    @Telstra Telstra suspend and then no help all day… ends at them suggesting I go into a store ! It’s 6.41. Pm. They suspended email at 4.30 am. If it wasn’t serious I would laugh !

    Good old Telstra (Hel$tra) nothing changes. Trying to port a number to Boost mobile and their systems are down and won't recognise a new SIM serial number. Only been down for days. So no one can activate a new Boost SIM. Consististant Slack service from this old Dinosaur.

    Super annoyed at Telstra’s service for the past few days.. the wifi at work isn’t that great for phones, I’m living by myself in this flat, pishang gila babs la when I cannot use internet out of work 😩

    @Telstra I've learned not to waste my time. Don't know what Telstra has done to their network, but they've done something. It's not good. Basically, Telstra simply don't care about those completely reliant on mobile. It's our primary communication for a lot of us, no other tech available.

    @Telstra No because I thought the IT team would want to see the error ocurring so the can troubleshoot it properly. Reinstall isn't a proper fix is it?

    The scammer who just called me has assured me that a) Telstra owns NBN Co and b) my IPv4 address is my private address C) IPv6 is my public exposed IP Which apparently is a bad thing.
