@Telstra Hi Cas. I asked about accessibility, not my specific case. How does @Telstra propose to assist customers where sensory issues mean a simple messaging platform like yours is inaccessible? I don’t want you to follow up what three others have. I want an accessibility answer.

@Telstra you have control of a customer's domain, you cut off their email service on mission control and are now telling them they have to goto @microsoft365 but not giving them control of the domain? this seems like extortion

@Telstra - Your call centre is closed, and you're not replying to messages on your "just like a friend" support (hint: your support is nothing like that). How can I get a service fixed if you won't reply?

@Telstra so you don't care about the issue I'm having? Good to know, I'll make sure to mention it when I change providers next week.

@Telstra Hi. No, she doesn’t have any apps! I don’t think I’m listed but I can help her add me to the account. Can I then use the app?

@Telstra Unreal - I found a number and a real human, and my weeks-long issue was solved in 7 minutes. Who’d have thought a phone call could be so useful? (Clearly not the nation’s biggest telecommunications company...)

@NewtonMark @oliyoung @GordyPls It really is. I can IPv6 my network all I want, but in the end, you need content providers and eyeball networks to do the same. (it's great to see Telstra NBN being dual stack, and mobile going to singlestack v6).
