Every call centre staff should send a verification code to the Customer so they can only ask name and DOB. Nothing else. Not phone number, address etc when Call staff were from India they asked for 5 pieces of ID.

Andy Craig (@Ancray) reportedTelstra and NBN is nothing but a joke. 5 weeks in and still no connection to the network. The problems here are due to years of infrastructure neglect from privatisation and a half baked NBN roll-out from LNP. Time to try 5g from one of the others.

Manu Herold 🐭 (@m_a_n_u______) reported—> UPDATE <— my internet connection is suddenly working again. No technician had to come by to fix anything on my hardware or home connection. My neighbours didn’t experience any issues with the internet. I am waiting to hear back how Telstra fixed my internet connection.

Just keep in case of mobile probs. So many faux Amazon, Telstra and others add to that realestate agents to see if I want to sell house. Im done with it. Mobile is best anyway
