  • prlmilktea milki💙🍃爱琳 / Vtuber (@prlmilktea) reported

@Telstra have never seen poorer administration and customer service. As. Per. Usual.

  • JessDeC18 Jessica De Conno (@JessDeC18) reported

@Telstra It’s slow, it drops out. My husband works from home and has to hot spot to his phone to get any reliable service. A tech came out and said he fixed something in the pit but it’s no better.

  • hgo7627 HG (@hgo7627) reported

OK Tweeps … I need some help here. @Telstra is playing with people’s minds. My kids (grown up with kids of their own) live in Mt Eliza. They’ve had no Telstra services for more than a week. Telstra told us there was a fire in xchnge. /1

  • bertozzi Carlo Bertozzi (@bertozzi) reported

@Telstra The insanity is that an NBN technician was in the area to work on a problem for a house just up the road - and we’re a small rural community so surely that’s the same problem! The left hand does not know what the right is doing

  • hgo7627 HG (@hgo7627) reported

@Telstra /2 Yet techo working there (seen in the street) knows nothing of a fire. Others in neighbourhood now have full service. My kids don’t and Telstra tells them things like “they would be working on it” or “check via this link” when they have nothing to use to check.

  • tomwoodau tom (@tomwoodau) reported

@TrentAn94382106 @Telstra Absolutely appalling. It seems virtually impossible to contact the faults team without a working mobile service, which is not because of the fault! Can @Telstra please get someone to check out the tower at 2242 Seaspray Road, Seaspray?

  • JessDeC18 Jessica De Conno (@JessDeC18) reported

@Telstra I can be right next to it and it doesn’t work. My husband is a few rooms away. Should we get a new modem? Or something to boost the signal?

  • muddasar_ishaq Muddasar Ishaq (@muddasar_ishaq) reported

@Telstra Not good mate I have my friends working in StarTrack they said it’s not busy yet but the company did not have them more parcel to deliver there are so many customer waiting for the parcel and StarTrack don’t care about it

  • Camelli79450301 Camellia (@Camelli79450301) reported

Can anyone tell me why Telstra's call centres are based in India? And, why I should support a company that doesn't support Australians. Those call centre jobs would be good jobs here.
