Honest to God if Telstra weren't the only provider for internet in town id be telling them where to stick it. 3rd day I've stayed at home waiting for a call and got absolutely **** ALL. Even contacting by message has been a joke.

@Telstra Chat is a good idea for accountability, at least there is chat history. It is far better than going to the store where they do not know what the person I spoke with on the telephone has organised and then never being able to get back onto the person who assisted when I

@telesynth_hot @TruthdriverOn @AlboMP As for the bush, we had really great cdma phones that worked everywhere. Then telstra came along and moved everything over to next g. So now we are back to the old radios. At the end of the day, if the companies don't provide the service, then people figure it out for themselves

@Telstra It is convenient for Telstra when the customer has to buy a new phone but considering 4G does not interfere with 5G the 4G coverage is supposed to be permanent. Any equipment should be able to be 4G but some equipment only requires 4G for coverage and data stability.

1.stick with the useless reception and live with it. Option 2 move to another carrier like @Telstra.. Don’t you love customer service, 9 years loyalty means nothing.

@PeterWMurphy1 Telecom wasn't an achievement. It set the nation up for private ownership of Telstra, an unmitigated disaster that was unwound by NBN. Advance Australia Fair was also a bad call.

@Green_Girl100 @jeffreys_jake @btckr The problem is severe lack of competition in the relatively tiny Australian market. Telstra are incompetent bandits and Vodafone is no better than Optus.

If my phone is my modem and my computer is suddenly asking for a "network security key"...what is that and where do I find it? Is it on my phone somewhere or is it a Telstra thing?
