@Telstra it sucks when you live remotely, have internet but it’s so slow it takes 30+ seconds to load a webpage

  • Zaunny Tom Zaunmayr (@Zaunny) reported from Derby, State of Western Australia

Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

@MarekRivers I've got that one too... we need to change the dealer! lol And another one, posing to be from Telstra, telling me my Internet service was about to be terminated and that I needed to get on my computer and follow his instructions to stop it! ... they are busy these days!

@dnorm34 @AussieVal10 Yes. Big tech blocking live streams. Police request no fly zone over city. Telstra “down” in key areas. It won’t stop the vision coming out. Nothing will stop it.

  • PositiveStuffAu Michelle Pavey (@PositiveStuffAu) reported

@Telstra Again the screen shot I showed you says otherwise. I’m done. Dealing with Telstra is always way more difficult than it has to be. I do appreciate you are trying to help but your systems suck.

@Telstra Spoken about this and been told there is no faults in my area, so i get lies, over the continue problems, not just a one off......

  • BillVassiliou William Vassiliou (@BillVassiliou) reported

@Telstra Both our mobiles still saying "Not registered on network". Weird, it just happened since 10.00 am. Am guessing it could be linked to yesterday's earthquake.

  • cs_jordi Jordi Rosenfield (@cs_jordi) reported

One wonders how many anti-vaccinators have upgraded their mobile phones to the latest versions of iPhone or Samsung and I using the 5G network from Telstra Optus or Vodafone Hypocrites #gobacktonokia

  • nomisruption Simon Spencer (@nomisruption) reported

@Telstra you need to try harder & do more to stop the flood of daily scams harassing your customers with threats of ATO, closing accounts and more. This is your network they are using. Blocking all callers not already in your phone contacts is fast becoming the only solution

  • sscensored pooch (@sscensored) reported

@Telstra how can it be impossible to get a phone delivered to my elderly parent? Your customer service staff confirmed you’re sending it to the wrong address, that I can’t correct it now and also cannot order a replacement for another week?!

  • FattieJohns Luke Johns (@FattieJohns) reported

@Telstra Telstra said that its something wrong on the NBNs side but they're not sure what. And NBN said that there's something wrong with the modem. You sent me a new modem and both of them are experiencing the exact same issue. This is a joke, biggest telecom company my ***.
