@Telstra I have contacted you about this more than 30 times. I pay my bill via direct debit. Yet still there is a late fee every month. I am fed up and done with you. In January I will switch providers. It is hopeless. Thanks for offering to help but it is clear Telstra cannot

@filmgirl152 Back at my mum's house we had switched to Aussie BB cause they were cheaper, but we had problems with them too so we had switched back to Telstra and had no more issues 🤔

@Strangelady11 @rubin_angela I think if you type “Victorian telecommunications ombudsman” into El Goog the first result is Telstra’s “we really want to help you” page. Hitting that tends to get much better results
