    @Telstra support is beyond the worst. The website tells you to use the app, the app sends you back to the website. Might as well move to @optus how the old cable internet plans are gone.

    In the chat in mytelstra app with @Telstra telling them attempting to download an esim has locked me out of my account and disabled my physical Sim, now being told it will take 4-8 hrs and I will be notified by SMS, but my mobile service is locked? How do I get SMs then?

    Worst customer service award 🥇 4 @Telstra Got a bill for an overdue account, I don't have Telstra account - not a customer Ring enquiry phone line, no human, it hang-up and force to use text chat Person tells me sorry, need to go to lunch, see you in 1 hour 90 min later 😡

    @Telstra Thanks - went back and forth for days without resolution (having tried in-app messaging, calling etc). I cancelled the order on the advice of the local Telstra shop. To be fair he told me to cancel it then sign up again with him instead so he could sort it out 😐

    @voltagex @The_McJones My current gig is over 1 month and 18 (!) support staff for Telstra to get me to authorise someone for my account, so they can go in-store, order an eSIM to be mailed to them, they take a photo and send it to me
