@Telstra Says no outages. Still doesn’t work. Troubleshooting takes you to messages. They don’t fix anything. I’ve been trying to resolve it with them for days.

@Telstra is a zero service organisation. Never make the mistake of entering into a business relationship with them. Fobbing me off with SMSed links does not make my day easier or shorter. Since they won't deal with me, they can deal with the ombudsman. #ThisIsNotService

@CaroV7 We're not able to print this for you sorry. I had a similiar issue and the Telstra shop I was delaing with printed the return label for me. I also suggest adding extra cover for the amount of the phone incase of loss or damage during transit. ~Luke

@belindasmilne @pauldutton1968 @iiNet We had a young man out to fix the landline this week and he admitted Telstra will not ever fix it properly because they are waiting for Broadband. They've been out at least 6 times this year. I do not believe NBN will ever get here.

@pauldutton1968 @iiNet I hear you. They ended up sending out two technicians before the problem was fixed. The first one could only fix “inside” problems so they had to get another one from Telstra The best part was them telling me I didn’t need to be home for the 2nd call out. Silly me believed them

@pauldutton1968 @belindasmilne @iiNet Amaysim if you have access to Optus network. I use my phone when my NBN drops out, which is frequent. Telstra don't care.
