@rick_rampal @Glenina57 @ajEdenvalley1 Moose uses the FULL Optus network ,ALDImobile uses PART of Telstra’s 4G and 3G mobile network. Moose is better sorry.

  • SamWhiteNight Sam White (@SamWhiteNight) reported

@Telstra You can stick your 5G phone where the sun dont shine. 5G phones are overhyped & bad for your health. Not buying it!

  • galumay Ricky🏄🏼‍♂️ (@galumay) reported

@CapitalLutra @Telstra It will be interesting to see the impact on market share in NBN, because its so easy to sign up to better ISP's & you can have more than 1 concurrent service, I suspect a lot of churn and cancel payments to $TLS. Anyone out of contract can do this. Missed a lot of new NBN too.

@lyndonmickel @Telstra What i dont understand is why its getting worse. I am starting to think the "G" stands for garbage.

@Telstra Shout out to everyone that thought they were going to get a service today

  • becsmedley Rebecca Smedley (@becsmedley) reported

Seriously though, I’ve actually lost count of the number of times my @Telstra modem has disconnected in the past hour alone and the customer service bot is stuck on “agent is typing”. It’s a good thing I don’t need to work from home anymore!

  • snoogavision Pat #Snoogs #AGExp (@snoogavision) reported

@unclechunt @Telstra They're already the most expensive, most intrusive and least inclusive option out there. Everyone of their plans are a rip off being mobile or internet. Not to mention the customer service off shore. I'll never use them again...

  • bhens_ Ben Hensman (@bhens_) reported

@Telstra astounded by how poor your customer experience is whenever help is needed. We’ve had no internet for nearly 3 days and no one will help else solve the problem or give us any answers. You’ve hung up on me twice while waiting for a response! 👎🏻🤬

  • DogStar_01 DogStar (@DogStar_01) reported

@deeplongstop @Telstra @NRL Those companies have a guaranteed burst limit - and don't often come near it for data. Optus used to get spanked but the smaller ones do not get near oversubscribed. No problem with voice at all. Really shitty support though.

  • JAYSEE423 Joe Carli (@JAYSEE423) reported

Dunno what's worse...Microsoft "One-drive" sabotaging my Firefox with its demands and interruptions ..or Telstra's ******' **** mobile broadband that isn't worth a ****-full-of snow that stops me login on!!!...
