Interesting to know that @Telstra does not allow people to send Powers of Attorney to it (for looking after elderly people's bill payment) by any method except going to their office during a pandemic. They also will not allow discussion of this issue with a supervisor. Please fix

improved nearly full strength so now my phone can route the telstra calls over my NBN connection. Totally happy camper. Yes my mobile signal is still weak however I can make decent calls and that is all that matters to me.

  • MixtUpMixy Compute My Wilhelm Scream 🖲 (@MixtUpMixy) reported

@elizabeth_BBC @Telstra If I was desperate, yes. If I didn’t have a phone, yes. If it was an emergency, yes. Not *bc* it’s free, bc it was necessary. I couldn’t use a pay phone 2 decades ago when I ran away from my abusive partner. I couldn’t call the police, or my family, & had to walk km’s for help.

@Telstra Outsourcing support to overseas, non engrish speakers that just tell you to switch it off and on is surely a Great Australian thing to do? Telstra is disgusting
