@Telstra I have been getting no service and dropping calls for the last couple weeks. I'm a business customer and it's costing me business. What's happening and how do we fix it? We pay a fortune purely based on coverage!

  • nscr07 CR7 (@nscr07) reported

Hi @Telstra if there is a consistent 1.5hr wait for service at your flagship store on George Street you should consider increasing the no of staff. Terrible service

@Telstra My 4g has been mighty slow lately I am in a 2320 postcode area 📱

  • czaxx Ben (@czaxx) reported from Melbourne, State of Victoria

Received a phishing call allegedly from @Telstra - a little more clever than usual - they offered a 40% discount on my bill for 12mths & when I said "sure, apply the discount" they said they just needed some"verification": name&DoB. Never give these details to unverified callers.

@PaulFletcherMP Respectfully you need to secure our communications network. #Telstra is huge failure bring back call centres to Australia and scrap NBN.

@D_Melissa2 I’m not getting calls, but I’ve been getting threatening emails that my Telstra account is about to be closed if I don’t pay my outstanding bill. Problem is I’m not with Testra. Same sort of emails claiming to be banks I don't have accounts with...🙄

  • Archies_Human Helena Handbasket (@Archies_Human) reported

@Telstra LOL! The worst is ringing @Telstra and losing your mind while you wait to talk to an actual human being!🤯

  • LikeNarnia Narnia (with a P) 🚜 (@LikeNarnia) reported

WAIT WHAT! @Telstra is changing my prepaid plan to 'IMPROVE' it, by cutting off 5G access! How does cutting off 5G access improve my plan @telstra and why did you hide that bit if info down the bottom

  • jewelsparkle3 Sparkles3 (@jewelsparkle3) reported

@PaulFletcherMP Telstra once offered great solid career opportunities for school leavers as linesman. Phones worked well and problems solved by technician calling at your home. Good luck now!
