquiry started 3/9/20 with question through your app. Followed by all other conversations with promises of responses in 24hrs which never happens. I have copies. Sorry Renee but I need engineers not PR question dodgers.

    @Telstra Months of the only avenue to talk to you is via chat is pretty poor customer service. To me you are only avoiding the payout !

    @Telstra no wifi in my house this morning with NBN. Wasted couple of hours with online bot. Phoned 132200 and asked for callback. Automated phone back asked me to press 1 which I did twice to be disconnected. Customer Service? Not!

    @antoinette_news Yes I have a great range of countries. The last was Mauritius. I also get those others that when I call back says there is no such number. Why can’t Telstra stop those calls. How are they made when there is no such number? Are TELSTRA workers causing that problem?

    @Telstra Yes. 4 modems have been delivered to resolve the issue. The technician only came on the Friday past. He said there was a problem. 4 months of not being able to have a virtual meeting for work. I have had to use my mobile data for the whole period.

    @smh @zoesam93 Who gets refund My telstra nbn is very bad They say because to many new subscribers ??? Our population has not increased hugely Just lack of forward planning I had better service on cable as well foxtel lost in storm
