@Telstra and our internet is down yet again. Speed test is at 0.01mbps 🙄 tired of being asked if we have turned the modem off and on. We try everything before going through the pain of dealing with your “customer support”

@telstra Why don't you have a bloody help line? I've been trying to resolve an issue all weekend and your automated system isn't helping.

@FOXTEL_Help As a "Foxtel from Telstra" customer I do not appear to be able to set such preferences. Have since obtained an IQ3 box after discovering by accident, while visiting the Foxtel website, that a number of services for IQ2 users are soon to be withdrawn.

@NBN_Australia The whole Wholesale model is flawed, the whole technology being rolled out is flawed.. Any Communications engineer will tell you its CRAP! Would have been better off leaving it to Optus & Telstra to run out their own solution - Better Quality, better service and cheaper for GOVT

@Telstra Thanks Tom but let’s wait for the 16th now and see if it gets resolved. Too many other CS issues to fit within a few tweets.

@Telstra Hi Jo, with the continuous interruptions toy my service and then the throttling of 4g, and the inability to actually get any form of customer service outside of social media, I will take my business elsewhere. So no thanks

@Telstra I’ve canceled a service twice now for my mother in law. You’ve just shut her other services off because she refuses to pay for a mistake you’ve made. She’s still getting a bill and no real way to contact you to resolve the issue. Because you don’t do phone support.
