    @SusannahBirch @jriewolod I feel like everyone leaves Telstra eventually. My turn was in 2009 when I called to tell them I'd had a house fire and they said, "No problem, just use your mobile while you can't live there and we'll charge it like you're using your landline." Then sent me a HUGE bill. 🤬

    @jriewolod @firstdogonmoon @Telstra years ago Telstra charged me on a direct debit for bigpond for years after I cut off the service. endless phone calls. in the end the same as you - they have a policy of only paying back for 1 year. imagine needing a policy for wrongly charging for more than a year...

    @jriewolod @LoveNotGreed @Telstra I was paying for two Internet lines to one house, unknowingly, and it took hours and them threatening huge break contract fees to fix. Have never signed a contract with a telco since, and only do prepaid or month to month.

    @Telstra Well I chatted it didn’t help, got told I have forwarded my emails to an account I set up on the 25/7 due to not receiving any emails from the 4/7. Then was told to change chat! Seriously what sort of show are they running! Time for a change in providers.

    @jriewolod @Telstra I have been waiting for them to fix my emails since the 6/7, contacted numerous times. Also twice to get a replacement SIM, terrible service. 🤨

    @jriewolod @jeremyvisser @Telstra I remember when after 20 years or so of paying rental for my Telstra handset (basically the hardware support) and decided to terminate it (and move to a another service provider) they demanded I have back that aged handset (which they almost certainly would've trashed)
