@Telstra @Josieamycashman That's a fairly condescending answer, you can do better. The problem is that the reception is poor and so patchy that people have to leave their homes and move quite a way to get reception. You don't service remote country towns very effectively. Own it.

@Telstra Sending me a DM that your plans change every month is not really “making me an offer”. That is just telling me to look up current contracts. I can do that myself every month. I don’t need consulting. I know what I want. I was just looking for a better offer as a loyal customer.

And Customers could subscribe to this list. Then you could stop such messages reaching your customers and I'm pretty sure more than a few Australians would happily pay you for such a service. What about you @Telstra & @VodafoneAU? Reckon you guys could all do something here 2/2

The least fun I had was being verbally abused by Telstra executives. The 2000’s and early to mid 2010’s was a toxic abusive culture in Telstra. They truly behaved like spoiled children. I learnt so much about having to deal with truly terrible people

@NBN_Australia I'm getting no where with @Telstra helping to resolve - my service is constantly dropping connection (up to 10 times a day) and only been since upgrades done in our area. They've told me it's a known issue to you - how do I go about getting some more information?
