I eventually left all @VodafoneAU gear on the counter and walked out. Walked into @Telstra who provided a service which cut out one day and was without service for TWO MONTHS!!!

@jackbegbie @Telstra Telstra don’t fix the pavement. The local council does. It’s an agreed process where Telstra pays the council to make it happen.

  • christianharrup christianharrup.com (@christianharrup) reported

@monsonflossy I’m sure they are doing a good service I’m not questioning that at all but on design terms the blame rests on Telstra a massive company with huge funds and resources and this is what they think is acceptable street furniture for the COS?

  • pingudownunder Simon Harvey 🇪🇺🇮🇪🇦🇺 💉💉💉 (@pingudownunder) reported

@Telstra Cleaner Pipes has absolutely nothing to do with SMS Messaging from AlphaNumeric addresses. SMS is a telco service, not Internet-based Host Blocking or Filtering.

@deluxe_tm This is ridiculous, @Telstra should be ashamed of themselves, call this customer service??? Customer waiting patiently for their phone and even started paying on the new contract when THEY DIDN'T EVEN RECEIVE THE PHONE YET!!! Honestly, pick up your game!!! Compensate the customer

  • mahootna2 Real #NoReligion Robin 💉💉 :) (@mahootna2) reported

@Telstra Yeah $12k is a bit steep. I’d settle for FTTN that could provide the 25Mbps I’m paying a premium for. Other copper runs nearby are getting 100Mbps. You replaced 40 meters of copper and still couldn’t fix it.
