@Telstra - 21 days to resolve our ADSL outage...or at least, that's your current promise!!! No explanation, no compensation - a really, really dumb way to run a business

@Telstra I will be in touch with Telstra today to cancel her services and insist on a refund. And I have already made an official complaint to the new provider for not appropriately helping an elderly person

@benatstewartag Had Telstra tech call to talk through our issues at home (try to set up our yagi and smart home antenna) he said Samsung so much better in rural areas for a lot of reasons

@Telstra The fact that a load of people from NSW reporting outages all at the same time is still being met with "no issues that we're aware of" is pretty concerning. The internet around Bathurst has been dropping and throttling for around two weeks now, despite resetting routers.

@Telstra I've spent over a week texting & talking to your Siebel representative who told me that Siebel now control all Telstra accounts & all payment options are being removed. That is from your customer service. I've been a customer for over 40 years & I'm disgusted in the attitude.

@Telstra I’ve been trying to get a very basic problem resolved for 2 weeks. I’ve tried all the options you have and still can’t get it done. How do I talk to a normal person that can help me?

@Telstra I have Foxtel through Bigpond ihave NBN through Telstra so all on one account and I cannot get Foxtel ad it keeps saying playback error internet connectivity issues. Ihave other pay tv such as Netflix's and Stan and have no issues. Very frustrating

Why isn't this part of the service like churning a mobile phone? How can Telstra charge for two services that literally can no longer be in use? Why are they not notified that NBN is installed and then proactively contact the person to cancel their account?

Yo @Telstra I have lost $2000 in work and 5 hours in clusterf$ck chats with your bots. You’ve lied about an outage, then you’ve lied about when fake outage will be up…to send me in goose chases with your bots. I know all your tactics… this is mine!

Whatever you do, don't get a new service with @Telstra All new accounts are direct debit only & you pay a company called Siebel not Telstra. When you talk to @Telstra now, you speak to a Siebel representative & they are extremely rude, arrogant & extremely unhelpful. #auspol
