@Telstra @fufuad_ Yes true, Telstra customer service is worst. Unfortunately, we don’t have enough options in Australia so we have to stick with these rip offs. Recently, Telstra have been deducting payments from my bank which were not for my account & customer service did nothing to resolve this.

  • tomdickins Tom Dickins (@tomdickins) reported

@Optus experiencing < 1MBPS mobile broadband for the 3rd time this month. Can’t get the outage map to load to see if there’s a network issue and have driven to telstra reception to get help. What’s the number I should call?

  • talakaiii talakaiii (@talakaiii) reported

@cameronsellsice Are you with Telstra aswell? **** has been ***

  • danonit Daniel Schell (@danonit) reported

@hadricus @Telstra Probably need to check coverage maps for where you commute. In SA it’s Telstra > Optus > Voda generally. You can also use Telstra network with other providers etc.

  • saboud1 stephen aboud (@saboud1) reported

@Telstra Have been a customer for decades. Does my head in that I cannot speak to anyone

  • Endareth Endareth (@Endareth) reported

Each time I’m forced to deal with @Optus or @VodafoneAU support I invariably end up annoyed with them. And then there are times like this where I have to deal with @Telstra support, and am reminded what truly horrible customer service is. Wasted hours trying to fix a $2 SIM…

  • saboud1 stephen aboud (@saboud1) reported

@Telstra Phones are good internet very slow thanks

  • starky4swans Shane (@starky4swans) reported

@andy_penn TELSTRA is a disgrace! No Service - No Internet - No Landline - No Business! NEEDS FIXING!

  • JoannaFarmer Jo Farmer (@JoannaFarmer) reported

@IndigoDaya I've also recently switched to Aussie Broadband, from Dodo, and I still have Telstra for phone. AB has the best customer service of any utility company I've ever dealt with. I don't dread calling them, which is a good measure for me!

  • hadricus an eldrich fever dream. (@hadricus) reported

I need to move away from @Telstra for mobile service. Can anyone recommend a provider that has near-decent service coverage?
