@NBN_Australia So basically what happened we called telstra 4 times, 1 out of the 4 times they said "yea your internet is struggling" then they contacted you to go check on it. They never came and all they did was send my caretaker a message saying there is nothing wrong.

Telstra: contact us to gift loyalty points to another member. Four days of back and forth with @Telstra: They also need to contact support to list you as an authorised representative. I could’ve transferred @Qantas points in 10 mins. Why do Telstra treat customers like this?

@kels_316 @Telstra A lot of these callers would be the ones to get put through to a manager at the end to say thank you. For my part, their frustration was all too easy to understand, and to just throw 'T's&C's' at someone is a great way to show a lack of empathy which wouldn't help anybody.

@somewherein84 I went into a Telstra store to sort an issue with my bill - the young guy rolled his eyes and told me they were a “retail” store and couldn’t help me. Never using Telstra again.
