  • iammrdom Mr Dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@EsotericSpod I’ve been happy with their service and coverage, pretty much identical to full Telstra but you don’t (yet) get VoLTE, instead voice drops back to 3G.

  • TickHarris Victoria Evans (@TickHarris) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@MatthewBevan Since now moving to Australia and dealing with horrendous @Telstra customer service, wasting hours and hours on hold to them and paying for internet they didn’t deliver, I feel I’ve paid them back.

  • gdrosser Glynis Rosser 😷💉💉 (@gdrosser) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra I do thank you. There seems to be a lag of hours between DM responses but no commitment yet to look at the problem

  • Michael61058663 Michael / Mind Health not Mental Health (@Michael61058663) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Narty0071 @FedEx Breathe my friend, I feel your pain. Have noticed though with many services today, shhh......TELSTRA, people are given the run around, thinking you’ve got nothing better to do!!! Hang in there, things will sort themselves out🌷

  • HYP3RSTRIKE Hyper (@HYP3RSTRIKE) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Gotta love Telstra Wholesale techs. Reported to Telstra when we moved in that there's severe damage to the POTS relay near our house. They send someone to prop it up with a stake and some ziplock ties. It falls over again later, same dealio.

  • Jacqui_E_mcgill Jacqui McGill AO MBA (@Jacqui_E_mcgill) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @telstra I am truly amazed at how bad your online support is. Seriously so far trying to establish data sharing across devices has taken 6 hours and I still haven’t progressed past getting the new sim.

  • TickHarris Victoria Evans (@TickHarris) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra Haha. No, after 3 months of no internet, several days lost on hold trying to sort, Telstra refusing to help me, I gave up and went to internode.

  • luke_strud Luke Strudwick (@luke_strud) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra @noMercy_19 @Telstra same thing happened to me and the missus trying to buy iPhone 13 outright at Marion shopping centre in adelaide. We waited for ages then got a rude lady and told no stock so we went to Jb-hifi and the girl there was lovely so bought and left happy.

  • STEVEFI14205588 STEVE FISCHER (@STEVEFI14205588) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@gomichild Problem is Auspost is like Telstra these days. Difficult to tell which ones are employees or contractor couriers! They can sack a female CEO 1 year over a watch & next year pay male execs $1000's in bonuses. I mean WTAF???

  • scottyisrocky Rocky Scotty (non cave dweller) 🍀🕊️ (@scottyisrocky) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Hey @woolworths and @Telstra 1/ Can you tell me why when I purchase a Woolworths Mobile Sim card which uses the Telstra network I have to pay to have my phone unlocked by Telstra to use their network? And why does it takes 8-10 days to perform a task that's 2 clicks of a mouse?

  • kenmaharchitect Ken Mah (@kenmaharchitect) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

Our pm is doing a good job with fostering good relations with countries around the region including our pacific neighbours. But? Why do we have to pay Telstra, a private company, to help keep Huawei out? This is not fair competition, it has anti China components and unnecessary.

  • RoylanceShelley Shelley Roylance (@RoylanceShelley) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

    @TraceySpicer @Telstra @NBN_Australia That’s terrible

  • mselbyLFCSC Matthew Selby (@mselbyLFCSC) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@TKoutsantonisMP sadly I think the @VincentTarzia interview on ABC has just had an equal for being bad!!. The @Telstra guy was amazingly poor.

  • andrewt392021 John Smith (@andrewt392021) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

On Saturday night I have caught a glimpse AFL game. The Ukrainian colors on the score line were a reminder of what virtue signaling POS the AFL is. Almost as bad as Telstra putting stay safe stay home 💩on the mobile devices !

  • iammrdom Mr Dom (@iammrdom) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

I’m stuck thinking about my mobile carrier, so I stay with an Optus MVNO or go to a Telstra ‘full service’ MVNO. It’s complicated. There’s $10 a month in it between the two companies.

  • trck71 Mark Donnell (@trck71) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@Telstra still no outcome, boy that’s great customer service

  • elwasofran oh i member (@elwasofran) reported from Adelaide, State of South Australia

@JoelDTD They **** you if you need a phone but now you’ve got Belong who cover a fair bit of regional Australia (they use the Telstra towers). Roll over data and cheap plans ($15, $25, $40)

Hi brains trust. @telstra is being no help. Anyone got tips on how to remove a physical sim card from an old iPhone? I've tried needles, earrings, paper clips and staples. Can't go into a store due to the dynamic disability and being immunocompromised. x

  • kapokmeatant @Steve@aus.social (@kapokmeatant) reported

@kimnottim @PRGuy17 That’s what I did. Twitter is breaking. Gah. Did you see the thread I posted to Telstra where it posted a mangled version of the third tweet as the first (in addition to posting the third as written, and @ the wrong account in the first)… it was such a **** show I just left it

  • VinniesCasula Tony Rizzotto (@VinniesCasula) reported

@Telstra We still have no service

  • AndyW7308 Andy W (@AndyW7308) reported

@andybuds23 @Blueirons Aldi is cheaper and uses the Telstra network. Have had no range issues at all my friend

  • PeterKlages Peter Klages (@PeterKlages) reported

@mssquiggs65 I’m very happy with iiNet. Been with them since 2015. Prior to that Telstra. I’d never go back to Telstra. Very happy with iiNet support. Very responsive. The support folk are based in NZ and Cape Town, SA. Easy to deal with. Good customer focus.

  • haren_k Haren Krishnadasan (@haren_k) reported

@Telstra I hate to tweet about this but I've been trying to get a hold of someone about an open complaint for over 3 months. No response to my emails or messages and only a call back during middle of business day which I missed. Complaint reference 46651850 & 43918911. Pls help!

  • VinniesCasula Tony Rizzotto (@VinniesCasula) reported

@Telstra As I said all day yesterday I and so many others yesterday have never had this problem before. It was anyone on the telstra network . The eftpos facilities are still down and we cannot make or receive calls and you try to tell me that there is no problem in the area

  • sean67973753 sean (@sean67973753) reported

@Telstra No, having an automatic ai respond doesn't fix situations where fraud is happening. Still get charged every month for a service that cannot be used is fraud in Australia. When the account holder comes out he can get imbursed alot.

  • umisef umisef (@umisef) reported

@pk_ok_ @reckless @alexeheath Just like the airbag in your car. Never even gone off once, now has it? Aussie telecom Telstra has an ad series literally saying “You don’t need the best network… until you do”. Replace “network” with “engineers”, and you might reconsider the “overhead” comment…

  • VinniesCasula Tony Rizzotto (@VinniesCasula) reported

@Telstra There is still no signal inside as I explained yesterday. So still no eftpos facilities and no incoming calls or texts. 2176. Marconi Club Bossley Park NSW
