@delmaclifton I had the same issue with boost prepaid (also Telstra). Put out a new app, download app, go to use it, we put out a new app, download it. For three bloody months. Just ended up going straight to telstrafor recharging. Now the f*cking app works. Bastards incorporated.

Spent an hour at JB hifi sorting out my phone plans and so far have saved $100 a month. Need to call Telstra to cancel and get credit for a sim that’s another $50 a month that I’ve never used, but was given as a ‘bonus’. 😤 Definitely worth the time!

I’m wondering why anyone would use @Telstra .. just ticked over the 2 hour mark at trying to get business support ... for something that work and apparently (just got through whilst posting this) has now been banned... SMS to mobile devices (non phones)... @Optus here I come!

@Telstra How about you fix the problem!!! Just received an SMS message asking if I’m still experiencing the issue & to keep running the troubleshooting program. Why? It keeps telling me there’s an NBN speed issue. I want issue fixed!!! Is that too difficult for you???

@Telstra Thank you Matthew. The "help" has been more phone numbers or use the app to contact faults. Rather difficult with NO phone service and limited internet access.
