Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

@IanSamuels3 @Telstra How are they meant to assign staff access, customer accounts, etc without maintaining data that identifies staff and customers?

Nick Sanders (@NwSanders93) reported
@timrosen35 I’m getting much better reception in general compared to before already with Telstra and am happy with the switch. For me it wasn’t even anything to do with the data leak, obviously not ideal but their customer service and technical support is atrocious too!

Anyone using Vodafone 5g network? How have you found it? (Either through them or TPG etc) Specifically in Melb and Regional Victoria mostly. Likely to go with Telstra, but just curious as I’ve heard they’ve improved lately. Have been with Optus my whole life. But never again!

@Telstra 30+ years with you and you cannot manage to transfer a loyalty discount to an upgraded phone, or offer any incentive to stay... what an absolute disgrace! No longer about anything other than the bottom line! One Bill gone, service shot... what a joke!😡

@QuentinDempster @TonyHWindsor Because Tony Abbutt wanted to spike a Labor initiative in support of Murdoch and Telstra- and used a man who should have known MUCH better given he early involvement in Ozemail - Turnbull terminated fibre all the way at Abbutts behest
