    @Ecoludologist There was an incident in the mid 00's IIRC where Hotmail got it's tubes clogged and emails were taking weeks to be delivered? I think Telstra had a similar incident around that time? Not sure what to search for to find news of the time about it now...

    @NSW_FairTrading Team, this is regarding Reference Number 10708330, I didn't get proper response from @Telstra, they made me to cancel my previous order and when they mentioned to give other phone on the same price, that also took wrong address for delivery and cancelled it.

    @DavidSandow1 @Telstra Has to be a technical issue here, just fell off a cliff. These speeds are unworkable.

    I'm super glad that @Telstra forcibly moved me from Cable to NBN under the threat of disconnection. NBN was working great for the first 2 days, but now it's gone done a #Gladys and quit on me, and like her backup, John Barilarlo, the mobile backup network has quit working too.

    @Telstra Having spent 5 days trying to troubleshoot and correct internet issues with Telstra support, and then being told our account has been disconnected for no reason, i think it’s time to move to a more solution focused broadband provider. #telstra #poorcustomerservice
