    @Telstra what is WRONG with you?!?! I just want our NBN connection to actually work. I need this to do my job from home, you nongs. Can't believe NBN didn't see an issue and cancelled our technician visit this morning? Absolutely wack. Our hard-earned money deserves better.

    @Fasffy Boost Mobile (telstra network) - look at the annual plans, they work out far cheaper.

    @Fasffy Anything that uses Telstra's network, boost is prepaid and does. Also if you have an ABN, don't forget to look at business plans. They work out pretty well

    @Telstra I would like Telstra to fix the issue. Been down for 3 Days now and keep getting told the "Lockdown is preventing the issue being fixed" No one can tell me what the actual issue is. This is a Premium business service the SLA means nothing. How do I apply for compensation ?

    @Mirella_PhD They were barely fleeting . One was the Telstra shop which was salesperson to Customer transmission (2 cases there as it was an employee to employee first) they are still In contact with ppl regardless .

    @Telstra Guys it is 40 days still my problem not resolved. What a fantastic services from @Telstra. I am still waiting hope I have wait for few months now….

    @VodafoneAU Shut your retail if you’ll take orders and cannot provide an Ipad Pro in committed 10 days and later extend another 42 days. Cancel my order @VodafoneAU @Telstra can you help ?

    Back on the @telstra support nightmare. I have two accounts with several hundred dollars owed back to me. So far, 1 hour and 20 mins, 5 agents… and I’ve been passed on again.

    @NoelWhittaker @Telstra Same experience except I got a huge bill from them 2 years after I left to go to AB, for my landline home phone which when I rang them they insisted I still had connected to Telstra.I didn’t port it over to AB either.TIO..sorted it.Worst Cust Service from any Telco.
