@Telstra Can you tell me how long this will take? I am now on day 7 without service

  • tiddles1408 VirginiaBennett (@tiddles1408) reported

Why is it in all @Telstra TVCs, no one ever says please? Is not cool to show basic manners? They are playing the BNB one at moment where everyone is asking for wifi password. Not a please in sight. Another ad when a child is asking her mum for help, again no please. Why?

Thanks @Telstra after waiting 20 minutes and then repeatable giving information and being transferred, you didn’t help.

  • Mad_As_Mel Mad As Mel (@Mad_As_Mel) reported

I think @Kmart_Australia got their Customer "Service" telephone hold system from the same people that do @Telstra. Bloody awful. 22min is not acceptable. Hire more people.

  • ccbigglesworth Catherine niggling sewer rat✳️✳️ (@ccbigglesworth) reported

@SarkySage Elitism! I didn't get one either. Bet it's my postcode! Or it maybe that my bloody phone never works. Thank you Telstra.

  • zeestrike_ zeestrike_ (@zeestrike_) reported

@Telstra Probably around a week now. Should I call customer support and get this checked out by tech? 😭

  • dave_w77 Dave Wiltshire (@dave_w77) reported

New scam I haven't heard before so just alerting people: - automated call pretending to be from Australia's NBN. - targeting users who have Telstra phone and internet service - saying that the service has to be updated to NBN (unsure how they make money I didn't get that far).

  • Nemisis1509 💧Nemisis (@Nemisis1509) reported

Thanks @Telstra or making me feel like a bad person for being poor. The online peeps said ‘can’t help you, no drivers license, go in store’. I go in store; ‘where’s your photo ID?’ The CSR wouldn’t even look at my record without a photo - and I had my birth certificate on me.

  • thisismywww Daniel Porter (@thisismywww) reported

@redambition I had a number of issues with them on cable. A 100/4 service of a night, I was getting about 5/.2. It took them 3 months to admit congestion. Moved to Telstra at that point (cable), then nbn Aussie.. not sure if there is congestion on NBN service..

  • Nemisis1509 💧Nemisis (@Nemisis1509) reported

@Telstra It’s not a new account; I’ve been a customer for years - I am currently $200 in credit! The CSR wouldn’t even LOOK UP my account without me showing photo ID AFTER online reps told me everything I wanted to do could be done in store with the ID I have.
