Day 2: how any business happens in Derby is beyond me, truly the worst reception in an established town I have experienced. Telstra, Optus, Govt etc should be offering free service until they fix this mess.

@Telstra We were speaking to a customer service worker for hours yesterday and had picked our phone plans out and everything, then got completely blindsided by the direct debit right at the end. It was a massive waste of time.
