@Telstra Thanks Greg, same booking was made for yesterday, but no one turned up. So 11 days no internet. Mobile backup is so slow its not worth having on. No one is listening to me or willing to actually help.

@Telstra Fed up with non service. Email saying my speed doubled = BULLSHIT Since then constant dropouts/disconnection every few seconds 1/2 hr prog takes 2hrs 2 get tru Forget what's about. NO I won't pay f U doubling the speed. It is only to yr severs then modem gets timed out.

Day 2: The search for the elusive Telstra technician continues...I'm beginning to wonder if they really exist. Are they just a myth? Something parents made up to tell their children so they'd stop complaining their phone and internet doesn't work? Only time will tell...

7 July - no internet Phoned Telstra. I finally have a Case Manager now I've lodged a complaint. Escalated to complaints but they're not open till 9am. Promised a call back after 6pm as I am out all day accessing the internet at the Library etc! 17 min call.
