@crgentle I’ve been with TPG for ages now, and I’m used to doing my own support. I think every time I called them about something I couldn’t deal with, they blamed Telstra, and fobbed me off to their support.

@Telstra Still, I don't have the confirmation that the modem would be sent to the new address. The support team takes forever to respond. I am losing patience and I have already convinced myself that I should start looking for a diff provider.

@Telstra Thanks Greg. Second day in a row the tech consultant has not turned up. Really poor form. The modem is 9 months old. I really am lost for words. A normal business would be doing everything they could to make their customer happy. I’ll leave it there

@johnb78 True but our 2nd rate NBN will continue to incur large costs due to the poor state of the copper network. A network Telstra happily sold for a motza.
