    I normally support @Telstra. Business account, billed extra for paper bill, but just checked, not eligible for email bill. No comms to me on the issue. Social media team couldn't help with business account and recommended 132000. Sure. "Busier than normal", wait times 45-60 mins.

    @MBeaker5000 @TinInvestor I use Telstra exclusively. Sure there's a cost premium, but, it's worked 99.9% of the time for years without missing a beat and customer service didn't take forever when it broke after the heavy rain last year. Mobile too.
