    @DianneCostin @Optus Tks. Installing 5g maybe? Telstra already has there, but the seems dodgy too (signal comes and goes). There's a hell of lot of gear on that tower!

    Did anyone else have an issue with Telstra today? I left my house and it wouldn’t let me use my data. Someone else on the train had the same issue

    @fisher_and @Telstra Telstra has zip customer focus. It is impossible trying to get a response from the non human contact methods it offers. I have now tossed it for another provider. I note Telstra is now advertising that it is re-establishing it’s Aussie call centres.

    @Telstra The customer service at Telstra is terrible. Gerd Schenkel ignores emails. His inbox is not monitored.

    @ashleighkatexx I’ve got aldi and they use Telstra! No issues and I’m in regional NSW
