    @Telstra Telstra Hi Ethan, I’ve got 2,It has also been well over the 24-48hrs promised that my complaint would be resolved by, the case number for the promise to receive my decide to the correct address in 24hrs is 19427718. Other promised it would be resolved within 24-48hrs is 19429070.

    @elronxenu @Lac_Of_Adhesion transferring the iinet adsl connection when we moved some 8 or so years ago (pre-merger) was painful but typical telstra fuckery. and then post merger, any fault (the copper round here is awful) was an exercise in extreme aggravation.

    @Telstra @ChilchikMusic @Telstra this is clearly not still resolved. This morning instead of “system maintenance” I’m back to “you already have an order”… which I don’t. Support just keep saying wait 24 hours.

    @Telstra Seriously? I've been following up with them more they have even looked into the fault. "We'll call you in 2 days", no call. Poor. Cancelling and not paying outstanding bills by end of month if not resolved.
