@chrismurphys @Telstra Complaint to the ombudsman usually gets you a chance to talk to someone in Oz. Every time you lodge a complaint it costs Telstra $300. Three complaints later and we haven’t looked back. We live in regional Australia.

@rubin_angela I left Telstra in 2012 after a 3 hour phone call where I was passed to 9 different teams. None of which could help me. Now I live in a bad reception zone I use Belong who are Telstra resellers. So far so good.

@kcostalos @Optus Kristina Optus is a malakia of a phone service, I’ve been with Vodafone for about 15 years after switching from Telstra to Optus@& then to Vodafone.
