@dpgrunge @DoctorKarl Frequent dropouts despite reasonably ok upload/download speeds. Length of copper must have been > 50m and installed since the 1960s. Recently replaced by NBN (Telstra) (with new copper t/p) at no cost. Service is much improved.

@Telstra with twitter -most time ?. nbn in 60 mints -2-3 times cut off 10'-20'-30' day time same times 5-7 pm . In the past i have telstra have make better connection . again few weeks the signal low as ever 5mbs

I never realised how seriously @Telstra worked to lose customers. 1 Order new phone 2 Telstra ship new phone 3 Receive message saying parcel has been delivered. (It has not) 4 Contact Telstra and told I should call @startrack 5 Spend 15 minutes on the phone to find... 1/3
