@VicGovDH Shame our countries support service systems have to rely on products and services from inadequate providers like #telstra... We really are a bizarre country...

  • awrongdoors aza (@awrongdoors) reported

20 phone calls, 15 people, 2 engineers, 5 different stories. 5 different booking dates, error codes, scheduling issues. What's a guy gotta do to get NBN connected? @Telstra @TelstraEnt @NBN_Australia #ombudsman

  • Deano336 Dean Cohen (@Deano336) reported

@ElsaJade3 @theage @henriettacook It is unconscionable for Optus to make a sale to an elderly gent seeking help with a Telstra service. Staff should be trained to identify signs of vulnerability (like his confusion on arrival). This is a social expectation in industries where customers become bound to contracts.

  • awrongdoors aza (@awrongdoors) reported

@Telstra There is an issue with the date or error in the scheduling system, same as what happened yesterday and the day before. Getting confusing that's for sure... One day I had a call from three different people to confirm the same date... for it to then change the next day.

  • NathanCorbani Nathan Corbani (@NathanCorbani) reported

@18ocram @andrewphong_ @ALeague Telstra offer - Customer with an existing AFL Live pass had an offer $20/mth off Basic Kayo (usually $25/mth) for 12 months.

@andy_penn Andy as we get into day 3 of terrible customer service I notice the terrible equity performance of Telstra over a long period of time hard to believe from a near monopoly position

  • mcdonellaussie mark mcdonell 🐅🐅🏆 (@mcdonellaussie) reported

@CrStuartJames @Telstra We use Southern Phone I on Optus Network she on Telstra, the call centres always in Australia. Always very helpful unless it’s a home internet issue but that’s another story! Still on BB with an option for wireless NBN

  • Randeep75994195 Randeep Kaur (@Randeep75994195) reported

@PalNavtej @Telstra Telstra service is so annoying...I think should choose other company ..many other companies are better then Telstra.

@Telstra Yet I am lied to that I cannot get an email copy of a chat transcript. You have no “policy”, it’s a guess by untrained personnel who cannot understand written word. BOT errors, system failures, I’m not allowed to carry a pen it’s all BS.
