    @Telstra I have contacted you about this more than 30 times. I pay my bill via direct debit. Yet still there is a late fee every month. I am fed up and done with you. In January I will switch providers. It is hopeless. Thanks for offering to help but it is clear Telstra cannot

    @Telstra Happy to say that I rang the First Nations Hotline @Telstra and the customer service was exceptional. After several weeks of trying to get this sorted I found someone that took time to listen and sort the issue out. Thank you Sanisha you deserve a medal 🥇

Retail investors won't be paying more than $273 by February next year. It'll be a bargain by then. I don't see what the problem is unless the $30k ceiling $CSL #investing #XJO #equities

    @Telstra should remove the part from their website about contacting Michael Ackland before making a complaint to the Telecommunications Ombudsman too. I tried to do the courtesy to @Telstra to go higher up the chain to no avail. I followed the website to contact Ackland

    @telstra that is going on with your customer service? 3th time on the phone to you today - this last call now over an hour and still going. Put on hold every 2mins for a long period. Chatting to the telstra reps who are seemingly clueless. Now saying the system has crashed!
