@Telstra so tired of trying to contact anyone over same problem. It’s very time consuming, obviously regardless of what is said, totally ineffectual. Time and time again you disregard customer service, through having call centre staff unable to fix problems and make you wait. 😡

@Telstra Yes - we’ve had it for 7 years with continuous drop outs, non-stop for 7 years. Each time it’s reported, we’re told it will get fixed, but never fixed. This doesn’t explain the terrible mobile phone reception too. Why is it so bad here and remote NSW is perfect? Come on guys!

This is of course after not having internet for 11 days. What does @telstra do, they slow down my service even more with a text message. No call. Don't answer my app message, well they do, but 6 hours later in the middle of the night.
