@Telstra 1/2 We have had a case open for a faulty NBN FTTC service since 19/12..since then we have been stood up twice by NBN tech who was supposed to arrive onsite to fix.We hired an tech to be present onsite to assist withNBN tech to whom we had to pay 10 hours of time cost plus travel

@andy_penn @NGVMelbourne You’d better concentrate on telecommunication and when this runs smoothly and smartly then you can think of something else. Telstra services are thirdly world class. It’s a shame for Australia to have such level of service in 2022.

How is it that your internet is consistently dog **** @Telstra... Idk if I've ever seen a positive comment on your terrible connection. Sat at 0.2 all day and every other day never consistent connection... Fix your ****.

@Telstra 2/2 The NBN tech didn’t turn up on either of the 2 seperate scheduled times.We then use the T24x7 app for 3 hours to end up being told by Telstra tech on the other end he can’t find the service at all & is disconnected 2 mths prior which is incorrect as it was working till 18/12

@Telstra We will need the cost of our tech compensated and if according to Telstra records the service was disconnected prior then we need a refund for the bills paid almost $100 per month.. does anybody at Teltra know what is going on ?

Continuing nightmare of phone problems with landline at 98yo aunt's aged care hostel room. Think she's accidentally put in on diversion. Can't go to Sydney to see her coz covid. Telstra is trying, very trying...

@Telstra Thanks, but why should I spend any more time going through this? I pay for a service which is consistently not provided. I have also spent hours on phones and messaging systems trying to resolve it. That's all wasted time. Meanwhile, once again this evening, I have to hotspot.
