@michaelaulia Despite the denials from ISPs, Its Telstra's infrastructure we're using anyway, most of the time. I've had Telstra cable internet for years, no problems at all. Would've been happy to keep going with the service, but of course, we're all been forced to downgrade to the NBN.

Is anyone having problems on the telstra messaging app. I haven't had a reply. Which is unusual. Can't contact anyone. Around and around in circles. I'm not even getting an auto response

  • alykesandra Alexandra (@alykesandra) reported

@Telstra Thank you. Haven’t got fault no. Found info on my Telstra app + ringing call centre. Was told via phone would be 18/2 but Telstra app says 23/2. Have no mobile reception (ever). Live 5km from town. 6yrs of bad comms. No NBN, bad ADSL & no mobile. Pay $300/mth for nothing.😫
